Food was quick and reasonably priced. Their burgers are good! Restaurant was clean. Wheelchair accessibility: Designated parking spits, power doors, accessible seating.

Why is this the only one left? They were everywhere for a minute.

Waited almost 30 mins in drivethru just for us to have to drive away because they didn t say anything about machines being down and cash only and woman working just gave us a blank look when we said we don t carry cash and offered no solutions or anything for the inconvenience

Burger would have been decent if it was hot. This is the 2nd time my burger at the drive through has been cold and both times no napkins. For $10 a burger I expect it to at minimum be warm and come with a couple napkins. From here on out I will go elsewhere.

Chicken Swiss Burger was piping hot however fries were a bit dry.

New owner is very friendly. He was unaware that the great little coupon book had a deal for the store, thankfully he honored it - he thought it was a scam at first.

Food poisoning

I got the super star burger with cheese combo.( has two patties) When I got back to work to open it up I got a single patty with a bunch of flat toppings. It was yummy but not what I paid $15 for!

Not sure What happened to this location - But it used to be 2 years ago You would go in here and the chicken tasted like chicken and look like the nice crispy chicken you see in the menu on the left picture but now it looks like the picture of the right where you can taste a bad oil aftertaste in the fries from not filtering & changing the oil and horrible chicken quality from whatever distributor they changed to - this facility said the management changed 1 year ago And thats when the quality started changing for the worst - These people at this location cheapened The Carls Jr. brand and dont care about the quality Someone from corporate CKE needs to Come in here and re-evaluate this location before it ends up closing from lack of quality and service All you have to do is look at the other reviews on this page and you will see as well the negative quality - Now have to drive all the way to Surrey just to get the better tasting location as Surrey Carls cleans their oil and uses quality chicken

To bad that I have to edit our review. Today (9-15-2024) we had a horrible expirience. They sell supre spicy burger without a note, that it is spicy! My burger was absolutly covered in jalapenos brought it back and ordered one without jalapenos because I can not have spicy food. Got my replacement burger and guess what?? WITH JALAPENOS!! Biggest issue: Language issues. If you run a business in Canada, please make sure your staff is able to communicate proper. You just lost a customer.

Unfortunately I can t give this place a good review. Terribly understaffed. Grumpy staff. And the slowest service ever. Staff was probably grumpy because of the understaffing but there s no excuse for the slowness of the service. Food sat under the warming lights for ever.

The worst place to go no customer service ordered bacon ranch poutine when I got home no sauce no poutine here I called and she didn t offer solution except for me to drive all the way back and see what the problem is never go back no experience in customer service I hope they shut this one down too

They actually care when I mention being celiac and tell me whats safe to eat and what as higher risk of cross contamination. Its one of the only places I can eat safely. I love that their regular fries are gf and cooked in a dedicated fry fryer to avoid cross-contamination (as far as I was told by employees, and I believe it because I didnt get sick and Im unfortunately quite sensitive ). Always liked their burgers. Last time I was here I ordered cheeseburgers which were fine but the buns looked like they were in the freezer for 10 years as they were falling apart.

My burger was trash.

Watched 1 staff member wait on people and go back and forth to the kitchen to help the 1 cook on shift. Didnt even wash his hands. Waited 10 minutes for my order. The burger had a very large end piece of lettuce which was yellow and brown. Disgusted.

The female cashier was rude, inefficient, incompetent, and not friendly. Were disappointed with her attitude. We ate on June 2 around 2:45 pm. Were not coming back here anymore. This cashier does NOT care for losing customers and her job. Also, the washroom was stinky.

Bland and blah

Ordered the family pack and 2 big burgers with cheese. No big burgers in the bag. Paid for 2 honey mustard dips, containers were 1/4 full. Service has been getting worse and worse since it opened. Past experiences not following directions on burgers (no tomato, no pickles but they are on it anyways) last straw. Lost a customer today

After waiting in line for 12 mins (which was fine they were short staffed) they got my food wrong. I bright it back and was told from the counter waited another 16 mins while they just walked by me. The worker to told me to tell her what I wanted on my burger and then she asked me again do you want the meat because all you said was lettuce tomato and ketchup you need to tell us if you want the hamburger on the hamburger. I said yes please because I ordered the hamburger that automatically include the meat. And then waited another 8 mins for the remake. The waiting I get, but it shouldn t of been that long to fix one burger, but the negative experience was not great sure had no customer service skills at all

I have been going to Carls Jr. Restaurants in different places for 45 years, and ordering the Western bacon cheese burger. This location made one of the worse. They barely put any BBQ sauce on it, so its dry. Onion rings were fine, therefore 3 stars. Ice tea tasted strange though. I love to give good reviews, but this one lacks.... so please step it up Chilliwack Carls Jr.!!

I was feeling lazy and it was on the way home after my vacation so I decided to try it.. had the western bacon cheeseburger combo.. was great.. fries warm, crunchy and just the right amount of salt.. I would try something else there again..

Came here for the first time, sitting here now lol, combo one was perfect, El Diablo had a hard bun on the bottom, and I brought it to the counter and I believe Jas, was super friendly and she got me a whole new bottom to the burger! It was fantastic, amazing service thanks ladies!! Definitely coming back

Friendly staff and fresh affordable burgers! Only problem is that they locked the door at 853 when they suppose to close at 9 ..so disappointed as we were hungry and my daughter had to go to the washroom. If ur open till 9 stay open till 9 or chg your hours

As a routine, I take my children to your Chilliwack store. We often do this as a treat, after school. We always order the 2 of the 2 burgers for $5.00 deal. (4 burgers in total) Always add cheese, and the for 1 of the burgers, we swap it with a vegetarian Patty, paying the additional cost involved. (My daughter is a strick vegetarian). We also buy 4 orders of Jalapeno poppers & 4 drinks. We do this roughly 2 - 3 times a month. This past Friday, upon placing this order, I was met with hostility from the drive thru attendant. We dont do that. We can not change deal items I responded that I have been ordering this for years now. Well thats not possible. Everyone here knows we dont do that Point of context, I have also ordered this same thing at your Abbotsford, Langley & Burnaby locations. My kids & I love your food & dont want to be forced to go elsewhere. I am willing to pay for the swap to a vegetarian Patty, as mentioned. I just do not understand why your employees would refuse such a reasonable dietary requirement.

Brought 2 granddaughters for dinner after a movie. The chicken strips were especially good. The girls like their burgers done in very specific ways. They were very accommodating, and the girl behind the counter complimented one of the girls on her politeness.

Very disappointed even though the bar was set accordingly. Server was rude food was cold and literally looked like it had been stepped on

They forgot about my French fries in my combo

I ordered the number 1 combo, and I was very impressed. It was a good burger. I ordered the criss cut fries, and they came out fresh and delicious. My husband ordered the bare minimum cheese mayo and a patty burger. He said it was very charcoally and burnt, maybe as there were no other things to cover the taste???? As mine was good to me. He also ordered the regular poutine, and that was good. Great customer service as well, greeted with a smile and a hello.

Should have left after the smell of old urine came wafting into my window as I was going to pay for my order. I mention to the girl at the window regarding the smell she smiled and said sorry. Waited for 10 minutes in an empty drive thru for my combo and my sons kids combo, once I received the food after a lengthy wait I gave my son the fries after while we waited for the train to pass on Evans rd and to our surprise they where cold and once i got home 5 minutes later the gravy on my poutine was so thick it was disgusting and my burger meat smelt off almost fishy I took a tiny bite of the meat that was outside the bun and spat it right out it tasted rotten. This will be the last time we go here over the experience was totally disappointing

Drive through experience. Friend asked for no pickles on a chicken sandwich and 10 jalapeño poppers. Received only pickles (and the chicken, just none of the other veggies), and 5 poppers. Went back to ask them about it and they were reluctant to address the issue at first. But my burger was solid so theres that.

I visited Carls Junior recently, and unfortunately, it was a less than satisfying experience. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed, resulting in a much longer wait than anticipated. Moreover, the burgers, which we had previously enjoyed for their substantial size, seemed less substantial this time around. To add to the disappointment, the prices appeared to have increased. We hope to see improvements in the future.

Used to be good but the service has gone down hill. Staff is unfriendly. Bad service. Tried to scam by taking order and money and not giving the right food. Will not return. Sad to see a place that used to be good turn into a terrible place.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were the only ones in the lobby waiting. Drive thru was somewhat busy but they definitely took priority. After we ordered we got our drink cups. Pop was flat, and the ice machine was clogged/not working. They were very understaffed. (Only 2 people working.) But.. we waited 45 minutes for FAST food. When we got home we were very disappointed. Our fries were stone cold. Burgers were all wrong. Lettuce was wilted and browned. Ontop of all that, our 3 meals came to 70$!!! Will never be back.

Cant comment on the atmosphere as we went through the drive thru but the food was ok it wasnt hot like I would expect from fast food it was like warm my wife had chick strips which were perfect and would come again n come into the restaurant

I did order 26 burgers but first off the intercom wasnt working so we had to wait to start the orders. Then waited 35 minutes for the food and when we went to eat it some of our burgers were very raw

Slowest fast food place I ve ever been to. Waited 4 minutes to talk to someone on the speaker in the drive through, then we wait about 5-6 minutes behind the car that was getting their food, we thought maybe the person in front of us just ordered a lot but when we rolled up to the window it took about 7 minutes to receive our really cold food. Also missing forks for the poutine happened. Western bacon thick burger is misleading of the picture with the onion rings. I received my burger to get a bunch of little onion trails and nothing even crispy or onion ring shape was on my burger. Fries and jalapeño poppers were very cold. Glad I don t live in Chilliwack, I will not be back.

Very slow drive thru service.

Drove down from promontory, picked up order, got back home. It was all wrong. :(. Shame on me for not checking the contents of every wrapped burger. Not thrilled, but not worth the drive back across town. Used to be good,, but going downhill fast.

They have no idea what their menu name and what ingredients go into it. Even two hamburgers of the same kind contain completely different sauces and ingredients. Also, please make sure to check if the calculation is done right. Of course, they wont listen even if you say that the calculation is wrong. Rather, you will be forced to answer whether you will buy or not.

Only ever done the drive thru, but its always been good quality, MOSTLY fast service, and always friendly. Most important they have NEVER screwed up an order. I have lived here for only a year, but burger king, white spot, kfc, and MacDonalds have all messed up my orders (bk is especially bad), and they dont seem to realize that accuracy is of paramount importance on a drive thru order. When I drive thru at Carls Jr, I know I dont have to pull apart my bag to make sure they didnt miss anything (meaning it will be cold when I get home). Top marks!

Theyre supposed to be open at 10:30am, we waited until 1045 and then the fryer wasnt ready yet so we couldnt get fries or any of the burgers requiring the fryer. I hadnt ate at Carls jr since I was in Mexico so I was super excited when I saw one driving through Chilliwack but they totally ruined my experience. Unacceptable!!

First and last time! We waited in Drive thru for over 20 mins. The speaker was oddly located before the menu board, so being unfamiliar with the setup, I assumed the speaker was located at menu board, like 99% other drive thrus, and drove past it! I figured it out too late to back up, and there was a truck on my bumper. The worker at the speaker could not get the order correct, even though I was speaking very loudly so it would reach the speaker, so eventually we just said yes, its fine. The line was sooooo slow, it was bizarre! We had a meet up arranged with family, and we left plenty of time to go through to get a quick bite to eat. The truck in front was exasperated with their interaction as well, and we watched him hand cash back and forth several times, and then they mustve got the order incorrect because the other driver gave the food back to whoever was working the window. I could see him explaining patiently what he wanted and it was a crazy long period of time, and then they finally received their order and exited the drive thru. At this point, we were late for our meet up, and we just kept on driving past the window without our food that we waited so long to receive. I will never EVER go here again!!! Ive never seen anything so dysfunctional in fast food industry, and hope we never do!

Ordered a lettuce wrap burger, hubby got home with our dinner and they made me a burger on a bun. Ordered the criss cross fries and they gave me regular fries. Husbands bun was absolutely soaked from the way to much sauce they put on. I did call and complain and they did give me a free lettuce wrapped chicken burger but did nothing about hubbies. So that will be our last time getting food from them.

Food was alright - my first Carls experience. Place couldve been cleaner, bits of stuff over the floor in searing and toilets. Got my sons order wrong (got cheese on his urger when wanted it plain, couldnt be arsed returning tho, he just scraped it off).

Me and my hubby were at Carls jr on Sunday July 17 and it was awfull burgers dry and we also ordered zucchini strips have had them before anyway they gave us 4and half strips and they were broken over cooked so my hubby went in and requested to redo this is terrible. The counter lady said your being rude and also she stucked her finger right into the zucchini strips on purpose. The manger finally made new ones and they were ok so warning your hard earned money they dont care what they serve you.

This used to be my favourite fast food restaurant but I was very disappointed today. The meat tasted old and was lacking in flavour and substance and what is with the stingy napkin thing? They took off napkins from all the tables and would only give us one each.

Not a bad burger joint, food is always freshly made and the poutines are pretty good. Comparable options would be Five Guys, which is right across the street. I think I prefer Five Guys, but Carls is also good.

The best burgers in the city of Chilliwack I really recommend you to check it out. You will love it

Food is good, But the adds that get u in the door are not on the menu on the wall. 2 for 1, & 3.99 burger signs are seen inside restaurant and out side from road but no where near order station. The rest of the menu is pricey compared.

If customer service is important to you - steer clear from Carl s Jr. Redeemed the 4 can dine coupon (4 burgers, 4 regular drinks, 4 regular fries and 4 cookies) via drive through. First were denied in selecting milk or juice options for our kids. Second, we noticed there were no cookies in the bag. When we asked the cashier where they were and if we can have them, they said we don t give those out anymore yet the coupon clearly stated otherwise and was valid through October 2022. Reported the issue to head office which they ve mentioned their store management team will contact me which they haven t. Not impressed due to the lack of urgency in dealing with this issue.

Waited 12 minutes in an empty drive threw for 2 burgers with cheese.. received 2 burgers without cheese even though i was charged for cheese. I wish I read the reviews for this location before i waisted my entire lunch brake on barley warm garbage. I will not be returning.

The Local Carls has improved! One can see that this establishment works very hard (even with limited staff) to produce a great burger and other items. They went through a bad spell but now seem to be back on track. Hopefully it continues to improve.

Gross Greasiest burger Ive ever seen, which ordinarily wouldnt put me off, but it tasted like old meat to boot. Very soggy burger. Unfriendly service, making mistakes. Could hear them fooling around even though multiple people were waiting.

Ate here last week. I hadnt been there in years. The Chris cut fries were pretty soggy. The girl on the window wasnt the greatest either. Handed me a couple things and then close the window. I had to go through everything that she had in me and make sure everything was there before I drove away.

Nothing was good. Burger was half in the bun like itd been scooped off the floor. We had not received what we ordered and got a really off putting attitude when we asked for our ordered food. (Totally different burgers entirely) Didnt want to eat what we got after that

Despite all the negative reviews my family had a great experience at this location. It wasn t super busy only four teens sitting at one table eating their food and a few other people coming in. The space was clean and the staff were super nice, food was pretty good as all of us were happy and full at the end. Lots of seating too because it wasn t crazy busy either. Got to have a nice quiet meal with the family
