Warm helpful staff that cares and all questions to understand special requests and make sure of certain requests for allergens. Dietary restrictions: Every time I have asked for lettuce wrapped they have asked if its for allergens or preference to help change gloves if I were allergic as even if they are only gluten friendly they go the extra step to care.

Great food and service only thing that would make it better is if they sold their peanuts.

Our go to burger chain. Like that you can customize it to your liking. Fries are to die for, just ask for the Cajun powder on the side. Its getting quite pricy though Food

It took a while to get service with not much of a greeting and no apology for the wait. Lobby was a mess but someone came out to begin cleaning while we waited for our food. Over the last two years we have stopped by a few times before their sign said they close only to find out they closed early. I dont know if its a staffing issue or what. Food has always been great. The cook today was doing a good job.

Never disappointed here! Top tier every time! Literally wont eat fast food burgers anywhere else...this is our go to for the whole family if were craving take out burgers! Fast and friendly service!

I picked up the ketchup and it was sticky now my fingers are icky with something sticky... and they forgot homies barbecue sauce. Buy they have plastic straws so thats cool

Honestly guys, everyone else is serving you a microwaved hamburger for 2 or 3 dollars less. Make the right decision. Everything here is made fresh to order and tastes exactly how its supposed to taste. Its worth the extra few dollars.

Awesome group with awesome service and burgers

Five guys has yummy burgers and their fries are delicious. The staff are always friendly. Even though there s usually short wait, it s nice when the food is made to order. The door is accessible and chairs can be moved for wheelchairs. Dietary restrictions: Burgers can be made with a lettuce wrap to be gluten free, I don t think the grill is good for people with celiacs as they toast the buns on it. The fries are gluten free and good for celiacs as it s the only thing in the fryers. Wheelchair accessibility: The door has an accessible button and chairs can be moved at the tables for wheelchairs.

I ve been to this location Twice now and both times I had to throw my burger out after one bite the meat and buns were so cold and the fries were super soggy iv had people tell me that the surrey and Vancouver location is the best they ever had so I will be trying one of those next chilliwack is not it

This will be my last time go to this place, we went there last Friday, I got order from them and I believe this would be the same as before , like 3 years ago, it was somebody else own this store, and now the amount is too small and the burger is so small and not the same quality as before, I ordered all the way but no mustard, and no onion, they did put it all into it, I have no choice I must throw it away, and the fries, they used to give you a whole bag for a large serve, but now they only gives you a large cup of the fries, disappoint so much for this store, please bring back the old owner for keep the traditional, thank you, and I will never come back again !

I ve always enjoyed Five Guys. Unfortunately, my latest experience left much to be desired. Burger buns were cold (as if they came right out of a fridge), fresh onions were tasteless and soggy, bacon tasted off, and fries were soggy and waaay too salty. This place used to be great what happened??? Will not be returning. Two stars because the free peanuts are always awesome.

My daughter and I were here, after we ate we were feeling very sick. We were driving from West Kelowna to New Westminster and needed a bathroom immediately.

Possibly the finest takeaway burger i have ever had. This is the first time i have bought from this outlet, it wont be the last. every item was fresh, cooked perfectly, and tasted fantastic.

Not worth the money anymore dry pattie REALLY cheap with fries and size of patties are way smaller sorry wont be back and $39.47 for 2 burgers .....neat

Worst 5 Guys experience ever. I m generally a fair reviewer, but this was a disappointing visit to this franchise. An apathetic staff highlighted this poor experience. My burger was overcooked, my fries (set out in the bag several minutes before the burger was made) were cold. There was no ketchup available, and when this was brought to the staffs attention the response was a shrug Too much salt on the fries also. For a premium burger outlet this is well below the mark. I m a regular 5 guys customer and this was easily the worst meal I ve ever had in one of their locations.

We thought we would try this eagle landing location. Product tasted good going down, but not so much when my lettuce wrap burger came back to bite me. I burped for the first 12 hours, stomach cramping, then clean out time. Ugh Its been 24 hours now. Food poisoning for sure. Will not go back ever. J

Tried Five Guys for the first time in Chilliwack today. Ordered a regular cheeseburger with fried onions, mayo and relish with an order of fries. I was a little disappointed at price, it seems expensive imo. I was going to use the bathroom real quick but upon walking in, I just turned right back around with how dirty it was while waiting I decided to sit down, the table was dirty enough that I just stood to wait for 23 minutes. It wasn t very busy I finally got my order and left with it. The burger was ok, nothing great about it. The fries, soggy, disappointing over salted mess. I had a few, they were gross as I was driving home to Langley I knew I d made a mistake eating from there with the rumbling in my stomach. It really put a damper to my plans for the night being at a hockey game. I ve not been feeling good for about 8 hrs with an extremely upset stomach. I won t be back for sure, no chance for a second chance.

My fiancé and I went there for dinner and it was peak dinner hour but the staff were friendly and efficient so the wait wasnt too long at all and the food was delicious!

The cheeseburger was quite ordinary nothing special stood out, and I won t be trying it again.

They majorly messed up my burger. To the point I cant eat it. The hotdog was made correctly which leads me guess why the burger was made the same where no where in the note does it say onion for the burger.

Quite possibly the best burger in Chilliwack. 2 fresh patties cooked perfectly, topped with your choice of some great looking goodies. Not rushed, built with care and served with some excellent fries.

Food is bland. We cant say its good nor great. No option for extra condiments and cant even call the restaurant to make some adjustments in the order.

Im my opinion this is the best burger and fries Ive ever had. The burgers are made to order, you choose everything. The flavor is magnificent and this burger melts in your mouth. The fries are also fantastic, and they give you a massive amount, careful ordering a large. Ive eaten a lot of burgers, none have ever hit this hard. Its a bit pricey compared to other fast food, but well worth it. Enjoy, you will not be disappointed.

Seriously one of the best burger joints around. I live on the island. Every time Im on the mainland I stop here for a burger. Milkshakes are also killer. And I order a small fries for my whole family. They always throw in extras. Great place. Wish there was one on the island. Parking: Lots of parking at this location. Kid-friendliness: Hot dogs on the menu.

This place is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They explained everything to us. Great food portions and it tasted excellent. A+ for this place. We will be coming back.

Quality food, but ordering fries always puzzles me. If i order a large and a medium, both are about the same size. If i order two mediums it is not much larger than 1 medium. Maybe if i order two larges i will get enough? Dont get me wrong, they give you lots of fries, but they arent cheap and sizes do not seem consistent.

This was one of the best burger joints Ive been to. Staff were fantastic and the food was amazing. Menu is simple but the burgers are incredibly customizable at no extra cost. Burger was cooked to order and the fixings fresh. The Cajun fries had just the right amount of spice. Ill be back next time I make a trip off the Island. I hope Five Guys opens up a location on the island one day.

Terrible no one took orders stood in line over 25 minutes all they did was fill skip the dishes orders .

One helluva burger to be sure. Service was fine but lackluster; get em in, get em out with as little interaction as possible. Some people really appreciate that though. Ill be craving that burger soon.

Food is always fresh and tastes good! Just got off the phone with one of their employees and she went above and beyond by calling skip the dishes to request a quicker driver. It went from 40 minute wait with no driver to 16 minute delivery. We were about to go and pick yp the order ourselves. The tip should definitely go to this lady!

Fast and delicious

Really not happy with the food. The fries were cold and pretty well undercooked - we ate them on the way home and had to throw half of them out. This is the second time that we had the same experience. Id recommend avoiding as the quality of the food has fallen off the board in terms of quality. Shame, too, as Five Guys used to be known for their fries. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

It was a mid-afternoon stop. I know theres all kinds of restaurants here in Vancouver and around NBC here including the white spot. But if you want a true ooey gooey good burger you have to go to five guys. Nothing else competes in BC that I found so far

I went here like 5 or 6 years ago and asked for some jalapenos on my burger, and he gave me the most sinister smile, it was way too spicy so I opened it up and it was absolutely filled with jalapenos. But the jalapeno demon doesnt work here anymore and the burgers are my fav cheat meal.... Idk why people are complaining about the fries because i feel like Id almost get someone fired with how much fries they hook me up with... maybe they gave buddy way too many fries n thats why they got cold... I cant eat all these fries either bro lol

I love Five Guys, unfortunately they are only in the lower mainland in BC. Unfortunately, the one in the Okanagan died of COVID and gratuitous mismanagement. Hope they expand more here in the future.

100x better than the ones in Vancouver! They made my burger with all the toppings and sauces perfectly.

US greasy burger joint. I thought it would be slightly more natural with better beef and real cheese, but its just a hand made US smash burger. Fills you up, but nothing special. Fries were exceptionally good though.

I ordered five guys on skip the dishes and it took them over 2 hours to cook a few burgers. It was burgers with just cheese. I ve never once had to wait so long for a restaurant to cook a couple burgers not to mention a fast food restaurant. Horrible service.

Solid burger

Buy a burger and then have any toppings added that you want for no extra charge. Delicious and very!! high quality beef. Eat free peanuts while you wait, but dont take too many because you wont be waiting long. The fries are excellent too.

The food is Five Guys quality all the way. The service is a little slow, and the guy that takes the orders is not as attentive as one would expect, but overall its pretty darn good.

Ate at noon and couldnt eat at the rest of the day, so filling. Best fries Ive ever had and they literally fill the bottom of your bag so youre getting twice as much. & you already know that burger was killer!

If you crave a great burger, this is the place. Burgers, hot dogs, fries and soft drinks are the menu. No shakes in Canadian locattions ... yet. All toppings other than cheese or bacon are free. And peanuts in the shell while you wait. They do burgers. And they do them well. That said, the eating area is typically dirty. We have had to ask to clean a table frequently. They get busy, I get it. And unfortunately, the customer facing area doesnt get the attention it needs. We have seen other fast food places post a paper towel holder and spray bottle for customers to use. Not here. You have to ask, and then you have to wait.

I attended the location for dine-in with my 3 year old toddler twins. We have been to this location months ago and really enjoyed the casual atmosphere, free peanuts and friendly staff. Its very important to me that staff are engaging when possible and kind to my kids so that they can learn social skills, say Thank You and practice kindness back. The staff at this location on took my order and greeted my kids. They asked their names and if they had been shopping for the day. While waiting at their table the staff and my twins exchanged lots of waves, His and smiles. After getting our meal, one of the staff members came out to also give my girls special chocolates. His manner and sociability was exemplary. My girls made a big deal of going to the counter to say thank you to the staff and even had employees come from the back room to say goodbye. The whole establishment seemed to cheer up at the infectious kindness! I also really appreciate how clean the washrooms are as having 2 toddlers who tend to touch everything and at times sit on the floor is a handful. Thanks so much for the experience. I really think the employees here deserve a Christmas Bonus!! Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, clean and welcoming.
