The location is filthy and the staff is rude and lazy! The restaurant closes 30-45 (915 - 930pm) minutes early every night and isnt fully open until, who knows. I showed up at 735am and they didnt have any coffee or muffins available. I remember a time when employees would start 30 minutes before opening and finish 30 minutes after close, to ensure they were operational during advertised hours. McDonald's worldwide was built on the principle of predictable, consistent service at every location. Not true anymore.
Not worst management worst than worst management, 19 sept just my son ordered fries specially tell then make sure it's hot, But they gave him sitting fries,that's ok not a big issue But when we ask for hot fries big lady Manager make a worst face and touch my fries with hands saying it's hot how come you touch fries with hands without gloves and trying gave us back and asking to other people standing on counter that's a hot fries blah blah She have to take a food safe training first Ridiculous owner and management they not caring about customer service Worst place
Management on the evening shift here seemed a little dense did not understand the concept of their own app gave us wrong order charged us twice and was not polite at all felt pretty hostile in there zero effort in the burger that she just slopped together very disappointed and apparently I'm not the only one someone should definitely check the Management in this place what a shame

We came here from Vancouver and we saw this cute girl serving and being so happy in the counter. It made our whole experience! This girl deserves a raise!!! Her name was Sandra!

Highly disappointed. I ordered a happy meal n clearly said can u make the burger as veggie and the cashier asked what u would like to add in it and I clearly said only lettuce, cheese n mayo . When came home had beef batty on it. I am vegetarian n dnt eat beef or chicken. Even after making it clear they put beef. I m very angry and disappointed as it hurt my religious sentiments,
The girl that was dealing with the fries had long hair and no hairnet, no gloves with hands covered in rings and bracelets. She was scratching her hair right over peoples orders and had almost no regard for food safety. She would go right from the till taking money to the food station without cleaning. When she was getting the fries, she would wear no gloves and every fry that would miss the container would fall onto her unclean hands then back into the bin with the rest of them, threw out my fries right after.

the worst McDonalds Ive been to and I go to McDonalds every day, Im offended every time I go to order at this location and I cant get a tomato on my burger and a milkshake since they dont have either

No sugar free coffee syrups :( they say it s because of covid but every other McDonalds has them. They also don t offer refills but other McDonald s do now.
Was good the only thing I was looking a the Grand Big Mac and the big Mac is that there both the same it just paying more for the same buger as the big Mac for $10 something $3 to $4 more for the grand big Mac when its the same burger
Too long of wait for cold food unpleasant staff
McDonalds has a great food lineup. Big Mac, filet o fish and the breakfast menu too. I dont eat their fries tho. The fries are made from a mix of potatoes, grease ( from their old deep fryer grease) sugar and then that mix goes through a machine that makes the fries. Then they are cooked a bit in a deep fryer and then frozen. This info came from an ex McDonalds manager. The fries taste great when hot then taste awful when cold.
I almost feel bad for the staff skip orders and such should never have come to a small location. The wait times are now just awful as the skip orders always get priority

It s a good McDonalds - if there is no line up - but there is often a 10-15 minute line up.

Food was good but they have a limited menu
This location was ATROCIOUS! I waited for my meal for 15 minutes! It wasn t even busy when I got there. My meal was ready and I watched as 3 other costumers got served before me. I also witnessed the so called manager who can t be more tan 16-18 years of age, SCREAM at the other girls working, saying I have a line up of people, get up here, I am the manager, if I tell you to get up here you come! (There was only 3-4 people in line) I saw the other girls were very uncomfortable with how she was speaking to them. And I found it VERY unprofessional as I myself work in a setting where I help manage a team and would NEVER treat them or speak to them so aggressively. Also this limited menu is a joke! It says Egg McMuffin at the top, so I naturally assumed it meant just egg and cheese, but in fact it was egg and ham. I asked for them to remake it as just egg and cheese, which they did. The girl proceeded to tell me that it was egg and ham, and that egg and cheese isn t even on their menu, essentially saying it was my fault. Which I understand but seriously the menu board is deceiving, it needs to specify that there is ham for those who don t eat meat! And egg and cheese has always been on the menu s at every other location I ve been to. On top of such an awful experience our potato patties weren t even cooked fully they were mush, not crispy at all! I have been to hundreds of McDonald s and have never been so appalled! I will never be back to this location and after all of that, I wish I had demanded a refund.
The red haired pretty young girl Harley was so kind and polite. Wish more mcdonalds workers at the others stores are as nice and friendly

Went thru drive-thru tonight what a big disappointment. Ordered 2 big Mac meals cheeseburger and 4 piece nuggets.burgers were cold both order of fry containers half full fries not cooked and cold my root beer was half rootbeer half coke the nuggets were cold and tasted like the were cooked in burnt oil tried calling for 25mins to the restaurant rings and rings and then hangs up on you I want my money back and no one will answer the calls and in this weather Im not driving back to restaurant to talk to a kid about it. Will be going to restaurant in morning to talk to someone in charge so . Mcdonalds quality is non existent since reopening .

Came here to grab a big mac. The staff treated me as if I was a massive inconvenience. I understand its McDonalds, and when your staff consists of primarily prepubescent teenagers, theres bound to be drama, and the odd disgruntled customer or two. 1. Burger tasted good, kudos to the guy in the back 2. The girl on front cash clearly needed to be sent home. It was not her day. 3. The fries were half full 4. Its in a walmart 5. Went to Walmart yesterday for a prescription and thought I would grab a Mc Chicken. The staff is great and the food was hot. I got home around,2:30 and by 3 I was puking my face off. It was the only thing I had eaten all day. I got food poison and for the next eight hours I was throwing up and weak.

Fresh fries, burgers, etc. on the last visit. Quick and great service.
Stopped by here to grab breakfast one morning. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. Wasnt too busy when I was there around 1030 but I can see this place getting busy, as its in a WalMart. Overall, a solid spot if youre feeling some McDonalds
This one is in the Walmart and the staff seems to always able to handle all the fat people that go to McDonalds. Its hard too..... When an ADDICT needs their nuggets.... Look out cause its down and dirty time... the kids handle it all it all in stride Its truly amazing, like a symphony really.
