The speed of service at this McDonalds is usually good during the day. However during the night hours, it can sometimes take up to 30 mins to go through drive thru.

Crew is a liar. We order a happy meal. They gave us a happy meal without a toy. Why would McDonald s sell a happy meal for kids if there s no toy. That s the reason why kids love happy meal. To get a TOY Then I ask for the toy. They said there s no toy right now. Then I ask another crew. And they gave me a toy. Such a liar. And they gave a pop with just ice and water with Color pink. Literally the slowest place TOOK 1 hour to get my food and drinks literally how does 6 meals take that long to make I even ordered through my app ! For fast food it s slow as bloody hell !

So I stopped by on a Thursday night to grab something on the way home and they have no staff which means they have no food. All their serving is ice cream and pop. This location is an absolute joke. Whoever owns this location should maybe sell it to someone who knows how to run it properly. I can t give any stars because they didn t have anything to give stars for.

Great service , horrible food. Nuggets I ordered were refried it tastes like and my burger was the driest bun I ever had. Normally its iffy at these places but this was for sure not the best I ever had at a McDonalds

Went through the drive-through and got a Big Mac with NO MEAT! Was too far down the road before I opened it to make it worth going back.

The staff at this location close the store from 11pm-12.30am ish every night. Drive thru is blocked and doors are locked. The night manager was smoking in the main doorway and was really rude when I asked when they would open again. First she ignored me and then when I asked again scoffed at me went inside locking the door behind her. Did not even give me an answer. Maybe they need a bit more training

The fact that he s always busy, and then more than half of the personal not experiencing customer service let you experience, managers are always busy so even to complain about it. It s hard. Everything else is like McDonald s food, cheap, made of entertainment here and there, but that s it.

The order screens had not been updated to say there were no Strawberry pies available and let us pay for them, only for us then to be denied at the pick-up. When called, the manager apologised, offered alternatives and compensation by way of complimentary do-nuts, ans proceeded to deactivate non-available items from the order system.

Wanted to try the new breakfast wrap so I got the sausage, bacon, egg & cheese and a pair of strawberry pies. The wrap was luke warm so I had to microwave it when I got home and when I opened it up to eat it, there was a huge rip in it and hlaf the egg fell right out the unwrapped end onto the floor. Not a good start. Very poor job assembling the wrap. Taste was weird because it had an onion/mayo-like sauce on it which overpowered everything else... I did not enjoy it even after having to reassemble it myself. Pies were standard fare and at least hot. Will not be going back.

Lobby wasnt clean - TONS of flies!! Tried the Big Arch (aka the Big Disappointment) - couldnt eat more than half, due to the gallon of sauce on it. Overall it was a lukewarm mess.

This is the poorest managed McDs I have ever experienced. Consistently poor, I get that theres a loitering vagrant population thats tolerated on the block. However, the majority of people in the area are not homeless and deserve better service.

I wish I could give them minus stars, I ordered through skip they are available up until 11:30 on skip and it s a 24/7. Note this isn t the first time they have canceled my order. Very inconvenient. I paid in total near about 25 dollars skip only gave a credit for 15 which is the total before taxes. And if you guys check they have so many bad reviews how is this location surviving. I think the management should be changed. Worst worst McDonald s location.

They are open 24/7 but stop serving food at 0200am telling that they are switching to breakfast menu. It happened multiple times and no other location in the city does that.

Great Place To Be At, Should Check It Out!

Server was struggling with taking order. Appeared to not have any training. Food was slapped together and the patties and cheese were half on the buns, not to mention cold Tables mostly uncleaned and no napkins or ketchup in dispenser. Worst McDonalds experience Ive ever had!

Its MacDonalds, service was excellent and friendly. Food, low cost but tasty, like the calories in the menu, very helpful. Parking: No specific motorcycle parking, but no shortage of spaces

Twice I ve been here and both times I couldn t order food . It s a fast food restaurant open 24 hours but they seem to think they can just close the kitchen after 12am, would not recommend going if your looking for late night food, get your sh.. together, if you can t do a turn around without closing the kitchen it s pretty sad.. you work at McDonald s lol not some high end restaurant

Definitely disappointed in my order. Fries tasted like they were 30 minutes old and scraped from the bottom of the barrel. My drink wasn t topped up and there was no straw, which is frustrating when you re driving. And my big Mac seemed like it was hastily put together and barely hanging on

The night crew are not prompt.... Annoyed me when in went to pick a delivery, where they could hand it over to the driveway... They wanted me to come back to the garbage area for delivering.... Ordered with SKIP, now timewise the order, (skip pick up) and delivery was bang on and fast, however when we received our food.....(double BLTQP, medium fries, 20 Mc nuggets ( was very excited that they actually gifted us the dips, nothing like having to make your own sauce........couple of times now hence this review) the french fries as well as the 20 nuggets were at the early stage of rigger, and the QPBLT was luke warm. Vedder Mac is dead to me.

Its McDonalds, I go there for coffee sometimes. Its the same as the rest of them, hit and miss. Sometimes they make it right, sometimes they dont. I give the person at the window my money and they take it. Generally Im met with a debit machine shoved in my face by someone completely disinterested and unaware on the other end that Im holding my cash in my hand in plain view, then Im moved along to the next window. If its a one window system theyre always trying to shove my food at me before I can even get my change put away, like I need to hurry up and move along. I always make sure I take a sip before I leave or check my food items before I leave the window because I got sick of having to go back because it wasnt made right. Its corporate fast food, there is no service and very little attention paid to the consumer, we have your money now hurry up and move along. Sadly its what Ive become accustomed to at all fast food restaurants, theyre all the same.

I had a positive experience at this McDonalds. The quality of food and service met my expectations, and the clean environment made the visit enjoyable. Ill definitely be returning in the future.For anyone looking for a reliable and quick meal, this McDonalds is a great option.

Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a coke, as the person read it back he said Diet Coke got to the till to pay ad corrected the error she claimed to have changed it to regular coke but after driving away to the point of wasting my time of going back i had a sip of Diet Coke. Not what I ordered.

Pretty much your regular Macdonalds as far as the food is concerned. Service is quite good and fairly quick getting your order prepared. Clean for the most part, but more attention could be given to wiping down tables after they are used. Parking for me is a bit of a problem as I like to dine inside and dont require drive-through often. The premises are built such that you need to walk up quite a slope to the entry from the parking lot. As a senior with difficulty walking it makes it harder to gain access. The handicap parking (one spot only) is pretty much a joke as it will only accommodate one vehicle at a time and you have to back into traffic that may be entering the lot when you leave. Too bad, as I find myself looking for other fast food outlets.

Waited almost 10 mins for my order while everyone that ordered after me received theirs. Finally, one of them looks at me, looks at a bag sitting there, and says, Oh, sorry for the wait. I got the food to my moms, and its cold and wrong, I tried calling them several times with no answer. Cost me $35 for 2 meals and an extra patty for my dog... Not impressed

The young woman taking my order this morning could not have shown me someone more disinterested in working there. Preoccupied, unattentive, repeating my 2 item order, did not ask to make my meal combo or upgrade with a hashbrown. Dont mean to complain, its McDonalds not a 5 star restaurant, but seriously if u dont like your job in customer service industry, get out.

Constantly messing up. Always park you in drive thru for small and large order.(must be cheating the drivethru timer) This visit took the cake, parked us then totally forgot to bring the food out. Went in after waiting over 10mins and they said they had no such order pending. Ended up just getting a refund and going elsewhere. Mcrib craze brought me in since I was in highschool grade 9 when the mcRib came out last in Canada. Wasnt to impressed with the sandwich since it obviously wasnt equally comparable to my fading memory experience from the past. Definitely a decent attempt to recreate a classic and amazing marketing in saying last year the McRib wasnt making it to Canada then to arrive within the first quarter of 24 had the older generation going in droves to see firsthand if the sandwich would be up to par! Just picked up a chicken nugget happy meal for my 3 year old. 2 out of the 4 nuggets were raw. He ate 1 1/2 before noticing. Called the manager and spoke with Sebastian. He apologized and said a few people have called about this exact thing. Offered to replace the nuggets. That was it not impressed.

Terrible experience, was waiting in drive through for 15 mins and no one even responded to me, went to the window and employee working there, ignored me first and then replied that we are out of food, we are not open on several days and all that nonsense, like its our policy and all that, but how the hell we gonna know about the condition, if no one is responding, i was on break wasted my full break over there, without even getting something to eat. This whole incident is of February 11 around 3 am.

The McDonald s in town that always gets my order right definitely my go to place to eat when I need a quick bite!

Big Mac

Terrible service, waited in line for a half hour, multiple people passed me in line. At one point an older fella came in 10 minutes after me and got his food before me. My order was a simple hamburger and fries. Other people came in and I counted at least 5 people get their food before me even though they came in after me. The monitor that displays where your order is in line was turned off, I am convinced purposely. It took over a half hour to get my BLT and fries while door dash people got huge orders and people that walked in went before me. If there was a zero rating they would get it, disgusting service with at least 6 or 7 people that were behind me got their meals before mine!! Absolutely infuriating.

I was in the drive through. This Manger that was on duty at the time around 10:30pm . Was just out to lunch . I ordered 2 coffees and took her 10 minutes to make them but while she was making the coffee she was complaining and cursing loud about how customers are paying in the a.. and f..k customers. She did not say anything directly to me but her attitude was just so rude . So she kept going on cursing and I waited while she is cursing towards people for 10 min . I made sure she makes my coffee and then I told her why I was not taking that coffee and left .

Easily the worst McDonalds in the fraeser valley, they dont throw away hours old food that is prepped, and its rare that an order is actually correct. The customers (and employees) are frequently high or otherwise inebriated. I am at the point where I will drive across town if I want McDonalds rather than walk 2 minutes to go here.

The district manager is incredibly rude. I used the self order unit. After ordering I realized that this location didn t have self serve foundation drink station and asked if I could get my drink without ice. The district manager acted as if I were trying to return soiled underwear with no receipt and informed me that I should have correctly put the order in, additionally that drinks at this location were prepared by a machine. Also there are NO refills at this location. After finishing our meal, I ordered dessert (apple pies, ice cream and a coffee). I was told it would be 15 min for the pies and asked for a refund, as only some of the children would get dessert. My coffee was made incorrectly despite being entered and charged accordingly. I did not get a refund and am going to have dispute the charges. The facility has been renovated recently and was clean. However, the customer service was absolutely horrendous.

Ordered 2 mcdoubles no ketchup add shred lettuce. Got two buns stacked on top no lettuce. Sprite is carbed water and to top it off I go back to them to correct it and it has tomato ketchup on it after being told several times no ketchup allergy.

Cannot follow directions. You asked for caramel latte you get regular coffee. You asked for a medium double double coffee and you get black coffee.

Long wait time. They forgot to give me my drink. They also didn t put some apple slices in my bag because they ran out and yet gave me the bag without mentioning. When I pointed it out they gave me some medium fries. Many staff walked by while I waited for their attention for these issues. One employee was nice enough to throw our leftovers in the garbage for us. Overall, seems like a poorly run franchise.

Sent to overflow and forgot about. Went inside to get food and talk to manager, only to feel like i got hepatitis just looking at him. Run from this location, its gross, ran pourly and your tempting fate with who knows what diseases

Went at 12:30AM to pickup Small fries as a snack on my way home. Bag felt light but didnt think much of it, got home & I counted 19 fries in the whole bag, 13 of which were around the size of my thumbnail. I know its $3-4 but that is absolutely ridiculous! The fries were cold too.

It was midnight i was in drive thru , i was waiting there from last five minutes and i said hi no response then after a while i said is there anyone who is taking order here ! Then a girl rudely said we will take your order wait here its busy ! Dude am not dreaming that its busy ( there was just one car at the window and she thinks its busy) and the rule is if someone comes at drive thru you should tell the customer to wait for one minute then only the customer will know ..! I pulled my car back just to see how busy they are and there was just one car and i went again to drive thru she said why you went back am not gonna serve you ..! She was indian just tell her how to talk she was so rude and really dont have etiquette how to take orders . Just a reminder for her leave your job you dont deserve that ! I dont know from where these people came someone comes at your drive throught at midnight and you saying no to food . Shame on her ! Your staff needs to be changed. The date was August 19, 2023 .. she aas doing graveyard shift.! If the manager have just a little bit of respect for the store talk to her and teach her how to greet the customer she is not a toddler or a pre school child .

Great service at the drive-thru. My only gripe is paying for a paper bag or opting for having the food handled and making a mess in your vehicle. The food is already wrapped, so i would think the paper bag should be factored into the cost rather than an extra charge. i would understand if it were a plastic bag, but not the standard paper bag provided. This mcdonalds is just way too busy, theres always a wait and they usually miss something because theyre so busy! Its honestly not the staff or managers, its just the only mcdonalds close by and its always packed.

I came through the drive thru- ordered a cheeseburger and a 6piece nugget meal with iced tea. Meal was totally fine, but cheeseburger however was more cheese- no burger. The worst part about this however is the customer service or lack there of afterwards. I ve called numerous times, with no answer every time. I ve called for the past few days at differing times. Still nothing. Incredibly discouraging customer service, and how does that slide out of the kitchen in that condition? Who forgets the patty on a burger, that didn t request no patty .

No paper towels in the men s room and took several people to ask and still never got any. Not gonna chance that they wash their hands anywhere else in this place

Vedder location...No sauces for nuggets. Just ketchup. No Orange juice, just apple. Could not order a cheeseburger meal. Had to order 2 burgers. Extremely unprofessional imo.

The lady taking orders kept interrupting and didnt listen when I told her what I wanted. She also kept saying what that was. She did it with the next lady as well. The man taking the other order in tandem didnt have any of these problems. It was a her problem, nothing more.

Literally the worst McDonalds in town. 80% of the time your order is wrong and food is cold. The drive-thru closes at 11:00 p.m. so sucks to suck if youre hungry at night. Not even worth going unless youre desperate.
