I had been driving from the Okanagan when I stopped Wendy's Vedder for food. After I paid for my food they refused to let me use their washroom. They were very rude to me ! They told me it was out of order, they have 2 washrooms not out of order. I saw a customer leave the washroom as I entered the restaurant. I will NEVER return to this Wendy's and would not recommend that anyone go there. EVER !!
I have been to many Wendy's - some good, some not. I just ordered a apple pecan salad at the Chilliwack store. Everything was just as to be expected, except the chicken - which was unedible. It was dry, greasy, and hard little bits of what I would hardly have recognised. They used to serve a nice piece of cut up chicken breast. This looked and tasted like last weeks leftovers reheated too many times. Definitly the last time for me.
Food is the Best!! But OMG: an hour in the lineup. Drive-thru was ridiculous, so we went inside...even worse! I guess it's cause the food is so good. The young lady who served me was very kind. A little slow though, and she didn't get the coupon thing. Almost charged us full pop. We recommend the Spicy Chicken Sandwhiches - the best fast food Chicken in our opinion.
Ok. Now I know I’m 21 years old and shouldn’t be this pressed over this. But I saw that the Krabby patty collab came out and I was so excited. I grew up with SpongeBob. I get my Krabby patty order and it is literally a Dave’s single and fries. Now I figured the burgers would probably be the same but the packaging and everything just looks the same!! My inner child is crushed
Really bad experiences with delivery. Forgetting entire items, multiple times. They just tell you to deal with the delivery company for a refund, no real-time solution. They consistently miss sides, for some reason really struggling with chilli cheese fries; this is a consistent missed item. Desserts, toppings for salad, getting drinks other than what we ordered... This time, it was missing chilli cheese fries, french toast sticks and the drink. It's always something, it's rarely small. I just got excuses from the manager on the phone, trying to blame the person on the earlier shift, after she misunderstood what time I placed the order. I wasn't even asking for anything. Just do better.
Sucks paying a lot of money for almost nothing. Disappointing. Gave 5 stars on atmosphere cause it was the drive through, and my car is comfy. Problem as can be seen is in the picture. I ordered a small fry. What I got however was a micro fry, served in a small fry container.
Food took a while as they were quite busy on a Sunday evening. Really wanted a baked potato but they were out of potatoes. Garbage cans were overflowing everywhere and ketchup station was out.. Food was fresh and hot and tasty and I love the new soda touch less machine with tons of options Even though I didn't have any.
Excellent location, it's kept very clean, service is always solid and even though it's a very busy location (best hours aside from mcdonalds) they are head and shoulders above competition. You can't really beat wendys for quality and service, but it does come at a cost. I'd say you pay 2$ more for equivalent meal here than competitors but it's worth the price imo. I use the app so I generally get a deal. Today I used coupon for 2 dollars off. I got a frostchino on side and my total came to 9$ with the bacon egg biscuit meal /w small coffee. I decided to eat in dining room and really enjoyed it. Very clean, lots of windows as well as a very clean bathroom facilities. Quick service although they weren't very busy. Staff were smiling and helpful, made me feel welcome, which is nice to have these days. Service 5 Environment 5 Food 5

2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches is the best deal going. Hot and fresh and friendly. Makes it a brainerd to invite a friend out for breakfast and a tea.

I want rate this Wendys with zero all across the board it was lousy food we had to go back and get another Burger and fries cuz they were stone cold Ill never eaten that Wendys Burger joint again and I reported him to the franchise and Im just disgusted with the way they do things there the dirty dirty restaurant and and cold lousy food
The dine in customers seem to be the last priority after drive thru and online food orders. It takes too long to get dine in food here now.

Only go there for the breakfast baconator after today will never go back went through drive through they messed up 2 of the 4 things I ordered had to go inside where no one would help me then when I got home the baconators had no sauce never again
We used drive through, it was quick, friendly and fast. Food was good for a fast food place, prices I feel are high for fast food, but everyone is.

Ordered Wendy s through Skip never received my sour cream or butter for my potato. Then today went through drive through and they never gave me a straw or napkins. These workers are always messing up orders. They don t read!!! I just opened my Cobb salad and the lettuce is all wilted!! This is not fresh..terrible..now driving back to Wendy s to get my money back.

Baconator is GREAT
We always loved Wendys unfortunately they dont have tons of locations across BC but when we go to Cultus lake and need a quick bite before shopping, this is our go to.

Saw the ads on tv for the Canadian milk frosty. Wasn t sure what I was expecting, but came in to see the hardest working team and manager serving up delicious poutine and crisp green lettuce on my wrap at the cleanest Wendy s I ve ever been to. 10/10, would recommend.

The serv8ce was very good people working there were very friendly i say atmosphere 3 star because their were a bunch of high school kids in there and they were very loud. I usually wouldnt care if the kids were there but they were being quite difficult and swearing a lot. It is very nice in there. Food was fast and fries were hot. Where we live all the food is always cold so we never go.

first time trying this Wendy s since moving to this town(won t be back) and they forgot food items, two people ended up getting sick a few hours later, the drive thru is small and you got cars trying to get in from every direction, would not recommend.
Store has no washroom available . When asked , the employee took me to the middle washroom. The moment I came in, the toilet is full of s. I asked for another as they have 3 . They told me they are all out of service. How do you operate a restaurant with 3 washroom is out of order????

Eaten at the chilliwack location for years never waited so long for service as I did on May 10 2:00pm another patron behind me said she came in from drive through thinking it would be faster. Newer owners are not keeping up to demand Slow unorganized . Wouldn t open the bathroom for a elderly man poor service all around

Fast speedy service compared to other fast food restaurants Parking: Very tight location and difficult to park especially on the drive through area. Constantly a issue with almost being run over by the cars in drive through as it s design is to go past the entrance doors.
I was there for lunch today and service was extremely slow and Ive ordered through delivery apps and food has always arrive cold. I miss the old staff, they were way better than the new staff
Clean with personable friendly cashier. Had 2 apple pecan salads . Fresh tasting with 2 kinds of apples and warm chicken, caramelized pecans. Senior tea was free.. bonus

Great breakfast
The staff were very welcoming to say the least. As for Wendys go, its actually a lot better than most that Ive been to in Ontario. Just everything seemed better, employees that actually want to be there, the food looks more like what you see in Ads (another rarity), the location is nice, building is just regular cookie cutter of every one out there. But I was pleasantly surprised
Although the lines can be a bit long at this location the staff work quite quickly and you rarely have to wait for long. The overall consistency and order accuracy is surprisingly good compared to the majority of fast food locations.
Now Im going to be very clear about this ..some of the staff here is awesome ...yet there are a few employees that say ignorant comments and I know this because I use my Google translate while in the store listening to the staff speak in their native tongue! So for them to make rude comments and think they are being funny with one another its not Kool now its been a while since this has happened..so I cant go and point out who said what . That being said if you want change in the world then be the change you wish to see in the world... DO NOTHING NOTHING CHANGES
Ordered double lettuce and paid for it but never received it. Literally 2 tiny pieces of lettuce...and no pickles.
Manager lady is SO rude.. always glares at you. They never make my order right, ever! Than just shove the food out the window to you and walk away, don t even make sure you need anything
Service has really gone down
This place is so bad! Ordering to go, dinner or which is the busiest. The manager has a rookie employee handling orders and is obviously super overwhelmed, taking orders and not entering them correctly, telling her my order is completely wrong, then staring at me like its my fault. Finally get my order ( my fault for not checking AGAIN), get home and stuff is missing still!! Plus the place stinks like a urinal, homeless hanging out around corners looking for handouts. TERRIBLE PLACE!! Manager should be let go!!!
The food really hits the spot, add better presentation and you might as well be eating at a mom and pop dinner with well cooked food.

Everything was great the staff were friendly, there was someone activity cleaning down booths even getting down and under them ( I think her name tag said balvinder but I might be wrong with the spelling) the food was delicious and a good price. Honestly just went threw there drive thru ordered a kids meal and 2 JBC, a frosty and a chilli. I noticed a sign saying you had to request single use items. So I request a spoon also when asked if I wanted these itemels, I replied with yes. When at the window I asked why you have to request these items. The girl said new rule something about people are giving out spoons and such when they dont need to. Which to me sounds like an employee problem and not a consumers problem. I left to get to my next destination and realized we had one spoon. For 2 ppl one with a chilli and one with a frosty (would not be a problem if it was one person however it was not.) No straw for the kids meal drink. Imagine having a thirsty 2 year old who just wants her drink. Than when I try my JBC, I find out the bun is stall and disgusting. So you could say I was completely unsatisfied. Than when I call all the manager says is sorry. Does sorry fix the $20 I just wasted???? Cuz in this day and age $20 adds up fast. So now I am completelydissatisfied still hungry and have a thirty 2 year old and still have shopping to do. This wendys needs to reevaluate their staff and their management (since i gave it a 3 star before this experience ) Being someone who worked in customer service for years. This is not how you go about it. Come on wendys get it together, Ronald seems to be a better choice not by much these days but at least you get your spoon and straw for your order.

Okay other than the homeless junkie piles going in there and mooching and begging for money and making customers feel unsafe and causing the bathrooms to be closed due to them doing illicit drugs in there and flushing drug paraphernalia down the toilets and causing plumbing issues deliberately.
Looked online and it said their restaurant lobby opened at 7:30 for breakfast (these hours are also advertised several places within the Wendys). I come in at 7:35, no lights are on and the doors are locked. I stand around and see them turn the lights on, but no one comes to unlock the doors. Eventually they do at 7:40 and say they didnt open the doors because one of their machines wasnt working - but their drive thru was open? Make it make sense. When I go to order, the menu boards are off. Not even sure the cashier knew what products they sold. The food I got was messy and not great. I was treated more like an inconvenience than a customer. I adore this location for their lunch and dinner but dont come here for breakfast.

For 30 years this Wendys had the fastest drive thru in chilliwack, way faster than any McDonalds in town, but in the last year or so it has gotten painfully slow.
Without a doubt the dumbest drivethrough. Employee hit her vape right in front of me, NEXT TO HER MANAGER, at the window while I was talking to themanager who didnt care that someone cut off 6 cars (2 in front waiting) that were waiting 20 minutes for them to serve 2 cars. Nope, theyll just serve them anyways and laugh about it because screw everyone elses time. Honestly enjoyed coming to this Wendys, now, Im only gonna come here to redeem my free JBCs and order my order food elsewhere. Thanks!

Aside from the caution table on the damaged booth and the homeless person that was passed out in the entrance way seat the food was amazing. My dad and I ordered the cobb salad. Now Ive made my own Cobb salad as a chef and this one was damn good. There was a beautiful balance of cheddar bacon chicken crispy onions egg and veggies in addition to lettuce. One package of dressing was more than enough even though I love dressing and the Pop came enough flavor that was really surprising. I will definitely go to Wendys again

Its your typical fast food place. Nothing spectacular, but the food is decent. Also, like all other fast food places, they are understaffed, so service can be quite slow especially at busy times.

Fast drive thru. This has to be the busiest drive thru in Chilliwack, but youd never know it. They always have plenty of staff to get the people fed.
Waited about 30 minutes for my Bacon breakfast burger (you get before 10:30 am) and it was disgusting. $8 for just the burger, nothing else. It tasted like cardboard and had ONE piece of bacon on it. Ill never eat here again, this is the second attempt, and thats 2 complete failures. 2 strikes youre out with me.
