The staff are absolutely amazing and sooooo cheerful and very friendly. The food is absolutely Amazing and so fresh and I love that their fish and chips are not dripping in oil whatsoever....

Definitely the best fish n chips in Chilliwack. I always order the halibut and its excellent. Sometimes it can be slightly greasy, but kind of typical for a lot of fish n chip places. Batter on the fish is tasty and not too thick, and theres always lots of fish. Onion rings are also very good in the same batter. Food is a little bit pricey, and tartar sauce should be included with your meal in my opinion. I havent eaten in, but take out service is always very fast even when busy. Ive never waited more than 10 mins for my order. Definitely a solid place to eat, check it out!

Someone said to me only go to a restaurant that specializes in fish and chips rather than a regular everything goes restaurant. C-lovers is by far the best fish and chip restaurant this side of the pond. I have been to 5 different locations so far and the high standard was apparent in all. This Chilliwack one was also excellent. Fast service, fast delivery by a trainee that was very courteous and happy in her job. Definitely recommend this location as well as others.

Cant beat the all you can eat!

C lovers in Chilliwack was great before and friendly staff. Now every time we come in staff always in a hurry and forgetting the drinks and starter salads right away and management yelling at staff. We own businesses and I sure dont appreciate hearing staff or management yelling especially when there is customers in a business.

We got there to pickup our food . They were very distraught and overwhelmed and understaffed . We ordered over the phone then got there and their manager said stop taking orders over the phones past 2pm , we cannot keep up . We had ordered halibut to our surprise we got to the car and opened the fish and realized it was not halibut it was gross and old. They charge so much for it not to be halibut .

After being told how great this place was, I was pretty disappointed. Our server was very inattentive, but I can forgive that, as it was a bit a busy. The biggest disappointment was the food. The C-Lovers platter seemed like a good idea, to get a little of everything. Unfortunately it was a waste, as the fries, prawns, onion rings, and fish all tasted exactly the same.

Poor service...I will not eat here ever again! Waitress was rude to my mother, who was asking how long the food was gonna take....I do nt recommend this place...

I told the server to bring me a napkins she said do you want steel the fish in the napkins to take the fish home, I was gat oil fish out l because the fish is very oily, The owner of the restaurant is also very rude . The owner of the restaurant was more rude than the waiter

The all you can eat fish and home-made fries were awesome. The fish batter is very crispy and thin. Loved it. Secondly, the price is very good at less than $20 and includes a beverage.

If youve ever had amazing fish and chips as a kid and couldnt find a place that recreated that feeling, well you didnt look hard enough. The prices are fantastic, food is even better, and the portions make even me (who has the nickname of Jughead) get full. Go here if you havent already, and if you have continue to do so.

Always has wonderful staff, fish is always fresh and tasty. Good beer on tap, and in bottles. Would recommend 100% for any seafood lovers. Excellent every time.

Went here a little while back with a friend and I am always on the fence with fish just based off experience in the past. The all you can eat fish just seemed the most reasonable option get the best worth of my money, the fish was pretty good and was very filling portions. The staff was also very friendly and easy to talk to even going out of their way to listen to some stories my friend was telling. All around I can say will be going back.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The batter tasted like there were gym socks in the oil. I could not eat it at all! I told them and they smiled as if I told them it was awesome. It was a $40 lesson

Second visit to a C-Lovers. Consistent. Love the seafood chowder. Choose the Fish platter. Eat the slaw, oysters, shrimp, and some of the fries. Take the fish and remaining fries home for dinner.

The greasiest food I have ever had. We did take out and all the paper was so soaked in oil you could see the yellow colour. The breading is terrible also. The salmon tasted too fishy for salmon. No thank you

Very welcoming place, from a friendly hello when you walk in. Food was hot and very good, tartar sauce was on point. The service was excellent. Ana (Server) did an amazing job and was very professional and friendly. I will certainly be going back.

Best seafood in town but a little expensivensive.

We went here because our usual chip shop was closed. I had not been to C-Lovers in the new Chilliwack location. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Large restaurant, not ambient, but efficient and clean with good service and high turnover, which I thought might translate into fresh fish. We were not disappointed and all enjoyed the halibut and chips with mushy peas. Food was hot and the batter nice and thin and not greasy and the fish was obviously fresh. Mushy peas were good. We shared onion rings to start once again, thin batter and the onions were just right. Service was pleasant and efficient. Plenty of free parking outside. I would say it s a decent chipper!

Friendly, energetic staff and all you can eat fish and chips with a pint for 22 bucks makes for a great combination! Food was not greasy at all! Kid-friendliness: Discounts according to age.

Saved my life after finding out now I cant eat seafood. The manger was awesome for saving my life and another guy gave me Nitro to breath again.

The food was very greasy. The waitress never gave us refills even though they were bottom less drinks. She was rushing for us to pay and go! This was the day after Christmas me and my family couldnt find anywhere to eat so we went here and all went home feeling not so well! Im not happy with this place, and I would never come back! Nore, will I suggest trying it out.

Espescially big shout to Katie ( she has the most customer service ever). The manager/owner is really lucky to have her in his restaurants. I dont like to go any other restaurants. We had Haddock Chips and I had the delicious Mushy Peas, the waitress was fantastic, the only thing I could think of to improve the meal would be to have the Skin on the Fillet. Overall the best F&C since we left England 17 years since.

Went on a Friday at lunch. What a shame for the owners it wasnt busier, because everything about my experience was excellent, and they should benefit from doing things right. Lets start with the food. I really like Cod and Chips... so I ordered a 2 piece cod and chips. Portions were good, cod was excellent, chips were perfect, coleslaw very tasty, and the tartar sauce was above average. Overall the meal was very satisfying and even if the service had sucked (which it didnt), I would go back just for the food. As for service... the two young women on duty were EXCELLENT. There were regulars in there who they seemed to know by name. I was by myself going through town and I was treated like I was one of them too. Service was quick, efficient and friendly, and not over the top. Because I was by myself I got to watch the interactions with the other customers to some extent, and they really have people who care about the customers. Kudos to whoever hired/trained them. As for atmosphere... I will qualify my atmosphere (google review beta) review of a 4... While very clean and fresh, the atmosphere was not cosy or quaint, but it is very acceptable for a lunch spot/chain place. If you could only take this food and service and package it in a nicer / quainter setting, this would be a home run. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The food was pretty good but handling the salt and pepper shakers that were covered with grease and not clean was pretty off putting . The place is ok the prawns were really good and the fish was as well. The fries are hand cut but they had a texture I didn t like . I wonder if they are sprayed with starch I don t know there was just something about them that didn t work for me . The coleslaw was a healthy portion it wasn t bad but there was nothing that stood out about it . It s a pretty par for the course c lovers . Decent but nothing really to draw me in as a go to place

First time here. Tried the all you can eat which is pollock. Fish was good(hot, crispy and tasty)and service was prompt and friendly. Tartar sauce and ketchup are ready to go on the table which I love. Price is decent and I for sure will be back to try the cod. Fairly large restaurant and decent parking. Would recommend.

We had the most amazing experience at this c lovers both the management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful there was an incendent when we where here and the manager handled it extremely professionally and with care for both his staff and guests. We have been to a few different c-kovers and this location has been by far the best everything was fresh and full of flavor! Highly recommend this place if you enjoy fish and chips and the price is pretty affordable for all you can eat

Went for the first time and it was Fantastic!!! Fast, delish and non greasy. Generous portions for the All you can eat and the 2 pc halibut meal was amazing! We look forward to making it a weekly event!

Food was great as always but service was terrible, its a shame because our waitress katie was very nice but after taking a request for more fish she went back to a table of her friends to continue a conversation about a vacation, the conversation went on for 8-10 minutes before I finally in a stern voice said excuse me, she turned for a second and went back to her conversation for another 3-5 minutes as if she didnt hear me, keep in mind I can clearly hear her and other customers heard me, to busy in her conversation to hear me Im guessing, she eventually placed the order and it unfortunately also took long but to be expected, it was roughly 15-25 minutes for me to receive two fish, first time in mine and my wifes life leaving a $0 tip. We wont be back to this location, what a shame..

Extremely disappointed with our dinner tonight, was good before, so we were making it a regular stop. However, upon ordering our dinner we ordered one piece Halibut meal for each of us. We also ordered an appetizer. We got our appetizer quickly, but not even half way through, our dinner arrived. We clearly did not get the halibut we ordered but were told it was halibut. The waitress lied to our face and said it was. It truly was not! It was cod! We watched another couple come in and they wanted to sit by a window but were told they couldn t because they were not using that section, but later proceeded to allow another gentleman in that same area. It was not busy at all in the restaurant. They also wanted oysters and were told they did not have any, but offered onion rings! We did not finish our meals and requested takeout boxes but they didn t have any so our leftovers we re just wrapped in paper. Really dissatisfied with the service and food.
