They definitely stand out from the other Indian restaurants. I dont mind driving from Abbotsford to Chilliwack for some good food. Their taste is authentic with a fine service. Tried their Paneer tikka masala and eggplant (baigan bharta); they were delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

We were visiting from Surrey to one of my friend. We are four people came to dine in around 9.20ish. The girls working there had already mopped the floor and told us that we can t dine in and it is still more than half an hour left before the closing. I think the owners should know what their staff is doing to their customers as it is owners loss not theirs.

ORIGINAL: My husband and I recently moved to Chilliwack and were looking for a new place for Indian - this really hit the spot! Staff were incredibly nice and atmosphere inside is very relaxing and welcoming. Very very clean inside. We got a large Kadai Chicken and the Chicken Momos. The meat was cooked perfect and very tender. Portions were very good. Kadai is our favorite curry and we have tried it at many different places - this was up there for one of the best. Only critique is the food lacked a little bit salt...but nothing we couldnt add at home on our own. Momos werent our favorite but not too bad. Definitely recommend giving them a try...we will be back!

Today me and my husband visited chilli masala restaurant for the first time. We loved their food and their customer service so much. We will definitely revisit them in the future.

Good food but some of their dishes has more oil one of which is bindi fry, could be more fried with less oil.

I always go for golgapa s which are too yumm and spicy as in india. Also, the fried momos I had a positive experience and would recommend Chilly Masala to everyone.

This was our first time coming here and we were not disappointed. Our server man ran was very kind and was able to give us recommendations for what to pair our food with. The food was tasty and flavorful. The spices were very aromatic. The garlic naan was garlicky! Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back! We had the beef biriyani, lamb curry and garlic naan!

My husband was working in Chilliwack and brought home dinner on Friday! We are total foodies and looove trying new places. He brought home naan, tikka masala, mango chicken, and biryani. They were all soooo tasty but the MANGO chicken was literally the highlight of the whole meal! We have had mango chicken at other restaurants but this was by far the best we have ever had, as there were delicious chunks of mango and chicken it was just the perfect sauce!! I ve already informed my husband that any time he works in Chilliwack I am expecting a Mango chicken dish to be brought home! Definitely put this restaurant on your list of must-try !

Went back still yummy!! Enjoyed dinner here tonight with a few friends. Large menu of options, also regular or lg size dishes. Very accommodating as we wanted chilli chicken with a gravy. All the dishes had plents of tender chicken and tons of gravy/sauce. Always nice to have lots for nann dips!! The waitress made suggestions and was happy to answer any questions and advised us of things we may have been suprised with otherwise. Overall was a great dinner spot for us. Today, we here at Chilliwack Primary and Community Care ordered 5 meals for pickup. I had the pleasure of picking it up. I mean a real pleasure. I highly recommend Chilly Masala. My family was looking for a restaurant to cater my moms 60th Birthday. After reading the reviews we decided to go and try the food, our experience dining in was great. We ordered 3 dishes they recommended, we were very impressed by the quality and taste of the food. We decided to place a large order for the party, and ordered food for 20 people. When I picked up the food it was packaged nicely and ready on time. All of our guests were very happy and so were we. I highly recommend Chilly Masala, food is great, staff are very friendly and helpful!

I took daal dhaba , rice and naan. The taste of daal was very awful. It seemed like it was not fresh. After I ate that daal I got stomach ache and vomiting. Overall I had a bad experience. I will never try again from this restaurant.

Outstanding Indian Cuisine. I m a chef and I ve been eating Indian food everywhere I go for 20+ years. Our group of 5 ordered appetizers and multiple main courses to share. Every dish was vibrant and flavourful. Standouts for me were one of the best Aloo Gobi I ve had anywhere, the Chicken Biryani was exquisite and the lamb Rogan Josh, which was earthy, aromatic, spicy and much more tender than you will find in most places. Our server was attentive, kind and very tolerant of our somewhat needy group and our staggered ordering of food and drinks. Highly recommend.

I went to dine in today to Chilli Masala with my partner. We ordered veg biryani with raita, garlic naan and malai kofta. The waitress recommended that we should try out their mango shake, so I ordered that too and she was right the shake was really tasty and their service is superb and friendly. I have saved the restaurant to my fav places and on my next trip to Chilliwack I ll go to chilli masala for sure.

1st time trying this place. Pretty good butter chicken. Liked the garlic naan better. Was a bit dry of naan but better then some places that are too oily. Butter chicken mild was still decently spicy but lacking a bit of depth in the general spice flavor. Not amazing, but pretty good I will eat it again.

We placed our first order yesterday. The quality of the food is amazing, and incredibly flavourful. Vegetable Pakora is a family favourite, and a full family of 7 with 5 children with very different tastes could all agree the Pakora was delicious. (There were about 14-16 pieces of pakora in a single order, so well definitely need at least 2 orders next time). My 12yo and I agree the vegetable fried rice is amazing, and a must have. I found the spring rolls a little bland, but they were a major hit for the kids that dont like spicy things. FYI, there is generous usage of cilantro in many of the dishes which made it a no-go for my 14yo, but everybody else enjoyed those dishes. Overall a wonderful experience and hubby and I are getting some pakora and momos just for us tonight!

I have ordered here twice now and each time as been quality great tasting food. They can even make butter chicken mild enough for a guy like me while still having the flavor. And the naan bread from then, simply the best naan Ive ever had, and Ive tried most places in town. My Indian friend even said this naan is made right! Try them for your next Indian meal, you wont regret it! Prices are very reasonable as well

Was in the area and had an empty hour. There it was, and so I walked into an empty restaurant. I thought I knew a little about Indian food. Nope!! I had mostly been in restaurants with large non Indian clientele which reflected in their food. Nice stuff, but this place was like not North American similar at all. I will be back soon to begin to educate myself further. Thanks to the front end staff for explaining and for their patience.

found the best food in chilliwack, we tried different vege things, it was so delicious and the customer service was excellent.

We were in the mood for Indian and decided to give this place a try. The website wasnt working so I was a little worried, but called in the order. When I arrived the place was empty which was a bad sign, but I noticed how very clean and orderly it is. The young lady working was very friendly. I noticed a sign saying that they give free water bottles to delivery drivers and value their health and wellness. Impressive! Our meal was quite good but we ordered mild and should have ordered medium. Portions were appropriate for the price and came in quality reusable containers. Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff (very uncommon in Chilliwack) as well as the value and quality.

Food and services were good. One recommendation to the customers try their Aloo- tikki, it will remind you off India.
