The 5 stars fall short when rating Pabla Curry House. This restaurant is a staple in the Chilliwack community. The owner and staff are so welcoming of everyone, always greet you with a big smile and make you feel like family. The food served is authentic and most importantly, the great quality is always consistent. This restaurant cuts no corners and the high standards are visible in the taste of the food they prepare. I refuse to go to any other Indian restaurant in Chilliwack and the best thing is they do catering for all your events, which I have taken advantage of several times. I strongly recommend Pabla Curry House !

Best Tandoori chicken ever. In fact, this Tandoori chicken is the best chicken I ve ever eaten. Everything else I tried was great too but I had to call the restaurant back after I pounded the tandoori chicken to say thanks.

O detour from the highway to ate something, and I find this place. 100% recommended

The location is in a little strip mall but the food is excellent. I drove in from Vancouver to see a customer. After our meeting was done I was looking around for a lunch place. I decided to check this out since it was close. I ordered the Thali lunch special, aloo gobi, shahi paneer. It came in a takeout tray with rice, cucumber slices, onion, and piping hot, buttery naan bread. The meal was very satisfying which I finished off with the Masala Chai. Next time Im out in this area, I would definitely stop by for lunch.

The gluten free part of the menu is amazing, and so is everything else. Absolutely munchalishous.

Mind blowing food! No other words. Their paranthas, butter, and saag took us back to dhabas in Chandigarh and Delhi in India. We also have folks from different parts of the world, and everyone went crazy for their food! Awesome cheerful hosts and upbeat Punjabi music just makes it the perfect place to come and take a dip into Punjabi vibes Vegetarian options: Amazing saag, paranthas, dahi, butter, and pickles!!!

Always enjoyable and quick

This is my 2nd or 3rd time ordering here. This time I ordered for pick up via Skip but when I got there I realised that i picked the wrong pick up time and got there an hour early. I offered to come back, but the staff said they would have it ready within 5 to 10 minutes if I was ok to wait. As promised, less than 10min later my order was ready. Awesome service. On previous occasions, my food was always ready as agreed and hot. Food was great every time (keep in mind taste is subjective). Small little place so not the best for dining in, but reasonable prices and quantity.

Veggie pakora came in a generous portion, the naan was fluffy, and staff brought out extra hot pepper and garlic/ginger paste for me to add to my butter chicken when I told them I would like extra spicy. Ate inside and saw a lot of delivery activity; you can tell this is a well liked restaurant!

One of the best places i have ever visited. Workers are so polite food tastes so good fresh food i think i am in love with their food. I tried lots of food items from here such as tandoori fish, bhutara with channa, cheese chilli, Manchurian, veg curry and many other and i am always like yummy when i take a bite i love their food a lot. The another thing i like the most is we need not to wait for so long their service is so fast. I feel like they deserve 5starts I would just say visit once and try their different recipes you all gonna love it. Fantastic Indian food - had the thali and everything was perfect. I ordered hot and it was nicely spiced. Delicious salt masala lassi too with fresh roasted spices. Don t miss this little gem of a place if you are in Chilliwack. They even advertise gluten free roti - although I didn t order it as I wasn t with my GF family but that s a win if you are GF. Also, do not let the basic inside decor put you off eating in. They are just starting out and the atmosphere inside is great thanks to the super attentive people inside. Highly recommended!

We visited for dinner on our way back to Seattle. The food was incredibly delicious! Lots of options for vegetarians. Most importantly, the manager and chef, Aman, took excellent care of us (very kind person). We will definitely stop by again on our next trip. Highly recommend this restaurant. I ordered the lamb vindaloo, which was excellent made with fresh onions instead of fried ones. If you like it spicy, go for hot or extra hot, as the medium hot was a bit tame for my taste. The butter chicken, one of their most popular dishes, was also delicious. The mango lassi was refreshing and tasty. The great service added to the overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Food was awesome, had an authentic north Indian taste. Food was so fresh & hot. The quantity of the dish can be easily shared by 2 persons.The person in the billing counter is so friendly & helps in choosing the food. In a due course, i became a regular customer for this restaurant. Recently the restaurant have undergone an upgrade. Vegetarian options: People have a lot of vegetarian option to choose like potatoes, cauliflower, paneer, ladies finger etc... Parking: The shopping complex have a lot of parking place, i did hot had a problem with parking , i have been to his place many time.

My mother in law has been coming for years. She took me in there tonight to pick up dinner for the family. They have booths that are still closed, so this is a take out only restaurant. The owner takes a lot of pride in his food. He suggested dishes for us based on my vegetarian diet, and was sure to pack the vegetable dishes apart from any meat dishes. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The food was delicious. It had the perfect spice for mild dishes while still being flavourful. My 9 year old loved the butter chicken and Palak paneer, and my vegetable korma was sooooo good. The naan and rice were also top notch. There could have been more paneer in the Palak but everyone loved all the dishes (butter chicken, lamb vindaloo, and chicken korma, as well as Palak paneer and vegetable korma). We got 4 rice, 5 naan, and 5 dishes for under $100.

The food was good.. but the portions were tiny. Don t order a combo box thinking it s a go deal deal.. you get two little pieces of meat of each and two carrots? The tandoori chicken order had a lot more meat in it. Anyways, those two items and peas, samosas a was $80. Ridiculous.. I won t ever Oder see from here again. Also when you order samosas you expect them crispy not covered in sauce? It doesn t even say that on the website when you read their menu. I don t know why the ratings are so high here. I group in Surrey where there is many more choice for Indian cuisine. This place is a rip off.

They were great when they first opened but they went downhill my butter chicken today was definitely watered down and my chicken was definitely still raw. This use to be my favorite place to order from but I think ill pass from now on.

Great customer service. I forgot to add rice to my skip order, so I called and asked if I could add it. They told me there isn t a way, so they sent the rice free of charge. Definitely will be ordering again!

Disappointing takeout order for $80. The veg pakoras were reheated and no sauce. The chicken curry and chole were watered down and flavourless, the raita was off and bitter. We tried calling them first but the number wouldn t go through and said not in service.. So we are writing this review. Our order showed a lack of care to the quality of food they are serving their customers. Not sure if we will go here again if they are operating intentionally with this much disregard for quality. We have eaten here MANY times. Not anymore. Consumer beware.

Okay, Ordered food from doordash. I ordered a thali combo and choose kdhai chicken and shai panner and with complimentary naan and rice. Taste - 3/5 - basic , bland food . nothing special just ordinary. Quantity - 1/5 worse , very few pieces of panner and chicken. Overall3/5.

This is 1000% the best Indian food Ive ever had. I pretty much always order Malai Kofta or Palak Paneer wherever I go, so I have a lot to compare it to, and its absolutely the best. We drive all the way out from Vancouver to Chilliwack for this food. It is incredible and all the sauces are made from individual recipes, special for each dish.

It was my first time to come here. I ordered chidken biryani to go. It was good but a little bit on the salty side for my taste, did not come with raita though.

Pablas is as authentic as it gets with North Indian food. Super tasty home cooked type of food. Takeout orders are prepared promptly and they take orders online or by phone. Highly recommend their samosas, amritsari kulcha and saag paneer.

First time went to pabla restaurant and it was great experience. We ordered dal makhni , dahi bhalla and tandoori roti. Food was delicious and owner was so nice. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to try india cuisine.

The rice was very disgusting I could make way better rice at home. Also the fish pakora has very thick flour. It was really hard to find the fish.

Place is amazingly good was my first time there and wasnt disappointed. Great taste great value we had the butter chicken , sag paneer and the chicken and butter chicken samosa they were delicious. definitely will go back for my next craving.

Really nice family owned good food

Ordered take out and spent almost $100. The tandoori chicken was obviously old, was dry and reheated. The butter chicken and lamb curry meats were dry and sauce was watery with cold spots, which tells me these currys were not fresh either, most likely frozen and reheated too. We will definitely never order from this place again.

My brother use to get Tiffin service from this restaurant. Food is tasty. Owner is honest and friendly.
