We were downtown and thought wed buy a pizza to take home for dinner. It was delicious the price was good. Well be back and let our friends know about it.

Owner treats staff horribly. Promises hours and then does not give any. High turnover rate for employees. Food is overpriced and small portions. I would not Support this business anymore, it used to be great.

It is a small place, the Pizza is delicious, but they did not have any accessories, such as pepper or cheese, when they give you the pizza they do not give you napkins either. But overall its pretty good.

Good pizza, but after purchasing pizza the staff denied access to the customer washroom despite the sign clearly saying it s available for customers of this unit.

Inconsistent, we order and go in for single slices and depending on the day the pizza can be burnt, spicier, etc it s so much so that sometimes I think I have the wrong order.

The staff member who took our order didn t seem to prioritize cleanliness her appearance was quite disheveled, and I noticed she didnt wash her hands before handling our food. This made me uneasy, and unfortunately, the food reflected that discomfort.

Great pizza, although when tipping some dont seem appreciative. Im only getting 2 slices not even a whole pizza. I always tip. I figure with slices you would be grateful to be getting a tip.

Fantastic service, ordered a large number if pizzas for an event. They were ready on time and were delicious! This is my fave pizza place and I will drive the extra 1/2 hour to get it!

Sometimes you get a perfectly cooked pizza, and other times it feels like youre eating toppings on crackers. I highly recommend trying their arugula with goat cheese and balsamic reduction pizza. Its an incredible mix of flavors, but be prepared for a messy experience. Bring wipes or a water bottle to clean your hands, and be cautious not to drip on your clothes. Despite the mess, its well worth it. If they could fix the consistency issues, I would easily rate Elevated Pizza 5 stars.

Went with my family! Most individual slices are around $5 which is great for a quick bite. I d recommend getting a full pizza because its pretty close in cost to four individual slices and you get twice as much. We all really liked the crust and the red sauce. Really good stuff!

We found elevated pizza by accident during the Downtown Chilliwack car show. I have to tell you, the pizza that they had on that day was absolutely amazing. They were big square pizzas with lots of good stuff on them. We enjoyed sitting outside and with everybody else who was trying it , We all agreed best pizza ever! We had been dreaming about it ever since, so tonight We decided to get take out. I very disappointed it was nowhere near as tasty and was kind of burnt , thin and soggy

Very busy this weekend. The by the slice was a bit aged. Overall very good, will be back to try again.

First time visiting Elevated. We ordered 30 min before they closed, and it came out a fresh and delicious pizza. Best I have had in a while and the ingredients are real.

Ive known of this place for 2 years but never tried it. Wow. They dont use a conveyor oven, but instead, a big 5-slot deck oven like most pizza shops use to use 30 or 40 years ago. That gives you the best bake. For $5.50 you get a gourmet slice. Their garlic dip (homemade I think) was to die for... I was impressed on the quality of the dough, the sauce, and the cheese, even the pepperoni. This pizza is for adults. Kids wouldnt have matured taste buds for it I dont think. I saw another reviewer with say that they didnt put enough basil. Thats a very strong ingredient. You dont load pizzas with lots of basil. Thats like eating sushi and pouring on lots of wasabi. A little basil goes a long way. This is a place that can really elevate your taste buds. Some people just arent ready for it. We bought 3 slices and next time we go back, were definitely ordering a whole pie. Very good, highly recommend. Atmosphere is rated low, because it is a tiny place, standing room only, but there are picnic benches throughout that series of stores.

The pizza is hands down the best I had since we moved to Canada 25 years ago. Due to the fact that the shop is so small there really is no space to wait so we went on a little stroll. There are two tables outside where you can stand and eat your pizza but they are also right by the pick up window.

I ordered my pizza and went to go pick it up. The food was great, but the staff is something else. Very rude, condescending. How snobby they acted when I picked up my order was just uncalled for. They thought I was a DoorDasher or a Skip The Dishes and kept saying rude things about a bag. If thats how they are treating DoorDash or Skip the Dishes employees. Stay away! It s a shame, because the food is not good.

When this place first opened we found the food and the service were great. But a year in and things have definitely changed. On our last two orders the pizza dough had a rubbery consistency and it was difficult to chew. Leftovers the next day were even worse. And the customer service was terrible on Saturday. The young woman at the counter was rude to everyone she served. It was clearly quite busy and the stress was getting to her but when that person is the face of your company, it doesn t bode well. Sorry but we won t be back.

Brought enough people here. Wait in line 20 minutes for cheap slice. Everywhere, even friendly text, says 2 per person. Come here with 4 people, get 4 slices. For families, 1 each. Should have entered store at different times. Good pizza, distrustful language.

I have tried the veggie pie and Arugula pizza. They were very crispy and delicious. I love the spicy honey dip as well. They have excellent customer service. Definitely coming again!

My mom brought me home a pizza from here one time, crust was hard and over cooked, pizza lacked sufficient toppings, over priced and super not worth it. The only thing elevated about the experience was my disappointment.

Pizza was great but the girl serving needs to use gloves or wash hands before touching the pizza. She was having to be told over and over again by her coworker.

I drive all the way from delta to see Johnny at Elevated Pizza. Literally the only reason I come to Chilliwack. The pizza is consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfect crust. The staff is friendly, and the service is always top-notch. The ambiance is cozy. Elevated Pizza is a true gem in this area, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic pizza experience!

My husband took us to Elevated Pizza Co. The shop itself is nestled in the downtown Chilliwack district. The Pizza shop is immaculate in its cleanliness and customer service. We ordered the turkey sandwich and Bianco pizza and I have to say my husband and I were blown away! The crust is crispy and doughy the taste of the pizza is flavorful yet simplistic. We thought prices were fair given the size and unique ingredients used.The staff were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend this to others if you want a great slice of pizza in Chilliwack!

I never leave reviews but this pizza is unreal. Honestly the best pizza I ve had in a hot minute! We had the bianco pizza and the hot honey addition was killer. First time for both of us and 100% will be back!

Tried Elevated Pizza for the first time tonight. What I loved was seeing how the owner was right in there making the dough and being a part of the team. I also appreciated the hard work ethic the staff had and how they still had smiles on their faces, you could really tell this is a great place to work. The lady cutting the pizzas/working the front delivery window was hustling so hard even after a rude comment from a customer. I appreciated all of the hard work from Elevated Pizza and it s a bonus that the pizza is DELICIOUS.

Pizza was good, BUT the young girl answering the phone needs some lessons in customer service. So rude, almost called back and cancelled my order due to her. Hope the owner/manager does something about the attitude.

Elevated pizza in district 1881 makes that best pizza that I have ever had. No other pizza place compares to the quality of what they make here. They make a more traditionally Italian style pizza, which I love. The al taglio (by the slice) pizza and sandwiches they make here during the day are absolutely perfect, and highly addictive haha. The owner is super rude and insulting. I entered the store with family and asked a simple question, if it s only take out or if they have any seating options upstairs. He replied by saying you can sit on the floor. And then when I said it s not funny and I do not like your humour. To that he snapped back and said, I can put a chair for you on top of the oven . And I was like I am here to give you business and you don t have to be rude. On that he called me names and got very rude and said if I am stupid and asking silly questions. The girl at the counter was apologetic and even felt sorry for the altercation. I left without having their pizza. They might have the best pizza in the world but this establishment doesn t have the basic respect and courtesy for the customer that walks in the door. Point is why? It costs nothing to be nice and smile and give a warm welcome to the person who is walking in the door. I may be just one customer and may not affect your business but I really hope others who felt the same way and were treated by you in such a insulting and disrespectful manner take note and tell others not to visit your pizza place and give business to you. I will definitely share this review in local WhatsApp groups of people with 1000+ in each group. Never underestimate the power of one.

Pizza was tasty, better than your big brand pizza places if you are into this type of pizza. The service was terrible, and I wouldnt say that I was the only person tonight that would call the one gentleman working there pretty rude. Door sign states open until 8, they locked the door at about 615. Then to order you have to go to the small window, which no signage indicates. Then this same man gets snippy with people asking to purchase Farris wheel tickets, saying he has none (there is a sign in front of this store stating they sell them). For myself, I was told 45 minutes for a pizza, got it about after an hour ten minutes. No hate on this place, but unless your the buddy of who I assume the owner/operater is, he isnt going to show you much appreciation for your patronage.

Yesterday night I went to buy a pizza and I got my hand almost hit by the pizza maker. Horrible and aggressive atmosphere. I ordered a pizza and while I waited for the cashier, she asked me to come back in 30 min and I waited outside. When I returned, they had the store closed and another customer told me to knock at the window. I knocked and asked about my pizza and the pizza maker didn t reply, just turned around. I saw a pizza coming and he yelled another name (I thought it was mine). Then he told me to stay away from the window . Then I came to him and asked about my pizza and he yelled it s coming! . When he finally called my name I got the pizza and then I told him to pay more attention how he talks to people and to be more polite with the customers. I was just expecting a sorry , but he started arguing with me. I insisted that he couldn t talk to me like that and then smiling he said bye bye and closed the window, almost hitting my hand (I had to move quickly). In summary, the pizza is good but I would recommend the Farmhouse, it s same style, same price, really good taste and the customer service is amazing! Definitely I won t return to Elevated Pizza. Downtown Chilliwack 1881 is an amazing initiative and has many nice restaurants/stores. We have been really well treated there, high level of customer service at Fortitude, Azurre and Bow and Stern. Except Elevated Pizza. Chilliwack is becoming a bigger city and many people are coming to work and live here. This guy is clearly a person that doesn t understand how Chilliwack is. We need to protect the city and fight to keep it nice and pleasant, since I believe these are the reasons why we decided to live here.

The best pizza place in town hands down. The pizza dough is so damn good, The crust at Elevated Pizza Company is a work of art in itself. Perfectly balanced between crispy and chewy, with just the right amount of char to give it that authentic wood-fired flavor. Each bite is a delightful journey through the doughy goodness that sets this pizza apart from the rest. They dont shy away from creativity when it comes to toppings. From classic pepperoni to unique artisanal combinations, each topping is fresh, flavorful, and generously applied. The attention to sourcing quality ingredients is evident in every bite. It comes in a wonderful box with amazing art of the pizza shop on it. Lastly the dude in there was so cool and genuinely seemed to enjoy making the best pizza in BC.

We wandered in here on the Saturday of Christmas weekend. The pizza shop was slammed and we managed to snag the last few slices before they sold out. The pizza was delicious but what really stood out was the customer service. The owner was so generous and hospitable while also working hard to get orders out with the team. Highly recommend and hope this business continues to thrive!

First off ..from Italian dissent I can tell you this place is legit in and out . From the flour to dough to sauce to topping to cooking A1. Every-time I trek from up north I , always order from here even after having dinner . To the buckala who complained about it having too much oil, never had good home made pizza before. Wow. Seriously good pizza, in greater Vancouver, and all the way in Chilliwack!! Its as authentic Italian as you can get, and the most Italian pizza Ive had here, yet. Thin crust, the slightly burned bubbles of (really absolutely perfect) dough - its not burnt, folks, its supposed to be like that - and fed minimalist toppings, each adding to the flavor (also how its supposed to be, not full of cream so the you have no idea what youre eating). We had the Capri (the spicy chili oil was awesome to add a bit), which was like drinking water in a desert! Also ordered the Vesuvio in vegan version (so with vegan cheese), so if you cant have dairy, youve got options! The vegan cheese was a bit different and there was a bit too much of it (for me), but its probably tricky with the vegan cheese stuff when youre baking a pizza so it makes sense. If you want authentic, definitely order here. It was all delicious. Vegetarian options: Vegan options, dairy free cheese!

Good pizza margherita

It s been a few years since I ve ordered so I wanted to try it out again. I ordered the pepperoni and it was tasty, but the crust was burnt and I was super disappointed. 75% of the crust was over cooked and burnt, and there were a few big burnt bubbles on the crust that popped and crumbled into charred bits. Why would you send that out for delivery?

Met the owner through an act of kindness on his part yesterday. Then when I tried the pizza it was so delicious! The crust had the perfect crunch and the sauce was interestingly sweet. Highly recommend you try it out and give this nice man some business!

Last two times ordering from you the crust was badly burnt. I should have learned the first time but wanted to give you a second chance. My mistake. For the price you charge, you should be ashamed sending burnt pizza out the door.

All for just voicing my disappointment that your new location was inconvenient for us to order from you as much as we did before. For a time we were ordering once a week. I have always said your pizza was the best in Chilliwack but unfortunately, the owners behavior and his inability to handle criticism has lost him this loyal customer.

One of the best pizzas the crew and my self ever had.

I was strolling by, noticed this pizzeria and figured I d give it a try. Pleasantly surprised. They even graded fresh Parmesan cheese on my slice of pizza which was a nice touch.

Checked out their new location in District 1881. I love the walk up slice option they now have, handy for a quick lunch. The goat cheese & arugula Sicilian style slice was great.

Just moved to the area and had to check this place out. Best pizza I ve ever had. Hands down. The garlic sauce and chilli oil are homemade and so good. Also try the hot honey to drizzle over the arugula pizza .now my mouth is watering lol.

Wow so I had the Vegetable Pizza, I went for the roasted Tomatoes, grilled Arichokes, olives, Mushroom, Peppers also roasted I believe. As if all that is not enough Johnny adds Jalapeño!!! I could not wait to get to the park where we were planning to sit and eat. I dug into it right away.....It was a symphony in my mouth. The flavours just enough to tease the taste buds and different textures all laid on the pizza slice with that slight crunch and the end!!! Johnny - You deserve the name Elevated-for you have elevated Pizza to the next level!!! I dont think I could eat Pizza anywhere else!! Do well my son!! Thank you!

Best pizza in Chilliwack! I usually judge a pizza primarily off sauce and dough, and both are excellent! Gave 4/5 stars for small things like, I don t think the fresh basil should go on a Ham and Pineapple pizza, as it almost seams like a fusion style for flavours that just doesn t work IMO. However the classic pepperoni was outstanding. Service is a 3/5, as there was really no acknowledgment from staff when I entered, and I had the guy look right at me with a black stare. The girls are nice, but I think there could be some increased overall customer service friendliness. But I ll 100% go there again!

Pizza is great here, different than what else Chilliwack has to offer. My only complaint is it is somewhat difficult to find in the new location on the first visit and parking can be difficult. Small price to pay for excellent pizza however!

I was super excited to finally try it but unfortunately when we got out pizza last night it was so greasy it soaked threw the box and our pizza was so soggy it fell apart, we couldnt finish it the bread bites though were amazing!

Move over Jims! Elevated Pizza is now my go-to pizza. And as of yesterday when my husband brought home Jims, which has been taken over by a new owners, I will never go back to Jims. That said, the quality of ingredients and most of all the flavor is out of this world. This is exactly the way pizza should taste. Fresh local basil and grated parmigiano cheese is put onto the pizza after its cooked. One medium pizza fed me and my husband no problem the service is excellent and ordering online makes it a breeze plus you get to collect points towards free food! Parking: I park just 2 doors north of Jims and walk over to Elevated, now how funny is that

Tried for second time since opening. Not sure if people are blinded by the nice look of the area of 1881 or of they have never truly had quality pizza. $5.75 for a slice of pizza is far too much for the quality you get. The staff dont even acknowledge you or listen when you say no to cheese and basil on your pizza.. Like most places there more concerned about skip the dishes these days. The owner doesnt seem to care, his response to reviews speaks volumes. Bread dripping from pizza is NOT the best part.. Go try the best pizza in town. If you know you know.

My husband and I ordered 3 meat pizza. It was love at first bite. Crispy thin crust that was crisp right down to the last bite. It was a little bit spicy, a Litt bit sweet and absolutely delicious! Eyeing the focaccia sandwiches and calzones for next time. Vegetarian options: There are a few veggie options available in the pizzas.

The hype is real. Elevated is the best pizza spot in the province, the pies, calzones and sandwiches are all incredible. The crunch is out of this world, amazing toppings and fresh ingredients, if you havent tried Elevated yet, you need to. Wish I could give more stars!

Picked up a pizza and focaccia bites for the first time for a quick lunch with a friend. It was phenomenal! Araya (not sure about spelling) was new but still so helpful when we had questions about the menu items! Food was fast for being clearly made with love! Highly recommend the Bianco pizza!

Saw elevated pizza getting bashed on Facebook, and it gave me a hankering for their pizza. We haven t had their pizza since we lived on promontory. And oh boy it didn t disappoint. Had the supreme pizza 10/10 with the garlic aioli dip. Keep up the good work.

Best pizza in town by far! We ve been doing pizza and movie night night every weekend for years and have tried most of the pizza places that have come, gone, or lasted longer. Elevated is the best. Vegetarian options: Could use more vegetarian options, but the the veggie pizza is delicious.

If you want excellent pizza in the heart of downtown chilliwack? This is your place. The owner is friendly the food is amazing. And it doesnt just stop at pizza. The sandwiches are also hand made and delicious.. There is no other pizza place in Chilliwack thats anywhere near as good as this... each bite is crunch with the perfect amount of toppings made to perfection... and now they have a take out window.. keep up.the excellent work Elevated pizza!

Pizza was great. Very filling and high quality stuff. Different pizza options that I believe to be not as common as other places. A wee bit small of a location which was a but cramped feeling but it wasnt that big of a deal. I just wish it was a wee bit cheaper since it was so damn tasty.

Ive had to change my review to reflect my past few experiences which are non existent as the hours on the door never seem to match the actual hours this business is ran. Saying youre open at 11 should mean youre good to go at 11 Ive been told previously to come back at 12 some days. Or in 15 minutes. Today arriving at 11:15 again ..15 mins after posted opening the business again was not open. Please adjust your hours so they actually align with what youre able to manage. That being said the sandwiches and pizza are both great....when ever they open

Staff are friendly. Service was good. Supreme pizza flavors are good but the crust and bottom were overdone making it hard to bite through at times. Had to rip pieces of the pizza away to eat it. Foccacia Bites were great. Edit: Owner gave us a free pizza to try it again. Pizza was great. Would recommend giving this place a try.

If youre a fan of italian style stone over pizzas, Elevated has the best tasting pepperoni pizza hands down. If youre expecting a thick soft crust, thats an entirely different style of pizza. The quality of ingredients are unparalleled in any pizza ive tasted. The location can be a bit of a struggle, but even without delivery its worth heading there to try it!

What an amazing experience! Best pizza in the lower mainline, in our opinion. This is the second time I ve bought pizza for my entire work crew. Usually buy 8 or 9 pizza s and focaccia bites and there is never any leftovers. Everyone raves how good the pizza is and the quality that Elevated provides. Thanks, we re happy to keep supporting you guys! Vegetarian options: Bought 2 veggie pies for the guys, they said it was amazing!

Best pizza and sandwiches EVER!!

Probably the best pizza you can find in chilliwack, the base is very light and well made topped with tasty quality ingredients. The area is the new amazing chilliwack turistic downtown, very nice to walk and have great nights. Its all magic! The pizza can be ordered and delivered to a brewery down the street (brick layer) because a cooperation.

The only thing elevated here mustve been the oven temperature because our pizza was burnt to crisp.

Ive been a regular at this pizza place, usually enjoying their delicious pizzas. However, my experience today was disappointing. The pizza I received was burnt, significantly impacting the overall taste and quality. Despite my previous positive experiences, hoping this was just an off day and not a decline in their usual standards. Looking forward to better experiences in the future.

Ordered two pizzas - Supreme and Veggie Pie. Initially order taken was Arugula pizza, went in and asked to have it changed. While picking reconfirmed, and was told it is veggie pie. Open the box and find it was arugula pizza. Went back later to the place to fix it. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they said you already had some slices, can not do much about it. Least they could have done is to own up the mistake and fix it. Unfortunately we had only one pizza and lost one pizza on their counter. Sigh. Update - Replying to the owner - Yes, few slices were eaten (were hungry) but the point being, one of your cashier jumped in and just blamed it on us. Never seen that happening anywhere else. Even before picking the pizza we reconfirmed was it Veggie pie and was told, yes it is. Who is to blame here? Not sure what else a customer is supposed to do? Maybe a better customer service training for your team will do you good? Instead of owning up and fixing it, doesn t really help. Anyways, thank you for your reply. Good pizza with good service goes a long way. Just not the pizza :) Update 2 - Sure.

Delicious pizza! Would highly recommend

Extremely greasy and the middle is undercooked completely. I took two bites into raw dough that definitely wasnt cooked long enough at all. If adding sausage does this to a pizza than im concerned on how fatty your pork is to be able to reverse cook a pizza back to the dough stage. I was hoping that a 25 dollar pizza would actually be tasty and great but ive had better at other pizza shops in town that dont have 4.8 stars. Im surprised that they made it look great but failed to cook it long enough to be edible. Thanks for the waste
