Jim's Pizzeria in Chilliwack

In one word: Gross. The quality of the fare in this place has gone so far downhill that pizza made at home by a 5 yr old would be more appealing. I remember when Jims was THE PLACE to get the best pizza in town. Picked up 2 tonight and could barely finish two pieces...dough didnt look like it was cooked completely, saltier than drinking out of the ocean. Definitely NOT returning here ever again....

Recently purchased a couple pizzas for the first time from Jims Pizzeria and was very happy with the service and quality of the food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and am looking forward to trying out some other pizzas from there.

Amazing service and great food. Always super fresh & delicious. The wings were fall off the bone tender and when you ask for extra cheese - they really go for it.

This place was the bomb before the new owners came in. used to get pizza fully loaded and it would be incredible, but now these pizzas ive gotten 3 of are cut for toppings and its very disappointing. along with the staff being completely rude now. i used to love this place but now with the service and the pizza being not what it used to id rather go to papa johns/:

Great food good service great price.

I have tried a few times. The pizza the first time the dough was not cooked directly under toppings. Only got a cheese and pepperoni. Tried 2 more times and both of those times the dough was still not cooked. Raw dough against the toppings is very mushy. Gross

Used to be my go-to place for pizza during the pandemic and then there was a change in ownership and the quality went downhill however recently it has come back! Last time I ordered pizza from there I asked for extra sauce and it was dry as if they were offended by the request or something this time however they made up for it and it was just as good as it always had been! Maybe the difference was going in in person and making my order. But I certainly was pleased!

Just ordered from the downtown location and not only did they mess up the order, the guy behind the counter demanded to see the cupon for the December deal along with only getting one of our dips when there were supposed to be two included, they didnt want to give us the 2 cans of pop that were SUPPOSED to be included.. Since change of ownership, this place has really gone downhill!!

This is a review purely of customer service. We had a terrible experience with Vedder rd location where they told us to call this one because our house was out of their area. The employee here was amazing and called the Vedder location for us and tried to clear up the matter. She was equally frustrated with the Vedder location s lack of service.

I first called to order a large 4 topping pizza double ham double pineapple on one half and then x4 pepperoni on the other to be told that was not possible as it would be classed as an 8 topping... Coming from the pizza industry my jaw dropped and was absolutely baffled as that is completely untrue!!! 4 toppings on one side and 4 toppings on the other is still a 4 topping pizza no matter if its a half and half with different ingredients.... so on the fly I ordered 2 small pizzas. 40$ later, And theres more crust than actual pizza and items ordered missing. I work with the public who ask for eating recommendations all the time and this is not one I would recommend..... jims is supposed to be known for quality and quantity for decent prices and this place seems to be cutting allllll the corners unfortunately.... Thank you for trying to explain the situation away. Classic...... First, It was NEVER explained there was a delivery fee second if the person taking orders would have just taken my order instead of telling me she couldnt this all would have been avoided.... i didnt even get a receipt the dips never came and I had more crust/dough than pizza itself. Definitely uneven made pizza shells thin in the middle and thick crust so Its floppy and not stable enough to hold the toppings..... corners cut to cook faster and pump more pizzas out I think so..... like I said jims USED TO be KNOWN for quality quantity fresh ingredients and made how the customer wants.... sad to see this classic pizza chain start to go down hill....... I have plenty experience in the biz if you want some great advice to bring more customers

I have been ordering for this restaurant for a long time its always hit and or miss i did not mind for 21 dollars and that was with delivery i knew for 25 bucks i got a large and 2l to my house but they have up the price to were it s absolutely not worth buying i gave it one last try with the price hime will be the last time i order

Pizza was ok. They forgot to include the two dips that they charge us for. We realized it was not there when we got home. Not sure if I will buy again.

Called for pizza, response was quick, friendly & professional. Veggie thin crust pizza was the best I have ever had. All meat was loaded with meat & cheese, the pizza sauce was excellent. Delivered on time. I recommend Jim s pizza, and I will be buying pizzas there again. There lasagne was absolutely amazing as well. Vegetarian options: Was a very good pizza, loaded with all sorts of veggies. Cheese was abundant, and the sauce delicious.

Jims pizzeria is by far the best pizza in Chilliwack, overload the toppings and the quality of the pizza is top notch

RIP jims pizza chwk. They got 2 of 3 pizza toppings correct. They did not make the hot wings at all. Clearly new staff/owners and what used to be great is now underwhelming .. entirely.

Dont buy. Too many other options! New owners have ruined a fantastic local business. Had the pizza a couple days ago and it was disgusting. Overpriced and less toppings. This is the second new owner in the last few months. We need local owners ! With great menu options. Yukk!

Gross...not even cooked

Was visiting family and we decided to order from here. Worst pizza ever. My daughter specifically asked for no cheddar. They repeated back the order but when it arrived it had cheddar plus a cheddar dipping sauce. The toppings were very random. Some spots had none. The crust was disgusting. Next visit I will not be ordering from here.

Great pizza, great people. Pizza dough is a bit on the thin side not really fluffy dough. Thats honestly the only negative thing I can say about Jims. Everything else has always been amazing for me.

It had been a handful of years since I ordered from Jims. I always boosted about how great the pizza was, thats the key word was . Got 5 extra large on the weekend for a family function and was not overly impressed. Over cooked, over sauced, and over priced. Sorry Jims your lucky I gave you two stars. Domino s you are my go to for pizza.

Jims used to be my favorite place. Ive had both good and bad pizza here. Its been convenient and fast delivery but now the pizza is so very bad I have to wonder how they stay in business. To tonights order was disgusting. Paper thin cardboard crust soaked in water and reheated. No sauce and few toppings. Im done with Jims after 20 years.

Was our favourite pizza place to order from but after our recent order . Paper thin crust, hardly any toppings or sauce and the slices were irregular and not cut all through we had to tear the pizza slices/re slice them. I don t what has change there but definitely the worst pizza, time to change pizza places.. sorry Jim s!

They seem to have a hard time answering there phone and taking orders I mean maybe there just to busy but still and on multiple occasions I could not get through to them they closed an hour early or something but if u catch them and get to order it s good pizza fair price

Greek salad has Italian Dressing? No taste of lemon or garlic With the proper dressing this salad could be delicious

I have a very bad gluten allergy and tried many different gluten free pizzas. This has to be the best I have ever tasted. It wasnt chalky or dry but very delicious.

Friendly staff and clean environment, street parking but limited space especially in the day time otherwise I would have given 5 s. Did a takeout loved their lasagna its so good, usually the sauce is too sour every other places I tried lasagna but their sauce is perfect. Theyre fast and packed really good never tried their pizzas yet but will try soon.

This is the Jims in town I love and drive all across town for! Toppings right to the edge, less crust, and sooooo yummy! Staff are friendly, service is fast. Its the only pizza I buy.

I have a wheat allergy, so I bought a gluten-free pizza. It was the worst Ive ever had. It tasted like a cardboard box from an elementary school cafeteria. I ate about 2 slices and had to throw the rest out. I wanted to support local business but I cant with this allergy.

Pizza was almost 2 hours for delivery. When I called to check, the girl on the phone said it just left. When we finally got the pizza, both were barely warm. Not impressed. Just left....lol....good one!

Staying in the area and saw this pizza joint nearby. We had one individual with gluten restrictions and were shocked to see they at least offered more than one size for GF. We asked the rep behind the counter what was good, placed our order and eagerly awaited. We re definitely satisfied with the pizza quality and taste. Would definitely recommend for anyone rolling through to try!

This seems like one of those local gem type places. After spending the day at the cultus lake water park we checked into the Coast hotel and went to find something to eat. Jims were able to split a pizza half and half for my son and I and they had incredibly friendly service! The pizza was some of the best Ive had.

One of the best pizza i ever had in my life, the lady at a reception is so nice too, i ordered a veg pizza and that did not took long and it was super delicious, everyone must try atleast once.

Jims said he was going to be open till 1:00 a.m. he wasnt one star review.

Awesome place, great staff. I ordered a small pizza and they made a mistake so they gave me a credit for next time. When I went to pick up my pizza the next time, they had given me a size bigger @ no cost. They were so kind about the whole thing and their Bbq chicken is the best! Without the ham and bacon imo. Lol. Awesome job guys!!!

We ordered a pizza sat Dec 4/21 it was good except who ever put the sauce on put way to much. I actually scooped it off with a teaspoon.we order quite regular & it same times has a bit to much but tonight was rediculious

I ordered a vegetarian pizza specifically but there was meat on it. I didnt see it until I had already eaten half of a slice. Good thing I am not allergic to it. Folks need to pay more attention to the orders.

Trying to buy pizza for our staff. Couldn t pay over the phone!? So someone had to pay and then I had to reimburse. What kind of pizza delivery place doesn t take payments over the phone? However the pizza was good.

Theres a few hundred reasons why everyone keeps coming back to Jims pizzeria and its not just the fact that they have been awarded Best pizza for the last 10+ years. Its the fact, that statement remains true. Friendly service great tasting pizza and the best deals. Jims pizza has been a tradition for my father and I since I was 8 years old and Its the one place that I can truly recommend every time.

Usually pizza is good . The last time i went there it was not at all. Pizza was undercooked and so soggy and greasy. Couldnt even hold the pizza up with out it falling over. So gross!!! . i hope it was just a one off . I will give them one more shot . The old fool me once saying right !

Ordered pizza tonight it was an extra large taco pizza and when I got here I realized that the pizza dough was not cooked all the way it was soggy and tasted like raw pizza dough so I called Jims pizza back too let them know but the woman on the phone was arguing with me that they cooked it twice and thats how the pizza normally is Ive ordered from here before and got that same pizza before and it was cooked I thought she was just rude she told me to put it in the oven and cook it myself if I didnt like it this will be the last time I order from this place

Not impressed. We are regular customers. Yet tonight the only time we have ever needed delivery we were told 45 mins to 1 hour. My son called twice once an hour passed and 2 hours later we get our pizza near cold. You just lost a good customer. If you want excuses deal with these a holes

I Ordered a Spicy chicken and Canuck. Really good pizzas. They were made quickly and the staff was friendly . She was very pleasant. Didnt get her name. Id come back and try other menu items! Reminds me of Veras Pizza and pasta in Coquitlam. Great tasty food! Good Job! Thank you:)

Query if received correct pizza even when assured for Dave!!!. Oct. 27. Pick up to be 5:20. Arrived. 5:15. Pizza ready. Cold. And displeased with ordered toppings. 4 topping special. Where were green peppers. Maybe 1 slice. Definitely not double pepperoni. And absolutely no mushrooms. Wrong Dave!!! Get someone else compliant of wrong pizza. And if so. Why no call. Dont know if will return. This was my go to place!!!!!

Wow ..called over 2 hrs ago for my lg pizza when i called to ask how long she said she didnt have a order for me and said i guess i can make tou one soon and wave delivery fee ! How rude....my kids are hungry im hungry and you cant wven offer me a free pizza or something for your huge lack of customer service and your rudeness.. i will never order here again.

We couldnt find a spot to find anything to eat late friday night so we were going back to anavettes. We saw they were open and was greeted by very helpful enthusiastic colorgul characters. They reall made the place! Then came our pizza. It was even better. RECOMMENDED!!

I highly recommend this restaurant!! Fabulous take out pastas Pizzas and the Jims special is the best pizza I have ever had in Greater Vancouver and I have eaten a lot of pizza from almost every pizza place. The staff are polite happy and extremely professional. Pleasant and happy when you order your pizza and that right there makes you want to order. We go every month to purchase the Jims special its the best!!! Not that this will always happen. I asked Do you have any specials for ones birthday the rep replied No, I am so sorry but I can give you my staff discount WOW!! I received a free pizza, what an amazing employee. But remember this is a one off and doesnt happen .. I was fortunate and very grateful for there service. Amazing staff and when you go in they address you promptly and thats awesome even if there busy they will acknowledge you!! I really hope the owners know how incredibly important it is to commend there staff and recognizes their staffs hard work and are rewarded.. Cannot wait for next month will be back. I would suggest purchasing the booklet that offers discounts all over chilliwack it can be purchased in any store or go to hidden treasures to pick it up for $10.00 The parking is limited but that should not hinder you as across the street in the mall parking lot there is lots of free parking and a cross walk accessibility is great. Also it is wheelchair accessible as its a cement ramp going right through the front door. There are no public washrooms. No smoking. Cash credit debit accepted Open late everyday. Well done!!

Ive been ordering from these guys for about... Two years now, roughly, at least once a month, but often one to two times a week. Every single time Ive had an issue so far, theyve gone above and beyond to fix it, and have earned a sparkling recommendation from me. Any complaint would feel petty in the face of their consistently stellar service on the phone, at my door, and at their counter. Heres to many more years!

Pizza is great, but the customer service is inconsistent. I work for Convergys in Chilliwack and we have a deal with Jims pizza for large 4 topping pizzas at 12.55 a pizza. This location seems to depend on the day for when they honour this deal with us, while the downtown one will do it every time. I had to call the downtown location and have them call the Sardis one to get them to give the deal.

Ordered a gluten free pizza for my son as we passed by on the highway, and it was ready when we arrived. He was SO pleased with it, and my GF-suspicious husband even enjoyed a few slices. Dont judge this place by the store front, try it for yourself.

My family and I enjoyed their pizza. Good amount of toppings and great crust. A must try in my opinion.
