I ordered a pizza it was doughy too much tomato sauce not enough toppings so I phoned and got a credit. Tonight I use my credit ask for extra topping does not look like extra pepperoni. The delivery driver is very grumpy looking and when hand him the money he doubles check and looks up u no, I don’t wanna tip you so go away. I’ll never order from here again

This is the best Panago location in Chilliwack and shall I say the best one I’ve ever ordered from! The staff is friendly and my pizzas are consistently well made, generous toppings and delicious. You can tell that they take pride in what they put out and that genuine care is put into the pizzas they make. I never order from anywhere else. Thank you!😊 I should have taken a pic before I ate some but I couldn’t wait!!!
This location is the best one in town, the customer service and food are always amazing!! Every time we order pizza, it’s always a simple cheese pizza. The crust is cooked perfectly and the cheese is extra cheesy, you don’t see the dough because there is a decent amount of cheese!! Best cheese pizza in town!
Great place, was ordering from competition because price was right. After phoning and being to have a conversation with the staff bought my loyalty. Food brought in under 30 minutes and the correct order. Thanks guys!
The pizza is 3 stars but i had a delivery where the red head short lady was super rude and totally ruined the pizza experience! Don't eat here its not a nice experience and honestly the pizza dough and cheese is bad. toppings are good but wow get yourself together lady. I should also say that i have ordered a few times and have had good experiences but after that i am not ordering because that sucked so much.
Honestly I can't give more than 3 stars for pizza from a chain resteraunt like this, no matter what they do, they won't be able to compete with the many number of privately owned delicious pizza places. So on that note, I think this location is under new management because the service, speed, and quality has risen substantially in the last few months. There is an older gentlemen with a beard who seems in charge, he has that place running like a fine tuned machine. It's spotless, almost clean enough to be medically sterile, it's incredible. So as far as fast food pizza joints go, this one has topped the list.
Amazing pizza and staff! I ordered a Mediterranean pizza tonight and when I went to pick it up there was a young girl and a dog outside waiting for a friend in the 34 degree weather. I asked to buy a bottle of water for the dog but the staff went and filled up a bowl with cold water and delivered it to the very thirsty dog! Was just so touching to see that even during these difficult times of COVID-19, human kindness still wins out! Thank you for the great pizza and a wonderful memory. See you next time. 🙏

The food is typical of every Panago, if you haven t tried it, it s certainly worth it. They use better ingredients then some other pizza places but you pay for it. I really appreciate that they have a plant based menu, and their plant based pizzas and cheese toast are very good. This location has the best service of the many locations we have tried.
My go to pizza place! Well run, clean always great food. Their wings are understated. Some of the best chicken wings.

We order from this location all of the time, usually theyre awesome. However out of the last 4 times weve ordered, twice the dip was broken open and once they forgot a soda.

I Love Panago Pizza. You must try the Chipotle Chicken Pizza and the New Your Deli. They have the best dips of any Pizza place with choices like Jalapeno Ranch, Cheezy Cheddar and Chipotle dip being some of my favourite. The wings and bites are all a tasty addition as well as the Torrizone Sweet Breadsticks,Garlic Cheezy Bread and delicious mini New York Cheesecakes.
Best pizza in town. Love their app. Makes it easy to reorder my family favorites. Never been let down.

Went to this location the other day to pickup my order. The person told me my pizza was in the oven for only 2 more minutes MAX! 4 people entered the store after me, all served and left before me. I waited over 20 minutes and watched EVERY other person leave before me. By the time i arrived home my pizza was cold, the pizza looked disgusting and i ended up throwing it out. Every time you order they see your history. They continue to ask me over and over FOR DELIVERY??? when i told them on the phone to leave a note saying that all my orders are for pickup. At least Pizza Hut has it down right. Ill take my business there from here on out.

Panago pizza is really delicious pizza. I like it very much. I ate veggie pizza at this store and experience was really amazing.
I always order from this location. The staff are always so pleasant and professional. The gluten friendly pizza is delicious! I ordered delivery for the first time today and it came in 15 minutes! Very impressed! The toppings are a bit skimpy but thats pretty much everywhere nowadays and the service is so good that it keeps me coming back.
Panagos used to be great but their prices have slipped up and their quality has slipped down just a tad. Not the worst food at all, but they could do better, and I prefer my pizza elsewhere now.

I am writing this because I forgot to add my usual dip and phoned the store but the driver had just left. When the driver arrived he had my shaker and I said how did you know, he said they called him back to complete the order. Now that is service and deserves a 5 star review!!!!

My preferred pizza place. New York Deli and chicken clubs pizza and we always end up picking up a couple jalapeno dip jars as well as we love that stuff. Friendly staff, owner let my young son come behind the counter to watch as they cut our pizzas with a huge knife last time we went to pickup.

It is your standard Panago pizza but the owners and people who work here are all awesome. Very personable and they create a fun environment when you go to pick up your pizza.
Wings were good. Pizza was not edible. I got a Philly steak pizza with multigrain thin crust. Pizza had no flavour, tasted like eating a piece of stale cardboard. Will never order from here again.

Panago was one of my fav pizza places until Nov 30/17. We were thoroughly enjoying a Hawaiian small when on the last mouthful I got a hair in my pizza. It was not mine nor my partners! Really turned me. I called the customer service and they told me that the store would contact me. 4 times I contacted the call center with the assurance that someone would contact me. Terrible terrible service! I will not go back to this location

Panago is my favorite pizza place because I dont like tomato sauce and at panago I have a choice of different sauces. Our pizza is always quick and hot plus the ingredients are fresh. The people are really friendly and know me by name. It makes my family feel welcome.
