We ordered 2 medium pizzas from Papa AJs through skip the dishes tonight. Both pizzas were overbaked with almost no sauce. One of the pizzas was the completely wrong pizza, spicy, and completely inedible. The other was not much better and had no sauce or toppings. I called the store first and spoke to a woman claiming to be the manager. She admitted it sounded like we got the wrong pizza, but offered no empathy or refund. She said I had to contact skip for a refund since I paid through skip. I requested a refund from skip but it was declined because no items were missing, only incorrect. My friend called the store back to speak to the same girl who told him we could get an in store credit for a pick up if we could submit a skip receipt and proof skip did not credit us. I have emails of both. She took my friends number and said the owner would review it and they would call us back. She called my friend back a few minutes later and said the owner will not credit us if skip will not credit us. This is the same woman who just told him we could get an in store credit for a pick up order. She even implied that we were lying, even though we offered to show them both emails. Thats pretty dirty business practices. Dont order from here if unless you want to be cheated. $54 for 2 inedible pizzas and no one is accountable.

Inconsistent and burnt pizza and wont refund money,what a terrible experience,used to be very good but just wow,not sure what happened but order anywhere but here,no cheese hardly at all, burned and dry,trust me just dont,store bought is better if you can believe it

If some one looking for a burned delicious pizza then this place is perfect for you . I ordered couple of time from these folks because I thought their price is good. Unfortunately every time I got burned pizza . Even it s cheap nobody want to eat garbage food . Positive thing was their sauce was good

Papa AJ s pizza in chilliwack was a bit of a let down the sauce was really tomatoey and the pizza was built backwards all the toppings where on top of the cheese.

We just moved to the area and decided to try this place. It was really yummy! We will be getting it again for sure.

Cheese was missing from pizza, asked for extra sauce but it appear they forgot the sauce in all, barely any toppings, flavorless, definitely wont be back or recommend to anyone.

Pizza made here is good...but be careful while you add toppings when i ordered a pizza, they said it costs around 12 dollars and i was bit confused with the rate because i was expecting around 6 dollars and when i enquired they said its because of 1 extra topping and when i asked the staff to remove the topping my bill came to 6 dollars back...6 dollars for adding an extra vegetable topping is too much.....otherwise their service is good....pizza also fine ....

Found this place out of fluke late at night and ill never go to another pizza joint again. Baked lasagna is amazing. Bread sticks, chicken salad now wifes new fav. These guys deserve the business. 100% recommend

This is hands down the best pizza in town. The way the sauce blends with the cheese ( which are of the highest quality) makes this pizza the best around. I would highly recommend trying the Chicken Bacon Ranch as my girlfriend says its the best shes ever had, and shes the most Beautifully Brilliant human being in this Universe so she knows what shes talking about.

Meh. Nothing special, crust was tough, toppings skimpy which was really disappointing since the photos look plentiful, sauce too tangy? not impressed honestly but have had worse so 2 stars.... decent at best, wont order again.

2 slices down and I already know I found a great place close by for my pizza needs. I look forward to trying many of the pizzas, the wings, and pasta. The owner and son are friendly guys. The ingredients are delicious. My crust was perfect and the whole pizza is delicious. The question I have is Papa AJ can you adopt me into the family because I hear you are the brains of the operation and you clearly are great. Thanks for the awesome meal while unpacking boxes and giving me the energy to finish moving day on high.

Started going here after Js Pizza downtown location closed. There must be a relation between the two because they taste almost identical. However, Papa AJs has been far more consistent and dosnt hold back on there sauce which tastes great. There prices are good and service has been great. Will continue to buy from and recommend!

Tasty pizza! Been to Papa AJs a few times and the pizza has been good each time. The crust has been slightly greasy a few times, but other then that its quite good. Its also cheap compared to some other local places! Definitely worth a try.

Ordered from a menu I found online. A manager came on the phone and authorized the order. The pizza took a while for delivery, but it was a Friday. The 2 large 3 topping pizzas, were average at best, both were on the dry side, with not enough sauce. They were not horrible but, not great either, pretty light on toppings!

Better then your standard pizza franchise (panago, pizza hut) etc.. family owned and they care about their customers and want to make you a good pizza for you and your family and greet you with the smile like the old days. Very refreshing, you can tell they take pride in their pizza when you take a bite and the prices are fair.. How pizza was in the good old days! Highly reccomend if youre in the chiliwack area.

What they advertise is what you get. Theyre friendly and handles my one medium house pizza order with the same care as though it were three special larges. Theyve earned my repeat business.

Such good pizza, and the staff is so accommodating!! They deliver super late on weekends like Friday and Saturday till 3am and its its cheap if you pick it up! Even if you get it delivered still really affordable. Its amazing!

Great prices for great pizza! I got the #3 combo deal which came with a large specialty pizza and 10 chicken wings for $23 (although it said $22 on the takeout menu but still a good price either way). However, in my opinion they should have more deal options or at the very least include a can of pop. Delivery guy was friendly too!

Best pizza in town. Been looking for a pizza place that uses quality toppings and found it.. Fast delivery as well. Not greasy and great crust and tomato sauce. Get the AJ special.

Used to have good service. Since the new delivery guy, there is a charge for delivery now. You dont find this out until after you placed your order. The pizza is good but you have to be ready to either pick it up yourself or pay the delivery fee. They also got our order wrong- they added a topping my wife is allergic too despite us saying it was an allergy. When the pizza was delivered after an hour, they said it would take another 45 to get the right one delivered. When it did arrive, it was the actual owner who delivered it and said his delivery guy doesnt travel that far because he doesnt make enough from tips. Not worth it in our opinion.
