Wanted and paid for a popcorn chicken poutine, and never got the chicken. Called support and they didnt care. Wont be going back

Terrible first experience here, staff very confused, dropped my pizza twice, only on the counter but she used her unwashed hands to touch the pizza, from when she was trying to figure out how to use the till, I left without my pizza I understand people need training but she didnt have good support and shouldnt have been touching the pizza without washing her hands. Pizza when under the slicer and was up against one of the legs, so I felt it was unsafe to eat after this.

I odered chicken wings that were very delicious and the customer service was too good

Pizza is good But they only have one person working at night had to wait for hour to get a single pizza. To the owner- stop being cheap have another employee at night. Have some mercy for that poor girl working

Went in for a couple of veggie slices, the service was great, the food was good, will go back.

For the life of me, I cannot believe that this place is still in business. I have been in there six times in the last six months at different times of the day and sometimes later in the evening they never have pizza by the slice and if they do, it looks like it s been sitting there for days, when he asked the staff about it, they just look at you like you re an idiot. Don t even go to this place. It s not worth it.

Manager and staff were the best, friendly, polite and super helpful. We had an unique request, it was late, and they were happy to help. No other restaurant did..... Will definitely return.

If you purchase your food with cash, be sure to count the change you get back!! My order was $19.60 and I paid with a hundred dollar bill, I didnt count the change until I got home. And it was $40 short!!

Pizza pizza is our go to. We order almost nightly.. the late hours are convenient. Love the spicy chicken burgers, poutines, pizza and the dipping sauce. The delivery drivers are super friendly. Haven t had any issues.

I have to admit, I lived in Toronto during the 80s and Pizza Pizza was THE Pizza chain back then, so I was pretty excited to see them open here. They arent the best pizzas around, but theyre not the worst. When youre at the end of your pay cheque they really come in handy! Get their app and order online, you cant beat the price. I especially like them for your basic pepperoni Pizza. Parking: Location is in a Plaza and theres typically parking available right in front of the door.

Really good pizza place, I rarely had any problems with all the food I have ordered here. Yes, its located in a grimey area downtown that can be plastered with homeless but overall Ive had no problem with the service I have received here. I get what I order and it tastes as I expect it to! Like most pizza places, you can order online and typically when it states that itll be ready in 15-20 minutes, it 99% has been for me. I like their panzerottis and their XL 4 topping pizza deal is not bad!

I have went there with my friends and we have order medium veggie pizza. When we received pizza then me and my friend started to cheers it but at that time staff just start talking loudly and they have disturbed us

Butter chicken pizza and meat lovers, the first was very tasty and the second is a standard that is offered everywhere with small variations but both were great. The crust cooked to perfect golden brown.

We frequently order from this location, never once have we been disappointed! Delicious, fast and most importantly the customer service is top notch!!

I work Timmies closing shifts so I m out pretty late I was exhausted and starving and then I saw it .. pizza pizza. I was never the biggest fan of pizza but I was to hungry to care, The second I stepped foot into that restaurant I felt so welcomed and safe. And the smell was heavenly, fresh pizza being made! And the customer service was absolutely amazing! There is no amount of words I can use to express how phenomenal the customer service is! I feel so welcomed and the staff are so kind and generous it s insane!!!! And the food OMG the food is outstanding! How is it possible to have amazing customer service but also delicious food????? The way the cheese melts in your mouth is amazing! If you haven t been to pizza pizza what are you doing with your life? It s heaven on earth 10/10 100% recommend PS give the staff a raise they are literal angels

Their pizza is great, you ll just feel it the next morning lol. I came in one time and tried to get a couple slices they had out, they heated it up for me, and when I went to pay, I realized I didn t have any way of paying. But after I left, one of the guys there came out and called me back and said I could just have it. Great service there from the employees, I will probably be going back for more ;)

We were told how wonderful this place was and so we decided to give it a try, big mistake!. We ordered 2 xl pizzas that were different and they gave us the wrong pizzas twice. The second time we were home already and so I decided to call what I thought was the store(which is the number on google), its actually a call center not in Canada and it took almost 15 minutes to answer, then had a guy who could barely understand English keep saying my order was canceled, which it wasnt. He finally said to take the wrong pizza into the store and they will replace it-why he didnt say that in the first place is ridiculous. I even asked him about replacing the pizza but he kept talking in circles. The pizza was ok, not great but it was fine. Wont be ordering from them ever again.

Ive never been so disrespected or disregarded in all my life. Pizza pizza have always done good by me. I spend 50$ atleast everytime I order. Its always hot and fresh. This time, it was not. 1. He didnt read the delivery instructions 2. The debit machine did not work 3. He continued to put the food onto the cold, wet cement. 4. when he said I will be back for payment he then picked up the warming bag sideways. The pizza was smushed. 5. He then dropped all my poppers on the ground. I handed him the pizza back and said have a good day. Then had to go to the store to talk about my order. I tried to call but was on hold for over 10 minutes. I made it there before they picked up. They had one person. Poor girl. I politely explained what happened. (See above) She then continued to phone her manager and they said they would remake and charge me full price. I asked for a discount for my troubles and they told that the plebian of a delivery driver offered me a remake. HE DID NOT. They employ liars and I will never spend another cent at a pizza pizza and I recommend you do the same.

Disappointing. The food is okay (I do love the strombolis), but this time they got my order wrong and expected me to just take it anyway. Otherwise it would take another 20 minutes. Needless to say, I got my money back.

Jefferson was the person who talked to me for 10 mins arguing to give my phone # , whereas I wanted to chk price & option of variety of pizza & toppings before deciding what i wanted. It took him 10 mins just to tell me that a pizza with no topping is $14 with 3 drinks free. He could have just told that a large cheese pizza is for 14$ and it comes along with 3 free drinks.!! U guys need to give more training how to talk to customers

We had placed an order with skip, the delivery driver forgot our pop, and a worker realized that, took down our address, and hand delivered it himself. That is OUTSTANDING customer service. This gentleman deserves a raise. He was very apologetic and so kind. I believe his name was Karan ( that s what shows on my caller ID )

we wanna order 2 unlimited medium pizzas deal but the person was not trained secondly when we dn with ordering there was no customer and order still it took 35 min most importantly everyone (4 members) were not wearing mask, girl walking in open hairs around such a disgusting behaviour

I was so excited to see an old friend from Ontario. Alas. Two visits and I have regretted it both times. In Ontario they were known for their slice and a pop. $5. It was always fresh and good. Both times they sold me a slice that was so hard. I could not eat it. On the second visit. I asked if they could make a fresh one. No way. Nope. Thats all I am going to say.

Terrible customer service from their website. Always liked this place but tonight the pizza came late & one can of pop was punctured and spilled over everything. They are the ones who offer a full money back guarantee (not me) if it takes longer than 50 mins to deliver and would only offer me $5.00 after they told me it was on time (it wasnt & I have video proof and screen shots of time ordered & screen grab from the delivery driver who called me to say he was late). I wasnt even asking for a full refund (Im not a cheapo), just some acknowledgement of their error & maybe small credit for spilling pop all over the boxes. I cant believe they would treat a customer like that. Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else.

I ve ordered pizza from the Yale Rd Chilliwack location. Pizza is really good, price is really good, and workers are friendly. Ordering online is irritating, as a screen pops up every time, when I just want to order a pizza and pick it up. Some pizzas on the menu are unavailable at my location. Options are very good, but the website needs to be a little more user friendly. Thanks!

The service in this location is exceptional. I was greeted with a smile (I think it was a smile, they were wearing masks!) and when I told them I forgot to include a garlic sauce in my order, they didnt let me pay for it, even though I insisted to pay. Its the little touches that make a difference.

Worst 40 I ever spent, went in asked about an item they sell was told they dont sell it, had to show them it on the menu, pizza slice was amazing but the two Panozs I bought were so full of water me and the gf couldnt even eat half

The classic wings were good however, we have had better pizzas from cardboard boxes from the frozen food sections of grocery stores.

I tried their pizza today after being so hyped on Facebook, it was okay taste, but the most annoying thing is dealing with their customer support on call.. their large pizza is 14.99 and after finishing order their order taker guy said total is 17 42. I was like how come? Hes like ohh m sorry I taught BC is in Toronto.. toronto have higher rates

After ordering pizza and chicken wings I was told it would be about 20-25 min. One hour later I found myself waiting with 5 others where we asked ourselves if the dinner was ever coming. Nearing the hour mark another man was asked did you want yours on multigrain? yeah 8 more min and then he started making it. Myself and multiple others waiting over an hour I asked can You cancel the rest and refund me . I was offered a free coke! To which I turned down because I m not a pop person. Low and behold moments later our number grew to 6 waiting and three new orders (each of which were told 15min)

The best customer service in the world, i had the best service at the counter then i sat down with friends and cut my finger open on a can pretty bad. They immediately got me first aid alost no questions asked and not to mention the food was absolutely amazing. And a plus to the pizza and amazing customer service they are open till 3 am and they deliver a wide variety of pizza, drinks,appetizers and sides.

Food is good. I got a personal thing crust pizza with pepperoni , green and and it was fantastic! Tasty and light. It is approximately 8 -10 (bigger than Pizza Hut s personal pizza) and the four slices were plenty for me. Can t wait to go back and try a different topping pizza.

My friend and I walked in at about 1am not knowing what to expect. We were greeted with the nicest staff that were very quick to attend us. We decided to sit in and eat our pizza and the gentleman working that evening made sure to check in on us and make it a great experience. Not to mention the pizza was sooo good. Not too greasy, didn t make me feel sick or over-full, and it was so incredibly fresh. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Was hung up on 2x and not because I was rude. I was put on hold for 30 in total The manager delivered the pizza to me. Apologized and did nothing else. They ruined a family pizza night ! I was told head office will call me back. The pizza was trash too . A very frustrating experience. I wont buy from them anymore! I do not recommend this pizza place ! Update ! I contacted the feedback email as they asked me to after I left this review. They offered me a $10 credit. I told them to keep it. Garbage pizza and customer service and cheap as well!

Tried Pizza pizza tonight. Ordered the large ultimate pepperoni with mushrooms thick crust. The pizza was barely cooked.had no taste what so ever. Pretty skimpy on the sauce and toppings. The sauce is barely a skim. And the pepperoni and mushrooms were cut razor thin. All dough and a thin toppings super bland. . Won t order from them again.

Where to even begin with Pizza Pizza. Right from our very first order, Pizza Pizza has put every other food delivery place to shame. The customer service has been amazing, to date theyve never messed up our order - while giving us multiple methods to contact them if they did, and they follow any instructions for the food or delivery perfectly. Easily one of the best places to order from in Chilliwack, especially in the evening. Also, theyre vegan chicken options are absolutely delicious. 10/10, all your hard work is super appreciated Pizza Pizza employees!

Super hit and miss. Went in with one of the kids and grabbed 4 slices out of the warmer, two cheesy jalapeño dips, and a can a pop. Came to just shy of 20$. Two of the slices were great! Great flavor and texture. The dips are super tasty too. The other two slices werent cooked right at all though. The bottom was so hard you could hardly bite threw it, and closer to the outter crust you couldnt, and the top under the toppings was mushy like play dough. The toppings had a great flavor once we took them off the crust. **emailing the customer service email they replied to my initial review, but they were useless. Led no where and was a waste of time

My husband and I cant agree on pizza. He wants Dominos and I want Pizza Hut, so a few days ago, I took the liberty of ordering from somewhere new to avoid the dreaded back-and-forth that happens when we decide we want Pizza. We both loved the pizza. Lots of flavor, and they dont leave as much empty crust as other places. It tasted fresh and we air-fried our leftovers for lunch the next day and they tasted just as good as the first day! The staff were super friendly and the restaurant looked clean. This is definitely going to be our goto pizza place now! Dietary restrictions: They seemed to have a great selection of vegetarian options on their menu!

One of the worst pizza i ever had. Ordered 2xl and a dessert pizza. The taste was bland and pizza pizza was was just missing the basics of pizza making. The crust on the dessert pizza was as solid as rock and eventually went into the garbage.

The manager delivered our pizza (we ordered through Skip) and called us to give us our food HOT!! It was around 0 C so we appreciated that! Super kind and delicious food!! Will keep going back!

Sloppy pizza. Almost Cann even pick it up the sauce was on so thick. The crust couldnt cook properly because it was just soaked with sauce. My 3 year old could not even hold it. I had to use a fork and a knife.

Quality and service for in-store pickup are great. Love the whole grain and gluten free options. Fresh ingredients and different topic options. Complaints are dealt with in a fast and professional manner. The server we had was informative about the different pizzas and topics. Website is not up to date on products. The jalapeno poppers are not available as of late. Also sadly, I could not get my points for the order onto my account as I ordered in store and not via website.

aweful the pizza was dry their Calzone thing was absolute dog shhit ND we ordered chicken bites and got plain chicken wings 0 outta 10 and will starve before ordering there again!

I liked the toppings and unique choices, the crust is just ok. The dips are flavored mayo, Im not a big fan of the Italian garlic

Good pizza good price and open late. Be a bit carfull of the area at night. They also have pizza by the slice.

The staff are friendly and efficient, while it may be a little more costly than other chains in some areas, it really is worth every penny. Management seems good to their staff, and very good to their costumers. I keep meaning to take photos, but it never gets that far!
