So we ordered a pizza and were told to come in 30 mins. We arrived in like 40 mins and the gentleman asked us to come back in like 10-15 minutes. This was disappointing but we chalked it up as they were busy. We came back to find that they decided to sell our pizza to someone else. My son was PISSED! They then said well you don’t come back. My son said we came back at 12 minutes, you told us between 10-15 minutes. The guy just said, “Oh well I can make you another one”. We left. We will never go back. Absolutely the worst service ever. Don’t waste your money on this place that doesn’t care about their customers.
There's about an 8/10 chance the pizza will be cooked right, but this time was disappointing. I've had it eight times before, but this time it tasted off. The pineapple seemed like it came straight from a can, and the ham tasted like it was about to expire. To top it off, the pizza sauce tasted like ketchup. How does it fall off this badly? We didn’t bother asking for a refund because we were starving, so we ate it anyway. But between the four of us, we all agreed that the second slice tasted really strange.
I'm rather disappointed as this was our go to pizza place, always good pizza and great deals. I'm not sure if they changed owners but the guy was rude, proceeded to tell me the deals no longer exist, whilst leaving the giant deal signs hanging . When I received my pizza, it was so soggy, and greasy that we couldn't even eat it. I'm sad to say I won't be back :( It's a good thing elevated pizza opened up down the street because I can imagine I won't be the only disappointed customer. I'm certain ownership has changed, what a shame ♡
I went to their website to see their deals and they have advertised a 14 " 3 topping for 14.50 and a 16" 3 topping for 16.50 as well as hanging from their store on person a 10" for 8.95 and a 12" for 11.95. I called to order they refused to honer their advertisment and that makes them scammers, cheats and liars. I have taken a screen shot of their website and a photo of their store front where it shows them offering these things. And if this wasn't a scam they could have taken the in-store advertisment down instead they kept it up to trick people into coming in that's what makes it a scam.
Can't say enough good things about this place! We ordered 3 different pizzas on Saturday evening. They were ready (for pick-up) in less than 25 minutes. Staff onsite were friendly and helpful. And best of all, the pizza were delicious. The thin crust was actually thin and tasty; toppings were fresh; and the different combinations really worked. (My fav was the pear gorgonzola pizza.) All this for about $50 as they had a 2nd pizza for $10 special. We will order again!
We got 4 slices of pizza and 2 pop for $12! We got cheese, Hawaiian, vegetarian and pepperoni. There was something for all of us. The pizza was really good and they load on the toppings! Awesome place to grab a bite!
Ordered the Arugula & Prosciutto large pizza. Very little meat, and Arugula was thrown on in 4 piles. Not spread out, but even pieces were going bad. Very disappointed they sent it but the door like that.
Is it authentic neapolitan pizza? I'd say no. It's missing that stretch in the dough and the crust is a little bit bland tasting to be honest. But what you get is probably one of the best quality pizza when it comes to "fast food" pizza. I'd easily choose this place over other chains like Domino's, Pizza Hut, or Panago anyday. For less than 6 bucks and you get 2 slices and a pop, you certainly get the most bang for your buck here. We got a couple slices of the pepperoni pizza from the display counter that was made ahead of time, but what's nice is they threw them back into the wood stone oven for a brief second and it made the biggest difference in the world. It just brought back the crispiness on few spots and warmed up the pepperoni and the pizza tasted as if they were freshly made. Would definitely come back again to grab some quick bites if we're in the area in the future.

So far, the best pizza Ive had in Chilliwack, the sourdough crust is freaking amazing and I normally dont like thinner crusts. Get a dip though so you can appreciate it even more.

Awesome place, tasty zah. Hot fresh and made to order...You seriously cant go wrong for 6 bucks. The owner is also super cool. Ill be busking down there in the near future so come and listen to local music and stay for the pizza lol

Ordered gluten free off skip and when the pizzas came none were marked GF, so I called and they said they don t have gluten free options but were too busy to call to tell us. I ordered two Hawaiians and one was supposed to be gluten free and we got charged for that. I m so disappointed. If I had this pizza I would been sick for days. I ordered from a different place who stayed open late to accommodate.

Favorite pizza place for a long way around. Kind of hard to find thin crust pizza in Canada but they do it well.
Food was amazing there
Ive now had Woodstone 3 times. First two were pretty good I was looking at this place as the best pizza joint in Chilliwack... Until the 3rd time. The pizza was a bit different... less passion? Who knows. The Crispy Prosciutto was literally a fully salad of arugula on top haha, not something I would be getting again. The chicken bacon ranch had very little of everything the chicken, the ranch, and whatever few toppings had gotten in between. I hope they step the game up on the quality as they have the potential to be the best.... So far after 3 orders... 3 stars.
Pizza was very good. The guy was very friendly and accomodating. I woulve given it 5 stars if the place was a bit updated. It was old and somewhat dirty. But the pizza is really good thats why I come here

Pizza is extremely thin. Meat toppings arent the greatest quality. Service was friendly and quick. Uncomfortable seating area (I do not recommend eating in). Pizza doesnt travel well.

Edit: I had a better experience today. The pizza tasted better. Was excited to try this place and was kinda disappointed. It didnt have a lot of flavor and the crust wasnt very good. I order on Uber eats and got a notification that the pizza was done. When I went there it wasnt even started yet so I sat around another 15 or 20 mins before I got it.
This place has hands down the best pizza for the best prices in the Fraser Valley!! And theyre super nice people that work there, a must try!!

Quality gourmet artisan pizza at such reasonable price. Really comparable to more expensive gourmet pizza you can get at more expensive restaurants. My family and I came here on Sunday. The younger boy making the pizza was so nice and kind. He knew it was our first time there. We enjoyed two pizzas. The price is great for the fresh ingredients you get and how it cooks in a fire oven. This is a feature not many places locally do! We will definitely be back! Thanks again.

First time in Chilliwack and fancied some wood burning pizza. This place came up. Unfortunately, the two pizzas that we ordered were soggy and undercooked. The Donair Lamb platter was a shank. Flavours were okay but service and quality were lacking.
I ordered Chicken Pesto and Italian Special. Solid 5 stars for Italian taste and for such a great and friendly staff - highly recommended!

This is a pizza place and the pizza is good but we went for the Persian food which seems like an afterthought. It didnt seem like they are prepared to serve that part of the menu. The rice tasted very bland despite having red color and the pitas were extremely dry and stale.

I like this place sometimes. Sometimes the cook gets it right. Sometimes i get the exact same pizza that i ordered. Sometimes its good sometimes its not good. It depends on whos cooking i guess. So if youre sometimes happy with your order...dont be surprised. They get it right sometimes. Most times they get it wrong.

Very disappointed. 6 months pregnant and very clearly showing. Put in an order here for the first time for a large pepperoni pizza and they said it would be 30 minutes. I waited outside for the 30 minutes as I was already close by when I made the order. When I went in, the pizza hadn t been put into the oven yet. They said it would still be a wait. So I asked if I could use their washroom. Their response was we don t have a washroom . It was right in front of my face by the counter. The wait ended up being a total of 45 minutes and I was so uncomfortable. The pizza ended up being paper thin and bland. One topping pizza for $21. Not going back.
The pizza it s fantastic. I recommend the roasted pear and 5 star cheese.

A very small take away place that makes amazing mouth melting pizzas :) tried the vegetariania pizza and it was surely worth its price. The staff here is super friendly and very warm. Co-incidentally barged into the owner who told us that the flour they use is imported from Italy and they use high quality fresh ingredients which was evident, so tempting and yummy that we forgot to even click a picture! We re surely eating here everytime we visit DT.

I have been a repeat customer since these guys have opened. In the the beginning their pizza was amazing, best in chilliwack in my opinion but it has been declining slowly. Their prices have always been a little high but it was justified due to the quality. I ordered a few weeks ago and the pizza was bland and dry, figured they might have just had an off day and decided to order again today. Big mistake..the food was disgusting. Better off ordering Jims right across the street or even dominoes at this point. Too bad thought we found our go to in chilliwack.
Hit and miss pizza, the first time we ordered from here it was amazing, the pizza the guy cooking the pizza the whole experience. But last night the pizza we got was over cooked dry burnt cheese kinda the consistency of the box it came in. Im hoping it was just a goof on their part and not all pizzas are like that now.

Had this pizza not long after they opened. Was good every time after that until this last time. Half the pizza was burnt to a crisp, and the cheese taste different. Not as good as it previously was for me.

Would have done 3.5, if that was an option. Staff was friendly and pizza was cooked well. However, lack of sauce and toppings made it feel more like just eating bread than pizza

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered 3 pizzas while visiting my daughter in chilliwack for a total of $90. Only received 2 which could be Skip the dishes fault but the 2 that we did receive were no where near the quality of pizza franchises like Domino s etc for that amount of money I d expect to at LEAST get a product equal to, if not better than the usual places.I would strongly advise anyone looking to order pizza in Chilliwack to save their money and order elsewhere. Absolutely disappointed.

Had high hopes for this place Got the crispy prosciutto with added pineapple and a bbq Hawaiian. The ham and prosciutto looked identical. The crust was extremely tough. Sauce was non existent and topping scarce. Only got a two star because they were really nice and they have a buy one get one for $10 on pick up.
Good pizza! Slices are big. Pizza isnt greasy. Pizza was made quick and fresh. Staff was friendly. Can see them make your Pizza in the Woodstone fire. Would recommend!

I love this pizza. Its wood fired style. So thin crust but really great toppings. Have had this place a few times as a treat. The roasted pear and gorgonzola, and the hot bee sting are our favourites. Its nothing like Jims pizza, but more like Farmhouse Brewing pizza if youve had that.

Wasnt sure, but its close to my home and Ive seen a lot of people walking out with full pizzas. Went in for a slice and was very happy I did! Great crust - chewy yet crispy. Delicious toppings. Hot and fresh. Def recommend! Edit: I grab a slice or two at least once a week and today I had the Hot Bee Sting and it was *chefs kiss*

Flavours are great but for a wood fired pizza, I expected mine to have more leoparding and a bit more crunch. What I got was far undercooked, much like eating raw dough. Theres potential here but my first experience was mediocre.

Tried Woodstone Pizza for the first time this weekend and was not disappointed. Crust is everything you want in a wood fired pizza. Toppings were plentiful but not too much for the crust. XL was huge - enough for two meals for the two of us. Folks who run the place were super friendly. Such a great addition to the businesses in the downtown core. Will definitely be going back!!

This little shop serves some seriously good thin crust pizza. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They have set up some tables outside the shop for you to sit down and eat. Looking forward to eating here again soon

First time I got the cheese it was awesome. Second time I got the Pepperoni, it was not awesome. The pizza was like toast couldnt even eat it! it was because the guy cooking it was complaining to the owner about other staff making to much doe; and forgot my pizza in the oven in till owner told him to take it out. They all looked at it knowing and I knew too. I tried when I got home it got through half a piece..

Ordered a peperoni pizza. Service was good, pizza dough crust was great. My only issue was that I found the peperoni pizza to be extremely salty. Maybe just personal thing. Will try a different pizza next time to compare. I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot.

Amazing! I drove by couple times and then one day i just popped in and now its my go to place. Really enjoy all the different flavors you get from the fire stone oven really changes up what pizza is normally like. If you guys are thinking of trying it i would full send i dont think you will regret it! Iv gone twice in one day before lol.

This is our favourite pizza spot in all of the fraser valley. We order from here regularly and love the hot bee sting. Service is great and staff is super friendly and funny. This pizza really sets their business apart from others with the amazing fresh ingredients and thin crust pizza dough.
Terrible customer service, wife was rudely asked to leave while looking at the menu in the lobby with 1 other customer. Would not customize the pizza slightly when requested (peppers only on half). Ended up getting frustrated and leaving, Im sure the pizza is good if I got to that point.

Best pizza in Chilliwack and even better Customer Service! This pizza is phenomenal.. we had the chicken pesto and Hawaiian- both were delicious with fresh toppings and cooked to perfection. The staff and owner are very friendly and I was even given extra of the delicious homemade dips to try (sooo good!) It is in a very convenient location and the prices are very reasonable. The pizzas are HUGE and the dough is absolutely perfect. What a wonderful experience! Excellent value.
Our new go-to pizzeria in Chilliwack! We love the thinner crust. Its got the bubbly bake around the edge, but the bottom has a bit of crunch to it as well. Toppings are thoughtfully added...not too much and not too little. So glad we gave this place a try!

This is some of the best pizza I have ever had. Crisp, soft and the perfect amount of chew- the dough has an incredible flavour. Amazing value for money and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. And don t forget to get some of the homemade dipping sauces! I get some every time I m in the area!

Excellent wood-fired over pizza! We had the garlic lovers and the pesto. They were pricier than we normally pay, but it was definitely worth the extra expense. If I had one critique, it would be that the edge of the pizzas were a bit too thick. We ended up eating a fair amount of just the crust.

First order was decent. Second order pizza came burnt, not just woodfired, but burnt. It was also not according to the menu. Seems like someone thought it was a good idea to substitute the fresh basil with pesto which completely ruined the pizza. Charcoal, honey and pesto flavoured pizza. All 3 pizzas were a disgusting sloppy greasy mess this time around. Woodfired pizzas are supposed to be a premium high quality pizza. Last time well order from this place.

Pizza with a side of Covid? Picked up pizza Friday night, in this very small location. Hope we remain okay. Staff were either wearing masks under their noses or not wearing masks at all and as I was leaving they were serving a customer with no mask on. To top it all off, while I love the wood-fired crust, the pizza itself was under-whelming and tasted boring. Given whole experience and lack of Covid19 safety protocols (i.e. care for me and my families safety) wont be back.
