Great food and super friendly service. We ordered burgers and chicken strips and all were great. Super fresh and high quality. And again, amazing staff and service. Kids especially loved the milkshake.
I recently visited the store , and I can confidently say it’s one of the best burger spots I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Whether you’re a burger enthusiast or just someone looking for a great meal, this is the spot for you. I would strongly recommend their food to everyone—it’s a must-visit for anyone who loves good food and great vibes. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
First time trying Boardwalk; I’d say it was a positive experience! Going inside, the restaurant itself was clean and classy, very casual and open. Plenty of seating options for people who want more privacy or not too. The people taking my order were very polite and accommodating, and gave clear feedback about my order and possible deals to save me a few dollars. That, and simply being helpful meant a lot! The food itself was good as well - for a 10$ burger, the classic Boardwalk Burger was juicy and tasty, the bun soft and seasoned, and the special sauce had a good kick to it. I also got sweet potato fries; they were alright. A little soft and unseasoned, and the chipotle sauce was decent along with it. Overall, a positive first experience. If I was in the area and needed a good burger, I’d stop by again!
Everything was great the first few days this place has been opened. Had ordered the classic burger here and from the bun to the burger everything was great. Fries were good but I'd ask for extra crispy next time. Onion rings I ordered on the side were perfect. Would recommend anytime.
I went late at night with my husband and we loved everything from the service and kind staff to the food. Our burgers were fresh and everything tasted amazing. We want to go back to try the shakes as well. Thank you!
I had a great time at this restaurant. When I walked in the doors I noticed it was very inviting and the staff were very friendly. The portions are fairly large for the price: I ended up taking home half the meal. The food itself was stellar. The shakes were amazing, try them you're self
I came in on Dec 15 24 in the morning, the food and service were amazing, great portions for a great price, I had an amazing cheeseburger with fries as well as a strawberry milkshake that was thick and tasty. Got my food and drink in no time. Atmosphere is good, place is clean. In my honest opinion this deserves its 5 stars. 10/10.
We were really pleased with the kindness that we received from the business. They have exceptional customer service skills. We were very impressed with the great tasting meals we had been served. They were very quick on there servings. We would highly recommend viewing and eating here. Wishing this new location a good luck and all the best!! 👍

Good food for a reasonable price. I had a spicy chicken sandwich, chipotle bacon fries, & a banana milk shake. All were tasty. Manny the guy who took my order was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth checking out.

Garbage. Expensive garbage. Ordered from here with big hopes for a good burger. Burger was way over done- dry and gross. Fries and sweet potato fries were burnt - ended up in the garbage. Delivered only half of our order and when I called them they couldn t even find our order and offered a coupon?! or a free meal for pick up?! What a joke. They really don t know what they are doing. Will never order from here or go to eat there and I will advise everyone to do the same! Stay away from this place!!!

Delicious Food, Excellent customer service and great atmosphere. Love the service and food and the owner is super friendly, involved and knows how to treat his customers right. Would highly recommend anyone to eat here. P.s the Milkshakes are amazing and they have gluten free options which most restaurants dont offer.

Ordered from Boardwalk & was missing half of our items, as well as my burger being very undercooked and had hair in it.
We had the mushroom burger and spicy chicken with fries and onion rings. Everything was very tasty, especially the spicy chicken, and the price was quite reasonable. Well be back!

Fantastic little restaurant!! The food and service are great and the price is fantastic for how much you get. Good portions and super nice and clean, will be coming back! Parking: Just outside the mall so there s plenty of parking!
Decided to come try out boardwalk chilliwack. Was so excited after looking at the menu. Ordered our food and sat down to wait. Seen our burgers come up and watched the burgers sit there for almost 10 minutes while waiting for the rest of the food to come out. Decided to go up and ask for the food since it was just sitting there getting cold. Which he then told me no we have a heater don t worry. Well finally gave us our food that was sitting forever and my burger was cold plus had tomato s on it when I asked for no tomato s. My husband liked his burger and the kids chicken strips were good too. The fries not so much. Under cooked and cold. We ordered the chilli cheese fries and beef bacon with chipotle . The chilli was not good at all. The cheese sauce they put in it has zero flavour and a consistency of water. Over all wouldn t come here again and if I did it would only be for a burger, nothing else.
