I love this browns. Ive never had bad service here and the food at browns is great.

The food was delicious and everything was good, but the service is a mess.

I ve been here a few times I think it s a good spot

Servers are great, very friendly and understanding. Love the food. Calamari is my favourite. Vegetarian options: Plenty to try. Parking: Never had a issue with parking there. Kid-friendliness: High chairs for kids are available.

Amazing food but super long wait and seem a little disorganized we finished food than order dessert and it took almost 25 minutes and then another 20 minutes to wait for the bill at the table when we were done practically 45 minutes of waiting after we ate I found that to be unacceptable Parking: Spaces are very small

Very nice, open late, quiet, good food and fast service with wifi available. Reasonable prices too, in a quieter area with various shopping opportunities among other things nearby. Plus its on-res for status Indians. Vegetarian options: Several vegan, and vegetarian options, though honestly if youre alone trying to get something vegetarian Id go somewhere else. Dietary restrictions: The food would immediately cause a European to spontaneously combust. Id just gotten off the plane from a 16 day Eurotrip, and needed a good, large, North American portion, and boy did I receive. Parking: Lots of parking, its in an out-of-the way complex with several other businesses so youre bound to find parking very close by. Kid-friendliness: A large portion of the drink menu is alcoholic, but they have some delicious non-alcoholic options, and who doesnt love a good burger and fries? I cant quite recall as my visit was a week ago, but I feel like I remember a kids menu as well. Wheelchair accessibility: Level to the ground, wide spaces, cant get much better than that.

No brunch anymore but brunch sign still on building

End of their day after the movies stop. Service was excellent. Server was was wonderful and attentive. We were not rushed to order and the food was amazing. Great job and one of only maybe 3 places open past 9 on a weekday that serves a real sit-down service.

First time at a Browns Socialhouse and it was good. However, my food was lukewarm and the ID rules are ridiculous, it sucked I couldnt get a birthday drink. Server wasnt very attentive and seemed annoyed we were taking our time to order

All the food we ordered were really amazing and the service provided by Ella was really commendable. We ll be coming back for sure. Really loved the size, lighting, music and overall atmosphere of this restaurant.

Awesome service

Me and a group of friends tried browns of the first time. We are also out of town and saw great reviews about browns. However, I ordered a steak, wanting it to be med rare but it was over cooked. By the time they re made my steak the rest of my group was finished their meals. Server only checked up on me after getting my steak when we were about to settle up. Will not be returning.

Menu pricing...does not match up well with portioning and quality

My staff and I have regular meetings once a month at a local restaurant . We had the worst service at earls last month and decided to try browns this month and I want to thank the staff and their kitchen staff for an outstanding service, not only the food was incredible but our waitress was kind, friendly, professional and absolutely beautiful young girl. I am so happy my staff and I have found a local new place where we can have our monthly meetings. Great place and atmosphere! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are new in town!

Not impressed with this place. Chilliwack was horrible smelling. They must have been spraying pig poop in the fields again,so the waitress says would you like to sit inside or outside. I say it smells terrible outside, Ill sit inside. So she seats us in front of a big glass doors that were wide open. Whats the point of being Inside if your gonna have the whole wall gone open to the outside. Decided on sharing nachos because I really just didnt want to be there anymore. Nacho come with mayonnaise squirted all over them. Like its suppose to have sour cream not mayonnaise. a half of an avocado put in the center of it and very thin crumbly chips. Never again. First time being there and my last as well. Felt nauseated after eating that. Never again.

First time at this location. Ordered the calamari, SO MUCH SALT. Could not eat it, had to return. Ordered the yam fries, it was not chipotle dip, it was super citrus. And 30 min later, FINALLY the dynamite roll arrives.

They messed up my drink order about 4 times and started saying it was my fault. Order a double vodka and cranberry, taste like it had 2 drops of cranberry juice. So I ordered a double vodka and OJ and yet again it was the most watered down OJ ever whilst the table next to us had the nicest looking glass of oj I even told the waitress I wanted that and pointed to it. Brought me yet another disappointing double vodka OJ. So I told them forget it. Jist bring me 2 shots of tequila because they cant possibly screw that up. The waitresses started giving me sparky remarks saying well thats just how it comes here. When Ive been plenty times in the past and know damn well thats a lie. Wont ever be coming back to this location. And wouldnt recommend that anyone else visit this establishment.

Quinn was my server and he was pretty FANTASTIC! I was having a lot of difficulties in my studies and this guy sat down and taught me algebra right there. I aced my test because of Quinn. Brock tried to get involved but he just made things confusing and almost made me fail smh. He also made me feel very dumb :(. But Quinn never did!! It was the bst service I have ever had and I owe this man my career because without him I would have never graduated. The food was also really good :)

I ve been to this location over 20 times, always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Brock was hilarious and made my experience with my partner that much better. Will dine here again anytime I m in the area!

This place is an actual gem with the service from Mr Quinn Leibing, we were seated fairly quickly and the atmosphere was great. Our server didn t take long to show up, he was super attentive, he knew the ins and out of the menu and could direct us the right way as it was our first time at this location. Our drinks were great and never mind the blackened Cajun sirloin, it was amazing ! My lady is also a steak person so she went with the steak and pasta which she very much enjoyed as well. Thanks Mr Quinn for your service, because of your gentlemen like service and attentiveness we will be returning.

We came here for a staff dinner. Our first experience was superb so we went there again the second time. The server was awesome! Did not manage to get her name. we are all non alcoholic drinkers so we ordered iced tea and cranberry juice. It was straight up watered down iced tea, had it replaced with cranberry juice and it was even more tasteless ended up ordering a 3rd drink (coke? What could go wrong?) It even tasted like it has been watered down so I kinda gave up at this point as I do not want to be a Karen here. Ordered alfredo pasta with blackened chicken and the pasta was so bland, had to pack it up and bring it home as it was just that bad.

Crystal was an amazing server, great recommendations for food and drinks as well as always checking up on how we were doing. Will definitely go back!
