Earls Kitchen + Bar in Chilliwack

Went last Sunday 22, Sept. Fantastic service. Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. The hostess was considerate and easy to converse with. When leaving without saying a word, the hostess opened the door for easy exit of our stroller. We appreciate the classic dress code without tights. The staff look great and are pleasant and knowledgeable. My granddaughter liked the menu. Earls offers a selection for vegan gf which are yummy. A nice addition would be a vegetarian option with the vegan burger - though you can add cheese. Highly recommend Earls Chilliwack.

WORST place. Ordered the cajun chicken salad on Uber eats. salad was brown and no chicken on the salad. called the restaurant spoke to manager who was useless. why be a manager you dont even know what your doing. never got a refund

I was completely unhappy with the service my friends and I received last night. To start the night they did not reserve in the area I specifically asked for so we had a group that was broken up due to their mistake. Then the many mistakes with either ordering the wrong food or missing an order. The manager was not apologetic what s so ever and had an I don t care demeanour about him. Very disappointed.

It was the BEST food of my life it was the earls wings spicy the waiters were so nice and even complimented my spice tolerance. The wait was only seven minutes for a out side table.

This is a fairly standard Earl s restaurant, so really there isnt much to say. If you ve ever been to an Earl s, then you know what this one is like. If you haven t been to an Earl s, expect decent food and good drinks, with a fairly steep price point (considering it s a chain restaurant!) They go for an upscale vibe but it s bot actually very fancy! We have a good time here and the food is consistent, which is nice. They have some great vegan and veggie options too which is always appreciated! Good place for a gathering with friends or a birthday dinner or something like that :)

I have put off going to Earl s for some time now as I just got bored of their menu and didn t think the dining experience was worth the price at my local one in Surrey. I met a friend for dinner at the one in Chilliwack and was immediately blown away. The restaurant itself was really beautiful, the food was actually SO good and my server, Summer, was an absolute peach. She offered small town service in a popular, modern setting. Maybe it s just a different demographic further out of the city but I would 100% go back to Chilliwack just for this Earl s. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and Dairy free options

Very friendly and very good food and drinks

Chicken fettuccine was SO sub par!!Chicken was dry, the whole meal was cold. Tasted like a can of cream of chicken added to pasta. Extremely poor. Im a pretty good home cook,and I can make this dish many times better, any day of the week. Any road side diner could do better. Shame on you. Not to mention,my wifes strawberry magarita was little mor than a glass filled with ice an a little canned strawberry flavor. Not a hint of alcohol(pretty sure we got ripped off there) that,added to the lousy food was am experience not to be repeated. We should have gone back to Frankies, where everything is always awsome.

My friend and I went to Earls for lunch. She got a burger and fries and I got the shareable crab cake... When it arrived, my single crab cake was the size of the bottom side of a burger bun AND WAS MORE EXPENSIVE than a full-size meal. Even our waitress agreed with our observation. The price and product experience at Earls does not warrant a return visit... Chilliwack has lots of other restaurants to choose from.

Dined here again tonight with a bro for his birthday. Just want to give a big huge shout out on the service here at this location. The evening night manager Kristey and our server Abby sets the bar high and we feel all management and service should use these two as a template on what 5 star ratings are all about. Bravo and we will be back again and again.

Place is fine in person no issues ever, unless you have gone to highschool with the workers, rude. Never order takeout from here the portions are smaller and ridiculous, manager is useless.

Big thumbs down Earls. We ordered our dinner to go, planning the 20-30 min wait time as it was a Friday night. We had a firm schedule to get home to and planned our dinner time around this. On arriving at the restaurant I was not acknowledged by staff, not a word. When someone finally turned to engage I gave the name and number provided. At that point they asked me if I wanted chicken or tofu option with the meal. I said, this was ordered nearly 30 min ago and were in a rush. I asked if they had put my order in and said no. Offered no apologies or even acknowledged their error. I told them to hold the order as were in a rush to get home and left. About half hour later I get a call from a very condescending person demanding to know are you coming to get your food or? We advised them no we were rushing to get home and had told them already we werent waiting. The reply oops, yeah that was our bad Seriously disappointed in their lack of service and respect for costumers.

Good food but way overpriced

Food was great, service was terrible. Waitress never asked if we wanted dessert or another drink and never cleared the dishes. As a member of customer service, that was a bad experience

The staff are wonderful. The service and the food is fantastic & Bishan is an absolute gem. We will keep coming back. Highly recommend any dish, but make sure you try the truffle butter.

Great all around restaurant in chilliwack to eat and socialize. This restaurant has been around forever and while I would not call it fancy its not casual either. Best of both worlds. Good is very good, service is usually great, drinks are great. Good place for a solo business traveller or a group of friends. Atmosphere is great in here. Bought the seafood plater, if only it tasted as good as it looked. Doesn t meet expectations, even by frozen standards. Some how they rinsed the flavour and right out of it. Not worth the 90$.

Hi we recently were at the Chilliwack location for my wifes Bday celebration.The manager and staff did an amazing job for over 15 guests. We love this restaurant since in our town of Abbotsford doesnt have one anymore we come here at least once a month

We are here quite often. The staff and service are always great. Even on Door Dash the quality and quantity is consistent with in house service. One thing I did notice today, the dishes were extra shiny.

It has been over 16 years since I was last in an Earls, I was not disappointed. We had a light lunch here as it is close to my sisters new flat. I had to try the Cobb salad, I opted to go with the basic one, typically there is a grilled chopped chicken breast, but going without for me was just right. My mum and sister both had a salad with salmon, and my dad had clam chowder w/Caesar salad. We all enjoyed our meals. Service was good, with our server being very attentive. However, while I had no issues, my parents and sister felt that it was a bit dark. Loads of parking, there is a patio but I think it was closed when we popped in. Def recommend Edit/update. I don t recall the name of our server but she had a really cool fresh tattoo on her left arm. Great service!

Earls is a nice place to go for a meal with friends. The food and service is good. The menu has a variety of options including items that can be made gluten free. The drinks and dessert are also good. Dietary restrictions: Items can be made gluten free with variations.

I will leave my previous review at the end, but I need remove my old review and update, because my most recent experience was outstanding. I had the Cajun Oven Roasted Salmon, subbing rice for mashed potatoes. It was so delicious!! My son had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Cajun Chicken and he said it was maybe the best he s ever had. That is high praise for a dish served at every restaurant. Our server was great, and it really did feel more like the old Earl s experience - it felt like a special meal, not a forgettable typical restaurant meal. This was a couple weeks ago and I and still thinking about that I needed to update my lacklustre previous review. I can t wait to go back and have that salmon again! Thanks! Old review (3*) : Earls is pleasant - it feels like less of an experience than it used to be. We went during happy hour and the menu items were well priced with a decent selection. I had the calamari - it was good, I didnt care for the broccoli and cauliflower snuck in there. However, my husband loved the broccoli - said the texture was fun and melted in his mouth, so it was obviously good for those who enjoy broccoli. Im Camp Newman - vile weed (for you Seinfeld fans). My son had the burger and said it was totally forgettable. I didnt get feedback regarding my husbands tacos, but they looked pretty little. Overall, Earls is fine: a good meal, decent service, but doesnt make me crave going back.

As a long time and frequent supporter of Earls, Im pretty disappointed in the way the GM Bish and Shift Manager Jenny handled a situation last night. Itll be a long time before I go back

We tried their kale & mushroom pizza and absolutely loved it.

The l staff is so rude and so unprofessional. Our server was great. It was a server that had nothing to do with our table or section that caused problems for our group. She came to our table and verbally attacked one of our group about his language. First there was no children in the area and secondly she had to just ask for us to be careful. Instead she came and verbally attacked us. Approached management to discuss the situation and he was not any help.

The hit for service has nothing to do with the service staff. I intentionally picked an upscale restaurant to dine AND to get some vital online work done. While their wifi is stable, its 1990s slow. I had some modestly-small video files to upload to cloud. I was hoping to get 5 or 6 of them uploaded for my associates to work on. I was informed just one of them would take 12 hours!! By comparison, this morning Im at Tim Hortons and in 1 hour have already uploaded 2. Its disappointing that one would pay over $60 for a supper, and be stuck with wifi from the 20th Century. From what I could see during my stay last night, business is ANYTHING but lacking!! Upgrade your wifi so it matches the rest of your amenities and avoids reviews like this.

Great food, excellent service.

This restaurant is so clean and has beautiful decor. The staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. I ordered the Cajun chicken ceasar salad, which I hadnt had in 20 years, and it is exactly the same. Well worth the visit. I recommend for anyone.

Earls is my happy place - their food is so appetizing, its like a warm hug for your taste buds! The menu offers a treasure trove of flavors, the ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the staff ensures every dining experience is a delicious adventure.

Terrible takeout. The price for some under-cooked, unappetizing and skimpy chicken fingers was outrageous, the salad and soup portions were much smaller than a year ago and the garlic bread was chewy and unappetizing. If there was an option for no stars, that is what it would get from me. Id get a better meal at McDonalds.

I order the same meal 2-3 x a week from Earls - Veg. Hunan KP. Ordered the same thing Friday & this time I guess they felt.i deserved a bonus order of rubbery grilled chicken! Ruined my dinner!

I went there on a Sunday afternoon for a nice quiet meal with my friend. Love the quiet corner that we got. Service was lovely as well as the food. I know that the place can get a bit noisy but if you come during the day its great!

My salad was amazing and I was very happy that I ordered it but it was expensive as I have never paid $30 for a salad before. However, I do recommend them as we were a large party (we made reservations) and everyone stated that they enjoyed their meals.

Just here to say a huge thank you to Kristy Holmes for outstanding customer service. We mistakenly left some birthday cards on our table when we left our table. They had some real sentimental value and they were fortunately recovered and cleaned up for us. It meant a lot-Kristy greeted me at the door and was very kind. Much, much appreciated! The Bangkok salad was one of the BEST SALADS Ive ever tasted!!! So fresh and flavorful. HIGHLY Recommend!

I used to like this place. Prices have become outrageous. $26. For a buger with a pattie you would get at fast food place. Fries were cold, and the buger was warm. The server was nice but forgetful. She didnt take a drink order. We had to ask twice for salt a pepper. Im pretty sure I will scratch this place off my list of restaurants to eat at in Chilliwack.

Apparently this Earls has the best food of all the locations and I had my doubts but its like a completely different restaurant. The ribs are caramelized, tender and juicy, best Ive had. I went to the Earls at Metrotown and ordered the. Hunan which used to be my favorite dish at Earls, but it was worst than food court. I picked out the vegetables and was at a special lunch so didnt send it back. My ribs experience in Chilliwack was so good that I went back to the nearby Metrotown location and ordered the ribs. It seemed like they had been allowed to steam in the oven and there was no caramelization. It was still edible so I didnt send it back. Ive been told that people drive out to the Chilliwack location just to get the better food and its just Chilliwack for me now too.

Western Pizza is my favorite. Always enjoyable there.

Great place to go in Chilliwack for a meal and a few drinks. Staff are always friendly, and a good atmosphere. I go here often. Parking: You can park around the restaurant, or use the mall parking. When its busy parking close is difficult. Kid-friendliness: Families with kids are no problem.

We went for grad dinner, sushi was good but the burgers and chicken were very dry. Ceasar salad had barely any dressing. Although this was the first time the food was not up to par, it was still disappointing.

We had lunch at Earls after 2 years it was a try to see how the kitchen had changed. The menu was exciting and a good variety to chose from. Freshness of ingredients where given and flavor was a bit debatable. It was very filling for everyone. I just would like to see a change in the vegan option. The crispy tofu was a good choice but the flavor in the breading would be nice also changing the mushrooms to enoki mushroom be giving the rice an extra flavour. The dressing to the salad on the same Platte. Is not a good idea as the vinegar dressing gets in contact with the rice and gives it a sour taste. Either change the dressing to a peanut chilli dressing, so when it gets in contact with the rice it actually still taste good or serve the salad on a different plate. Vegetarian options: It is filling and flavour full. But the tofu options could be more flavour full. I am aware tofu is quite bland but you can make it tasty.

Ive been here a couple of times and the food has been excellent each time. Today I had the Bangkok Bowl with 3 oz sirloin. Delicious! I also had a mocktail, Yuzu Soda lemonade, absolutely yummy. The service was attentive and friendly. We sat outside which was lovely as it was not too sunny and was nice and cool.

What a WONDERFUL place to dine!!! We came in a giant group of 13 people for a bachelor party & our waitress Kara, was outstanding! She deserves a raise for dealing with our crazy group. Thank you Kara!!!!

We came to earls as a family of 4. Upon being greeted by our incredible server Destiny, we felt very welcome and excited for our evening. Destiny made some recommendations which turned out to be fantastic. She was attentive and friendly. This was our second time to Earls, and was our best time. We will be back and will be requesting her.

We stop in here when were out in the area. The Tesla chargers outside make it convenient to charge and enjoy food and drinks at Earls. The patio is pretty great and inside bar and dining areas are great. Highly recommend the steaks and pastas. The burgers are delicious also.

Only ordered pop with my meal got refills of ice.Asked for less ice and got more? Then the server never came back to ask if I wanted another refill probably wouldnt have asked for so many refills if some had at least 50 percent pop.Meal was good but expensive for the quality. Four minutes past Happy Hour and couldnt have it after spending more then 5 minutes waiting to get seated with no lineup? Could be a lot nicer with the right management.Floors under tables a dirty with bits of food on them.

I came to Earls Chilliwack for a date with my fiancé, we got appys, wine and dinner. Summer was our server in the lounge. And she was INCREDIBLE! Amazing service, attentive, kind and really created an amazing experience for us. Being in the industry, I recognize amazing service, and she was the perfect example. I recommend asking to sit in her section when you go!

The overall experience for our first visit was good, very friendly staff, good service.. the bacon cheddar burger served with Ceasar salad looked and tasted fabulous hubby said but I was not to hungry and I had a craving for just fries, so thats what I ordered, just a lg plate of fries. Well what came was unbelievably sad and disheartening. It looked like a fancy cup of McDonalds . No kidding!! Earls typically has excellent food and service. Busy place, and its no surprise they are.

Ate there at about 6:00-6:30 pm, Aug 14. Told the manager that the people who helped us, the waitress and the server, got my favourite rating, fun professionals . Superb staff.

The food is mediocre, the price is a bit high, the service is very good, the atmosphere is good, and you can eat outside while watching the scenery.

It is a place to enjoy others company and lose track of time. Portion sizes are adequate but if have a large appetite, may go feeling hungry. Good selection of drinks, but a very limited desert menu if you are looking to prolong the evening.

Their consistently outstanding food, regular addition of new seasonal items on the menu, and the impeccable service I always experience, easily earn it a solid 10/10 in my book, especially the Earls Chilliwack location. Vegetarian options: I always get the vegan hunan Kung poa and Im never disappointed Dietary restrictions: I have never had an issue due to my dietary restrictions at earls. Every time I have asked for a dish to be made without one ingredient, they have done it

Really good food and service. A bit pricey, but if you feel like splurging, this is a great place. Their steak frites is amazing. I ordered ribs, and asked if i could get something else than potatosalad and coleslaw, and i got fries and a bowl of cheesy pasta which was amazing aswell. And it didnt even cost extra for the pasta. Also way more filling than a coleslaw. TLDR: I recommend asking for pasta instead of coleslaw. Great food.

A $26 burger, that was the first mistake. This isnt Nobu, or Bymark, or Mortons, its an Earls. Food was good, anything but memorable, so to pay an exorbitant price for a run of the mill burger is simply not necessary. There are better places to dine and not feel ripped-off. At least the parking was free. Will we return, not likely.

We visited with a part of 6 on the weekend for dinner. 3 of us ordered the clam chowder. The soup was warm, but not hot. It was served with a slice of dry cold toasted white bread. We ordered the artisan garlic toast as a side. It didn t come with the meal. We had to ask the manager where the garlic toast was. When it came, it was the same as the bread that came with the soup, just had garlic butter on it, and we paid $2 extra for it. I would hardly call it artisan . One in our party ordered the ribs and they were cold and had to be sent back. The server was friendly but didn t come by to see how everything was after the food arrived. Overall very disappointed in the experience, especially since it was our suggestion to meet here.

Great food, friendly staff always. My complaint is the music is WAY to loud!! I understand it is the atmosphere vibes, but honestly- having music that loud is so distracting and you cannot even hear your table talking. When asked to have it turned down a little- our waitress said she would try and ask. It wasnt turned down even the slightest but actually, it was turned up! This has been the case the last few times I have dined in. Love the place- hate how loud the music is.
