Will not be back! Been here several times (6, at least since opening) and the service has been exceptional, food has been terrific... Today, for lunch, 1½ hours after ordering and no food, I asked for my bill, telling her I needed to leave and would rather just pay for my beer, I couldnt wait for the meal any longer. OMG It was a salad!!! She said I was being disrespectful. I asked for my bill so I could leave! Then a manager came out with my food and I told him I didnt want it. I was leaving. Well, he said I was going to comp it. At this point I no longer wanted my meal, I NEEDED TO LEAVE. An hour after ordering the bartender said it would be 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, an hour and a half after ordering... The manager completely threw the server under the bus, blaming the server for telling me 10 min. Then, he accused me of yelling at staff. I never once yelled at anyone. The server was across the bar when talking to me, I asked for my bill so I could leave, in a place that is accused of being noisy. I was never disrespectful and never yelled at anyone. To be accused of doing so, after the service I encountered today, was enough to put you on my never again list. I will NEVER BE BACK. This is not a Kelly OBriens. Every other KOs is the only good KOs. Who has time for 2 hours at lunch, before the food arrives? And then to accuse your customer of being disrepectful when asking for the bill so they can leave... btw the manager slopped the meal into a takeout container and gave it to me... I threw it out, IT WAS SLOPPED INTO A TAKEOUT BOX. The only one disrespectful was the manager. Ill be sure to share my experience with EVERYONE!!! Had I simply received my bill, I would have paid for my beer and left. Id be frustrated. To be accused of yelling and being disrespectful is a complete farce and disrespectful in itself.

Blended drinks horrible taste like syrup tried a few and then waiteess scamed us

After a recommendation from my parents, my friend and I decided give Kelly O Bryans a try. We weren t disappointed. A friendly greeting, sat right away, great food recommendations and service. Alyssa was our server and we will definitely ask for her again next time!

We was pretty excited to be visiting O Bryans. Seemed to be an effort just to seat us. Service was okish. Atmosphere was bland. Our food warm and tasteless. I ordered a Baileys coffee which was like hot water with a splash of Baileys and no coffee. Would we visit again erm NO!!!

Over all a good place. Food is a bit pricy for what you get and just kind of average honestly. Potchos are meh ( kinda just sad nacho )

The servers and staff are very nice.. the atmosphere is cold not pub like at all, the prices are overpriced and the portions are ridiculous small. Unfortunate as I was really hoping it being a good place to go.

Ordered the Potchos, quesadilla. Potchos were soaking in oil, chicken was dry and bland with zero flavour. Asked for Potchos to start as an Appy, they came after others got their food. I didn t get my order till 40 minutes after everyone else. They were done eating when I finally got my order.

The food, service and location are amazing Parking: Busy mall so parking can be difficult Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open layout but I forgot to pay attention to the door but being a new location Im sure it was considered.

Wnt for lunch for 1st time our server tiffany was very pleasant and prompt our food was served in a timely fashion and was very good we had quesadias and poke plate both were good. Nice atmosphere and clean I will return.

Went recently during happy hour. Cant say Ill go back. Food was fine, but service was so slow! Took 30 min for our food to come, even though restaurant was mostly empty. My son never got his ketchup, my beef dip was partially cold. And they turned the lights down so low that we could hardly see our plates. I would have asked our server to turn them up but we barely saw her after our food came out.

Came here on the weekend and it was packed. The servers took great care of us. Even had the manager check in. Very nice girls. Wish they put in some soundproofing.

Nice and big, you dont feel cramped. Do not order the roast beef special! So dry, dry and tasteless. When asked how our meals were I mentioned the roast beef was dry, our server returned with a bowl of gravy from the chef This beef needed more than gravy! Stuffed mushrooms were good. Very pricey for what it is, Keg prices for mediocre pub food. If you want to charge these prices then you need to have the food quality and service. Might give it one more try and have the prime rib, but will be prepared to be disappointed.

Ive been a few times now since they (recently) opened / Lively atmosphere, spacious layout, freindy Bar Keepers and excellently trained and friendly Staff too / They have a Family side which is great if you choose to bring your Brood / It was so awesome to see Vanessa again as she is a very hardworking Manager and Im so happy to support her and the Venue / See you soon / TH is in big trouble and I hope ML2 is too / Ill leave the others out of it /

Pachos here are SO GOOD. crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. Server was quick to refill drinks. Had a good time.

Didnt get to eat Halloween weekend I guess. I thought it was a family restaurant. 2 servers wore nothing but body paint. The rest were dressed in bras and panties. I understand that people have the right to wear what they want, but there should be standards not even going to bother going there again.

Well just like true Chilliwack fashion we now have another cafeteria styled restaurant. The only Irish thing about this place is the single wood post in the middle of the room. We got a good laugh at the tv on the wall displaying poorly photographed pictures of food. The service was great though. We ordered the pachos and the stuffed yorkies The pachos were barely warm and soggy, the yorkies would have been good with some gravy that had some taste to itIt was also not hot which was disappointing considering it was empty when we got there. We will go back to try some different menu items. Hopefully this was just a one time bad experience I wish I would have read the countless reviews about the food quality first.

Been here a few times since it opened. Had some issues with my orders a few times but have had great service from Ashley who made it right. Overall good food and service. Be nice if they had a bit of separation within the restaurant.

I really don t like leaving bad reviews, but in the case of Kelly O s in Chilliwack, I am left with no choice. From the atmosphere (or lack thereof) to the food, it s an absolute disaster. Nowhere near worth the price they charge. It doesn t feel like a pub, or a restaurant. The booths are an attempt at privacy, but are so uncomfortable, and many have no lighting. Same price point as Earls, but the quality is not even remotely close. Their happy hour should be renamed the sad hour. If you re going to charge $8 a beer, perhaps don t charge $16 for wings, when you can get them across the street for $9 a pound with $5 beers, respectively. Growing up in Surrey, I have fond memories of Kelly O s. I can t see this one lasting long. I will say that the service was really good though!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kelly OBryans new location in Chilliwack for my fiancés 40th birthday. I grew up having kellyos in Kelowna where Im from. The pochos are to die for. Their drink menu is awesome, and their food is delicious. No matter what location Im at, all their staff is super nice, kind, and making sure you are having a good time and that you get everything you need. Its absolutely one of my favourite restaurants, hands down.

We were there for a couple hours for dinner. Our waitress took forever to even take our drink orders and then took a very long time to just bring them to the table. She took our order at that point and we ordered an appetizer and entree. She never once came back. Someone else brought us our food and they also brought the appetizers at the same time as our entree. Our waitress kept staring at us from across the room never coming over. Drinks were never refilled. Someone else cleared our plates too. She came to ask if we needed the bill to which we said we wanted dessert. That didnt take as long. Then she gave us our bill. Food was amazing. But the service could use a ton of work.

Guiness pour was shit foam and bubbles. I always expect a creamer at an Irish pub, I was let down. They poured an ice cold foamer I won t be back

Had the Irish stew, it was nice. Ive been to various Irish pubs before and they all do it differently from the broth to the vegetables and beef, to the bread itself. The damn beer is too expensive. I can get the same IPAs elsewhere for almost two bucks cheaper. Stuck with one pint instead of two or three. Atmosphere is not bad. But compared to other Irish bars, particularly those in Seattle and Portland Ive been to, its definitely a work in progress. Lots of decor, Irish music, an abundance of booth seating, etc.

Finally a fantastic food experience in the wack! Lots of fimilar local staff the yorkies were Hugh!! Probably the best beef (inside the yorkies) I ever had an Im a foodie.

Initially we sat at a high top with really uncomfortable stools and just wanted to leave and then we asked if we could switch them up with a comfortable one and it was much better. This space is large and bright, Great service and drinks. The Irish Yorkies were good generous portions of beef, chicken wings could have been really good but had a bone marrow taste that comes from cooking chicken too fast. Potatoe skins were good with a lot of bacon a bit too much for my taste but we will be back to try more food items the service was great and we loved the atmosphere.

I was a familiar face at Kelly O in Kelowna 35 plus years ago. Today I was able to begin the traditions again. My wife and I went this evening to the newly opened Kelly OBrian in Chilliwack and they did not disappoint. Can I start by saying the space is big, like really big and as such seating was quick and had offerings from low table to high top to booths. Service well Rodney you made us feel like there was nobody else in the resteraunt, your energy is infectious. Food consisted of pachos with the famous emerald isle sauce, which tasted exactly the same after all these years. Wings, huge and delish. Yorkshire pudding, massive pillows of taste laden with beef. Finally main course which my wife had french onion soup and I was presented with the most amazing home cooked Irish stew. Massive amounts of beef, carrots and potatoes that had texture and taste. Finally desert, well thats for another review because although I have their chocolate conspiracy in my bag it will need to be to go since I will have to roll myself out of the resteraunt. Thank you Kelly OBrian for being the warm, friendly, and family place everyone can call on for home cooking.

I recently visited kelly O Bryan s after Jazzy my favorite server, invited me to check out her new workplace. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel welcome. Service was awesome everyone was friendly, The food was absolutely delicious, and to top it off, the drinks were super affordable which was a pleasant surprise we need more of that in chilliwack!!!! They have lots of booze selections from beers to cocktails, The drink menu was literally a book. Make sure to come here on ur birthdays they will give you a free meal which is awesome!!! I m so glad Jazzy is working here because this is definitely going to be my new favorite restaurant. Can t wait to go back, and if you visit, make sure to ask for Jazzy she ll make your experience amazing every time!

Pretty shameful that the food is the same price as Earls when it s nowhere near their quality.

I grew up in Kelowna and loved KOB. I was really excited to try out the new location in Chilliwack. I was not disappointed. The staff were amazing, super friendly, attentive, and came by often. The food was just great. I of course have to recommend the Pachos. The happy hour menu was a great mix of drinks and food items. Happy to see KOb expanding and always providing a great experience.

Super happy this place is open now! We had a great first experience. Was a little loud, but expected as it s new. We will be back. Food : 5/5

Welcome to the Wack KOB. Had the best time there. For those of you who have not been yet get on it. The food is amazing, and the menu is full of very hard to decide on options. The servers were fun and friendly. Leave the car at home, as the drink menu with over 190 options (yes I counted them), will have you bring out the bingo dabber so you don t miss trying each one. Alcohol or non alc. the options are amazing. Be kind and understanding , as this place is new and very busy. There is bound to be a hiccup or two. They are very accommodating. KOB will become a favourite for many.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Our servers were incredible, Rob and Kayla. We knew going to a brand new restaurant might be rocky, so we were prepared for anything but we were blown away. Not only was the food excellent, but we genuinely felt like we were being served by our friends. Which is so rare eating out these days! The two of them were so delightful and kind to us, and Kayla was very happy to explain some of the more confusing menu items to us. I hope all of the servers are just as wonderful and the food stays amazing! Because I will be back!

Went on their first Friday. Add to that it was a long weekend do very busy. Atmosphere was great, service prompt and friendly, very attentive. Impressed with menu selection. My only criticism and reason for only 4 star gor food was this time it took for food to arrive. I get it, the kitchen was obviously swamped with orders. Servers did comp a snack for us to keep us going. Was worth the wait, food was good. I m sure given a bit of time this location is going to be a great dining venue.

I got the stew, potatoes were raw. Waited nearly an hour for our food to come out! Restaurant wasn t busy at all! We thought well maybe cause the server is new, nope while we were paying she told us she is down here for training she s from Kelowna, so she s just not that good I guess!! Careful on the seats, but my head pretty hard getting out of the seats!!! Won t be back.

Came for some drinks with friends, the bourbon sour didnt taste very good. Service wasnt very friendly.

We went on Friday night around 6ish. Knowing this was a newly opened restaurant was not expecting the service to be perfect as there are mostly new staff. They did very well considering how busy it was. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Love the energy in the place. Will definitely be returning. Wheelchair accessibility: There were several para-parking spots and the floors are wood , so a wheelchair would glide easily. There is also plenty of space between tables to get through.

Has a lot of potential but sadly suffering from the start. We came for dinner and it took 1.5 hours before we actually got our meals. We had the manager or someone come to apologize after waiting for an hour, but no one told us there would be such a long wait. The food is on par with the rest of the chain name, pretty good. The Cajun burger lacked sauce/flavour but the Cesar salad and pat his were so good. Hopefully after they figure out their kitchen bumps, it ll be a much better spot. However, for now, might be best to let them figure this one out before planning a dinner there. Unless you want a long, long night.

Today was my second time bringing friends in to try one of my favorite restaurants. We were hungry and waited over an hour for food but never complained as we know they just opened. Management took it upon themselves to offer us our meal for being patient with them. It was unexpected but very appreciated! Thanks team, keep up the good work and looking foward to coming in again!

They are just figuring stuff out. So my review reflects that. I have dined in and takeaway. I feel the good for value is quite a mismatch. I ordered the Alfredo chicken, and the portions were rather small. As someone who normally gets 3 meals out of one portion in comparison markets, I only get 1. A comparison is earls where I can get 2 servings per meal. To reference I eat a portion size of 2c noodles to a 1:2c of sauce and toppings. The portion sizes are very small. Mushrooms caps there were 3 mushrooms, stuffed with cream cheese. It would be equivalent to 1 small portobello. When we ordered this as takeaway tonight, this was not a shareable option. The pacho fries, need a new takeaway option. When it arrived home, the pathos were so tough, they went straight into the garbage. So far, I am very disappointed. I would rather go to earls than Kelly I turns for her I have tried so far. I will likely try 2-4 more times before I amend my distaste. This is not a great takeaway and the food is really inconsistent. Hopefully they figure it out for our next visit, or they will never be a serious takeaway contender to the likes of Boston pizza (which suck), white spot which is boringly consistent. There is a severe need for great takeaway for home diners, and I hope this company can compete. For now, only dine in, outside when you want a warmed patio and less noise. The pub is so loud that you won t be able to hear the person behind you. This place needs to figure itself out. Also, their servers really need to be more approachable and less boisterous. Out first visit there was so much yelling and lack of listening/following directions from yheir servers that I am only going to try two more time before I dent his place as hopeless. Surely, more than. 2 oz slice of Bob-spicy Cajun chicken is redeemable for their Alfredo. If not, I will go to earls. They at least know how to properly add spices to their food. Attention managers, you are failing so far. Especially with the overbearing noise level and poor kitchen staff and servers who do not understand their menu. Left disappointed tonight. So far not looking forward to our next visit. Also, when you have takeaways for stuffed mushrooms? More than 2 mushrooms to share is ideal. I paid $17 for this appetizer and my husband and I got 1 mushroom and 6 mouthful of tinfoil of cheese. Come on now! Seriously!!!!

Extremely loud with nothing to buffer the noise. It took forty minutes until we got our food and the restaurant wasn t even busy. Service was poor. Food tasted ok. Pricey for the portion size we received, skimpy on fries. Ponchos were skimpy on cheese and onions and the amount of ponchos. We left the place very disappointed. Not worth the experience.

Waited 30 mins to get seated. Waited another 15 with no drink order taken or acknowledgement. Only once we got up to leave were we offered free drinks. No thanks. I ll take my money somewhere that appreciates it.

The atmosphere was still manageable with it completely full , I think it was the third day nevertheless the place was packed and rightly so with a great central location and a warm open setting, delightful service, as well as quality menu options. This will be a go-to neighborhood spot for sure.

Food was just ok. Atmosphere feels like a barn. Lower the lights, add some more booths...make it cozy. The food should be exceptional to bring me back.

In all honesty the food was pretty decent, but the server was super inappropriate and the wait times were brutal. Ruined the entire experience for me and my Fiancé. I hope they can figure out a way to redeem the experience when I decide to try again inappropriate couple month. Always try something twice heres hopping.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered a burger which I really enjoyed. Restaurant is little on the louder side if you prefer a quieter one then you might want to decide if its for you. Over all friendly staff and attentive.

What a great night out with friends. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Our server Marisa was a pleasure to deal with and had a great sense of humor to put up with us misfits. Shes very witty and has great comebacks for our sarcasm. Her backup crew were spot on with making sure we had everything we needed whenever she couldnt be there. The meal I had was tasty, delicious and all around satisfying. I highly recommend you try the Cajun chicken and prawns it was awesome. I hope that I spelled Marisa correctly and look forward to dining with you guys again soon. Normally I take pictures of my meals before I eat them because I do a lot of google reviews on restaurants and hotels. But the aroma of my meal once it was placed in front of me sidetracked me to dig in right away. The only reason the atmosphere was 3 stars is because of the high ceiling made the noise in there very loud. I suggest you hang some banners or flags to help with the deflecting of sound.

Went a couple of weeks ago. Was told there would be a long wait time for food. They mixed up my beer order but the staff looked swamp so I didnt say anything. They realized on their own and comped a beer. After waiting an hour for food they ended up apologizing and comping the entire bill No problems with the staff or food. I think they are all just figuring it out. It was incredibly loud due such open space and zero walls. Doesnt feel Irish. I wouldnt be going on a weekend personally but might be a great weeknight spot when they sort thing out

Came here this past weekend to try out our new restaurant in town. The service was great, the burger was great but the wings we were not happy with they were not good (lacking flavor and they were just soft no crisp and not enough sauce). I will try again sometime just not the wings!

Nice new place to go in town. Service by Kena was fantastic. Sat on the patio with our dogs and enjoys well prepared and presented food. Will go again to take advantage of the extensive bar menu! Recommended for sure

Went on a football Sunday and it was a great experience! Jazzy was my server and she was awesome!! the bartenders were very accommodating in putting on certain games on the tvs to accommodate customers. I ll definitely be back

Omg what a disappointment! Food is extremely lacklustre. Cooks do not prepare the food as stated in the menu. Bun was supposed to be toasted it was not. Cajun chicken had seemingly no Cajun. Didn t taste the chipotle mayo at all . Probably was not even put on . Ceaser salad was extremely bland . Chocolate cake was meh. The only good thing is the service and the beer selection, do yourself a favour and go across the street to earls .

Service was very good for what they are being dealt. The kitchen is putting out food very slowly (we waited over an hour for food tonight). Food is coming out cold & poor quality. Definitely wait a few months until they get everything figured out.

My wifes dish was cold, but i really like the fish and chips. They have a good birthday deal though. Waitress ignored my wife and primarily spoke to me. The booths are comfy and roomy.

Great addition to Chilliwack, food was amazing and the happy hour is unbeatable, I loved the Irish yorkies and McCracken rolls. Service was on point! Super positive and informative. Music was loud but all in good taste! Definitely making this my new go to spot!

Me and my husband visited for the first time and it was amazing! They have Guinness on tap which we love and the food and service was outstanding!

After reading a lot of the Google reviews on Kelly OBryans, I was prepared for a very noisy, overpriced and long wait for food experience. However, we were all pleasantly surprised! We were a party of 8 celebrating a birthday and it was a very positive experience. Was it noisy? A little but we were easily able to have a conversation. I wouldnt say it was any worse than other open seating restaurants in town. Were the meals expensive? Once again, nothing more than any other restaurants in town. Lets be honest, everything is expensive these days. If you cant afford to eat out then dont, its really that simple. Theres no need to dump all over one establishment for something that is being seen across the board. Anyway, the food was great, the atmosphere was terrific and the wait for food and drinks wasnt too bad for how busy it was. They even comp your meal if its your birthday! It was a win all around for us, we will definitely be back!

Food is way over-priced for what you receive. I wouldn t mind paying the prices if the food was better. Ordered the McCracken rolls and expected them to be crispy (they looked like they were) but they were soft and mushy. Filling tasted ok though. Chicken wings were alright, but nothing special. Willing to give them another try, but not hurrying back.

Order Chiefs cut 12 oz Steak I asked for medium but got Med Rare but it was great overall . Decent size Steak and tasty Definitely will return again if you can cook this Medium

Service was great (wish I could remember her name) Atmosphere is fun. Great menu for food and huge selection of alcoholic beverages. I would however rate the food a 3.5. It was good but not great as a few things could be improved. (My bun was soggy, my onion rings were super fresh/hot where as my friends were cold) With it being a new restaurant it takes time to train/learn which is understandable. With that being said I am looking forward to my next visit.

Absolutely loved my first experience at Kelly OBryans! From the moment I walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The Irish-themed decor added a charming touch, and the friendly staff were incredibly welcoming. Now, the food simply outstanding! I tried the Pachos and Chicken Lips, and it was hands down one of the best I ve ever had.

I have not been here but will visit for one reason and one reason only, Ashley. She is a very kind and attentive server that I had the pleasure of meeting at a different establishment. I highly recommend Ashley if you ever have the pleasure of visiting OBryans!
