Not great. My steak was overcooked and dry, and the rest of the veggies on the plate looked sad and limp. My sons meal didnt even come out until the rest of us were done eating. Its not worth the drive from Abbotsford.

I ordered fillet steak. And my girlfriend ordered sirlon steak.. but when we received our meal they had our meals mixed up and saying the sirloin was the fillet and vice versa. Was very disappointed in the way they handle the situation. Iv eaten there alot but after that I will not be going back.. The manager was very rude .unhappy customers

Good is great, although the Brussel sprouts could be done better. The staff are friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is ok. Parking: Lots of free parking here. Spots are a good size.

Friendly staff and amazing food! Fast service and a fun place to eat, there we three birthday dinners and was a blast watching the staff coming out singing happy birthday. Only thing that was a bother was the lighting at the tables, it was very bright and was hard on my eyes.

We always love coming to Mr. Mikes, and the amazing service makes an already great experience even better. Jade always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and taken care of; and our kids especially love her!

It was fantastic, our steaks were done to perfection, we celebrated our 10 year anniversary there, the staff were great drinks were so tasty.

Our server was very professional and nice Food was great ( as usual) and it is a comfortable relaxing atmosphere. I like that they do not bunch everyone together. Great job Parking: Was able to park close and avoid getting wet in the pouring rain.

Our supper was terrible. Steak was ordered medium rare, it was blue rare and ice cold, told the waitress after I went and found her and she said they could put it back on the grill. I said no thanks for obvious reasons. They cooked a new steak, a smaller one, it was good around the edges but ice cold and blue rare in the middle still. We told her again when she came back to see how it was and her response was we keep our meat in the cooler until we cook it so it stays fresh, so thats why its not warm. We saw our waitress twice, along with 3 other servers. My husband threw up everything after we got home. Cant say we will be going back there anytime soon, if ever. Yes, they took it off our bill, all we wanted was a good meal. Was recommended to go there, I guess our expectations were too high.

Felt very unwelcomed. Hostess kept emphasizing there is a MINIMUM 20 minute wait. She stated this three times and didn t want to take our info to create a wait list. After we said yes we d wait she finally made a list. It was after this that my family decided this isn t the place for us and we left. Not sure what the food is like and the restaurant seemed busy and a good vibe.

Staff were nice and the fries were good. That s all I could say positive for the place. The booths were so tight we had to really squeeze in. The veggie burger was missing mayo and tasted dry. The Brussels sprouts were overcooked almost to burnt. The steak wasn t cooked all the way through. The host and waitress were the only thing keeping this from being a one star review as they were quite friendly and had great customer service. Not worth the trip or the price, I do not recommend. Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options, and when we ordered the plant based burger they forgot the vegan mayo that was advertised so it tasted dry. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps make the store wheel chair accessible, however the booths are very tight on the stomach and might be hard to get into.

Casual dining, older location, food may not be consistent, especially the steaks; some were more tough than others... We all ordered medium rare and some were more medium than medium rare.

I love eating there, its really good.

Ive been coming here for so long and it has always been mine and my families favourite. However, last night, Aug 25th, must of been a one off. The bruschetta was cold, my stir fry was mainly noodles, there was a hair in my moms burger and service was terrible. We saw our server 3 times the whole time we were there, the kitchen was slow, we had to flag down other servers to clear our empty plates and glasses. There were too many assumptions made, instead of asking what we wanted. I really hope the next time I go, things will be better

I dined at the bar this evening and Rylan was our server. Our dinner and drinks were outstanding. Rylan was so attentive and chatted with us throughout the evening. He made us feel very welcomed and we will definitely be back again.

We went to Mr Mikes for dinner on my wife s birthday and chose to sit in outdoor area. Our server was Kyra, who was wonderful. The music was a little louder than we liked so she turned the volume down immediately. Our meal came quite quickly, but my wife s steak was cooked more than she liked. Kyra immediately had the steak replaced with another one that was perfectly done and said that was going to comp her meal. As it was my wife s birthday, Kyra and several others then brought out a free dessert for her, which was to die for! We will definitely be returning to the Chilliwack Mr. Mikes Restourant!

Delicious food, definitely recommend the Mikes Burger with the Lodge chips, soooooo good. Oddly we were one of only 3 groups of people here for lunch, which also made the service very quick. Chilliwack doesnt really have that many good sit down restaurants but this is definitely a great place to check out if youre hungry.

4 of us had dinner there on Friday night. Food was exceptional (and very reasonably priced). Great selection on the drinks menu, and our server was excellent. I would definitely recommend Mr Mikes.

We went there for our anniversary dinner and the steaks that we ordered were way overcooked - we ordered medium and medium rare and received well done and one of the steaks was so tough it couldn t be eaten. The carrots were raw. The order came out wrong - it was supposed to have onion rings and prawns which we had to wait for. We were very disappointed and probably will never go back

Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free options were quite limited. But the server was very good at checking with the kitchen to verify whether there was gluten in things, which was appreciated. For example, the Mike burgers are not gluten-free, and neither are any of their fries.

I watched a young waitress who was manager on call get yelled at by a customer for 10 minutes. She was absolutely brilliant in the way she handled it and I can t say enough good things about the staff here. I wanted to step in but there was no need she had it handled professionally

Enjoy Mr Mikes food but wont be coming to this location again. Have numerous times without problems until now. One of the hostess, who I know has worked in that position for over 1 year, argued we had to pay a mandatory 18% charge on our bill because we were a group of 8. But they couldnt provide us with 1 table for all of us. We sat afar from each other and was expected to pay this mandatory tip even though we said we would pay per table a generous tip. Manager came out and said dont worry, we couldnt prove you with a whole table to accumulate the 18% mandatory charge. Only big chain resturaunts are expressing this mandatory charge. Be careful and watch your receipts before you end up tipping extra. Food was ok this time and service was slow. Half the resturaunt was empty anyways.

We came with some family at lunch time on a rainy Saturday. Got sat right away, and waited about 10 minutes before our server came by and apologized. sorted! She took our drink orders, took our food orders and that was all we saw of her for the rest of our time there for lunch. We had a young man bring our mains and refills, and we had to find someone to bring us the bill and some boxes. The food was delicious, the service was a huge let down.

Ribs were extremely dry . Steak and shrimp was OK steak uncooked . Service was really good the waitresses had a sense of humor. Maybe hit them on a bad day ??

I just went into mr mike chilliwack. Nearly empty, stood at door for 3 minutes then decided id just seat myself because no sihn said otherwise. I sat and listened to 1 of the few servers stand and chat with a customer for another 3 or 4 minutes. I was not even acknowledged as a patron by the time i stood up and left. I am a construction worker that eats in restaurants almost daily. And it has been a very long time since ive seen service so bad. Its to bad too because i love mr mikes have since the 70s

We booked a Fathers Day reservation dinner for Saturday, June 15, 5:30 p.m., family of 4. Got seated by a host in a rather tight booth when there were other spacious seats available. We had no service for approximately 12-14 minutes. No drinks, but 2 hosts who werent presentable walked around not really paying attention to us - no apologies for the delay, no eye contact. No server comes to our table we didnt get drinks or water, we only had menus on our table for 12-14 minutes. We didnt get a good vibe at all. We decided to leave because thats just poor service. If you dont prioritize the customer, people will vote with their feet and we did. We heard some older customers of Mr. Mikes mutter, as we leave, about the lousy service.

I havent had service like that in decades. The food was excellent. Although the restaurant was pretty busy, the food was at the table in a reasonable time.

We had two ribeye steaks and lobster one sirloin steak and lobster, meals were brought one warm butter for all 3 meals, had to ask for individual ones, carrots and broccoli were under cooked,meat was fatty and 1/3 inedible. Lobster was cold. 1st time at mr.mikes and last time, at $270.00 dollars it was disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

Mr. Mikes is a great value for your money! Staff is helpful, food is very good - just ask for a little bit of Mikes sauce on the side and everything will work out great! 4.8 out of 5 stars!!

The staff was courteous and attentive. My wife and I each had steak, and they were cooked how we requested (medium rare). My steak tasted great just slightly under seasoned, however my sides of potatoes and veggies were on point. The only complaint was the light that hung above our both was very bright, if they dimmed the lights slightly or defused them it would be completely fine. I enjoyed my dinner and the overall experience was really good. I will certainty go back again.

Food has always been very good. I was in Saturday, March 16 for lunch. The service was lacking. Our order was taken and delivered. After that I didnt see or hear from any of the waitstaff again. We asked for ketchup and by the time we nearly got some the fries were cold. We asked for a box and then waiting approximately 1/2 hour before we had to hunt down someone in order to pay for our meal and then had to wait approximately 10 minutes for someone to come and process payment on the machine. It was busy and I understand staffing shortage, but I was disappointed that no one checked on us (how was the meal? Can I get you a drink refill?).

For what we paided I would of thought we would of had fresh veggies the broccoli was boiled way and had already turned the head was yellow instead of fresh green the carrots were not well very disappointed should of gone for Chinese at least the veggies would be fresh.

Food was delicious and hot. The cutlery well full of fingerprints and for all of us at the table, it wasnt just one set it was all of us table of five. A tip for servers never leave your table empty-handed i e empty plates dirty cutlery empty glasses. I ended up having to take the stuff and put it on a separate table beside us that was empty. From the time we sat down until the food arrived at our table was close to an hour. We all ordered steak shrimp and one vegetarian burger. We had to ask for condiments and salt and pepper. Arent these things supposed to be asked for and at least put salt and pepper on the tables.

My favorite place to eat. Their burgers are done on a toasted garlic butter bun and its just super amazing. I have allergies and they are awesome to accommodate it and never have had an issue. Hubby has steaks and beef dip and always enjoys digging in. You guys hit these on the nose. There are games to play while you eat like janga and crib and connect 4 and more. Have a great time while you dine. Dietary restrictions: Allergy are noted and never had an issue with them Parking: Lots of space

We have been for lunches on weekends and there is only 1 waitress on for the last 4 times we have been there for the whole restaurant. Service is good when you can get their attention. Need more staff on

My Mr Mikes burger was delicious but Im ok with warm food. My husband likes his food hot, he and our friend had ordered the chicken burger and the burgers and fries were not even warm, the were totally cold. The wait for the burgers was about 45 minutes and then we waited another 45 minutes for the bill, NOT acceptable!!! With the price you pay you would expect the service to be more efficient. Dont think well be back there anytime soon

We all ordered steak and it was pretty underwhelming. My New York cut lacked any flavour but at least was fairly tender. Husband s sirloin was chewy, he didn t finish it. The lobster was good though. Skip the steaks. Might give it another shot and try a burger next time. Service was fine.

This is a great place to go if ypu eat meat....lol.. myself had a hard time finding something to eat, but I was there for my self and did have a bite of a melt in your mouth tenderloin! Great atmosphere. Personally I like a place where I can enjoy more than a salad and most which had meat on them. All in all I would recommend it.

Ordered a classic New York steak. The food was good and the service was friendly. Not too busy, which is good in one way, but made the atmosphere a little quiet. Overall happy with our family time there.

The steaks are expensive and seem like they werent fresh but just thawed out. I ordered a ribeye steak that tasted and looked more like a topsirloin. Being a steak house, you would think the steaks are fresh and not previously frosen. especially for that price.

Ordered the beef dip and only got half. Asked waitress where the other half was....she said this is the portion. I then asked what they did with the other half of the hoagie bun, served to another customer. So another customer got half my beef dip!!....Super overpriced and disappointed. Parking: who cares

My husband and I went to Mr. Mikes Chilliwack on Sunday, September 24th with friends of ours for a birthday. My husband and I have only been there a couple of times. I ordered the sirloin steak sandwich which was great! My husband ordered the fish and chips. It came with only 1 piece of fish (whatever) and the entire meal was served on a baking sheet with parchment paper on all of it. The fish was so greasy that when my husband cut into the fish, a bunch of grease soaked parchment paper was attached to the fish! He tried a couple of bites like this, then told our server Maddie that this was not ok. Maddie then advised that she would get him another order. My husbands next order of fish and chips was exactly the same as the first order...a bunch of fries and a grease soaked piece of fish on parchment paper! Needless to say, my husband was not impressed and when he expressed that to Maddie, she said, thats the way its served at other places. I commented to her that fish used to be served on newspaper to soak up the grease, not parchment paper that leaves the fish lying in the grease. When our bill came, we were surprised that they still charged us for the grease soaked fish. When our friend questioned as to why we were still charged for the grease soaked fish, Maddie stated, all the servers said that you guys always complain about your bill! I couldnt believe what I was hearing!!! How utterly unprofessional to make a comment like that to customers! When we paid the bill and were leaving, my friend stated that we wouldnt be back. Maddie then replied, good! We dont want you back! Again, I cant believe how unprofessional this girl was!!!! We most definitely will not be back to this establishment, and will be telling as many people as we can about our experience here! We have never been treated so disrespectful in any other restaurant that weve been to!

Got a pasta dish for 24 bucks and they ask if I want to order garlic bread to go with it....say what? Pasta always comes with garlic bread but here they want you to pay extra for it...youre kidding me. Someone from there contacted me and said they are giving customers a choice by asking for money for something that usually comes with a pasta dish. Give me a break.

Went here tonight for our anniversary. The server was friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Food was decent. I got the Nashville chicken sandwich - which was delicious. I opted for the side caesar instead of the fries. The lettuce was old and turning pink, borderline mushy. It was cold and pouring rain outside, and when we entered the restaurant it was ice cold inside, and it stayed ice cold throughout our meal there. There was no music playing. Light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out.

This has to be the best steak Ive ever had. Cut like butter and tasted like heaven. Me and my friend both ordered the ribeye, well it sure doesnt disappoint, even for the price of the meal, its all worth every penny. The fries alone I swear were the most delicious parmesian cheese sprinkled, salty, crispy things of dreams. Honestly, Ive not had a better meal in years. My only gripenis the entire meal I wasnt asked to refill my water or if I wanted another tea. Luckily, my friend was drinking wine, so I drank her glass of water, haha. It wasnt busy in any way that I could see, but who knows why we werent served well. But all in all, great food, great atmosphere, little work needed on checking the customers drinks and how things are going, but other than that, 4.5

Terrible food and drinks...last time I went it was the same so since its been awhile I figured that maybe it was an off day but nope, food is Terrible and the staff are extremely young so I feel they are lacking that experience that is required in an organization that has prices like this one.

Mr Mikes burger did not disappoint, but they didnt have my first choice, the chicken burger, and I found the booth too tight for my size

HUGE Shout out to the kitchen tonight!! I love this restaurant for multiple reasons, they have some of my favorite servers in Chilliwack here. That being said the new cook deserves all my praise tonight. I ordered the shrimping sirloin and It was the best one Ive had yet. The steak was cooked perfectly, super juicy. Even the sides impressed me. Veggies were done very well, and the panko shrimp had the perfect amount of crunch. Cooking can be hard. Timing is everything and Its so easy to overcook or undercooked something while waiting for another. Add in however many more dishes he had to make tonight and it would have been the definition of a nightmare. believed he couldnt have made my dish any better tonight. Thank-you.

I always eat here like weekly if i am around Chilliwack but today i was shocked that i need to disclose my personal information before i can even order my food .so i ended up handing my BC drivers license and my credit card to the waiter,,,,,,,but i didnt have any idea what was the reason behind that and the waiter didnt explain anything. Well people that were sitting next to me she didnt ask them as i thought may be is the new rule. Can somebody explain to me the reason for that!. Waiter was the lady goes by name: ALICIA7041

Ultimately, I was underwhelmed. The place was pretty much empty, the booths could use some TLC and the food is overpriced for what is served. My tuna poke bowl lacked sauce, all sauce came off the marinated tuna. My sister s deep fried chicken burger required a saw to cut in half and left a puddle of grease. My stepdads burger was basically beef and cheese on a bun. I sampled the fries, they were decent. Our server was good, it s not a people problem, it s a food problem.
