I ordered #12 it came with no sauce, very plain tasting Ordered #4 prawns , pork , chicken etc prawns insinuates the existence of more than one prawn Was very bland also Would not recommend again for me or my partner Overall not the best I had If you want quality noodles with meat and veggies Go to wok box If requesting a refund was an option I would as this was not a meal I was hoping for

Stopped going here when Wok Box opened, staff here aren t the nicest, they increased prices on average $4/box making it the most expensive place to visit for a box, good food, not the nicest staff and the store isn t very decorative either. If you want the best go to Wok Box

Just horrible food no taste , not sure how people giving this place 5 stars, i payed 15 dollars for nasty chowmein and chicken no taste, waste of my money, i just wanted to go back and throw the food back to china lady. Dont go

Soup had no taste and so boiling hot , I spit it out and burn my tongue I just read the other reviews and I don t know how they can have 4 stars

I have had many of their dishes and they have all been awesome. I would definitely recommend them. We usually get it with double meat and extra sauce. #2, #6 are favorites for us. I prefer thick noodles that dont soak up the sauce and he prefers the thin.

Favourite noodle place in town however the last two time it has been very bland (almost no sauce at all) so I decided to call this time they did absolutely nothing other than repeat they will tell the cook for next time

I dont want to rant because I could. Im going to keep this short. Im let down everytime I go here, been 6 months always resist it when we are deciding where togo. Decided to say hun, you know what Im taking you to noodle box since she wants togo and we never do.. threw my 2lb stuffed box into the garbage even with extra sauce. Thai curry... tastes like oil and chilli flakes. Dump it on a plate and youll realize you get a 8th cup of ingredients with 1 and 7/8th noodle. Absolute garbage just make your noodles at home people, you can do way better. I gave them 2 star because they cooked 2lbs of noodles for me and stuffed it in a tint box and after two bites im not sick. Amazing.

The food is typically very enjoyable with regards to spices and flavors, but lacking in anything that isnt a noodle. I got like 3 modestly small pieces of chicken in a noodle box that costs $12. So the value isnt really there, unless youre happy with just eating noodles. Also, there is only two people that works there (it seems). The one to take your order, and the one that cooks. And the cook seems to do one box at a time. Which means if you show up with a few friends, the first guy to order is done eating by the time the last guy gets his food.

These guys are better than other places. If I had to choose wok box vs this. This any day. Around 10$ for a dish. Better than a Big Mac! Staff is great!

They dont know how to say thank you. And extra veggies means 1 extra sprout 2 if you are really lucky. Maybe they were having a bad day, Idk. Normally they arent this rude!!! Please and thank you go a long way. Not once did they say Thank you even after a tip!!!! You are welcome.

Defiantly not ordering from here again. The spring rolls (2.75 for 2), were about the size of a Bic lighter and quite greasy. I also ordered the wok tossed teriyaki udon noodles (13.75), have you ever cooked something up using old deep fryer oil? That taste of old oil, that wants to make you gag, well thats what I got, totally uneatable!!! Maybe you mistakenly used engine oil!!!!!

Love the noodles, meat, veggies and sauce that come straight out of the wok and into your classic take-out container. You can also dine in if you like. Its a large serving of either rice or egg noodles, thick or thin with over 40 different meat, veggie, sauce and spice combinations. They also offer fried rice or soup dishes. Your meal is served up sizzling hot and delicious in a few minutes.

Love it try the hot box or sweet box cant get enough of this place

My wife daughter and I came here for dinner as we were all starving, so We order our food like normal, we get our food Start eating and my wifes food tasted burnt but she gets this everytime we go and weve been going since this place had opened, so she had asked could i pay extra or the difference for something else? They agree so we ended up paying 17$ for a noodle box 5 mins later food was still not up, so I had went across the street to save on to grab some groceries, 10 mins later i came back and the food still was not up but had given my wife 10$ back. They kept making comments likeshes sti here 10 mins later my wife goes up and politely asked, wheres my food, my baby and I are starving (my wife is also pregnant) and they had replied, I will not serve you anymore, because you had said this was gross, so you can get put of my store now. We left after my wife had told them that she had been eating here for years and would have never expected so much disrespect over asking for something to be remade while paying extra. We will never be eating here again and nor will our friends and families.

Ive been eating here since it has opened, and I have always loved it. My food is usually quite good, no where can be perfect so Ill settle for good 85% of the time haha. Until last night I have never had a problem here. My husband and I came in for dinner around 5:15 and ordered. When we got our food we decided to dine in, his dinner was great but mine wasnt so good. I decided to ask them to make me something else, and I even offered to pay the difference for what I wanted to order, they said ok and started my order. The lady at the till said it would be around 10 minutes, the usual wait. After about 8 minutes she called me back to the till and refunded me my $5, this was the difference I paid, I thought it was very nice of them that they didnt make me pay the difference for my new meal! After this I continued to wait for my new dinner. Keep in mind I had not eaten my original order and had already given it back to them as they had asked. As time passed I began to wonder what where my food was, I kept seeing orders going out but not my own. At this time the gentleman cooking gave me another $10.50 to offset the price of my original meal-I questioned this but thought maybe it was them comping my meal, Ive worked in the food industry for years and know that this isnt unheard of. Once again I thought it was them just being really nice-it made my night. Then I continued to wait for around 10 minutes more, by this time I was a little upset and went to the counter asking where my food was. It was then brought to my attention that they had not made it. Soooo I ordered my food again, they took my money and said it would be up in 10 minutes-the usual wait time. Then the gentleman who cooks made the lady give back my money and told me he refused to make my food. All fine and dandy, but maybe dont make me sit there forever waiting for food thats never coming. They had plenty of opportunities to tell me they refused to serve me, they should have never waited that long. We ended up leaving an hour after our arrival, once again this would have been fine and dandy if I didnt have a 10 month old child with me. I know a child is no exception for different service, I just wish they didnt make us sit there so long.

Customer service is horrible, tried to return my order and got told they didnt want to serve me anymore cause I Disrespected their food.

Food is not to bad but the prices are ridiculous, the customer service is TERRIBLE, I will be eating at the noodle box from now on

Best food

Besides great noodles, they are delivered in those delightful folded cubish takeout boxes. Silly reason to enjoy the noodles more, perhaps, but I do. ^_^

Never been disappointed with a box from here. Im particularly fond of their seafood nasi goreng, 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered a vegetarian noodle soup through Skipthedishes. The broth looked like it was just water and soy sauce and the corn bits tasted awful. The only flavor came from the tofu pieces and few pieces of veggies. Wouldnt order again.

I ate about 5 lil pieces of plain tasting chicken and 2 small pieces of broccoli and was left with a full plate full of just oily plain noodles.... and on top of that it was supposed to be coconut curry.... did they forget the sauce and other fillings? lol.. will post a photo of how many plain noodles were filling up pretty much all the space from the box to give a better idea.

Major price increase from last year ! Just ordered #4 was $9.60 now $11.80 a price increase of 23% and meal #28 from $8.30 to $11 a whopping 32% more. Food Not good enough to pay that big price increase. Will buy elsewhere from now on..

Dinner was fine. I ordered the steak and shrimp with Caesar salad and veggies. The Caesar salad was packed with cheese just now I like. Steak and shrimp were delicious. Veggies were bland and I didnt touch them lol. Usually I love veggies but to be honest I was so full.

Small restaurant in a strip mall with basic decor. Several oriental menu options from different countries. Food is fresh, well-cooked and can be ordered mild or spicy. Available for eat-in or take-out. Prices have increased recently, but portions are deceptively large.

In Alberta I got hooked on the wok box chain there is some amazing locations with amazing food and so I figured Id give noodle canteen a try its excellent crisp veggies not soggy prices and portions are great

Small family business serves up great noodles. The smell will drive others around you crazy. Very good portion sizes

The noodles are below average. I ordered the Sambal chicken barely had any chicken and lacked in flavor. My wife ordered vegetarian soy noodles and they were a little better, but again barely any vegetables to speak of. The only plus I can find is that they include a generous portion of noodles. I dont recommend.

Bad noodle
