Food is fine, but whats really standing out is the family friendly-atmosphere.

Great restaurant. Staff are very kind, positive, fast and skilled. Food is delicious and filling. The ambience is always warm and inviting and the staff get on well with each other, giving it a home-y vibe. Vegetarian options: Has some salads and beyond meat burgers. Dietary restrictions: The staff and manager were very kind answering extremely specific ingredient questions related to the low FODMAP diet. Unfortunately not a lot of options for a strict low FODMAP diet. But the staff were very accommodating nonetheless and I expect would be for any other dietary needs. Parking: Lots of parking, never seen it half full. A few pick-up/pre-ordered stalls, a few customer-specific stalls, plus many spots right outside the door and a large parking lot behind the building. Kid-friendliness: Offer pirate packs and kids menus. Hosts Pirate Pack Day I believe once a year where a portion of your bill goes towards children with special needs attending accommodating summer camps.

Usually not excited to go to whitespot but this is the best whitespot. Great service and great food! Shoutout Grace

Great restaurant for our small family. Food was excellent and service was one of the best experiences we have had in awhile! Being a busy restaurant, the atmosphere is louder than we expected. Parking: Lots of parking, and spots in the back for larger vehicles Kid-friendliness: Excellent place for children. Small activities and who does not love a pirate pack!!!

Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla what could go wrong? Well, I didnt think anyone could mess this up but they managed to. What arrived was something that tasted like a compressed tasteless dry pie crust. Just awful. I looked inside and viola!!! Completely packed with corn kernels, something that might have been cheese and dry dog food sized chicken nuggets sprinkled very sparingly. Thats it. Worse Quesadilla I EVER had. Had it not been for the salsa, and my being hungry, I would have left it. My server Jett was very professional and attentive. Sort of made up for the crappy meal. Corn Quesadilla and Salsa cost $20.00. Never going to do that again.

Blueberry milkshake is fantastic

We stopped here for a family vacation dinner with 3 young kids. Food was exceptionally good, staff was exceptionally patient and friendly. We will definitely be back next time were in town.

So note to self .. don t order on skip the dishes around 4:30pm. You will get fries that were Re-fried from lunch time . We ate a couple and couldn t put ourselves through it to eat anymore and threw them out.

Service was excellent and so was the food. Our table had the veggie burger, mushroom burger, and chicken pot pie. Everything was delicious.

Food is always good. Tables are clean. Only thing is the service can be very slow at times.

Always a solid spot to go for consistently good food and decent prices. My personal favourite is the chicken broccoli cheese which is honestly amazing!

Each staff member we saw or spoke to were friendly and professional. The food was presented as ordered and tasted great.

Family of 3 having dinner on Aug. 4th My daughter ordered a spaghetti in her pirate pack which came with next to no sauce on it. She also ordered raw broccoli and carrots. The broccoli was very old and had many black spots all over it. She got a few carrot shavings and that was pretty much all she ate. Both my husband and I ordered burgers. They were good, but the coleslaw was mushy. Could tell it was very very old. $90 with a tip for not great food! The staff was young and doing the best they could but I suspect they were short staffed as the service all around was very very slow. Whitespot will not be getting our business again.

I have come here for many years, always a good place to eat. I recently came for a breakfast date with my husband, and absolutely loved the Queso breakfast bowl! Its a must try!

I just want to say Ive come down to chilliwack to visit my daughter from williams lake so far 3 restaurants Ive had ok food but in whitespot I havent even got my food yet but the host I tried a joke he ask how many my wife said 2 I jokingly said 408 he proceeded to tell me not very funny and took us to the table why not just a smile all I was trying for was a smile . I work in the retail industry for most of my life and I pride myself in making people smile it might be the only one they do that day please just try to smile and have a great day.

We havent been to White Spot for a while and were pleasantly surprised with our service and food. We were seated fairly quickly and the server Alex was so friendly and professional. He took our order quickly and we had our drinks within minutes. Our food was delicious and hot and we will be going there again. Highly recommend this location.

I had a gap in my day in between appointments, so popped in for a quick lunch. I ordered the turkey and brie sandwich with a caesar salad. The food was fantastic; the salad in particular was crisp and seasoned perfectly; they were generous with the cheese and dressing. My server was friendly and accommodating. I mentioned I cant eat onions, so she offered an alternative sauce for my meal; I chose Chipotle mayo and it was delicious! Thank you for an excellent lunch, Ill definitely be back. This location has a special place in my heart as it was tradition to have birthday lunches with my Grandma here before she passed. No photos of the food as its long gone

Was seated at a table, and it was very busy so we were understanding things would take longer. But after 35 minutes and seeing tables that were seated after us being served and we still hadn t even seen a waiter- we left. Extremely poor service

I called the Chwk White Spot looking for a place that could hand a family party of 11 . I was told they had a table so I booked . This was 2 weeks before the date . We got there last night and they had two tables of six for us . I was upset and talked to our hostess. If I had known they didn t have a table I would have called some other place .. we got no compensation for this . Food was good but not what I had in mind for a family dinner. Guys sat at one table , girls at the other.

Me, my gf & her daughter stopped in here for lunch yesterday after the kids soccer game. The service was incredible & the food was amazing. We all enjoyed your meals & our server made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be stopping here next time were in the area.

Unfortunately the decaf coffee was ice cold & the beef dip was tasteless, just beef on a bun.

Its a bit pricey, but excellent food.

Was in for dinner tonight with my girlfriend as we have a tradition of going to a different restaurant every Friday evening. While the food was good, our server Kennedy was not. She clearly did not want to be there and made our visit rather unpleasant. Very inattentive and rather a poor soul. My girlfriend and I had very easy requests but seemed as she could care less.she didn t even give us cutlery! Did not check in on us but I had many requests such as napkins and cutlery which my needs were not met. She was clearly just trying to get us in and out of there even though the restaurant was next to empty!

The Waiter was polite and positive, and overall the food was good.

Worst white spot I

We had a missing item for our meal. But the food was great other than than that. Our experience with the management at white spot was above and beyond. I didnt remember her name unfortunately, but the manager we had on Jan 14th around 7pm was more than polite and accommodating. Thank you for your service miss.

Ive been here 3 times, my first time was absolutely Horrible food and service wise but I thought I would give them another chance my second time was great service wise and the food was pretty good. I went in today and got seated at a table. I was walked past by many staff and wasnt even acknowledged... I decided my drinks and food and still wasnt seen And I PROMISE I didnt seat myself It wasnt even that busy, I watched TWO of the workers vacuum the booth across from me, unfortunately I decided to take my business elsewhere...

Asked for a club house sandwich with ham instead of turkey. Can t eat turkey I m allergic. Was told there wasn t any ham. Said they didn t have time to shave any. Lazy. Its always a good choice for burgers and pasta. Seafood pasta was creamy, delicious and packed with prawns and muscles. they also have some of my favorite burgers here. Like most places, prices are now between 20-30$ per person.

This place has definitely upped its game since my last visit. Good food, service was excellent and other than the screaming kid an excellent relaxing meal!!

Picked up White Spots Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner for two The turkey breast , Mashed Potatoes & Gravey were very Good. However the Veggies, carrots & broccoli were not precooked and did not cook in the microwave @ 4 1/2 mins. as per instructions. The broccoli was overcooked, the carrots undercooked as one needs less time as the other. Also, extra gravey could be put in a small side container as was the cranberry sauce, could even give 2 sm. containers of cranberry sauce for 2 people.

Our server Brayden was excellent and knowledgeable about the menu. Had the legendary burger and waffles at brunch and food was top tier! We would give 10 stars if we could!

Well I had left a review before and it was a pretty good review but after going there today I am going to have to retract my review. First off the service was still very good our server was excellent very polite and helpful cheerful positive attitude which is a great thing to see. However the food and my boyfriends drink was not the greatest. His food was over cooked and didnt taste at all what he was hoping and his drink had a bug in it. We pointed it out and the person who we showed it to looked at it took it to the bar and was told that it was a piece of the Montreal steak spice they use for their ceaser rim we both looked at it closely and it was not spices. So I do not recommend this place Parking: Very small tight parking lot.

Edit Sept 1 2022 So this is what take out is like at whitespot. I ordered a 2 piece fish and chips thinking I was actually going to get some French fries. Instead I get a pirate pack sized meal for the price of an adult meal!!?!?! The the hell. You get bottomless fries if you eat in but if you get takeout, you get shafted up the A$$. Think twice before getting take out. You will do better at a gas station triple os All that in one tiny box. Wow. No Solid go to meals

My experience at the Spot has always been exceptional. The food is dependably plated, tastes delicious, and fresh flavors. The wait staff are attentive, food usually arrives under 15 minutes, and the atmosphere is friendly. Happy Hour and brunch too! Bon appétit! Food

We waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes sat down on our table nobody even came around to take her order even for a drink order so we got up and left

Service was great, thank you Jett. Food was... well, I got food poisoning. In Victoria, my husband and I frequent White Spot and neither of us have ever had a bad experience with the food. When we were visiting family in Chilliwack and White Spot was suggested, we were thrilled with the idea. Unfortunately, my Turkey BLT made me violently ill for days. Saw the Doctor who told me I had food poisoning and the only culprit was the White Spot burger. Myself and my family will never be returning to this location.
