Please if you read this, management/ owners... Your wings are not pleasant! They taste frozen and tough. .I highly recommend fresh chicken wings or a different Supplier as we ordered 60$ in wings for a table of 7 and we all we complained to ourselves and should have told the server... I love chicken wings and would really enjoy coming back yet not with that product you are selling.... Thank you for considering .Teri

Horrible frozen chicken wings

Went in at 3.30 and out at 5.15 - only people there - this on a special all day wings and beer. My order was wrong, but no offer to change it or take back, and we were charged full price ie., $17+ which should have been $5 under Happy Hour . Also overcharged for 3 wings dinners, but they did adjust later. No atmosphere.

Had some late night wings. Service was pretty slow considering there were only 2 tables occupied. Wings were food. Jakarta Heat (hot) and Thai Chili Lime (nice!). Beer was good.

My server Miranda was great. I appreciate her kindness and her knowledge and I will be back for her service again.

I love the food and my kids love wings and tacos as they customize for them everytime. Such a great staff and management. I always go there with friends and family.

I frequently vist the WINGS in Abbotsford and wow, night and day difference between establishments. WINGS Chilliwack is awful, the wings are overcooked every time I have ate there, and you get less portions then Abbotsford. On top of that the service is so poor, your drinks will sit empty, you re lucky to get a second drink. The staff is awkward and undertrained. If you are craving WINGS, it s worth the drive to Abbotsford to enjoy your experience, avoid this place.

Food is subpar, wings are always hard to eat as the meat is way too tough, the wait staff wear far too much fragrances on them that make the dining expierence terrible and this store is homophobic and openly discriminates against people they don t consider to be in the normal category. I highly would recommend eating elsewhere.

Bad customers service and stupid rules. The server looked like she was forced to talk to me and my friends. She was giving us disgusting look. We came all the way from Abbotsford and they did not let us in because one of my friends didn t have physical ID. We told her we just eating not drinking and they still didn t let us in. If I could I would give it a 0 star.

Terrible service. Server took my drink order and left without asking my wife what she wanted! She couldnt answer any simple questions like whats on tap. Happy hour didnt include beer so $8 a beer during happy hour. Bad vibes, flat beer and high prices. We paid for our drinks and went somewhere else. Didnt even get as far as ordering food based on initial impressions, high prices and previous poor experience at Wings Abbotsford. Dont waste your time. Many better choices in Chilliwack. No wonder the place was empty. Never again.

Me and my wife and kids have been going to wings for over 10 years to various locations, shocked to find out today that we got kicked out of this location due them not allowing kids inside a FAMILY CHICKEN WING restraunt. They rather be a dive bar instead... Good business move. . What a joke.

For a place called wings ,their wings are the same as 7-11 wings.They are pre-made, come breaded from a giant bag.Thats it!! If I wanted to eat bread with my wings I would ask for them!!! I go to a nice place I expect wings from scratch! Plus I was not told I could order real wings with out bread.So yea! If you want 7-11 wings for a crazy price go there. I had trouble eating them .They were gross!

Been into the wings in chilliwack a few times now and just wanted to give a shout out to this new location. Been a fan of wings for many years and always ate at wings Abbotsford , but I find the atmosphere ; the food quality and service in general to be so top tier at the new chilliwack location! There is also a few awesome servers we have had give us always an amazing experience. Chelsea has been our server the past few times and we always have a good time and want to come back. Not to mention It s really cool to see the management /owners even running food and truly helping out their staff instead of just standing at the door . It s a very team oriented vibe in the restaurant that myself and my partner really appreciate the energy. Even when it s busy the servers never seem to be in a bad mood. They re very hands on and it s not something you see often in any restaurant ! Way to go Wings chilliwack! We will be back for wing day next week for sure !

Good food. Fast and friendly staff

Usually go to Abbotsford Wings, but decided to try Chilliwack wings for the first time for Mothers Day. Made reservations for 5...surprised it was not busy. Were seated immediately then waited 10 minutes before anyone brought menus and asked what we wanted for drinks. Our waiter took our orders. Waited 30 minutes and 2 orders came in, one order was suppose to have extra sauce, but had barely any on the wings. Sent it back for more. We were told that all the orders were not ready as well, there was a new cook being trained and they had fallen behind. 5 minutes later 2 more order came out and the other 1 orders had to be reordered. The waiter asked what they had ordered again and placed the order. One of those orders that came was wingerz. They were over cooked and dry- outside coating was really hard. Could not eat them they were to hard and dry. Mentioned it to the waiter and they said that is how they are as the coating is pre-pepared. The order that was reordered was perfectly cooked. Not impressed. When we were finshed the waiter cleaned the table asked if there was anything else we needed. We said we were finished and ready for the bill. He said ok. We waited 25 min and had to flag the waiter down for the bill again... Still not busy in there. Definitely need some more training, better customer service, and improvement on the food preparation for the prices we are paying. Would really like to support our businesses in Chilliwack, but if it doesnt improve we will go back to Abbotsford.

My wife had the Caesar salad with what was supposed to be crispy shrimp..21.00. The salad was extremely small and the few shrimp came smothered in something indistinguishable. Had to send it back. Got the crispy shrimp back..but now even less of them. I got the chicken quesadilla which run of the mill pub fare. We got shoved in a dingy, dark corner and felt we were being punished for not having a reservation while there were at least 8 tables available..we came pretty early. The server was OK. The atmosphere lousy. Wont be back.

we came in for lunch there was only 1 server running the restaurant and bar. She did amazing no complaints on service whatsoever! The kitchen was just okay. Nachos came with no barely any cheese asked for more and came burnt. asked for more sauce for the tacos and it took 10 plus minutes for the kitchen to make more, the tacos were cold by the time they came out. Calamari was good

Wings flavour and texture isnt consistent every visit. Service is very hit and miss with a lot of them just learning, they need better coaching for everyones benefit....and yeah dont bring minors, liquor license issues. Kid-friendliness: Cant bring minors at this time

Went to Wings on the weekend with my husband and a couple of friends for the first time. I ordered the Mile High burger for $22.00. The top bun was crusty and hard but the rest of the burger was OK. The service was kind of meh. We were thinking about order some wings but when I found out the Sampler was $3.50 for a single piece I was in shock. What a complete and total rip off. We won t be back.

Liquor license has an issue.....so they wouldnt let me come in to watch NFL playoffs with my son.. no minors :(

My experience was overall not successful in the Chilliwack location My friends and family of all kind of had some bad experiences as they dont have the proper liquor license so nobody under the age of 19 can attend the restaurant. We called ahead to ask a boat bringing our infant in where we were told that the manager needed to be asked and the manager came on the phone and said it was all right after we drove down to the location we were asked to leave. Just drive to Abbotsford if you live in Chilliwack because theyd rather sell liquor then make it a family establishment but makes sense cuz it used to be a local bar

Very disappointing, wings all tasted the same & are obviously frozen & precooked in a factory elsewhere, and are waaay overpriced. A real wings bar always cooks ONLY fresh food. The Jolly Miller has the best wings locally. Had to beg to get two flavors to try in one $18 order. Wont be coming back.

We had two orders of wings, nachos and fries. Very small portions, and everything came out cold. I nearly fell off my chair when a sampler of wings came out with one half of a wing for $3.25. Total bill ( no alcohol) was $90.00 ..Will not go back .

The place is nice, but the constant music of screaming mosh pit music leaves a lot to be desired! Hard to eat when you have literal guttural screaming coming from the speaker above you. The food is amazing, as to be expected from Wings. The service wasn t bad, but could have been a bit friendly, AND I we could have used the cutlery, napkins, and bones bucket prior to receiving the food, rather than 10 minutes after the food arrived. Perhaps the place is so new it s still ironing out some wrinkles, but for the price of almost $200 for 3 people, with only one glass of wine .I think things should be better.

Ordered the Korean sticky wings to go and they tasted different than the last time I had them. They also forgot my sauces (not a major deal) even though I asked twice if it was in there. The service to pick up food was slow but once they were helping me, it was good.

Despite having amazing wings. We couldn t dine in because I (26) brought my (16) brother and I m not legally his guardian. I understand it s the rules but massively disappointing.

Environment was clean and tidy, service was fast and efficient with polite employees. Food is quite expensive for the little amount of wings you receive, the wings were dry and not that saucy, you have to pay extra for dipping sauce and wing orders don t come with anything but wings for that price. Not impressed by the food. Drinks were okay, ordered a Bellini and it was so liquidy, pretty sure they re supposed to be blended, both of mine were liquidy.

Amazing food and drinks I just wish the service was better and that when people come in with kids they should be faster on getting the kids food as I and my friend got ours before my friends kid hopefully next time I go the service will be a bit better! I was there this past wednesday for lunch, when i was heading to the washroom and overheard whom i believe to be the manager of the restaurant tell one of his employees that they were, and i quote clearly not made for this industry the young man was very polite and handled this situation respectfully and ignored what he said. Wouldn t recommend supporting a company that mistreats their staff.

We visited Wings Chilliwack Last night for the first time....we order, ,nachos ( almost 20$)and 10 wings. The wings were good ,but small..almost 19$ for them! The nachos had one layer of nachos ,a little cut up tomato, Jalapeno peppers and cheese...thats it!!! plus very greasy! Honestly, there was probably 5$ worth of nachos .... plus the salsa was so small...specially for 2 people to share...we order one more,which was 1$ extra.....love supporting our local restaurants, but unfortunately we will probably not be back....hopefully they will do better

They should post on their website that minors are not allowed Went there this morning because my son loves wings and we thought it would be fun to have a variety of choice only to find a notice on the door saying no minors allowed Wasted trip

Horrible service, wings were terrible, didnt even provide one dipping sauce with the wings without charging us five bucks for sauce, couldnt even make the drinks properly, will never go again, do no recommend, and dont show up with kids, watched every person with kids get turned away.

Our waitress recognized us right away and we have only been there 3 times so it made us feel like they appreciated us coming back. Drink menu is fairly good and the salad was more that I could eat with lots of fresh ingredients. We will be going back for sure. Thanks Roman.... Parking: Busy day with all the snow but lots of parking and easy to get to. We miss the old Friendly Mikes but his is a refreshing upgrade so give it a try..

I really got impressed by the service of wings because the staff as well as the environment of wings is friendly and comfortable .Moreover, the food is incredible. In addition, vegetarian food along with non-vegetarian food is provided. Overall, my experience was excellent. I would recommend it to people if u really want to spend your quality time with your family then u must visit.

Food was good, but over priced. Service was horrible. They advertised gluten free option, waitress told us they don t actually have that & it needs to be taken off the menu. They were promoting the drink special - when we ordered it, they told us they didn t have any. We ordered a meal, waitress forgot to put it in. After we waited for 30 minutes, the waitress came over and asked if we wanted to order anything. I said, no just the food we already ordered. She walked away. We never got that food. We got the bill and left.

Like the way we were served

I personally waited months for this place to open, driving by daily. Got in the 2nd day they were open. A lot of the seating was rather dark and we had to ask to find a table where there was enough light to read the menu. The wait for food was a little longer than Id have liked but it was their 1st week open so I could forgive that. Customers behind us gave up after 40 minutes with nothing to show for it. They were given a gift card upon departure. Ordered 2 types of wings & fish tacos. Wings were OK tasting but smallish in size and for 10 segments it cost $18.75. Really? $1.88/wing you say? Yeah, for things we not long ago threw away. I knew the price from the menu but I was curious about the portion size. It disappointed me. When the tacos came, we immediately noticed, while the server was still there, a piece of some kind of plastic wrap in the food. To his credit, the server apologized and said that hed tell the kitchen. There was no attempt to fix the error for us other than remove the plastic. Not a great start in my mind. Sadly theres too many other options around town to warrant going back.

I recently visited wings, and it was a fantastic experience! The wings were amazing. The service was outstanding; the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The atmosphere was cozy, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family. They also had multiple tvs for sports games which is a nice touch. I also appreciate the quality and quantity of food provided. Definitely coming back for more. Highly recommended for wing enthusiasts!

It was just okay. For a wing place I expected better , the wings were quite small and overdone. For the price I definitely expected a lot more also you have to buy dipping sauce on the side if you want it . I would potentially try it again but not a great first experience
