I ordered the butter chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion size was generous, and the flavors were spot on. What really impressed me was the exceptional service from the staff—they were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. I also learned about their weekend deal: one kid eats free on Saturdays and Sundays when accompanied by a paying adult. As a parent, I think this is a great offer for families! I do wish the owner would include this promo on their outside signage to encourage more families to take advantage of it. Overall, great food, great service, and a family-friendly spot!
My mother and I visited for the first time on Wednesday night, and the experience was wonderful. The customer service was stellar. The woman who brought our food to the table was attentive, checking in with us halfway through the meal. The man at the till was also very friendly. We received our food quickly, and it was served hot. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and tasted fresh. The menu offers a diverse selection, so there’s something for everyone. I would highly recommend this place! This restaurant is a great example of a franchise that’s being run well.
I wouldn't recommend getting the butter chicken here. The sauce is way too salty. In fact it tastes like they substituted the lack of spices with more salt. Look to any other place in town and you will find butter chicken as you would expect it to taste.
We really love it here. We find that food is delicious and not too saucy like most stir fry places. It’s the only place in BC we have found to have green onion cakes which anre our favourite. Also, each time we go, it’s the same guy working and he has the best customer service. So knowledgeable too!
Came here with my boyfriend for lunch and the costumer service was great! especially since there were only two employees. They did a great job asking us if we liked our food and also checkin in to see if we wanted anything to drink after we were done. The food was amazing and the portions are great as well! Also, they have a value price menu, for anyone who’s looking to spend under 15$
I ordered orange chicken from the value menu- posted prices of “$10.99 every day”. Was charged $13.49. I just didn’t say anything. Then when they gave me my order, I commented, “oh, I thought there was vegetables?” The guy did not answer but asked if I wanted a fork or chop sticks. Very disappointed as I nagged my husband for us to come here instead of another place for lunch so we could get veggies in our food and I got no veggies at all. People should not have to correct the staff. They should know the menu. There was only a delivery pick up before us and one other order after us- not busy at all at the time. I honestly don’t think we will ever be back.
Service was impeccable. Loved the playlist, restroom and politeness. They even brought the food to our table. The serving size is really generous, we got a box to take the leftovers home.
The Owner KARMAN and Crew are an Amazing example of True Customer Satisfaction. We have tried all the locations in the lower mainland and the Chilliwack Location Tops them all. Taste, consistency and efficiency are all Star points. Kindness is key, and they Knock it out of the park every time. Thank you so much.
They have done a great job at preparing and giving the food on time, even when the restaurant was busy. I will definitely be coming back again soon!
20+ mins for 2 cheese coins and an order of bang bang shrimp at 1 pm on a wednesday. they weren t busy at all. unreal
Pad thai noodles taste off .. it was all very low grade and to much filler. Would not recommend it. save your money.

Ordered pad Thai and wings, the pad Thai is nowhere near authentic pad Thai. It really lacked in flavour. Wings were just ok, very small. Won t be going again

So this place started off very well portions were extremely exceptional and service was good when they 1st opened . Now I dont know if management has changed or cooks have change. My wife and I get 1 day a week off Sundays with each other so this past Sunday we wanted a verity of food from the same establishment here at the wok box. Nearing the end of the night we picked up our food brought it home only to find out that portions were not up standard orange chicken box was half full. Instead of chow mein with out beef and broccoli we got rice . And the red Thai Chilli sauce was not that great. Because it was end of the night we picked up our food by time.we got home.e and discovered our order was bot what we ordered it was to late to call so my wife left a voicemail. Today she tried to get atleast 1 replacement order to compensate for getting our orders wrong on Sunday. We werent asking for 3 replacement orders all we asked was to atleast replace 1 order they told my wife thats fine. Upon arrival to pick up her order she called in ahead of time today. They will not honor what they told .y wife in replacement order at no charge they flipped the stitch on her and said she had to.pay 50%. This is not honoring their end.of the bargain . I would strongly suggest stay clear of this establishment and venture elsewhere.

The Pad Thai I had was terrible. Too much sauce, mushy noodles. Hardly any bean sprouts. My husband orange chicken dinner was very bland. Unfortunately won t be eating there again. Very pricy too! $42 for two!

We absolutely love coming to this restaurant. Everytime we just enter the restaurant we are greeted right away with a hello and a smile. Naman has helped us the past few times and he is always friendly and always making sure if our meal is ok. He is a great employee. His co-workers Lalit, Hamza, Harman are all excellent as well. Our family is so happy to have Wok Box available in our town- We have ordered quite a few times now and every single time the food has be fantastic (the four of us all get different boxes) and the owners/staff are so lovely. I love this place. Welcoming, and an all-inclusive atmosphere, you feel relaxed and comfortable and get to chill with comfort food. The owner appreciates and loves each of his customers. Im obsessed with the Tokyo Beef Poutine and I didnt like that Starbucks owner that was here before anyway lol.
The food is always delicious and service is great. Harman helped me today, she was friendly and made my time in the restaurant enjoyable.
Saw that the restaurant had good reviews. Thought I would give them a shot and ordered 3 different dishes. Food was absolutely horrible. Wonton soup, butter chicken and fried rice with beef were all terrible. My advice would be work on making one dish right before offering such a diverse menu.

Great food great almost everything except for the lack of urgency. Need more staff for lunchtime and or peek times to be ready. With only 4 people in wok box 3there before I got there. It took 30 mins to get my food and I only have a 30 min lunch. I will try again in near future because food is sooooo good. Dont let your service hurt your business. First time eating at a Wok Box. I pick up many skipthedishes orders so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered what the server/cook suggested and it was absolutely delicious and filling! Still have enough for dinner! Perfectly spiced and was able to get plant based! Super pleased and will be eating there again and again I m sure! Considering its not even been open a week and they already are dishing out boxes as good as the ones in Alberta that have been open for many years. Wok box has many options and the food is very fresh and delicious. Vegetarian options: There is some vegan options for some dishes

Went to the new wok box...dont see how any of the reviews are legit based on my experience and everyone I assume there at the same time we me . 45 min wait to get my food. Had to tell the girl working I didnt ask for buffalo sauce on chow mein and her response was Im new. I said great can you just tell that lady there please then and her response was a look of confusion to the point I thought she was like Groot from guardians of the Galaxy saying Im new over and over , I understand being new at a store or place but come on.... Little did I know they put nothing on just regular chow mein or they gave me plain noodles when I said no sauce ...thinking Id be getting a traditional chow mein noodle as youd see in other restaurants. Bang bang shrimp were good . Fried was good. Orange chicken was good.

The food here and service was great but the noisy cold industrial vibe takes away from the overall experience. Large booming Cold seating area definitely takes away . The service and food was quite good . We ate bulgogi wonton soup green onion pancake and a chicken dish . All in all not bad at all .

The best part to appreciate about them is, the numerous cuisines served are authentic representative of several countries, hence oodles of variety to pick and choose from. Please wash your hands. You can t give change at the till and then start cooking without proper hygiene My meal was ok but the wonton soup was awful. I got half a bowl, with terrible tasting broth.

The bok choy in the 3 dishes I bought for takeout was rancid, I was not about to drive back, all 3 of us that started to eat the food said the same thing, they were sour:( not impressed

They have been open long, but they are all ready a hit for me, I got the spicy Buffalo poutine, all I have to say is stop by and have a look, the staff is amazing, food presentation is amazing, you will see for yourself

The food was alright but a bit overpriced. Unfortunately it was overshadowed by the slow service. Between the line and the wait for food it took over 40 mins to get our food.
Food was good, but the price was quite high for what you get and it can sometimes take quite a long time to get the food.
I tried takeout, our order came to roughly $60. While I didnt expect gourmet cuisine, I expected it to be much better quality and taste. For a brand new store to fail so fast, I may have caught them on a bad day, but theyre brand new in town.. they should wait a few years before bad days can be an excuse. Both ke and my grams did not enjoy our meal and ended up discarding a large portion.
