Don't bother. Food was bad, service is terrible. Workers are completely clueless as to what customer service is. Ordered a chicken Thai curry to go, brought it home and found NO CHICKEN! Sauce tastes from a can. No care whatsoever. When I called to complain I got Hung Up on. Twice! Seems to be a trend lately with restaurants not giving 1 ounce of care or thought. I have been in the service industry for 30 years and every shift I go out of my way to create an experience with the hope of return guests. Save your money. Don't go here. Thai Taste in Vedder is Tha Bomb!! 😉 Thanks for reading my rant. Phil
What a fantastic meal. I have not been here before but will definitely be back. My wife and I eat out, likely wayyyyy more often than we should, so finding new exciting places in Chilliwack can be challenging. Today we were out on the hunt for some lunch and decided to try Thai Express. Sooooo good. I had General Thai Pineapple and my wife had Yellow curry both with Chicken and both medium heat. It was prepared fresh with very fresh ingredients, peppers, carrots, onion, all perfectly prepared with a hint of crunch. Thank you for providing us with another favorite place to dine in Chilliwack. I guess I fail on the photo front as the meal was devoured with nothing remaining in the bowls.
I have been a few times and I am going to keep going when I am able to eat out. Fresh ingredients, amazing friendly service and the place is clean. Loved my food.. Last time I went I saw the front door smashed, we need to support these small businesses, especially when they’re affected by vandalism.
Waited 40 minutes for a take out order with a restaurant that had almost no customers inside. We were quoted 15 minutes. Once we got our order we realized they had made some major mistakes. Our lemongrass and chili chicken was just completely unseasoned popcorn chicken without any lemon grass or chilis and the dumplings had no sauce, green onions or crushed peanuts like the menu suggested. Just plain steamed dumplings. We order three more dishes of incredibly low quality and somehow this ended up being almost $70 dollars. I would have headed back for a refund but no receipt was given in the bag. Lesson learned, do not go here.
One person working. Took thirty minutes to get the wrong meal. Too hungry at that point to care. Guy was trying his best to keep up. Turns out my portion was nearly half that of what the others at my table received. Stupid expensive. Took far too long to get our orders. I finished eating a few minutes before the other finally got their orders. I wanted to like it but I won't be back.

Recently tried this restaurant as a couple of customers with take-out recommended this place. Ate dine-in. Had the Friday combo special (fried rice w/peanuts, coconut & chicken). Came with on the side eggroll and a drink for less than $15 + taxes. The food was good; service was quick and the atmosphere was friendly. Not a huge, I can eat a horse, meal, but was sufficient for me for a quick lunch. Recommend this place!
Thought it was of good quality. Calling ahead helps. I enjoyed their pad Thai. Been to worse places. Better than wokbox. Hard to beat coconut thai in town but this is almost as good. Picture is somewhere around 20$ mark. If someone got off work and wanted a nice family dinner this would be a good pickup. Have to come back and try more.. their medium spice was noticeable on my lips and fair. Was good.
Forgot to take pictures cause i was in hurry, but the food looks so good and the test was so good with a good amount , I wasn t able to finish my dish , highly recommend , the staff are so nice and quiet , quick serve
Staff was lovely, but the food was not. Just salty soggy noodles, chewy shrimp and no good flavours in the Tom yum soup or the pad Thai.
Be grateful for the food i tried and the most important thing customer service is appreciable
For $15 on a poutine that was great for the price it was great the workers were kind and respectful and the food was nice and hot and filling

This place was a huge disappointment. The service was terrible, and the staff seemed overworked and unhappy. It makes you wonder how they treat their employees. The overall atmosphere felt off, and the management clearly doesn t value their team or customers. I won t be coming back and wouldn t recommend it to anyone.!!!

Food was way to spicy and some items were not with the rest of my order food was so spicy and no-one in my house could eat it and i love spicy food! Iv reached out to head office and spoke with Anna she said that she would work on a refund then ghosted me completely unacceptable! Never going back!
Go ahead and try this place out, you wont be disappointed! #4 and #7 are popular choices. I tried Thai express for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I got a #4, pineapple chicken with small noodles, medium spice and it was delicious. If youre afraid of heat then I would go mild, the medium definitely packed heat! Price is a little on the higher side but the amount of food they fit in that box was impressive. Lots of big pieces chicken! Disappointed there was no rice available when I was there but the small noodles that I got instead were the perfect choice anyways! I will definitely be back to try the sriracha version and the #7 Pad Thai! Thanks Thai Express!
This is a knock off thai express, nothing like the other location s. Why are brown people making Thai food. Stick to butter chicken. Absolutely ridiculous location. You been warned

Ive been twice to Thai Express (Abbotsford & Chilliwack locations) & definitely NOT IMPRESSED. Just another knock-off imitation franchise fast food joint. Today I had the mango salad ($7) & Singapore noodles with prawns $15. Salad was small & bland. 5 prawns in the mostly noodle mix with minimal veggies. Save your $ & go to Once Upon A Thai in Abbotsford for REAL Thai food cooked by a real Thai chef. No comparison.
Food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. I got myself a PAD THAI with chicken and mild spice. My dad got Fried rice with chicken and mild spice. The total came to $31.04, plus a $4.00 tip I decided to give, so overall I spent $35.04. I highly recommend this place, the food is fabulous, customers service is friendly and the price is reasonable.
After waiting over 35 mins for my food (and wasting almost my entire lunch hour) it was so bad that I ended up having to walk all the way back to get a refund. I have eaten at Thai Express many times at other locations and the food is always good and is the same from location to location. The food from this location is terrible, nothing like any other Thai Express i have been to. DO NOT EAT HERE.
Chicken tastes like it s about to expire, doesn t taste fresh at all, very gross Paid $15 for old chicken when I could have gone to mucho burrito and got more food for the same price

I went to Thai Express in Chilliwack today. Not happy with the food that cost me just under $ 15.00. The rice was cold and mushy. I ordered the Peanut Coconut Bowl that was okay but again some of it was not mixed very well. It seemed the staff did not know what they were doing. Will Not be back!

It took 34 minutes to receive food from what is supposed to be a fast food Thai restaurant. Two people ahead of me requested refunds and another went up to the cooks to ask what was going on. I ve never seen such poorly trained employees. After finally receiving the food, the noodles were still rock hard and inedible. This location needs a lot of work before I would ever come back.
Went in to grab dinner as we were excited that there is a Thai express in chilliwack! Spent $45 for pad Thai, pineapple chicken and two veggie spring rolls. Spent 30 mins waiting for it, brought it home to find all the bean sprouts were basically rotten and both dishes tasted like burner gasoline. Very disappointed for having had spent so freaking much to just throw it out.
Ordered on door dash, all of the food was so bland. Tasted like straight up coconut milk.
