my boyfriend stopped in on our road trip to pick up dinner, the guy inside was super nice, even the lady on the phone was very sweet. the guy up front even offered a free water for the road. the food was delish and i d say super affordable, we had the combo for two people. would definitely recommend! Lived in Chilliwack for over 15 years. Always passed but never actually gone in or ordered from. My boyfriend loves pho and this place came to mind... he has a sensitive stomach so its usually hit or miss where we go. The main gentleman who took my order and arranged payment is super nice, friendly, and service oriented. They even gave me a bottle of water on the house. That was really, really refreshing on a hot day. I think every restaurant should do that. It just adds to a great experience. The only time I have ever tipped for takeout given the service. The food was spectacular. House beef soup was very flavorful. I found putting the red sauce in really made the dish pop with flavor. Lots of food, I was full! Thanks for a tremendous take out experience, I am very glad I went.

We have ordered the hot and sour soup and it was so and so. The size was relatively small for a large one that we had ordered. We could barely split it between the two of us. I love Vietnamese food, but the soup had way too much basil in it and very little color. It had some beef (tasty), tomato and a few chunks of tofu. All in all, not the best. We had some egg rolls and these too looked awfully bland. All they had inside was cabbage and nothing else. They were completely tasteless. I would not be coming back.

The nicest people you will ever meet. They remember you everytime, wether you have been there once, twice or 300 times. The food is exceptionally great. You can see the love and passion they put into their food and service. Great food, great environment.

Every time we go there the food is amazing. Evan and family are just the best. We love going for the pho. And absolutely love supporting a local restaurant and family. If you crave Pho its the only place in town.

This place is such a gem. The couple who were there are so friendly and the meal was served quickly. Best salad rolls ever, the peanut sauce is so good. I loved the pho I had too. Very rich broth. We will absolutely be back.

Food was so so nothing great but they give you alot More steamed rice to make up for little meat. Beware tip is automatically added to bill if 5 or more people in group I dont think our service and meal warranted an $18 tip

Best pho in Chilliwack and Vancouver. Only place in town where youre not getting a bowl full of chemicals. The broth is nutritionally dense. And they dont short you on meat like other places. The salad wraps are made with the brightest colors and the peanut sauce out dues any others Ive ever tried. This is the place to go. 5 out of 5 stars.

Wonderful food and a great family business!

I have been going to this Family business for over 15 years. The food is always flavourful , the veggies are bright and crisp, and the owners are truly amazing. If you come more than once they will start to remember your order, and who you are.

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. Came in here because of the reviews. But the food here doesn t represent the rating, food is bland and lifeless. Got food poisoning right after we left.

They are only doing take out at this time. The man at the front counter was very lovely but I found the wonton soup flavor-less. I was very disappointed. Not to mention they forgot to add a spoon in my bar for my soup.

I had dinner here with my husband and we both enjoyed the food. It was really good and the service was spectacular. The son was so polite and friendly which also made the experience really nice. Also the portions are big so you get what you pay for. Will be coming back.

Cant say enough about this family run restaurant. So glad we can have dine-in again so I can we can enjoy the fresh food and wonderful service. I truly love the soups. Its been raining so much and the peppers warm me up, but several other dishes are real winners. Try the lemon grass chicken dishes... melt your brain good!

First time here today, and was blown away by the service and the quality. portions are at least double what Im used to at other places. Even gave me a bottled water for the road, as my meal was to go. Definitely going to become a regular here.

Wonderful tasting food and outstanding service. I made an error and ordered from them when I was in Hope (they are in Chilliwack which is 45 minutes away) and they were kind enough to deliver it for a nominal fee. Very grateful and impressed!

Flavorful and Delicious! Portions are great, food is fresh! The family keeps the establishment very clean and the service is impeccable (both take out and in person). It is our go-to restaurant for pho. Their hot and sour soup hit every point, too (I crave it!)

Was disappointed in the curry and vermicelli dish. There were a few onions, potatoes and sweet potatoes and a small amount of chicken. It needed something more to make it stand out.

First visit and I was very impressed. Terrific staff and fantastic food! I had the special that included chicken noodle soup to start followed by chow mein, a chicken skewer and a spring roll. It came out hot, fresh and very tasty! The service was top notch. I would highly recommend E Young I know I ll be back! Thank you.

The pho broth is very decent. The pork chop is very thin almost looks like jerky. Though the premise is clean.

The staff is nice hence the great reviews. The place is clean. The food unfortunately is very lacklustre, a flavourless broth, similar to hot water, and the worst wontons I have ever tried in my life. Nothing was outstanding my son gave it a 4. I am not sure if it was an off day or if this is their normal food but I just can t go back to take a chance again. Portions and price are fair just lacking seasoning and taste. I may have to give up on Asian food in this town. On a plus I am not pigging out and having seconds.

In this restaurant I tried Vietnamese cuisine for the first time - and I liked it! I ordered soup, a Small portion on the menu, but in fact it is a huge plate of delicious soup, if it weren t so tasty, I wouldn t be able to eat so much! The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere, cozy home! Thank you!

Wow! This is our new favorite restaurant! The kind young man at the desk has excellent customer service. Wife and I have been there three times now in the past two weeks and we crave their food, so flavorful (and lots of it!) ! I recommend their BBQ chicken, and if you enjoy pho youve come to the right place!

Great small family-owned restaurant

Delicious food with a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are quite friendly, everyone I could see from the front and in the kitchen had masks, they had hand sanitizer available, and they even threw in a bottle of water for the drive! I ordered the #5 and spring rolls to go. It great! The broth was flavourful and they have a good noodle to meat ratio. The spring roll was crunchy and just yummy. I will definitely be back here to get my pho fix!

Went there are the first time with my wife and had a fantastic meal. Two days later after hiking and being away for my birthday we went back for another dinner and it was fantastic again. I had beef dish and a chicken both where excellent!!!! And we now made this our new spot we will be driving up from Abbotsford to eat here keep up the great meals. Thank you so much!

We were so very happy with the meals that we ordered. The staff was very helpful to us on picking out what we would be happy with. All of the food we saw being served to others looked very good. We will be making a special trip one day just so we can go here again.

Best pho in Chilliwack

I have to be honest, this was our first time ordering from E Yong, and right from Evans telephone etiquitte, I knew this was going to be a good experience. As I waited to pickup my order, I observed each customer being treated with incredible appreciation. While waiting for my order, Evan brought me a cold bottle of water, which was very much unexpected and very appreciated, and was again above and beyond what I have come to expect from other establishments. All I could think was, please...please...PLEASE be good food!!! We ordered a dinner for 3, and EVERYTHING was Excellent! Best spring rolls Ive had in Chilliwack, wonton soup came with a couple veggies, not just broth and wonton....only thing missing was fortune cookies....but we didnt need them....I already knew our fortune...it would have said You will eat here again , well done E Yong, Excellent job!

I ate there for the first time today. I ordered the chicken chow mein. It was plated nicely in a high neat pile, it tasted delicious as Vietnamese food is lighter than Chinese food. Service was excellent and the place is clean. I will return.

We love this family-owned and run restaurant. They are the kindest folks and work hard to make sure you are happy with your experience. We love frequenting here for some tasty Pho, or more traditional Asian dishes. I cannot understand why this super restaurant has only my previous review. We visit this place quite often, and am always pleased.

Its a classic hole in the wall restaurant that you would miss if youre not pay attention. The outside and inside decor is definitely out dated however, the food is what stands out the most. Theyre a nice family run business with generous food portion sizes for the price point. Definitely would recommend this spot if you enjoy good food and good service.

Came here after visiting Manning Park and climbing. Mount Frosty. Beer was cold, chicken noodle soup was amazing and pork patty And chicken skewers on rice with salad was tasty. Good portions and value for money. Lucky Chilliwack.

The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. We had the Chicken Chow Mein and the Stir Fried Beef and Veg. on rice. Both were ok but uninspired.
