The Tim Hortons was empty, but for me.I wasn't greeted in a polite or friendly manner. Not thanked with a word or friendly smile. Just monosyllables Just be nice. Appreciate my business.
Asked for the 3 dollar breakfast deal and the drive thru guy charged us for regular drink and muffin, what is the purpose of the deal if you can't give the customer the deals properly.
Tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt since it is newer but they consistently get orders wrong and the quality of the food is very poor compared to other Tim Hortons locations.
Haven’t had a bagel there in a few months. Asked for it to be toasted black and paid for extra cream cheese. It was barely touched by heat and less cream cheese on it than I would expect regular cream cheese to be. If they were busy, I could possibly understand. But there was one car ahead of me and one behind. Finally done with Tim Hortons. This was the TH on King Street in Cobourg. Such a waste of money because it went straight into the garbage.
I was at this Tim Hortons during a large period in the late afternoon this past Wednesday. While there the cashier whom i purchased from several times during my stay (When asked he said his name was Jacob) he provided excellent customer service and 3 excellent apple fritters
I love the products they offer and support what was once a Canadian branded company. The Caramilk ice cap was a fantastic after dinner dessert/beverage. I highly recommend you try this treat. At some locations I feel the ordering process can be concerning with placing an order. Multiple voices engaging in a single transaction and asking you to wait on a regular basis when there are no other vehicles in the drive through. This is a training issue that needs to be addressed for a better service experience.
So I went in with my friend and this was not a good time, my friend works at a different Tim Hortons and she was not impressed with them at all. 1. They took forever thankfully the manager I believe noticed and got people on top of our order (which was 2 drinks and a bagle) 2. They messed up our orders immensely they seemed under trained and slow didn’t seem they really cared, my friend had to manually put in her creamer as they didn’t add it to what she asked for and essentially made her own. 3. The one worker really seemed clueless and made my large ice coffee a small icecap? Idk how that gets mixed up and I asked for extra caramel and cane syrup and I’m not sure if I got any… 4. I looked under my ice coffee because it tasted different and I had coffee grounds in my drink.. not pleasant at all and it was actually a lot in it (maybe clean ur tanks?) I personally have worked in fast food and I’ve never had such a hard time. the manager was really friendly and good but the workers need to not slack it and pay attention to what consumers order and work at a faster pace please and thank you!! :)
Lovely 😍👌👍 decor! 10/10 for such interior. I believe this could be a model for other Tim Hortons interior decor. Coming back to my rating...I assume this is newly opened branch and things are yet to be in order. But knowing Tim Hortons and their capabilities, any new facilities should be equipped with proper resources. I have no complaints against any stuff members but I must say they are not up to it! The person who took my order (in store), lacks energy SEVERLY. I saw someone correcting him not properly following the procedure for making a coffee. Another lady came in after me, who asked for FOOD, the person went back to check the stock and finishe the payments. After a while they came back and said they can deliver half of the order!! New store and may be crew members are not fully up to the speed. I know they will get better with time. But these issues can be looked into from day 1.

Went through the drive through on Friday and the girl working cash tried to steal forty dollars from me by pretending I paid with a 10 instead of a 50. There are several Tims just a few minutes away. Dont go to this one
Dont go here they dont have anything and cant make anything. I came here earlier in the day and got a marble hot chocolate no problem, returned to get one later and was told we dont do those here I explained I got one at this location earlier and was told I dont know what to tell you I dont have the stuff to make it in a really rude tone and it has been the same thing going on for weeks here . They never have anything in stock and will fight you about how they never carried it but the tags are there for it. The staff are lazy, rude and ignorant. It should just be shut down
How can anyone screw up putting a steak and egg sandwich into a microwave. Well this location knows how. Give them to the customer Stone cold. What a waste of time and money going here , plus you risk being attacked by the zombies at brookside if you do. Worst timmies in cobourg for sure. The one by canadian tire is the least hideous one IMO.
Bathroom were absolutely discussing there was trash all over the floor including a used sanitary napkin gross told the staff in which nothing was done about it
Did not go inside today t the service was good and the lot is well kept Parking: Lots of parking and disabled spots are right side the door. Wheelchair accessibility: Good for all doors and no steps in or out.
Server never spoke. I asked a question regarding balance on gift card, no reply. Ordered 2 wraps, no napkins!

Asked for new Canadian bacon sandwich, got sausage instead. That s fine people make mistakes, came the next day asked for a turkey sandwich and she specifically asked without the bacon ? I said yes without. Turkey sandwich came with bacon of course. Guess I m going to McDonald s or Tim s across town every morning now, I tried!

Ordering from this location is like a box of chocolates, you never know what youre going to get. You would assume its what you ordered but for some reason thats only 50% of the time. Most of the staff are friendly but who ever that older woman was working the drive through window is always unpleasant or even rude to customers. blaming other staff for making things wrong even though she was the one who didnt put in the right thing I asked for. Surprisingly on days shes not there I always get exactly what I ask for... Funny coincidence.
Horrible, went there today for egg and sausage biscuit. Told no egg we can have double meat. Fine. Get double bacon and a slice 0f process cheese all of it refrigerator cold and thrown in a bag coming out of the wrapper. Had it with this location. Actually contacted Tim Hortons to complain about the management at this franchise this time. Too many horrible experiences. They need to get in there and help this location it is horrendous. Don t go there. Pick a different one trust me. Done giving this one any chances.

Its on the way to work so I stop for coffee. DO NOT stop if there are more than 2 people in front of you in the drive through and you dont have all day. Wait times will literally range from 15-25 minutes consistently with no more than a couple cars. Its ridiculous.
Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons ever!!! Farmers wraps are always cold and missing part of the ingredients usually the hash brown. They rarely get an order correct!! Sad that this brand new location is giving such bad service and for the cost of a couple wraps they should be a lot better then they are
Absolutely the worst tim hortons on the planet. Food orders always wrong super long wait times for only 2 or 3 cars in queue. Very poorly managed and absolutely our last time there. Cannot believe this location allowed to stay in business. There are many other locations to chose from in area, suggest you go to those if possible

This is hands down the slowest, worst Tim Hortons I have been too. After waiting 20 minutes in a 3 car line up, the food order was wrong. At this point, it would be quicker to drive to any other Tim Hortons in cobourg - it would save time and at least my order would be correct. Management needs to do something about this as this has been the same issue for months.
Google hours say that tim hortons is open when I get there at 530 am yet, the doors remained locked! Perhaps we can specify that the drive thru has different hours than the storefront before one wastes their time walking to this location?

Always delays at drive thru. I advance order on the app but when I give them my order code, many times the screen shows someone elses order. Then once they have my order on the screen correct they have something different when I get to the window. Very disorganized.
This place was amazing!!! Im visiting from my humble home in the amazing USA, and I was struck by how beautifully wonderful this little place is! I ordered a small black coffee and some donut holes and these are way better than Dunkins!!! Five stars for me, easily!
Whoever owns this Tim s should never be allowed to own a business. I m not joking when I say this, every time I go (quite often as it s close to work) they re out of something. Today at 245pm they were out of every single bun they make. The owner has no idea how to supply this store with what they need. The staff there are friendly and wonderful and always apologetic, which is a shame for them to have to be. The owner clearly cannot run a business and should honestly sell to someone who can at least handle how to order inventory in.
First time and terrible experience with this absolutely trash location. Not only did they mess our order up multiple times, to which we had to hand the food back to be corrected, but they had 3 muffins, and after taking my order, sold one before I collected it!!! What the actual F is that??? Then I get my drink, which was wrong, and she brings the right one back, and no straws?! It took like 20 minutes for them to screw this up!!! Yall need to do better, literally and by no exaggeration the single worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to I dont usually leave reviews but I felt this was required by how bad it was.

Very slow, bathrooms were awful, only one was working! Waited almost 20 mins for a bagel toasted. The drink (strawberry- watermelon) tasted like it had vinegar in it. I was just passing thru and doubt I will stop there again.
I go every morning to get the same thing before work and i either get the wrong thing or a donut with the chocolate falling off on to the bag ..

I went around 5 pm and there were only 2 employees. My coffee was wrong as well my muffin was heated for maybe 5 seconds. Not the employees fault, they did their best. Management needs to stop being cheap and schedule an appropriate number of workers.
I stop here every morning on my way to work. Usually a breakfast sandwich and a coffee is my order. This week the coffee has been horrible. I think they need to give their machines a deep cleaning. Today was undrinkable. So disappointed.
Unfortunately, as is normal in Tim Hortons establishments, they are very dirty from the dining area and bathrooms. What last thing that they dont take care of hygiene.
The reason why amoet people make their own meals. Had to literally remove myself out of my truck to get my coffee. Would not be recommending this place to anyone. Make your own meals

As a red seal brick and stone mason I have to say whoever did the brick on this Timhortons should have to come back and take it down. It s the worst brick job I have ever seen hopefully the Hortons got a discount. Service is great and coffees is fresh though.

just went to this timhortons in cobourg, and it was such a horrible experience, asked for an everything bagel with just ham and cheese, and specified that I only wanted ham and cheese on the bagel, I received a ham sandwich with everything on it, I then told the lady my order again, and she then gave me an everything bagel with everything on it, the second bagel we had with cream cheese was not spread and was barely any on it, the only thing they got right in our order was our bottle of water. the first thing I ordered was an ice coffee and she gaslighted me into thinking I did not order an ice coffee( after I paid for it and It came up onto the screen) when the coffee came out it was not made correctly either, do not go there unless you want to be surprised with what you get at the window!

Brand new location. Very nice area to sit and chat and eat your food. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was quite busy with students when we went (lunch time). The store was kept fairly clean, students were messy and they had left their garbage on the tables (not the staffs fault during the busy lunch hour). Will be returning as this location is close to my MILs home.
This location has some serious issues. My daughter and her boyfriend walked there today April 4th only to find the doors locked at 11AM. What the heck? The guy working opened the door and said we are closed only doing online and drive through. We have no staff. WIW is all I can say. Way way bad business operation.
Overall very pleasing, but the shortage of staff makes indoor dining a pain when they cant manage the counter, when that happens you have to go through the drive thru. Other than that, its a great place!
the second checkout is always closed, if you want to buy something you will wait for a very long time, employees are very slow, when a long line does not open the second cash desk and therefore you have to wait for 30 minutes. the only plus is really delicious coffee and food

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in. Suffering from a shortage of staff, and lack of training.
Insanely slow. Like wait 25 minutes in the drive through. Turn your engine off slow. Once you re in the drive through line you can t get out. Constantly get orders wrong. Order medium and get larger sizes. Great location though.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I live right behind the building and I walked in with my family. Unfortunately I forgot to carry the wallet and my wife quickly went back to get it. My 2 years kid was crying loud to have the Donut.I placed the order and requested them to give the Donut as my kid was crying loud but they refused & I am having 760 points on my app still they didn t give it until my wife was back with the wallet. Really for one Donut that too for regular customers.I didn t understand the policy of the company.
My buddies & I have taken to meeting here of late due to a weeks long staff shortage at our regular coffee spot, which has resulted in its dining room being closed. This Tims location is fairly new so everything is in good shape and the place is clean. Food & coffee is the same as every other location. If you like Timmies offerings, you wont be disappointed here. I only gave the place 3 stars because while everything is new & the place looks nice, its too hot inside. Its currently summer and they should crank the air a bit. I sweat just sitting there. Hot coffee doesnt help but Hey...its Timmies. Their coffee is what theyre famous for.

Just went through the drive thru.... EXCESSIVE LONG WAIT.... almost 1/2 hour...3km on my gas gauge went by !!!!!!! You might want to put another lane in so people can get out of line... Boxed in ..no where to go... Not sure what the issue was but might want to figure it out .... Other times I have gone there.. they dont have the grill available... Not impressed ...

Oh how you have fallen, and youre thinking about introducing pizzas? How about you fix your current product and offer your staff more and your company might run a little smoother, Tim Hortons is a joke these days.

I came to this location at 10am on a Saturday morning hoping to get into the restaurant to grab donuts and coffees only to find out that drive thru was the only section open. I HATE drivethru. Why is it like this usually at this location?? I ended up driving to the one located on William Street only to find out that the drive thru line up wrapped around the building and the line to get into the restaurant was outside the door. I went home empty handed. Going home I had to pass by this location again and saw a couple of moms and their kids in strollers wanting to get inside only to find out that the restaurant portion wasnt open. So disappointed I wish they closed drivethru and open the restaurant instead to accommodate BOTH ppl coming on foot and in vehicles.
Can t dine in or pickup! They lock the door. I visit this location on a Friday morning and there re about 6+ cars waiting in drive-thru. So I order online choosing pickup. When I try to open the front door, it s locked! Luckily someone from inside open the backdoor(which can only be open from inside) so I get in. But then cashier acted like I m a criminal and asked how did I come in. They also educated me that the door is locked for reason. While if you re not capable to handle dine-in or pickup, put a sign on the door or show it online! Customer doesn t know why the door is locked especially there re people sitting inside! The worst location and worst service ever!
Went through drive thru today and there was a young girl on window who said it was her first day. She was polite, quick and my order was made right. What else can you ask for?
Drive-thru only half the time since they cant keep enough adult staff to operate the front counter on school days. Entire business model is basically just exploiting teenagers.

Terrible staff. Have been in a few times now and the people taking your order are S L O W and awkward. They get the orders wrong. They ignored a beverage machines high pitched alarm the ENTIRE time we were trying to eat lunch. It was ear piercing! Did I mention slooowwwww. Got our order wrong. Gave us wrong sized coffee. If you go Mon to Friday at lunch it is swarmed by students and good luck getting through the drive thru during this time. Needs new management and better staff and better training and please put your menu up in the overhead board with prices. Come on....you should be improving...its been months now. Avoid this location!! ******UPDATE***** Now my rating 3.5 stars from 1. As of Fall 2022 they have greatly improved. Staff faster, more friendly and it s running smoother. Keep it up Tim Horton. Just avoid it during High School lunch time. Overruns with kids.
The interior is nice. The parking lot is strange.
We were there at 3:30 on Thursday. There are 30 trays in display counter of which 8 were empty and 10 had less than 2 items. The menu boards hehind the counter were blank.
