Usually love coming here! Some of the staff are just amazing and kind. I also don’t like to bring things back so I deal with it. And have from here more then once. The one time I come in because I’m tired of paying for what I did not ask for! Everyone was mad I wanted my order fixed. I made it all the way home to turn back around. Sorry I wanted what I asked and paid for. Ps it was still wrong.
I have never seen such a pathetic attempt at making a sandwich as the one I recieved from this location. Employee on table is beyond lazy, and shows an absolute disregard for their customer satisfaction.
They consistently screw up orders through the drive thru. Last week, they missed giving me a donut in an order for 2 people - we didn't realize until we drove away and were 15m away. And also last week, they made my London Fog (a TEA latte) with coffee, which again, didn't realize until I'd got to work 1/2hr away. It was one of the most disgusting things I've ever had. It's the closest Tim's to my house, but I've given up. I now drive across town to one of the others because I just can't afford to pay for their screw ups.
By far slowest Tim's you will ever go to, that is unless you're driving as they give zero F's about anyone inside and only have one person taking walk in orders when a line up piles in. 5 people always working drive through tho but some how you still get something wrong every time Ive stopped here. Happy there is one 1 min up the road as for this one I stopped going to and so have all of the staff I work with, and that's 22 more people who agree this Tim's needs alot of help and new management clearly. It shouldn't take 20mins to get to taking a order then another 15-20 to make me one coffee but still mess up and give me what ever the worker decided to make. I worked at McDonald's in like 2010 and not a chance any of what happens at this tims would be acceptable. Poor timly service and really poor management who can't see two more people need to be store front.
Absolutely zero people skills for almost half the staff of this location no clue how they are even working , I came in for a interview and simply asked the staff where Brittany Bellamy was?..... who was supposed to do my interview as she was now more then 30/40mins late for a interview she had scheduled for me and sent me multiple confirmations that I would be arriving on time . ZERO COMMUNICATION not 1 person could tell me if she was around yet answer my question of if my interview was still taking place. zero respect/Value for peoples time. Do better especially if your trying to fill management rolls.Your entire store needs Staff training instead of running away from customers and avoiding them it was pretty funny to watch. Also your bathrooms are filthy WHILE ITS DEAD!!!!!! THIS COBOURG store deff needs A tune up
waited 30 mins gang and they ended up giving us FOUR bagel and 1 steak craveable that was burnt😃 ( we did not order 4 bagels we ordered 2)
This is my third time coming thru and haven’t been happy. Today the ice cap machine was broken so the staff offered a chill. I gladly took that and ordered an egg, bacon and cheese on a home style biscuit. Got home to find THIS! it’s an English muffin and there’s a big piece missing and it doesn’t appear to have been toasted either. GROSS! I’ve tried three times to call the store but it says user busy? Not happy and I’m not driving back at the cost of gas!
I don’t usually have any issues here, however this morning I opened my breakfast wrap and was appalled. I appreciate they want to get orders out quickly but my wrap was unacceptable. Looks like it was dropped and stepped on.

This was terrible. The new set up has no direction and they yell numbers with no idea what your number is if you order from the front. No idea where to stand, no one directs you.....its so many employees doing nothing. Running one item as a time. All food in take out bags, unorganized and packaged wrong. Took 25 minutes to get 2 soup and 2 sandwiches. Food was sloppy in the wrapper for it taking so long. The paper spoon for the soup was disgusting. There was very few people in the restaurant and the garbages were overflowing. Outside was nice and clean.......this was so bad today....please dont tell me to call guest services like the flow of other negative reviews. Just fix it. New opening fail
Looks like they hire students on work permit and exploit them most . They don t support hiring local , they got three branches the labour law team should investigate each and everyone there , they don t bring most of the them to their system , within 3 months they will fire . Such an bad place to work

Im not to sure whats going on anymore! Or why I even bother at this point. My most recent trip to Timmies for an Americano and a belt I found myself without coffee, as the machine was down. And then, followed up with no egg on my belt. I later confronted a manager to express my displeasure. As compensation I was given an extra piece of bacon on the sandwich I just ordered. Im such a glutton for punishment..... Why dont I just start going to Wendys:) the coffees great and so are their breakfast. Well.... Its settled then. Entered the store last night around 830pm, 4 staff members on the floor and not one acknowledged us standing at the front counter. After several attempts of me asking if we were being served, I finally said do we need to go through drive thru to be served? At that point the supervisor who had been standing with her back to us staging cheese, turned around rolled her eyes, and then rudely served us (snarky, attitude). When she finished taking our order, instead of making it she called one of the 2 people working drive thru to come make our drinks while she went back to staging cheese. Unacceptable customer service and disgusting treatment by a supervisor. *update* owner requested I go online and make a formal complaint so they can address the issue and make it right for me. After i ordered and paid for a Flatbread pizza I was told it was too early and that the order was canceled. A few minutes after purchasing another item, I was told the Flatbread was ready and the order had not been cancelled. I had paid for 2 items. Not good.

This is a tough review to make as Tims has been a staple in my life for many years.. but I come to the division st store in cobourg in the late evenings often but tonight was ignorance and quite frankly piss poor customer service. I requested a toasted bagel and told it was broken and there in no way to toast anything. I then asked to heat up in microwave but then again said it s broken/not able with an irritated look the guy had on his face and for him to tell me that the convection toaster in broken (when it s turned off and plugged in ) microwaves are down and a Tim Hortons doesn t have a basic toaster as back up. When I questioned the staff member he simply walked away from me. I m not about making poor reviews but the piss poor attitude and ignorance for the staff.

Ordered a medium coffee 2 .5 cream 2.5 surger and a cheese t-buiscut heated with butter big glob butter on it not heated and when driving down highway and want to start eating it and get big glob butter in mouth is gross I go to this one everyday I am disgusted
They didnt have things which they should have. Ie. Strawberry frozen lemonade, wedges, chocolate chip cookies... And there were flies with the muffins.

Personal hygiene is at a low for this location. This Drive thru window will service you your coffee, by holding onto the lid, when the server has a finger fungus on their nails. At this point you could clearly see that the nail is about to fall off. I could only imagine what is going on when preparing my food. Contacting customers services for this large food chain doesn t nothing. You ll get a thank you I hope no one has the same experience as me

Good chicken wrap. Vegetarian options: I can no longer eat DAIRY including Eggs Wheat and focus on low sodium intake. Im in my Golden years now and have been learning to take care of my health better over the last 35 years. It is getting easier today because more and more people are waking up about eating well and some places are getting in tune as well. The wrap was okay but I would have preferred a sauce thats plant based.
The only tims open overnight making me more relied on this joint as I work overnight. Every time Im at the drive through even if the front is empty the staff takes sweet time. Most of the time the drinks made are incorrect. Orders are taken at the entrance but punched in when the car is near the window making most order wrong. Who puts caramilk chunks in a tiramisu cold brew? Instead of a espresso foam I got a espresso shot in my cold brew and no cream. Food orders are made with no gloves. Customer service is the worst with overnight staff. Most cant clear simple doubts or even talk. Are you guys replacing night staff with newbies? 10 minutes to make an ice cap. When I turned my window down I saw employees just arguing with each other on making the order. Unreliable spot.
Goto any other Tim Hortons but Brighton Ontario this location is full of effective up staff

If I could give a negative star review this time. I would have. I should have realized my cup had a gaping hole in it. But we get pushed through drive thru so quickly. You never get a second to check. The moment I lifted my cup from my cup holder to have my first sip of tea, it literally leaked. All over the cup holders, the side of the holders, my seat, my pants. Im astounded that they didnt realize that such a big hole was in the cup before handing it off to me. Slow down and look at what youre handing out please. I spent over 10 minutes just trying to clean my car. Had my cup holders not been so big, I would have had my hot tea all over the car and it would have been a disaster..
Coffee was extremely bitter this morning. Was looking forward to a good cup of coffee.

Found that perhaps staff were in need of a day or two off. I understand that staff shortage is a big issue and staff are over worked however when choosing to rise to the occasion and fill the shortage that it is also a responsibility to the customer to remain pleasant. Staff fulfilling gaps in the schedule should be and I personally commend them for their commitment.

The drive-through experience was marred by a menu so extensive that it led to frustrating delays. While the variety is commendable, the time spent waiting outweighs the convenience of a quick drive-through. Streamlining the menu could greatly improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Went here around 8pm last Friday (26th), I thought it being 24hrs they would have some donut selection there. When we arrived there wasnt a single donut available, so we settled on some cookies to bring over to a friends. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement, we had already gone to 2 other Tim Hortons before this but they werent 24hrs so I could understand them not having any donuts made.
I dont know if it was miscommunication but when I asked for 20 assorted timbits with no birthday cake. They gave me 20 birthday cake timbits.

Today we visited this Location, good service, good product and great employees.... 20 minutes into travels I realized I had left my purse where I was sitting...in a panic I called the store a pleasant voice answered, I asked if anyone had turned in a small red purse and she said no... but asked where I had been sitting in the dining area and offered to go to check. She took the time to go into the dining area and thank goodness it was there on the floor... thank you to your Staff for taking the time to look for me...there certainly were angels watching over me today and one of them works at this Tims. Forever and for always grateful
Drive-thru was very slow today
Never recieved a wrong order, but usually wait approximately 10 minutes in the drive thru. Im sure thats normal for the day time. It is super frustrating when I show up at 9:40pm and everything is closed, when Google says they are open until 10pm. I get things happen but this is a common theme in Cobourg and the unreliability of business Google pages is frustrating. If you arent open until 10pm, its very easy to update your Google page.
Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons, lack of social interaction by staff. Order and leave or order and sit.
I usually pass by this Tims on my way to work and grab a french vanilla. lately they have been making it very differently and its not good. also the bagels have been stale in the mornings.

I came in for a coffee with my friend today, Sunday April 16. It wasnt busy at all. We went up to the counter and waited to be helped. And waited. And waited more. There were 6 people working and nobody acknowledged us. We waited at least 10 minutes. The couple in front of us were waiting for their order. An order of 5 coffees. We already left the store, were talking to people outside for another 5 minutes before that same couple came out with their drinks. Ive never in my life experienced such bad non service at a Tim Hortons. The staff knew we were waiting at the counter, they kept walking past us back and forth.

Arrived at 8:56pm on Tuesday May 16 2023. Your hours indicate open until 10pm. Teenage worker putting cones to block off drivethru and seen me. Continued to add cones and walk away. Went to enter. Door locked. Not very professional to close your doors early and have the hours marked incorrectly wasting my time.
Purchased steep tea with half French Vanilla and extra Orange Peko Tea Bag.

This has to be the worst tims in Ontario. I cant believe how many times theyve completely messed up my order and for amount of times Ive over paid for the food they gave, these people might as well be stealing from me. The incompetence is unreal. If at all possible would recommend a different tims. They all arent great but this ones just terrible. Be better.

Every time I come here it takes way too long when it s not even busy. As well as most of the time there is hair in my food
I should have taken a video like that other reviewer did. Noticed a couple bugs on the dolce du leche apple fritters I was going to buy last week, and was immediately grossed out. Upon further inspection there were about three to four baby flies on each one of the four fritters. Took me telling the lady there three times she had bugs on the donuts before she even acknowledged what I said, and promptly did,,,,,,nothing at all. Fast forward to today, reticent about going in but its very near my shop so I thought it cant happen twice,,,,,,right? Wrong, very wrong. The flies were exponentially worse this time, when I told the guy he took a quick look, then proceeded to smacked the wire rack around dislodging at the very least thirty baby flies. There was an actual swarm of flies in the donut case. I literally couldnt believe my eyes. He kind of chuckled when I asked if he was going to do something about it. It was at this time I noticed that the whole place was infested with flies. No strips or blue lights anywhere to be seen. The place is disgusting. On top of which they never get your order right. Used to get farmers wrap sub the egg for extra hash browns. When they do this they have to rebuild the wrap in the till for some reason, and the cheese that comes with it ends up being charged for. When questioned they say they cant do anything about it thats the way their till works. Over all just a horrible experience any time I go in. McDonalds is one street away, that Tims franchise will never see a penny from me again

It is very well organized and professional. They definitely try to get your order right. If not, they will make it. With the renovated seating area. Great access for handicapped with parking. And installed bathroom. It creates a nice relaxing atmosphere. Im hooked on their artisan sandwiches. Had a nice tea to finish it off. It was a nice break in the middle of a hustle bustle day.

Service is terrible. When you go through drive through its way tooo slow below average for any restaurant. The screen at the drive thru is blinding. Instead of a blinding white background they should have something more subtle like a black background with white font. Geez I feel like I committed a crime and the police search chopper is looking for me every time I go though here what the heck. Cant believe this passed though Corporate.The bagels have drastically decreased in size Wonder how big they will be next year. This restaurant has gone down the drain. Hard to believe they are still making money. People working there are incompetent. You place ypur order at the drive thru only to be asked same questions when you get to the window. Terrible. Basic Tim Hortons experience, restaurant is always clean and presentable. Line are long during peak hours and because of the centralized location. Drive thru is an awful experience, orders are usually wrong and if ordering something specific (bagel, specialty donut) there is a chance if they are out of stock theyll only remember to tell you at the drive thru window sometimes after youve already paid.
i will never understand why during the morning RUSH every single day they have only one person taking orders. Never any urgency at their busiest time of day!! If you come inside to avoid long drive through lines you end up waiting WAY longer. If you attempt to place a mobile order for pickup to avoid both lines, the only portion that will be fulfilled is the hot breakfast. Front counter staff dont even acknowledge mobile orders let alone gather the drinks and baked goods that accompany it! I do not blame the staff present, they work hard. Why is there never enough staff scheduled to properly serve your customers????
Poor service from staff with a bad attitude. Take the extra 4 seconds to spread the butter on my bagel instead of (consistently) just leaving it in a single unmelted pile in the middle.

Worst experience here. Went for an evening hot drink. The drive thru worker used the same gloves to take money and touch the food. Grabbed the coffee by the lid and whatever dirt was on his gloves visibly transferred to the lid of the cup (which I didnt notice until I got home, it was dark).
6 of us had coffee and donuts while seated inside. We were bombarded by houseflies during our time there. For a restaurant, I find this unacceptable.

Most of the donuts they have on the ordering screen they do not give out anymore or they have discontinued them but they still have them on the menu screen and they dont let you know they are discontinued until you ask for them which holds up the line longer for customers

Ridiculously long waits. Only one staff serving in front. Never seems to get any help. Long wait for only 4 customers in front of me. Inconsistent hours for walk-in service leaving pedestrians tough out of luck.

Busy location. The coffee is too sweet, food too spicy, and the staff seem unhappy to be there. By comparison, the Tim Hortons by Canadian Tire have very happy and pleasant staff who clearly enjoy working there.
Coffee was quick inside but the drive thru line was huge. Accessibility door was locked. Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors were locked but regular doors were open.
This is a Good/Bad review. I hope the owner sees this, Over the weekend i had a awful experience with a troubled customer harassing us, however the tims staff was very pleasant kind and offered to help. What really impressed me was their attitude and sencerity. I really appreciate how kind you all were to us.
