Ordered sandwich for pickup. Was dry, chewy and bland. Drove back for replacement, which staff provided. Was really not any better. Pretty awful

Change your hours online. Too many times you are closed early. Whats going on over there ? Unacceptable.

The Chicken and Sides Are Fantastic So Delicious, Every Time Ive Ordered! The Staff Is Always Friendly, Fast, and Efficient, They Always Have Great Attitudes The Place Is Always Clean Definitely A Place I Enjoy Going and Ordering From Parking: Theres A Good Amount Of Free Parking Available But The Parking Lot Needs To Be Repaired

These people never answer the phone

Youre better off raising a chicken and frying it yourself. Management and workers will do their best to stall your order. Online ordering doesnt even help mitigate their incompetence.

Ordered online told me ready at a certain time was 15 minutes late.

everywhere including sign on door state closing time at 9, got there at about 8:45 and all the doors were locked and staff just stared at me through the window. update hours if you re closed

Called 10 times from work as I work across the street, no answer, wanted to pre order so I didn t have to wait could grab and go, closed store went over waited for someone to come out, tried to order feast meal to find out it would be a 20-25 min wait, if they had of just picked up a phone I could of been home eating would not go again! Didn t order went to another restaurant instead!

They definitely improved the appearance of this KFC location. A small restaurant, but the functions work decently. Chicken always take longer to cook understandably, but the staff and food quality was standard!

It was perfect they ran out of chicken just after I ordered and paid,but the young man on the cashier promised me in 5 minutes Ill be good to go and he was right on time good job thank you keep it up.

Order was wrong. No taste to the chicken. We ordered original chicken sandwich and got 2 tenders on a bun. Gross. Ordered 3 piece all white meat and got a leg. Very disgusting

Bad experience overall which began as I had to navigate very large 4 across and 4-5 deep potholes to get to a parking space. Once inside my order was taken quickly, I paid, then was told its a 15min wait. The 4 other families waiting for their order had the same wait time...us strangers started a lively conversation about the potholes and the wait time. We wondered how long it would take them to catch, butcher and cook the chickens they must be keeping in the back. The Crispy chicken sandwich was good, however I WANTED THAT KFC SPICE TASTE but it was missing in the crispy coating! KFC must not know its that coating that made them popular. Most seating is down stairs with no means for a wheelchair to get there.

This food is getting worse over the years..it was better in the 80s!!The animal fat oil they used to cook it in was MUCH HEALTHIER, i dont care what they tell u regarding cholesterol ect!!.. the New Fries suck..ironic to their tv commercial saying the old 1s did!!Too salty tasting..u have that ummm taste lingering inside your mouth for hours!!they really need improvement here! E rating! ....ohh btw they really need fix the sink holes umm i mean potholes in their parking area..i dont think the owner even cares!

Visited this KFC today and had the pleasure of being served by Kyle. He was exceptionally professional and courteous. His service truly stood out, and he s a credit to the team. Highly recommend this location thanks to employees like him!

Its ok, but the chicken is super greasy, dry, and usually the skin has fallen off.

Amazing staff really goes up and beyond customer service.

Food was barely warm. The fries were dried out from being refried.

The flavor is good and the service is good but it has reduced the size of the pieces. I bought a 4 piece and I thought they had only given me wings. I asked the commissary and they told me that they cut the chicken smaller now, so thats it. for me its a shame I was used to it so I transferred to the competition where their piece was much bigger and more generous in the portion. And not more expensive Parking: Quite correct.

Service is always extremely slow at this location. I place an order online, and it tells me that the order will be ready at a certain time. I intentionally show up 20 mins after that time to make sure my order will be ready when I get there, and somehow I still end up waiting 10 mins inside the store by myself.

Poor customer service. Daughter purchased 2 gift certificates and was given two cards $20 and $50 in Dec from the store. Came to use it recently and found out both the cards were invalid. Somehow no amounts were activated on the cards. Returned to the store to have it rectified. All they can do was give me a toll-free number to call. 2weeks passed and still no acknowledgment from anyone.

Bird was cooked perfect...great choice of sides

I ordered on the app on January 16th for the 17th. Bad storm on the 17th caused store to be closed. Totally understandable. But it was my sons birthday and that was what he wanted. Had to call around find alternate supper arrangements at 4pm. No call was made to me to let me know they were closed. I arrived at store to pick up and no one there and no notice on door. I called store over the next couple weeks a few times no answer. 5 calls to customer service and I was finally refunded. Food has always been the same but unhappy with this situation and the app.

KFC l asked for a 10 PC of chicken and OMG some of the chicken was so small you couldnt really count that as true PC.of chicken.l really think someone from KFC should do a surprise check on these guys. It was very shameful.

Poor customer service. We went in at 830 pm, google map says they close at 9 pm. As soon as we walked in, we heard the cashier complain loudly to the cook about more customers coming in and that she just wants to go home. If you want to complain about your job thats cool, but dont do it where your customers can hear you then be bitter toward them when you have to take their order. We ordered chicken combo, the side was missing and the food was terrible. We wont be back.

As a kid, KFC was always great. However, this one disappointed me. The pieces of chicken were small, greasy. They had no macaroni and we had to pick corn as our second side.

Recipe seems to have changed. Last time I bought it, greasy. Made a couple queezy here overnight. The fries reheated had a not so nice flavor. Chicken never bothered Mr! Their macaroni salad was supberb as always.

Very disorganized I ordered a four piece combo. There were a few people in front of me, but couldn t believe it took that long after 15 minutes, they gave me a box and went out to the car seemed very light. It was full of french fries. Nothing else went back inside and I said box full of fries that s it. 02 minutes later, they gave me another box. Supposedly a four piece, chicken and fries and gravy combo. When I went back to the car there was no fries in there. I go back in again third time I checked it in the restaurant everything appeared to be there got home. Realize there is hardly any fries in there. There are more french fries in the children s happy meal at McDonald s. The four piece combo box had about a dozen fries inside. Everything tasted good. This is the only reason I gave them more than one star.

Like all KFC locations it s hit or miss on chicken quality. Had it last night and it was excellent, moist and flavourful. However, I ve had chicken from this location that was unedible. KFC needs to address the issue of procedures and quality control. All employees should accept the responsibility of producing good product.

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant, and its honestly just upsetting and embarrassing for the workers. I went tonight to get myself and my partner food, I ordered the vegetarian option and they gave us real meat!! Are you kidding me?? This is unbelievable, they lied to my face saying that they put down vegetarian options, I got all the way home just to be extremely angry and disappointed, now I cant even eat my meal. Thanks a lot 12/21/22 Vegetarian options: THEY DONT GIVE IT TO YOU!! THEY GIVE YOU REAL MEAT

Got the variety buck and the chick was way over cooked and tasted awful!!! Popcorn chicken and chicken strips were good. Tried to call but no one will answer.

13/08/21 ordered online for pick up, got home to find NO GRAVY. Otherwise the meal was good, but when I tried to call the Cobourg store to complain, no one EVER answers the phone. Poor store/service practise if you ask me.

They have changed the secret recipe, chicken is 12 cut instead of classic 9 cut, Melanie in Cobourg is the only reason to go, amazing customer service.

Seldomly disappointed with KFC. I love the (not so hot) hot wings. They keep me comming back. Staff here are nice and the wait is not too long for your food. Overall great experience 98% of the time.

Too many times we have frequented this franchise and either the wait is too long, the order is wrong or the chicken is overcooked. Very disappointed in what used to be our go to for a quick tasty family meal.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable here. We got our order just the way we ordered it and it came out fairly quickly. I would highly recommend this KFC. The inside is small but it met our needs perfectly and there is lots of free parking outside the building.

Woman at counter is amazing at her job. Shes been there a long time and takes care of business. Clean and efficient and cares about customers and covid.

Waited for 40 minutes while chicken constantly given to people who were ordering via phone after the fact. Here is an example of what we received. (No we hadnt eaten this piece) Fries were cold and poorly cooked. Will not be back.

Tonight my husband and I thought we would go to KFC for a treat. Although the chicken was not great - way too greasy . It was the scene that played out in front of our eyes that was disturbing and the reason for my low rate . A gentleman came in and had placed an order online including canned pop. For some reason this store chooses not to have cans but bottles and fountain. Most likely because they make more money. Regardless he was treated horribly. The nice lady behind the counter was trying her best to diffuse the situation before the chef first with a raised voice interjected from the kitchen and then came into the conversation directly with no mask and no control. she did everything she could to make the situation worse. He did not raise his voice until she did although it was very apparent that he had a bad day too. I have no doubt that she has had some very difficult days with covid-19 but that is not the customers issue. A little empathy would have gone a very long way. No matter what, he was the customer and should have been treated as such. Not told take it or leave it buddy. Anger management training definitely needed here.

Holy big differences now the food is way better now then it was in the winter time. I loved seeing theres a Tuesday special for $3.69. Next time Im in Cobourg on a Tuesday Ill get the special

The Cobourg franchise has always been lacking. My fries and popcorn chicken were both cold and had to be sent back. Fifteen minutes later had to go ask for them ... not prepped!!!!

EDT 1335 Sunday, 2019/07/07 Well...KFC is just good and tasty chicken. How can anyone complain about Colonel Sanders recipe? The gravy on the other hand, well lets just say Sanders would be turning in his grave if he knew about the changes the corporation made to the gravy. KFC will get a five (5) star from me when the corporation brings back the ORIGINAL gravy recipe.

Cashier is very friendly. The store has a $10 meal for two, which is very worthy. It includes 4-piece chicken, a medium gravy, 2 individual fries and 2 individual popcorns. Chicken is of decent size, slightly saltier than I wanted but tasted good overall.

Their food is always fresh

The pieces of chicken they give you are extremely small. They are not cut up right they cut through bone so you have bone fragments you got to watch for it you eat your chicken.

Ordered food for pick up and was not ready when I got there.
