Horrible service, cold food...used to be good ....gone completely downhill
The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever had. The pop was fizzy water, not enough syrup, fries are extremely cold. I don't understand why you can't make editable products with such a limited menu
No power plugs for my laptop 😞
I only ordered a hamburger, no cheese and this store did not get it righr. I got the single burger no cheese and ended up with a double cheeseburger. That cheese is enough to make anyone sick. Use real cheese, that stuff is one molecule away from plastic.
Went to macdonalds tonight along with some other people that came in behind me. After waiting for awhile I hollar3d a few times for some one to come to front to take orders. The girl blasting music and playing on her phone didn't come up. It was 6:30 pm today and me and the rest just left. Picture attached of her playing on her phone.
All the food was fresh, staff was amazing and nice. Even though it was the end of the day, 90% of the dining room was blocked off because it had been cleaned. So it was a little difficult to sit but other than that great place!
This location does a fantastic job of everything they offer on their limited menu being inside a walmart. They have all the essentials and a bit more. I am very happy with everything I've had from this location and it has always been clean and tasted as fresh as it gets for fast food which is good. The staff are friendly and prompt with the orders. I believe everyone at this McDonalds location is doing an excellent job.
I have just about had it with McDonalds. Now you have to download the app to get the coffee " stickers" I dont want another stupid App!!!If you are going to post a sign for a substitute, then the price should be the same. Not my fault you dont have muffins.

Needed a milkshake or ice cream or mcflurry....none available. How disappointing! Then we see on every table in the dining room is a sign advertising mcflurrys! How ridiculous
Very convenient when attending to family at Northumberland Hills Hospital. Staff pleasant. A bit more detail to the dining area would be appreciated.
Older lady(Jo) constantly yelling at the kids. Maybe training them better would work.

The store was so dirty no clean tables had to clean my own table the garbage cans were over flowing and the drink station was so dirty the fruit flies were everywhere it wasnt busy and the Manager actually said she couldnt see anything wrong Seriously!!!!!
Decent McDonalds if it s your sorta thing, comes with the best Walmart in town too

Amazing food, hot and great flavours
Came for a night-time drive-thru. Ordered 3 junior chickens and a McDouble. Food was made sloppy though. Junior chickens were assembled sloppily. The McDouble had no ketchup .that s like the first step in the assembly line once the buns are toasted sauces. How do you forget to shoot out the ketchup?? Anyway, good experience otherwise.

Chicken sandwich was terrible. The bun was stale. A quarter size dot of mayo and 5 -8 strings of lettuce. We waited for at least 8 minutes to even get served. And we were first in line.
This Mcds charges 50 cents for lettuce to be added, A little much but ok. Get my burger home, 3 shreds of lettuce. It wasnt busy, and you had one job.
Breakfast meal deal with McD app coupon otherwise $$$$. Food was only warm having been pre-made before my walk up order and just heated up.
They charge me for ketchup for mayonnaise and barbeque sauce every other McDonald s I have been they ve never charged you charge me $1.40 for one catch up in a meanie and a barbeque sauce
Senior lady behind the cash has zero customer service skills, and the young manager has the same. Zero. Completely inept in every way. Needs replacing, and / or customer service skill training.

Im really enjoying the app and the deals. The only thing I am not confident in is getting the proper condiments that are asked/paid for. Especially when paying for mayonnaise. I have to always ask if its in the bag. Most times they run to get it after I mention it

Fast amazing service
Great service at the new Campbellford McDonalds. Drive through is always smooth and never an issue with our order. I went into the store for the first time as I wasnt sure how to redeem my points and the manager helped me. Greatly appreciated.

Absolutely horrible! wish i could give 0 stars. My fries were ROCK hard, ordered burger with NO pickles they put EXTRA PICKLES, and my ice tea tasted like pure water, don t recommend

The staff are nice. The food is not great at all. I dont blame the location though. I blame McDonalds and how they have lowered their standards in the food they serve. It not good anymore and the fries are pale and half cooked.

Last night was the SECOND time Ive ordered a 6 pack of muffins, and the SAME woman serving me, rang in my order, then IMMEDIATELY grabbed my muffins with a bare hand. There was no disinfecting her hands after the use of the till or anything.. no glove, tongs... nothing. UNREAL AND PATHETIC. Another dozen in the garbage!!!!!! FOOD HANDLING CLASS NEEDS TO COMMENSE! Have always found McDonalds food very poor quality, but the coffee is pretty good. So its a bit unfair for me to give an unbiased review.
Friendly enough staff but they got my order wrong.

Lacking care and empathy for people who keep them employed with there hard earned money, no thank yous and missing items 90 percent of the time, and if you wait on one item, that will be the only item hot and fresh.

So when the blonde supervisor is working I dont get my discount she charges me full price everytime and she makes me wait 15 min for my lunch everytime. When your a fast food service and you only have 30 min for break FAST food is the key... Kim is an amazing cashier friendly and outgoing love her to pieces when she works I wait 5 min tops for everything.

Principle owner is helpful and up front. Great fish, either haddock or halibut. Fries are usually good, but sometime overcooked and dry. But best in town THIS is NOT About McDonalds You made a BIG ERROR!!!!!!!¡

Their parking lot, this is where some people eat when they are from out of town, has numerous 1 feet deep large holes filled with water

I ordered 2 chicken nuggets meal and I got 2 happy meal with chicken nuggets, it was raining so i didnt pay attention to the screen. Many new hired staff that is learning.
Will never visit this store again! Please hire people that can listen to what is ordered! Very very sad!
