Ready on time, hot and delicious. My hubby ate the whole pizza Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies for pizzas. I love the options. My hubby is a meat lover so usually 2 pizzas are ordered when I fancy my own. Parking: Right out front, lots of parking.

Went here after the santa clause parade to get the kids some dinner j couldnt order online because the app wouldnt let me sign in or change my password wait in the store to place an order for about 10 min they kept taken everyone that walked in and already placed an order taken there money before even letting me place my order I wont recommend this location to anyone because of this poor custom service the can keep there free cheesy bread coupon

I order a meat feast pizza and they send me a cheese pizza, I try to call back to get back the meat pizza and they ask me to pay it,I really feel sad about it, because I was telling my friend domino is my favorite pizza.

The main reason for choosing Dominos in Cobourg was that they recently donated a pizza party for our daughters last day of school and I ve seen them donate to other community events too like food bank food drives. horrible. Waited 20 minutes past the pickup time the app said ready. Was on the board as ready for pickup still waited 20 minutes. She tried to get me to pay twice, ignored me for a while I had to ask twice to get an answer was waiting on bread. Why did the app say ready? forgot my ranch sauce as well.

I used the future time option for 5:15, so I could pick it up on the way to work. I arrived at 5:16 and it hadnt been started yet. Left, filled up on gas and grabbed some coffee. When I returned I still had to wait. I paid while waiting and got out at 5:38. This is unacceptable in my opinion. There were many others in the lobby upset as well.

Order carry out via the app. They were extremely busy but still dealt with everything with professionalism and as smoothly as they could. Food was still warm when I got it and yummy!

Placed order online at 6:04pm. It was supposed to be ready in 37-45 minutes. Arrived at the store at 6:45. Store was packed with people waiting for their order. I waited for over 1 hour and then was told they never even started making it. Disgraceful way to conduct business. I went to Swiss Chalet instead and it took 5 minutes.

Its Dominos pizza...good pizza and some great deals. This order was a 50% off promo. The pizza is good...comes hot but its not going to change your world. Service at our store is generally good to excellent but franchises vary. Cheers to Cobourgs Dominos...you do it right. Survey came too late for a photo. Dominos is always in our take out rotation.

Ordered pizza on a very busy night and it took longer than expected (which I understood!). Received a call from the manager/owner the next day with an apology and he offered to make it right. I had not complained in any way but he reached out anyway. Very impressed by the customer service demonstrated by this store!

We ordered pizza for the school fundraiser which is amazing that Domino s supports our community. This show of support came out in full force Thursday night and this location was overwhelmed with orders, which is a fantastic thing. The employees were amazing, helpful and worked really hard to try to keep up. The owner was absolutely wonderful he was working hard to try to help out and keep everybody informed. He even followed up with a phone call the next day to apologize for the delays top notch customer service!!

First time ordering on line for pick up and it was easy with the help of my teenage granddaughter, haha! I didn t have to pay on line, I opted to pay at pick up. The tracking part of the order process is amazing and our pizzas were ready in less than 20 minutes! Wow! And, the freshness of the food, the choices and taste were all amazing! I m so happy to have tried this and the service in the storefront, PERFECT! Couldn t have had better representatives! Customer service experience and food get 10+**** from me! Ordered a pizza tonight for delivery was the wrong order. Called them, instead of accepting the mistake they blame us for not saying the correct item.we did. Tell us they will replace it but we must pay. After eating the pizza we did receive instead of the one we actually ordered we are so dissapointed. Terrible customer service.

We were coming back from a lovely road-trip and we decided to check out Domino s in Cobourg. While traveling along the 401, I went online and placed the order. The store called back to confirm the order and time of arrival. When we pulled in, our pizza was just coming out of the oven. We were on our way home to Ennismore eating a delicious pizza made to perfection.

Dont order an hour before close, theyll wait til close and cancel the order without any notice. Thanks Aditi.

I have been ordering from this location for a while. But recently it seems like a bunch of unhygienic people started working here. Seriously like none of them WASH THEIR HANDS before making any pizzas. I bet you wont believe me until you go there and watch them. I wonder if they ever wash their hands after using the washroom. I would rather starve to death.

Dominos never fails. Always been happy with the food and service. App is easy to use and incorporates coupons. This time around we were provided with 3 Large 3 Toppings pizzas. No complaints, app told us when to pick it up, was still steaming when we were eating it. Thanks again!

Took over 10 min to try to order.. the two girls didnt know their menu or deals. The guy cooking the pizzas came over and took my order, didnt get exactly what I asked for but close.. pizza wasnt the greatest.. havent tried it since it opened. Cant see myself ever trying it again.

Ordered at 330pm for pick up at 545pm. Not ready, will be in 10 minutes. Went back 12 minutes later it inducated 7 more minutes. Then 2 minutes. Asked if it was ready and it was taken from bottom of the pile. Very light on cheese, light on oepperoni, good on green olives and pineapple Not hot after 4 minutes drive home

Attempted to order a pizza on the phone but was told that they no longer deliver to our area. I have lived here for 5 yrs and have never had a problem getting them to deliver. Suddenly they say no more then 10km and we are apparently 12km. We tip well each delivery. Will not longer be providing them with our business unfortunately. If I could give 0 stars I would.

ordered online, don t have service at work, confirmed that my order was for this location on the app more than once, then when i go to pick it up they say they had the wrong number and didn t make my order because they couldn t phone me. isn t that why you order online and confirm online?

Ordered a pizza. Went to pick it up at the assigned time. No pizza ready for me. Once home, I received a call an hour later saying it was ready. I told them to forget it as that was not good enough. I was told I could no longer order pizza from that location. Oh, ouch Great business model. Look elsewhere for a better attitude.

On a very busy Friday, Pizza delivery to house was delayed. I phoned the store on Saturday morning, explained to the manager what happened. He apologized and made amends. Very pleased with managers response.

The only thing that is wrong is not enough toppings and you close to early. I wanted to order pizza at 11 and you should be one pizza place that stays open considering how popular you are. These people have no sense of social distancing, masks and dont seem to be customer centric. Pizza was alright though.

I placed an order for honey garlic wings. They were horrible. I phoned and complained and was told they could send out another order but they would be the same. Whats the sence. They should have reimbursed if anything. Never order wings from there.

The service provided were absolutly reprehnsible ! I repeatedly attempted to order food from this venue but to no avail. They were extremly discourteous . The Guy on the phone was extremly inpationt, cant speak english and evantually hung up and im still waiting for my order

Can I just say how IMPRESSED I am with how Dominos Cobourg has their store set up due to Covid? The entire cash wrap has plexiglass separating staff from customers to keep them safe, they have a limit of 2 customers in the store at once, and their debits are set up on plastic wrapped tables with a bottle of hand sanitizer next to each of them. All employees are wearing masks as per the by-law and the debit machines are automatic so they are completely contactless for customers using tap. The pizza is also delicious and staff is friendly as always!

Had a very bad pizza I ordered a 4 topping pizza and it was looking like that they have used left overs from previous orders. The quantity they have used for pizza was not equivalent to 2 toppings. I also ordered a cheesy bread they gave me whole loaf of over cooked bread I checked it when I reached my home. I paid for taxi to pick up my pizza and they asked me to come back with that pizza and pay for taxi twice. Manager put me on hold and never got any call back. Worst dominos location. Ruined my new year dinner. I wish I could share the pictures of the pizza. I need a sincere apologize. Order #: 189 Date: 12/31/2018 9:37PM.

Nothing cool about this store. Wont be back. Has gone downhill. I used to be regular customer. Guy sounds like the undead answering the phone. Dont want him making my pizza. Had a problem on 2 for price of 1 Tuesday. Ordered 2 XL peperoni pizza and got price. Thought it was high. Called same order at other Dominoes in Peterborough and Bowmanville and it was cheaper out the door. I complained to office. Got bogus answer. Wont be back. Will buy from Bowmanville which is awesome pizza. Buy from 2 for 1 Cobourg across the street instead.

We moved to the area recently and I am an avid dominoes fan but this location has ruined dominoes for me. We are 5 mins away from the store (that is generous) its actually less than a KM. Our last five delivery orders have taken over 25 mins from the time they are sent for delivery to the time they actually arrive My most recent order showed it had been delivered on the app while I was standing outside waiting for it. I called the store to confirm they didnt send it somewhere else and explained that they are delivery me cold pizza every time because of how long its sitting in the drivers car. I order the crubchy thin crust so it doesnt stay hot like regular pizza. Although the girl was pleasant she offered me 15 dollars as a sorry. My order was 24 and still had not arrived. She and I were on the phone an additional 15 mins so my pizza finished baking at 9:09 and wasnt delivered until 9:49. Forty minutes!!!!!! I placed the order at 854. The kicker to this is that my cold pizza was actually burnt (this was a first for being burnt) and it wasnt just visually burnt it was all I could taste except for the piece dead centre. I was told I would get a call back the following day from the manager. It has now been three days and no call, no concern to correct the situation, nothing. I will never eat from this store again. Not only do you make one of the worst pizzas I have had from a dominoes, but you wait til its cold to deliver it and then burn it so bad its inedible.

Worst location ever i had an employee tell me my pizza was free because it was late by 30 mins just to have a manager come back to my house 15 mins later to collect the 25$ pizza and have him yell at my girlfriend and rip her credit card from her hands. Never ordering from here again i suggest you dont either.

I live within walking distance and have ordered from this location over 50 times. The pizzas are always good quality and the price cannot be beat. Hands down the best pizza chain in the city for quality and price. The staff have always been super nice and efficient.

Used to be better. Not my go to anymore. They never have that amazing unlimited topping deal like before. I usually go for Boston Pizza. Those boneless bites though, woooo!! Hot sauce is actually hot & I love spicy!

Have to say I was surprised with the amount of toppings and cheese they add to your pizza usually domions cheaps put on this stuff but the one at this location was did not amazing pizza with fresh toppings and quick service cant complain best pizza joint in coubourg so far.

I had the best experience at this Dominos Location. The staff was very friendly and helpful with finding me the best coupons for this large order I was placing for my son s birthday party. All pizzas I ordered came out very nice, and totally worth the money. I really enjoyed the spinach and feta pizza, it s become my new favourite pizza. No other pizza place in cobourg makes a pizza like this Dominos. I normally don t write reviews but the service and quality was so exceptional, I just had too! I highly recommend

Never ordered from them before and used the app as I had done in New York City and in that case got timely delivery and an excellent pizza. Not so this time. We don t have the easiest location to find and it was the drivers first night so I will give him a pass for the 35 minutes to deliver on a 5 min route from the store. However the pizza was also bad - ordered double cheese and got what I would say was barely acceptable as single cheese on a pizza. My wife said we should order from someone else. I told her Dominos was good. I won t be winning that argument in the future. As noted I will give the driver a pass on his first night but getting a basic pizza order wrong doesn t work for me
