All I order here is their stuffed crust special. Normally ordered in advance on the app with an approx wait time. The cheese in the crust is rarely melted, still in the solid form it was put in. A simple pizza. Well, I always have to wait like tonight, while customers walk in an over huge orders and walk out with same order and leave. In tonights case, a couple ladies came in right in at my pickup time, walked out ten mins later with at least 4 large pizzas and two large bags of sides. I was served 10 mins later, with surprise, a pizza I had to heat up at home to melt the bloody cold cheese in the crust! Last visit was 8 months ago, where my order was forgotten and I waited close to 50 mins. Asked for a couple of their sugar laden creamy garlics to be told I could have 1. Their too busy, and poorly organized. Then the obscene price hikes again and again. Too many ups and downs. Cant go to this place again..

Owners replaced the staff seemingly overnight with new canadians and the quality of the food has gone with them, prices are up. Wont be going here anymore.

They charge for marinara sauce for breadsticks and the girl working there is rude other times I went I was not charge maybe they pocket the money for marinara sauce that they charge you which they not suppose too

I don t know what happened, we ve always ordered from this place and had the best deep dish pizza from. Especially with bacon wrapped crust. We ordered a deep dish pizza tonight as usual, but it was so undercooked it was doughy. We ate the bacon and the pepperoni but had to throw the rest out. Please go back to the old recipe for deep dish pizza!

Awful customer service and uncooked food. Brought our order home to bite into raw stuffed bread sticks the dough inside was complete raw. I called the restaurant to inform them that this had happened. I told them I did not want a refund I just wanted to let them know so it doesn t happen to the next customer the staff replied with well that s not our fault I do t know what you want me to do about it .

Quite possibly the worst little caesers I have experienced. The *puffs* were over cooked. Edges were slightly burnt. Chicken bites coating was actually raw/mushy and had what looked like white freezer burnt spots in certain places . Chicken wings skin were rubbery . Pizza was fair but the crust almost seemed slightly underdone . Have signs up advertising dips in certain flavors but we were told the dips we asked for were only offered at franchise stores (they think) . Overall yuck. Wont be back to that location for sure.

Away from home for work, theres nothing better than a pizza. And then you have lunch for the next day!

They say 12 pieces but that includes corner pieces of round pizza. Not even big enough to be a bite. Awful, awful. Never again!

Living in cobourg for 3 years, we ve been before the reno and after. Not sure if new management, but the quality in food is definitely better. Having to wait 3-10 minutes sometimes isn t an issue for us, but I can see how it could be for others. Comparing to other Little Caesar s around southern Ontario, this location is far superior. We typically get bread sticks and the hot and ready pizza. The breadsticks are typically great at this location, the pizza; when hot, again, is far better than most locations. It s Little Caesar s, not a high end pizza joint. Service is typically good here, I haven t had any issues. When we need something quick, as far as quality goes in Cobourg, this is our spot.

We ordered ahead pizza was not ready when we arrived but the few minutes that we had to wait was worth it.

This little Caesars always has great, friendly staff and the pizza is always quality. I have never had a long wait or frustrations. One time I had an incorrect order (Ive been there countless times). I got a pepperoni pizza and Im a vegetarian. The next time I was there I mentioned it and I was promptly given an apology and was reimbursed without any difficulty. Honestly, better customer service than you can expect at more pricey pizza places. THANK YOU LITTLE CAESERS STAFF!

First review Ive ever written because this place was just that good. Ordered on skip, our food was amazing but they went above and beyond - we also received plates, seasonings, and dips that were not selected when we ordered. Had to speak to an employee when one of the drinks we ordered was not in stock, and the customer service was great as well. Thank you guys!!

I ordered three medium pizza with only cheese and tomatoes sauce. I was shocked when I asked them, how long it will take, then they answered me that it will take only 6 minutes. That was really fast service. As for the taste , they were really tasty and fresh.

Used to be good, new ownership wont honor deals, 7+ hour old pizza.

I was disappointed with my order today. Firstly I was over charged by more than $10 and had to ask twice for the money back. The food seems to be done differently than other little Ceasars. The crazy bread has a strange spice taste to it, they burn the ends of the bread which makes it chewy and tough, and also has very little Parmesan Cheese/oil which in my opinion is the best part. I also ordered Italian cheese bread and I was extremely disappointed. Basically it was a thick crust cheese pizza. It was Just bread with pizza sauce and cheese. Im not sure if the cook didnt know how to make Italian cheese bread or if this location just does as they please but now that the Porthope location is closed Cobourg is the only option. I used to drive to Porthope for their crazy bread as she turned her oven down a touch so the bread wasnt burnt at the ends, an did addd her Italian cheese bread was amazing. Why is your food so much different than other franchises?

Had a bit of a wait which is unusual for this place. But due to the weather they had to throw out a few pizzas because nobody was coming in. So if you wanted anything like wings or meatlovers they would make it fresh for you. That is good but it caused the wait. As always the food is good and hot.

Normally Little Caesars has their own pizza boxes. This is the second time I have received a pizza box that was plain white. Very strange as I think they are selling pizza off the books

I recently stopped in at this establishment...to order food for friends and myself ...the man who served me was very rude and snappy. He did not seem interested in my questions about the menu ....also the place was filthy ... definitely will not go back...ever. not goto any little Caesars little cae

Pathetic management. I had an issue with my order and I called in to just let them know. I was very surprised to hear the man tell me too bad about your experience and that if I did not like it, I should go to Dominos and /or Pizza Pizza . As a matter of fact sir, I shall do so but not without a letter to your head office. Good luck.

This little caesars has made me look at little caesars differently. I used to hate it. But i was so hungry and after shopping at no frills I was like screw it lets just grab a pizza for 5$. I was in a rush so decided to try it. Now i have probably spent 100$ in the last month there! Its delicious!! So fast and easy. Always ready. Definitely ordering a BBQ chicken next time. I never write reviews. But i had to!! Thank you!

Great food! I was also really impressed with the gentleman behind the counter. After telling him that I had a pork allergy he made recommendations on how they could accommodate me. I ve been to this location once. Never been back. The pizza was over cooked and the crazy bread was dried up. Wasn t worth the price I paid. Much better pizza joints to visit in Cobourg and area.

Small, but clean store. Great food, always hot and ready! The new 5 Meat Feast pizza makes my taste buds water!! The staff always greet you with a smile and are very polite. I go in from time to time to get crazy bread and the staff are always welcoming and accomodating. Food is always fresh and warm, and the store is always clean.

Father in law took a bite of his pizza and almost broke his tooth on a white marking crayon...why it was baked into the pizza? Who knows.

My experience here tells me that there is something sinister happening in this small community. After grocery shopping at No Frills I stopped in there to order a few pizzas and had to wait some time. While waiting a group of men were already in the shop speaking to each other in the same language to the man behind the counter. These people were getting louder and louder and I was getting more uncomfortable as it felt like a fight was going to break out amongst the group and the man behind the counter. I thought I was in some gangster movie and I was going to be the innocent by stander that every one always says he was in the wrong place at the wrong time, poor guy. Long story short, I did not stick around. I went to my car and waited. Ran back in after 12 minutes (enough time to not have to wait), grabbed my pizza, ran out the door and never looked back. Lets just say I will never go to this pizza place again in my life regardless of the cheap pizza . Saving a few bucks is not worth getting stabbed or shot. Sorry I am reporting my experience here.

I went to this pathetic place to order pizza and was yelled at by the guy in the front because I asked for an extra topping on a pizza he hadnt even made for me yet. I didnt ask for this topping for free. I just thought to add bacon to my pepperoni. HE FREAKED RIGHT OUT calling me all sorts of names. If I hadnt already paid for the pizza and crazy bread I ordered I would have left immediately. If I wouldnt goto jail for punching this guy in the face I would have probably done that, but I didnt. This is how obnoxious this place is. Cheap pizza at a cost. Your self respect. I DONT LIKE WRITING REVIEWS BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IT TAKES A LOT OF BLOOD AND SWEAT, TIME AND MONEY FOR A PERSON TO BUILD THEIR BUSINESS.

This chain cannot decide whats on their menu. Bacon wrapped pizza on menu, off menu, back on accompanied by an ad campaign apologising for the removal. Now its gone again. So am I. I wont bother checking again.
