I would just like to thank “beard guy” for making our late night last minute dinner absolutely delicious. We had a rough time with another pizza place this evening and he came to our rescue. This location has always been good to us and I’m now feeling awful we never seem to think of it first!! But that’s going to change now. Food was prepared beautifully and super quick, absolutely love that he double checked with me about my wife’s modifications to her Stromboli. We are always nervous with her allergies and things being missed but that’s not a fear with beard guy working!! We will definitely be ordering again!
The pizza was hot and the crust was so crispy, our cashier was very friendly and just very good at his job. It seemed like he was enjoying being there, even though he probably wasn't cause these jobs stink, but I just appreciate his vibe.
Disappointed I ordered a small Pepperoni pizza With creamy garlic drizzle. However. When my pizza arrived, it did not have the creamy garlic drizzle. I'm disappointed because I paid extra. As a person who works in customer service. I understand how this could happen. But you have to be more careful to make sure that it doesn't. I have read a few other reviews about things that have not been done that were requested It shows a lack of care for customers. Just remember, if somebody orders something extra as well as pay extra for it. Please make sure it gets done. Thank you

Ordered pizza in house. It was quite busy so when our order was done I had a quick loo at our pizzas. There was a long black hair in our cheese pizza. I asked to speak to a manager - I guess I was directed to the owner. He was curt and unapologetic, tried to deny us a refund. Seemed very short tempered. We ended up walking away and getting pizza elsewhere. I would stay clear of this place. *The generic response to reviews is pointless. Owner also has friends leave 5 stars in order to keep an appearance of better reviews which says a lot about a businesses integrity*
Work across the street and thought we'd order something different for dinner. What a mistake. Pizza was completely RAW in the middle, when I called back to ask for a refund they asked me to bring the pizza back. I agreed and asked them to notify me when the new pizza was done (I didn't really want the new pizza but they were only going to give me a credit of $10.00 even thought the pizza was was $20) and I'd return their raw pizza. I got over there and it hadn't even been started and I was harassed by the owner to call off my complaint through their 1800 number. Haven't touched pizza since then, was quite disgusting.
I ordered extra cheese and this it was what I got who ever is cooking today is a terrible cook as I used to work for this franchise and this is the worst pizza I have ever seen out of the company Well here is the update... was promised a replacement pizza for the trash that was sent originally to me for my order.... WOW too my surprise no replacement pizza was sent. This store is absolute trash. I will be telling everyone I know in the cobourg area to never order from the cobourg store ever

Placed online order. It went through and i was charged. Got the notification. Heard nothing from company all week. Call hotline and was told it was there. Husband went to pick it up...THEY DIDNT HAVE THE ORDER....called back to hotline and after 10 minutes they said it was at store. I am sooo mad i took pizza pizza off my phone and will not deal with them ever again. Pass the buck and take no responsibility. Wheres customer service???

I come to the Cobourg pizza pizza on my lunch breaks sometimes and I am always greeted with a warm welcome and fast service!
Asked for the slice,dip, and drink. The worker didn t hear me but charged me the price of the combo $6.77. I asked for the drink and she said I would have to pay an extra $1(making it 7.77) when I paid the combo price already for just a slice and dip. There was also flies all over the pizza.

My cousin went inside and asked if she could use the restroom, so then they told her that they will open in 2 min. Later when I went in they told me someone is using the restroom. So basically they are just lying about it and didn t want anyone using it since it was nearing closing time.

Excellent experience in store especially jasmeet deal with full of regards and we Excellent give ratting to his. She is so nice with customers and provide all details to new one or old one who never know about pizza. Lastly, store is Excellent. Vegetarian options: Onion, green peppers and mushrooms as well as sun dried tomatoes.

Owners replaced the staff seemingly overnight with new canadians and the quality of the food has gone with them, prices are up. Wont be going here anymore.

Washrooms out of order but no out of order sign, just locked. Asked for a key, and then they said oh it must be out of order . I said I ordered online I m a paying customer who needs to use the washroom. Then they said they would check, and after 5 minutes still no answer. Also it s very dirty here and has a bad odor.
We went in after a day walking around the beach, we ordered our pizza and drinks on the app and went to the store to eat inside. I asked for some water for our 17month old son just needed a cup to refill his cup. The guy said at first sorry we dont give out cups of water, then once he knew it was for my son he went into the back, Im almost positive he grabbed a bottle from his own lunch bag for Noah. He was amazingly friendly funny and the definitely where the bar needs to be for customer service and support. We couldnt be happier being served by thos wonderful employee!!
Tired of delivery taking so long and pizza pizza just putting you on hold for 10 minutes so they dont have to honor their 40 minutes or its free. Delivery driver marks delivered before he gets here to make it seems like he made it in time. Last time we will be ordering from this location. Mediocre pizza with extremely long deliver time. Normally dont bother trying to get the pizza for free but this keeps happening so I felt like it was fair to hold them to their promise.

If you want bugs in your food then this is the perfect place for you store manager tried telling us that it didnt come from the store. Yep I totally cooked the cockroach into the cheese myself never again will we go to this location. Head office was amazing thought

The most disappointing pizza. Cold no cheese hardly any toppings. I was shocked because I always got pizza there, but was reading other reviews and to find out there are new owners. That explains why and when I went in to complain there was nothing done about it. I understand they gotta make money but happy satisfied customers equals repetitive business. When you spend your hard earned money on anything you should be getting equivalent services. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE.
I got to be honest I ve been here a couple of times, and I ve had some great fresh pizza. I understand quality control isn t top priority but the 20min drive up to pizza pizza was the worst decision I could have ever made. The pizza was literally disgusting .no effort was put into it it was straight dough. Especially being the fact that I got charged extra for a garlic base to find that there s nothing under the cheese .but then again we couldn t see much cheese either. And the fact that it was a three topping pizza and there was barley any meat. Not sure who made my pizza but you definitely didn t care to try at your job. My $40 would have tasted better in this instance. None the less the other times pizza was nice and cheesy and hot but this time was a serious disappointment .do better who ever you are.
Went to this location Oct 11, 2023. Ordered the Xtra large take out special. It was our 1st time at this location as we are new to the area. We were served by a a east Indian young lady. Following our order we waited inside the store while our pizza was being prepared. I immediately noticed the women that just served us at the cash preparing a box of Onion Rings for someone else. She was arranging the rings in the box with her fingers. She had not washed her hands before touching the food. Gross!!!! My turn - This woman then proceeded to pick up some garbage on the the floor and throw it out. She then started making my Pizza. Again, she had still not yet washed her hands. Touching the dough. Spreading the dough. Hands in the cheese. Hands in the pepperoni. I finally spoke up and called over the other person working in the kitchen. I told him everything that this woman was doing. He immediately went over to her and told her to go and wash her hands. So so so so filthy dirty. Terrible habits should should never happen in the food industry especially when the customer is watching. When I received my pizza I was told not to worry because pizza is cooked at over 500 degrees and all bacteria will be killed at that temperature. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!! I argued that and said what is she doesn t wash her hands after using the bathroom? Would that be ok because it s cooked at 500 degrees. This location has lost a customer. I will never go to this location again The response from the owner was ridiculous. I will never be back and I will tell everyone about this.
