Pizza Salvatoré in Cobourg

O.k. so after my first bad review, I promised them (by email to the customer service Dept.) that I'd give it another try. Well, what a WASTE of my hard earned money !!! This time I ordered it fresh and waited there, got it and sat there to eat it FRESH and Hot, so I can get the pull apart cheese affect like the photos (in case going home first and cooling down would lose some of that). Well, it hardly did any cheese stretching. The cheese what amount was on there, as it cooled down to still hot, but hot I can put in my mouth safely, was kinda lumpy chunks instead of spread out flat on the pizza (kinda odd). No Seasoning !! Absolutely no real flavour to it, except the flavour of cheese and the topping, but I mean no seasoning, nothing special above the most basic pizza anyone can make. Every single type of frozen pizza from grocery store you can get and heat up tastes at least a bit or much better than this. Is this really a franchise ? No way others here saying it's the best pizza, etc.. are real reviews. Every other place in Cobourg makes better pizza !! I can and have made better pizza at home. No, no ones paying me to be mean or I don't have any side reason to be bashing them, except for being a Foody and believe in giving HONEST Reviews. I'll never go back, even if offered a free pizza. Sorry, I tried giving the new guys a try. If the owner of the company wants to mee there, reach out to me and we'll eat one together. Maybe they're doing something wrong ? Maybe they're cutting corners to save money ? IDK.

First time here and probably the last time. Wanted a slice but they don’t sell slices but they have an opening special a small pizza 2 toppings $6.99. Turned out their small is a Pizza Hut personal size but ok. Chintzy toppings bready, asked for pepperoni and extra cheese was told that was 3 toppings so settled for pepperoni and sausage. Blah! Pizza Pizza is gourmet pizza compared to this. 4/10. Or less.

I checked your closing time on your website and it’s says at 11 on Thursdays. Rushing there after work to get a bite to take out but the employees said they normally close at 10:45 (I was there at 10:40) please change the closing time on your website. Or educate your employees to work till actual closing time.

I ordered a free pizza from their app and it costs upto 1.51 including tax, but when i pay on pick up they charged me 1.35 extra !!! I just buy a small 7 up for 2.99 , but the total of pizza and 7up is 6.42 including tax. It’s just a matter of $1.35, we asked that very politely but the store manager behave very rudely and they asked us to get out from the store.

Wow I just have to say this pizza place was absolutely delicious! We ordered for delivery and was nice and quick and fresh and hot! First time trying and highly recommend this place! Will definitely be ordering again! 1 med meat lovers pizza 1 med Canadian pizza

Pizza is made with fresh ingredients, hot out of the oven, nice flavour and seasoning… my go to local pizza place now! You gotta indulge in the stuffed crust and the dessert poutine will satisfy your chocolate craving with all that chocolate drizzle!!! Perfection

Not as good as their Quebec locations, but it's new, so I'm guessing they are learning the ropes. Will definitely try it again in the future... It's missing the roled crust perhaps. Very thin at the edges unfortunately.

First time trying their pizza. Wasn’t disappointed. Had the all dressed with spicy mayo dipping sauce. First day open after some minor issues a month ago. I highly recommend this place to at least try. I’ll be going back for more. Edit: added more photos. Latest edition was the cheese curds! Loved the extra cheesiness. Definitely my all time favorite pizza place in Cobourg.
