We have been going to Cobourg East Side Mario s for years. The service is always great, food is delicious and it s kid friendly. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Tuesday is the best day to come with kids :)

Our server Gabby was great! She was attentive, made sure our four kids were taken care of, and brought lots (and lots) of bread. She even did a paper airplane race with them. Definitely would be back to have her again! :)

Ordered online order would not go through with Visa or my Visa debit, but the money came off my Visa debit called the store and they said that they would have the order ready and I would just have to show proof that the payment came out of my account when I got there I showed proof of payment coming out, but it wasn t enough and they never had my food ready. I ve ordered from this location several times and never had an issue, but this time was treated very differently and will never go back again very disappointed. Still haven t been reimbursed for payment and went home with no food.

Erin our server was exceptional, very joyful, very knowledgeable about her job and the menu and a very pleasant person to deal with, i also passed on my experience with her manager kristen who was also very good to deal with. Service was great and food was great and all I can say we will be back based on our great experience with both staff members and the food.

Not sure about the standards or professionalism here. Theres a sign on the expo side that says dont talk to the kitchen if the bill isnt over 25-30 min. Thats not a great attitude to have in the workplace, and not really great for the customers to see this sign. Our food took longer than 30 min, not sure if our server was able to talk to the kitchen or not? When it did arrive, while it was tasty enough, it wasnt overly hot. I feel as though we were written off by our server right away, because we had small children. Or maybe it was her first night? We were never offered refills on our beverages, didnt ask if we wanted more bread etc. It was not a pleasant experience overall, I would have a hard time recommending this restaurant. Hopefully it was just an off night for you guys.

A chain restaurant that has old school family touch. Other locations and other chains don t compare. Many years going there now and always very pleased.

Came in for dinner as we are from out of town. Was a little busy, so manager sat us and took our order. We had to wave down a server and ask for our bread. We told her we did not know who our server was (20 mins later). She was pleasant and took us on. Our order was late as my order was made wrong in the back. I ordered chicken parm all Alfredo. The first order was made with tomato sauce in back so they fixed it. The problem was they reused the chicken. I have food allergies. I had to get it remade again. Hailey our server was fantastic but I feel my meal should have been discounted. Overall, was not impressed.

This was once one of my favourite meals. The last couple visits have shown a decline in the quality of food served. I was disappointed in the hot portion. The salad was surprisingly the best part. Staff were friendly but it is just not enough to justify returning.

Went for dinner with a larger family, including three hyper young boys! Nicole was out server and she was AMAZING!!!! From the beginning she went above and beyond, made sure to include our kids and have fun with them all the while making sure we had everything we needed! Out of all the places I have been she has been the best server I have ever had! We will come back to hopefully get served by Nicole again! Wonderful, lovely, professional! Had Nicole as our server, she was nothing short of amazing! The food was ready fast and she checked in and kept up with our large party. 10/10 recommend visiting for the service and food.

We had reservations at Boston Pizza, but they lost our reservation and wouldn t find a way to work with our 11 adults and 7 kids. We called around and you were willing to accommodate us. Despite the delay with getting the tables set up and getting seated, Nicole was fantastic! She kept us hydrated and got the food out quickly. She made our night, and I can t thank her enough.

Our original dinner reservation for 18 people was moved to East Sides when the originally booked restaurant claimed we were not in the system and they had no room for us. East Sides said they could have space for us in about 30mins. With limited notice of having our large party, Nicole was on top of it ensuring that the celebration was successful! She was attentive to all needs and with 7 kids among the 18, she interacted with then just as much and went above and beyond to even helping them open their Gelato dessert! Christin was an amazing server for my wife and I. The way she carry s herself is wonderful. She makes you feel like you are getting a home cooked meal from an Italian mother! I will be back just for her service! :)

Came here on Saturday evening with some friends and had an amazing server, Christine. She was so friendly a personable, and kept us updated on our mains as there was a slight delay from the kitchen. It was nice knowing she checking in on it for us, without us even asking.

Seniors menu a great idea if there was a bit more of a savings with it. Certainly smaller portions are preferential to many seniors but a greater reflection in price would be an even greater benefit. Service was good, timely and well mannered.

I stopped eating at East Sides a number of years ago. I felt that the quality and service wasnt what it once was. I begrudgingly came to East Sides in Coburg with some friends. So, East Sides in Coburg is great. Food is better and service is better. So, if your passing through Coburg, and want some good food, this is a great option.

2pm lunch. 2 of us. Waitress Marlina couldnt do enough for us. She was excellent in every way. However we found that food lacking . Not enough sauce on either entree. Ceasar salad was lacking dressing. Youre not using fresh mushrooms as they taste mushy like they came out of a can. Fresh summer peas tasted mushy. Shrimp excellent flavor. We come to your restaurant often and are finding food is lacking in flavor. Guys its the little things that matter.

I was scared of the chicken sign and the big statue. And the water tasted like water. The seats were too hard for my booty cheeks. And an old man was staring at me behind a corner I felt really assaulted and scared. And fries were too soggy. And there was hair in my friends food. Waiters were being loud walking past us.

Our fabulous server, Kristen, recommended the limited time summer pasta series menu and it certainly did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed the Crispy Chicken Cacio E Pepe & my husband loved the Summer Chicken & Shrimp Spaghetti. Thanks, Kristen, for the great recommendations & service. You were an absolute delight! Nicole was our server and she was excellent Super friendly and accommodating! We ordered the Sampler it was very good. My only minor complaint was the classic garden salad we received had little to no dressing on it first time ever. We were able to get some extra dressing. I m not sure if we were charged for it I didn t look. Very good lunch overall!

The food was a little disappointing. Our ceasar salads tasted off & the next salad ordered had little to no dressing. Other than that, the service was good and the atmosphere is nice.

Today we had a fantastic experience at this location. We were greeted with a huge smile from Jayna and seated us quickly. Angela was our server and even though it was busy she was attentive and made great suggestions. The Manager was also helpful going over the new dinner menu and answered all questions very well. i would like to recognize the service from Jayna, Angella and the great food prepared by the chefs on duty!! I would recommend this location to all my Emergency Service friends friends and family...

Tonight, my hubby and I decided to eat at this location for a celebration. We were greeted by the hostess and seated. Our server, Christine was amazing! We ve had her a few times at this location and she s always great! We love having her as our server. She s very friendly, personable and knows how to get the job done. She always gets our order correct, stays on top of the drinks and knows when to come by to check up on us and see if we need anything. I love having Christine as my waitress. I love how she can interact/make small talk as well.

Portions were good chicken parmigiana was burned ,pasta was under cooked I didnt get bread until end of meal almost,staff is doing their best I think management is the problem Us and another couple waited for 20 min while empty tables were dirty and not being cleaned ....the restaurant wasnt even that busy just miss management
