Sandwich Chef in Cobourg

Ordered through DoorDash for myself and my kids. The prices are reasonable, but because my kids are boring I would have preferred to be able to customize and ask they not add any sauce or “salad” on the two burgers. Food came on time and perfect temp. Fries are nicely done, the burgers are nom. Might order the milkshake next time, if my kids aren’t around.

I ordered from here through Door Dash twice. Both times I got the Chef Burger Combo and the Vanilla Milkshake. The first time I ordered I included an extra order of 3 cookies. Everything in the order was fantastic. Delicious meal. Great burger. My only issue was that somebody forgot to pack the three extra cookies I ordered. Mistakes happen. The second time I ordered the shake and the burger were, again, fantastic. Cookies were great. Unfortunately the fries were the super dark kind that you know were made and then dipped in oil to reheat instead of fresh ones being put down. There is also no phone number to contact this location for individual cases such as these. A little bit more care when packaging and some clear contact info could easily get this place another star.
