Very polite staff, very clean, very fast service the above a beyond award, Very first time have been inside this location and I am willing to come back, Keep up the awesomeness everyone :) (On Google they need to add the chicken wrap that is what I got and it was very good, Two other family members got the festive special and they very much enjoyed the meal) Parking: lots of space and spots.

This place was MY PLACE, with the food delivered tremendously Fast + Friendly, ALWAYS with a Smile and extra Tasty Treats from delivery driver JON. Dietary restrictions: Don t Forget to start with Perogies (w/ Cajun Sauce). Always get the Festive Special, when available, because the Chalet Stuffing and holiday dessert Chocolates are especially delicious.

Horrible service. Waited forever to be seated. People showed up after us and got seated first. Then we waited over an hour for food to arrive. It never did. We were assured it was being packed as we were leaving. We paid and still waited another ten minutes for the food which was thrown together, missing parts and was made badly!

Our host Jon gave us great customer service! Helped to push chair in for my 92 year old father and came back to check on us, if we needed any drink refills etc. Fast service as well from the staff. Wheelchair accessibility: Set us up at a table so my dad could put his walker nearby

Always such friendly staff, the food always come fast and hot! We adore our server we have often named Tara and today we had Jon help us and he was so fun for the kids - great visit!! Kid-friendliness: Kids get crayons and colouring sheets! They also get the treasure chest when they are all done!

Stopped into Swiss Chalet in Cobourg, ONT. for dinner today with my parents, and all of our meals were cooked to perfection. I ordered the Chicken Stir Fry, and it was delicious! Our server Yvonne was so polite and personable, and we all agreed on the car ride home that we re going to request her next time we come back! Overall, a wonderful experience from one of our favorite restaurants!

Spring rolls dry and chalky, and not a lot of flavor. Shrimp was delicious, the chicken always good. The fish was dry and crunchy, like a fish stick. Ribs were good with lots of sauce. We were a group of 10 and I think the server was already tired. She apologized alot , we were not looking for alot of attention but empty glasses are never good....she was very kind and good humor. Absolutely phenomenal staff here. Party of 18 and everything was perfect. Julie was amazing, and I want to point out that the vegetarian options here are great. The veggie pot pie is what I come here for.

A friend and I went into our local Swiss Chalet, (Strathy rd Cobourg) tonight for dinner and it was a great experience. I am currently in a wheelchair due to an injury and the hostess Ericka was quick to come out and open both doors and help me into the restaurant. She made sure that server helped find an appropriate table. The food was good and hot. Did not catch the servers first name but she was very pleasant.

Came in tonight for the 2 quarter chicken deal. Restaurant was very busy but our server Rebecca was attentive and friendly. Food was a little longer coming out than usual but it was excellent as usual and our server kept our drinks full while we waited . Always have an excellent time dining here.

Stopped in on our way home for dinner. Food was good, and reasonably priced! We were very overwhelmed by the spectacular service we received from Rebecca! She was very accommodating with our kids and made it special for them, she also mentioned she was fairly new but we had a hard time believing that!! Need more servers like her these days!

We had a group of twenty women for Probus girls night out go to the Cobourg restaurant. The tables were set up lovely, to accommodate all of us together. Our friendly server was right there to wait on us and one of the best parts was that all our meals came out together.

Place is decorated inside like a sports bar, with televisions hanging here and there. Food has fallen to mediocre at best. Service isnt the worst Ive seen, but could have been better. The prices they charge for soft drinks is through the roof, and the glass they bring you might hold three gulps. Then you have to flag down a server and beg for a refill. I think what pissed me off the most though, was they upsold me a bowl of soup, and then the bowl was half-full. 7 bucks for 5 spoonfuls of soup seems a bit excessive. Wheelchair accessibility: Place is accessible for the mobility challenged.

The food is always fantastic, however what surpasses the food is our delivery driver Jon . He always delivers with a smile and positivity. It is always a delight to see him and he always brightens our day! Best Swiss Chalet I have been ever been to for a meal. With food intolerances Swiss Chalet is my go to restaurant. Food was excellent. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Staff friendly and courteous. Hostess was very welcoming great personality! Our waitress was excellent and went above and beyond. Great atmosphere all round. Really enjoyed will definitely return!

My delivery experience was terrible. Our dinner arrived cold, we called the restaurant many times, no one answered. I had to call the the delivery number and after 30 minutes on the phone with them, we finally had our dinner delivered again. The driver was rude.

We had a great time bringing our grandma for her 85th birthday party and her first time ever at a Swiss Chalet!. There was about 18 of us for lunch and our waitress Jamie was amazing, very friendly taking everyones order and delivering them correctly. Food came in at a very reasonable time after we ordered which was impressive, everyone was super happy with their meals and my grandma said she had the best time ever and really enjoyed the ribs, they let us bring our own cake and brought it out which was so nice.
