Absolutely best MrSub between bowmanville and Beyond Belleville, so fresh. I arrived just before they closed, like within minutes, was greeted , ordered 2 subs, one super and one regular, both on very fresh buns, all the vegetables are perfect no wilted lettuce. Definitely will drive from trenton to get my next Mr. Sub. Thank you
Maybe if they actually put meat on the sandwiches it would be good but firehouse puts this place to shame so no use going here if they are gonna give you 90% bun and lettuce. We are leaving these greedy places behind in 2025
For anyone who wants to purchase kids meals make sure you bring your children into this location or they will refuse you saying it's company policy. When I questioned how they expected people to prove they had children for delivery etc. I was met with we don't offer delivey and another associate also chimed in. I was merely asking as I thought they were joking at first. They were not rude just did not care about anything other than policy. They were already making my subs and they had a line so I ended up just purchasing the small assorted sub for myself that I ordered and paid for a small turkey that should have been a kids meal. I have reached out to Mr. Sub corporate because I have never heard of this policy before and if this location is going against corporate policy they should be made aware. I will not be going back to this location again. Also food was okay but not worth $17 for 2 small subs

What place says you can’t buy a kids sub without your kid present. I prefer to shop without my kid if I can. Shouldn’t have to prove it’s for a kid. Insanity.
I ordered the same sub I always get from here. I enjoyed it. Food is usually consistent and reliable. Staff were polite and efficient.

Finally under new ownership!! Yay, I can finally enjoy Mr. Sub once again:) I have always preferred Mr. Sub over subway. They also contribute to the local economy by purchasing locally grown produce from Canadians; unlike subway that purchases all their ingredients from America. Not that I'm anti American it's just that we need to look after ourselves first. Way to go Mr Sub, keep it up:)

Staff was very friendly. Buns and toppings were really fresh and tasty. Dining area was spotless and washrooms clean too! Would definitely be a repeat customer here.

Sweetheart making the subs, so fast and understanding of how u ask for it to be made, amazing sense of humour the staff has all so friendly and happy jus good environment they alll deserve a raisee!
Good place, would go again. Nothing above and beyond, but would go back if I was in the area. Bread was fluffy (maybe too fluffy for some peoples preference?), subs were filled with lots of toppings, service was efficient and store inside was clean. Lots of options on the menu.

Clean, quality ingredients and attentive. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly welcome. Was given a chance to review my options without someone waiting at the cash register hurrying me up . The young gentleman whipped up one of the next veggie and cheese sandwiches I had. Cheers!

I will always be a Mr sub guy.... roast beef triple cheese and mustard heat it at home 120 seconds mik and assorted sub triple cheese tomatoes onion and lettuce and sub sauce for sure!

We made a quick stop on route to ottawa here and it was the worst mistake we have ever made in the entire trip. One of my sons sandwich came with a big fat fly, my chicken parm sandwich did not come with any sauce, it wasnt even toasted while the other two sandwiches were tasting like rotten bread. This place is absolutely disgusting.
This store is very clean and the staff is exceptional, you will never get stale bread from this store I will be back many times, Thank you
Food was ok. Not fabulous. I had a meatball sub and did not get any else on it except cheese that came with it I asked for extra cheese because the pieces were small and I got charged an extra fee. NOT good costumer service.

The place was clean, and the staff were polite, but when you asked for double of something, you had to keep asking. Case in point, when I asked for double tomato, Normally it comes with four or 5 slices of tomato on it, when I asked for double the lady added one slice and I said no I want double tomatoes so she added a second slice. The person that was serving me didnt seem to know what the word double ment. Other than this the service was okay. So only getting four stars instead of five.

There is one worker here that always skimps on the scooped meat (seafood) portion of the sub. Has now happened 3 times to me by this one worker but not other ones, including the owner.

The washrooms are closed to the clients buying food at this particular location.when asked the reason he said COVID he send us to Tim Hortons or the gas station to use the washrooms. We were traveling long distance soent $40 the reality is they are yo lazy to clean the bathroom more often wondering how dirty may be behind the counter

The old liz that works days .... is rude to kids and costumers and should not work in the public and the owner is a ripe off artists and holds the new kids pay checks for 6 months and when fired or quiet tells them they can not have there first two weeks of pay

What kind of fast food place turns off their grills an hour before closing and already has half the freaking menu packed away? Never returning, completely shocked at how lazy people are now a days trying to split even a few minutes early. Can t imagine if they actually made my sub how sad it would have been.

Had a fantastic experience here. The staff had permanent smiles painted on their face and loaded the toppings on both my subs. So refreshing when compared to Subway and the restrictions they place on topping quantity. After a recent bad experience at one of their local restaurants, Ill be coming here from now on when a sub craving hits. Only downside was that I came with a 2 for 1 coupon and it was only good for the crappy classic subs, which arent great in my opinion. Cant knock the service staff for this, though, and Ive had other varieties from this chain that were delicious.

Good sub, cold store. Didnt seem like the heat was on. Mind you we were the only ones that stayed to eat everyone else was doing take-out.
Friendly location sub shop. Rarely has more than one other table of customers there. I wouldnt be surprised if this location closes down or reduces hours to match the other merchants in the strip mall. Keeps advertising free WiFi but it is passworded and counter staff do not offer it up.
