Went to get pitas for dinner Friday night on my home from work seemed like there was a party going on with staff a staff member I believe she was in front of me ordering food she left to take a call in the back and hadn’t paid yet the girl at the till either voided or completed it without payment and than the girl took my order my price for 2 pitas came to 25.97 I tired to tap it would not let me so I had to insert my card the girl at cash went missing my debit said approved I proceeded to walk away and the girl came back to the till said oh your purchase did not go through and I said yes it said approved she told me I had to pay again so I pulled up my bank account and said yes it went through and I showed her my bank account well no receipt came out she says this happen with our system you will get your money back into your bank account in a few hours it I was bullied into payin 25.97 twice my choices were leave with no food and minus 25.97 or pay it again so it’s been almost 2 days and still have not been refunded yet. Talked to head office talked too manager the owner wouldn’t come to phone and never had a return call they feel there is nothing wrong with what happened I was charged 2 times for my order what if I didn’t have the money to pay twice I would have left with no pitas and no refund this is very bad customer service jndeed Yours truly still waiting for my money you have bad service

Just ordered a club pita with double meat watched the girl behind the counter destroy the pita trying to open it up and when I commented to her that she could need a new pita that one was garbage now she said oh it will be okay! Watched her proceed to attempt to put topping sauce and meats into this pita and have it explode as she tries to roll it up, then she grabs another pita shell opens it nicely and stuffs to original pita in still rolled up but instead of just leaving it she then starts pulling the original apart and throwing it in the garbage with some meat and toppings still attached. Extremely disappointed with this paying $20 for a $8 pita because the snotty server ruined my pita and any chance me or my family will ever return to this pita pit, staff should be trained better in food handling and customer service!!!
Great food, fast and efficient service. I didn't see the creation menu I saw in the Skip app when I went to the store. That was confusing.
Nice people and great service. I was extremely disappointed in the falafel pita. I believe it was 3 pieces of falafel, crumbled onto a low heated grill. The pita was stuffed with lettuce and other ingredients. The crumbs were put on top and it was rolled up. It had no falafel taste whatsoever....it was dried up crumbs. It cost me $12+ falafel is chickpeas, it's not an expensive item like meat. Won't be returning ..
I’ve never left a review before, but this place really surprised me. The food is excellent, but the service was phenomenal. Placed a skip order at this restaurant, and due to confusion, only received one of my pitas ordered. I called them and one of the lovely staff brought the missing item directly to my house, going above and beyond what I consider to be good service. Would order here again 10/10 absolutely.
So yummy and fresh! Perfect ratio of ingredients and sauces, and it was ready and waiting for me when I walked in the door. And I LOVE the paper packaging, hardly any plastic whatsoever. You guys are really killing it!

When I stop in Pita Pit I always get the gyro sometimes with extra meat. It never disapoints. Staff are friendly..If u like pitas this is the place to go..

Came 5 min before closing, the door was already closed. Staff, blonde lady, opened the door to say that they already cleaned the grill and were not going to make pita. Horrible!

I used to come to this location at least once a week, and while many times Id come while the manager was working which resulted in much better service and quality. Unfortunately the past few times , she has not been there, while some of the employees seem happy, more often than not they seem rather frustrated and unhappy. I order the exact same thing every time , and most of the time I am satisfied but usually depends on who is making it. I find that when I order extra meat , they tend to try and pick it up in one go which always tends to drop a few chunks of meat, and when paying almost 18 for a pita its kind of frustrating to lose like 1/8th of the meat due to rushing. As much as I enjoy Pitas , I cant see myself spending 20 dollars as regular as I did for this type of service.

Bad staff. Even if you want to use washroom they first askthat you are ordering something if you say no then they will not allow you to use washroom. Such a mean staff

2/10 for food. Service was alright but honestly disgusting food. I had the chicken souvlaki wrap, maybe other food is okay but this wrap was HORRIBLE.
The girls were nice that served me. But for what I paid, and what amounted to barely a cup of lettuce(with other veggies included) in a bowl with a table spoon of chicken and so much sauce I had to throw it out, I wont be back. It was inedible.
Horrible service my ham was cooked for 2 seconds they didnt even toasted my pita when I said toast it was cold I will never go back there again the girl that served us was really moody
You tell them what you want on your pita and they put it on there, cant complain. All of the people who work there are really nice as well.

Google Maps has said you are open till 9 since the pandemic started. It is April 2022 and you are still not open until 9. Change your hours on Google please.

I was so impressed with the staff and food choices here. My pita was made to perfection and was absolutely delicious. Nice and close to the highway (im regularly passing thru the area) and I look forward to a return visit.

Best Pita Pit location Ive been to! The three girls working were so nice and our food was the best weve had at this franchise. Clean as a whistle too. Dietary restrictions: Loads of vegan and veg options.

I understand that the food industry is having trouble staffing and i accept that but not at the cost of customer service. My order had two errors: tht forgot to grill my veggies and they made my daughters yogunfruz the rog flavour. I politely asked the woman to grill my veggies and i wasnt going to mention the yogunfruz mistake but my daughter brought to my attention. I then brought that up to the staff politely. Once our food was prepared and wrapped, it was placed on top of the counter. I again asked if i may have a bag for my food. The staff member looked extremely put out but my request, she put my dinner in the bag and dropped it onto the counter.....didnt close the bag.....no sorry for the mistake......no thank you or have a good evening. I accept the mistakes but not the rudeness. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of leadership for that team and i am not sure if i will go back. As a result of the staffs poor attitude, the food itself was....ho hum...nothing j wouls recommend. Lastly, why does Pita Pit allow the food delivery driver not to wear a mask while in the store around customers? They had no problem telling customers that the store was at capacity and asked them to wait outside, yet they allow a maskless individual to be indoors? Where is the leadership and management?
I ordered falafel in a pita - my preferred fast food from other Pita Pit locations. I asked for mushrooms, onions, green peppers and falafel to be grilled on a grill and the filled pita to be toasted. Shortly after, when I was eating the pita, it became clear that the vegetables and the falafel from the grill were cold and raw. The pita was cold to the touch and the falafel fell apart into raw crumbles. I called the Pita Pit location to let them know about it but they said that The next time tell us you want it more toasted. Really?!? It was raw, not even heated, let alone toasted. And there wont be the next time. Now my stomach hurts...
Restaurant is open, but bathrooms are closed. When I asked the staff they said they are too busy to clean them. What else are they too busy to clean? Most restaurants are open for indoor dining, they cant even open up their bathroom.
Love the food and smoothies
I get so much attitude from staff at this store - multiple visits - trying to adjust to an allergy I have that when ordering. One simple request to use different fork for the spreads. Every other Pita Pit they are so accommodating and nice - but very confrontational and rude here.

My first time at this particular location. We tried this because I am a long time fan of the location in Lindsay. I felt safe to find a satisfying meal, because I have over the years visited that other location. I wanted to believe that other locations would step up to the same standard. Particularly since my eating habits have recently shifted to consume a more Ketogenic diet. I was not disappointed. It took me a moment to grasp what was being offered. The woman taking my order walked me through the most appropriate user-friendly approach. And the woman who prepared my food was patient and also made great suggestions.
Staff was incredible and very patient. Especially since I came in 5 minutes before closing. Food was good and fresh and delicious. Thank you!

Just stopped here for a pita. Even though they were busy they seemed excessively slow. However, they should have had an idea how long the backup was and not put my meat on the grill as soon as I ordered and have it sit there cooking for 20 minutes. I ordered double meat which they put on their grill, then I saw them take half that meat to put in someone elses pita. They tried to pass it off like nothing happed. The pita tasted alright despite the over done meat but these things are small. A regular size double meat pita here is a little smaller than a 6 sub so keep that in mind if you are really hungry. Overall very disappointing.
