Store was empty at 5pm and it felt like we were bothering the employees . Salad only filled half the bowl and my tuna sub hardly had any tuna on it. Was not offered any utensils or my receipt. Staff seemed uncaring. One of the worst Subways I have ever been to.
Just over $27. for 2 gluten free 6 inch subs. Plus 24. for a 12 inch and a mini wrap and 2 bags of chips. Coupon did not work. It was only good at participating stores. Prices way too high and felt like we were interrupting the servers.

Ordered from this place online and they told me that my order didn't come in and that I couldn't get a refund or my subs all while being extremely rude. Would put zero if possible, go to a different subway.
My husband and I went to this subway for 20 years and have had amazing service and great food. Ever since 2020 (new owners) The Subway in cobourg is just awful. Bad customer service, extremely rude and ignorant, rolling of eyes and speaking things in their language ( after we ask for something) seems directed and as if they are talking about us. We are now driving to port hope for are subway nights now.
The guy that was there serving my husband's food kept rolling his eyes, didn't give enough food what was paid for a ignores the request of what items wanted on the sub. Definitely will be spending the extra drive to go to the other location, this place might want to consider an employee that isn't rude! Won't be back at all
If I could give this restaurant no stars, I would. I was in tonight after working a very long, tiring shift thinking that I could quickly pick up a chopped salad, which I very much enjoy from Subways (usually). In the recent past I have come to this exact location and never had an issue ordering a chopped salad. However, tonight, the male working told me they do not sell chopped salads, which I know to be false as I worked there when I was a teenager and know that we always made chopped salads. Thinking maybe he was hoping to save some time by denying me a chopped salad? I asked if I could have a regular salad and he agreed. He asked me what I wanted in it, and I proceeded to tell him my meat choice, steak. He put barely any steak in it. I didn’t say anything at this point. Then we moved on to veggies. I asked if I could have both lettuce and spinach. Sitting here right now looking at this salad, I can maybe count 2 or 3 leafs of spinach and hardly enough lettuce to constitute this being called a salad. But again, nothing was said. I then asked him for tomatoes and onions. He picked out only 2 slices of tomatoes, both of which still contained the woody and inedible core, which should normally be removed before being placed out for customer consumption. He cut them in half, so now that I’m home I need to cut them up smaller to be able to eat in a single bite and also cut the core out of them. At this point I did ask for a few more slices of tomato, to which he looked very upset and mumbled something inaudible under his breath. I also asked for shredded cheese on it, and you would have thought the cheese came out of his personal pay cheque with how little he put in my salad. And to think I paid nearly $15 for this??? Pathetic. Very disappointed with this location.
No complaints. Open pretty great hours. Clean. Decent customer service. Accessible, though a bit tight on space past the drink counter. Mens' room was clean. Has one of those funky new soda fountains with every flavor under the sun for your favourite soft drink, bottled drinks also available.

Order sub online selected extra pickles and also in special comments asked for lots of on sub. Sub barley had any lettuce and 4 pickles. Barley any mayo or mustard to wet the bread. Was disappointed when sat down for my dinner break at work.
They close at 10pm. I was very hungry and went to store at 9:50pm and they say they re closed and cant take my order. Such a worst experience and poor management. Serious action should be taken.
I have ate there 3 times and everytime I end up with food poisoning.

I didnt have any problems. I got the sub I asked for and was very good.
The guy working was so rude( no nametag) He didnt speak to us, didnt add what we wanted and continously looked out the window past us while serving us. Out subs we not toasted as requested ..but thats fine .we will not be back. The young lady with a trainee nametag did a great job and the other thing nice to say.
Worker on July 23rd at 10:30 am You might want to say hello to a waiting customer. No one else in the store.Just ignorant or just lazy guy struggling with a bread cart. Looked like he crawled out of a ditch. Definitely did not want him to make my sandwich. Walked out and took my business elsewheres.

They dont have the products for the cold cut combo and wont honor that price for another sub. Poor service . Way to gouge your customers
I just ate the worst sub I can recall ever eating. The spicy crispy chicken - it was the texture of rubber. I actually could not bite through it. Not crispy either like a soggy layer of breading covering leather. Awful, seriously! (I wasnt expecting top rated fried chicken or something but was at least hopefing for something edible!)
Worker was very nice and the beyond meat meatball sub was sooo good
Subways tonight had my coupons 2 subs and pop 15 bucks not a great deal.if l got a sub for 99 cents anyway the girl was told by his boss to lighten up on the veggies so she did this place is in Cobourg on division st was so dissatisfied.
Be careful that they dont charge you for extra cheese. Other then the unexpected charge for the cheese the sandwich was good.

Its Good. Sandwiches are great tasting as you would expect. If I were to make a suggestion its to listen to the customer better. We find no matter what we say certain staff are always heavy on the condiments. It can make or break the submarine Sandwiches.

Did 6 inch subs get smaller?? Both of the subs we ordered seemed smaller. Otherwise, ingredients were fresh and tasted as expected.
Its ok cheep
Its a good spot in middle of town and very close to Highway. Food is good and they make it well. Lots of parking and proximity to other places to eat nearby like Dominos and other pizza chains. Its got Boston pizza nearby that opens till 2am. Nice place to sit and usually not very crowded.

This is a very small location, little seating is available. The service is good and the food is always pleasant, if not a little expensive.

Im not upset with this particular restaurant but I have a free 6 sub in my email because I go so often. The store code didnt allow it. Made for an unhappy time. Never the less this one is clean and the staff is nice. Its subway though its always good mmmmm
