I phoned and asked for delivery and a lady told me she just had to ask somebody then waited on the phone for twenty minutes only two hang up and try again hopefully get somebody else s attention but it just went straight to voicemail it didn t even ring or tell me somebody else was on the line I wouldn t have even been mad had she told me no but the fact she told me to wait and then just left was incredible rude

Katie, our server, was the best! She was attentive, fast and had a constant smile (even when I had to adjust my order :)). She made our night!

Amazing group of staff who handled a U13 hockey team with patience and kindness. Would recommend!

We rode our bikes all the way from Toronto and arrived late in Cobourg. We decided to grab a bite, and luckily this pub was open. Unfortunately, though, we got served burnt beef burgers that tasted like charcoal or asphalt. We paid $15 for each charcoal burger. To make things worse, the restaurant smelled awful inside.

Dropped in last night. First time! Party of four.Restaurant was clean . Atmosphere pleasant! Our server was prompt and very personable! Food was excellent! We will definitely be back!

Second time here and I have nothing but good things to say. So far I have been sticking with pub grub like the deep fried mushrooms and cauliflower its absolutely delicious. I recommend this place to anyone who is intrested in watching sports and having good pub grub

Worst restraunt in Cobourg. I ordered some food from there and it was the worst decision ever. The wings were rock hard and didn t have any sauce on it. Our mozzarella sticks didn t have any dipping sauce with it and the worst was chana rice curry, there were more boiled potatoes in it then chana and rice also it was soo dry and faul smell was coming from it. We threw all the food in the dustbin as it was not edible. They didn t provide any napkins or cutlery with the food and we also ordered 3 drinks which was missing from the order. Wasted my money.

Took my awesome girlfriend there, and it was a great experience. Great service, huge menu selection. All of the food was excellent. We had Thai stir fry, salad, soup, and poutine all of which were perfectly done. Highly recommended. 5 star all the way!

Had a great mushroom Swiss burger and the price was very reasonable. Our waitress was excellent and payed attention to detail. Would definitely come back again.

90 cent wings I ordered 10...then I had fries and a pop and it was a $24 bill...and the wings were so overcooked...disappointed and will not go back

Usually a good choice for food in Cobourg. Our most recent experience has soured us on this establishment. The wing special was $3.00 more per order than advertised on the website. Staff did not adjust the price to reflect the advertised price, saying the price just went up. Will not be back!

Not very happy with the food here!!! I got a pound of wings and fries and there was only 5 wings and a very small amount of fries. Portions are very poor!!!!!

We had a nice table in the shade with a breeze. The service was excellent, the menu extensive and the food very good. The waitress was very welcoming, very accommodating, and just very pleasant to interact with. Vegetarian options: I had a California salad with eggs and cheese. It tasted very good.

Not horrible bar atmosphere, huge menu had me Wondering about freshness and microwave use. If you eat too much here you can always sleep it off in the attached motel.

Its a sports bar. Dont try for Thai or Reubans.... thats not what they are known for. We got the wrong dishes and our server couldnt tell us some basic information abt the food and had to be prodded to find out.

The beer was cold and the service was good but the food is not fresh, frozen or re heated. They need to improve in the kitchen, shorter menu and fresh ingredients.

Extensive menu. Enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was good excepting for one thing, I had a vegetarian pasta with marinara sauce. The first Vegetable in the description was mushroom, could not find one. I was very polite to the server and said no reflection on her, but she never came back with a answer. Just that she didnt cook it. I will go back and ensure that I detail my order to the server.

My first encounter with this place i asked them to make a simple garlic white wine and oil sauce for pasta which is a very simple sauce , as a chef myself it just showed no care to please customer satisfaction. You should go above and beyond that s how you create a good name for your business . I hope you learn from your mistakes and make better business choices.

I got chicken wings with sweet potato fries, my wife got fish and chips full and it was FULL! We split a order of coconut shrimp. Everything was cooked proper the flavors were good and sauces were on point. It was an enjoyable dinner for sure.

Fam went there for dinner.. chicken wings were severely overcooked and crunchy. Chicken alfredo was just ok, and very oily. Souvlaki pita was good. Chicken club was dryer than the Sahara ..with very overcooked chicken in it. Service was just ok. Watress forgot one of our drinks and was then seen taking orders over the phone for approx 10 mins ... There were 3 guys in the back of the restaurant yelling and swearing to the point that 3 tables in a row had to move to the bar area. Just not a good experience overall ...and cost us about 120$. We will not be back. 2 stars because the souvlaki tasted good.

Just ordered two rib and wing dinners. These meals were AWESOME! The ribs were tender and the sauce was very tasty. Wings were cooked great. Lots of food here and priced well. They called to say delivery may be late. We didnt have any issues with delivery being later. Order the rib and wings dinner!! (Comes with fries and a coleslaw salad too). I took a picture but i dont know how to add it to this review.

Came here a few days ago and ordered a half pint, while I waited for my take out, again today but told half pints are not a thing. Girl wearing a champion sweatshirt with a miserable look on her face. I feel like like maybe a bit laxed at this bar. Regulars are appreciated but as a occasional visitor, Im not needed . I can find somewhere else to support . Clearly not needed here

I have been to County heaven at least 10 times now and every meal is fantastic. I have my parents going regularly as well don t miss the spot folks!!!!!

I had the wing and rib special and my daughter had the curry shrimp. I would order those dishes again. Went back and had the Caribbean chicken pasta, it was okay but not sure what made it Caribbean tasted pretty standard.

Good food and friendly service! Would recommend the Buffalo Poutine and the Canadian Prime Rib Burger!

-3 stars given for frozen buger patties. I had the double burger & once I opened it up it looked familiar.....it was a store bought frozen sirloin burger. But it was good as it should have been. -Poutine was ok -my wife had the lobster Mac & cheese & she liked it. Id like to try the wings sometime when Im in the area again.

food is sub par....but what made it worse was when we went for their Wednesday Appy Special we were told (after the bill, I might add) those apps are not included. place has gone extremely down hill with owner change. I will not be going back

Picked up two orders of wings with NO sauce. Wings were rock hard, overcooked and had almost no meat. Caesar salad was gross. Very different from other times there, but I definitely won t go back after this.

I came In yesterday and the food was delicious. Especially the roti. We had Hannah as our server and she was amazing. Very fun and fast. Will be coming back and requesting her.

Never had a bad experience or service here. The beef dip is the best around. We order from here at least once a week. Amazing food! Tried beef dip, yorkshire bowl, burgers, butter chicken, chicken fingers, pad thai. Only thing i wasnt a fan of was the pad thai as its more of a sweeter/tangy sauce.

Delivery was fast. I had onion soup and wings and fries. Onion soup was fantastic but the wings were terrible fries were ok

First and last time going. Husband had a clubhouse, it had jellied turkey no lettuce no tomato mayo nothing. I had nachos very little cheese and toppings plus the chips were stale. Absolutely disgusting 35.00 for crap

My husband picked up dinner here tonight he got fish amd chips and I split nachos with my son. Large servings and filled us up. Food was good but the nachos could use more cheese. Guac is extra and you dont get much of it. I would come back again though! It was pretty yummy none the less!

Well...Kim and our son tried the County Heaven for lunch...and were so impressed with the food and service by Maddison and her fellow servers...that they insisted that we go back for dinner. They wanted to try other things on the menu. Its very large. The food is good as are the prices. Its not going to be the best you have ever had...but if you are looking for consistently good food with personable service...all at a decent price... well youre in luck, the County Heaven is for you. I am notoriously stingy on the 5th star. I wish they would allow half stars...as this place deserves a solid 4.5*s

Tonight was our 3rd time trying County Heaven and was very very happy with the speedy delivery service and the fresh hot food each time. The portions are great and the prices fair. Definitely recommended!!

Awful food. Got our meals wrong, wait staff tried to have it fixed and it wasnt any better. Wings tasted at least a week old. So dry and tasted nasty. They sent the wrong wrap and when replacing it still wasnt right. Wait staff was very friendly. However, it is the worse food we have experienced to date. We will never be going back.

We stopped here on our way back home from a weekend trip and were extremely happy with the choice! We needed a rest stop to eat and use the facilities. Everything was very clean and felt very safe. The food was fantastic and so was the service. We had fish and chips, and the fish was a good size; the fries were crisp and fresh. The service was friendly and fast. If you are in Cobourg (and the town is a worth a visit in its own right), and you want some pub fare, this is a great place to pop in.

Stopped by this afternoon, September 2, 2021, with my wife and we had 2 Ruben sandwiches with onion rings, and and a couple of beers. It was the best sandwiches we have had in a long time. Very good server to boot.

Maddison is an amazing waitress! The staff are all so friendly and the food is great too! I got the vegetable potato roti and damn was that ever delicious! The 3 other dishes that were ordered with my group they loved as well!

We try to attend weekly, and have tried a variety from their extensive menu. EVERYTHING we have ordered is terrific, which is why we keep coming back just to try something new. Highly recommended.

If youre expecting tiger shrimp you will be sorely disappointed, not only is this not tiger shrimp, they are not even jumbo size. Steak was unevenly cooked.

Pleasant location. The menu is FAR TOO BIG!! Thats usually a good sign that trying to specialize in multiple cuisines will net minimal taste. I had the Teriyaki wings & the Pad Thai. Sadly, both were lacking in quality taste. Note to restaurants: have a one or two page menu and not such a huge one that takes a half hour to read. My wife and I will return to try a burger or nachos. Until they specialize in one single cuisine, success might elude this pub.

I have now eaten here several times since their opening a few weeks back. Great selection on the menu. The food tastes absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the roti. Servers are friendly and we were served promptly.

Inexpensive, tasty food, wide selection and efficient service.

Very disappointed. I took my mom out for lunch the other day and we were surrounded by flies the whole time (we were not on the patio but inside) it was not just 1 or 2 but 6 or 7 all over and in our food and in our faces the whole time. Didnt finish my pasta as flies landed in the sauce and some got stuck. Sad I paid for fly covered food.

The food is great

Food is good. What youd expect from a town pub. I had the fajitas. Peppers, onions and chicken with a taco like seasoning. Ingredients seemed fresh and were well cooked. The tallboy Radler was wonderful. Staff are nice and accomodating to families. The update theyve done is excellent. Feels like a really clean place.

Tried calling multiple times voicemail was full, made a reservation online never got confirmation showed up at 4:30 had no idea we were coming. Food and service was BAD!! Food came out in sections, we had a table of 13 and first section was done eating while other sections still waiting for their order highly dont recommend this place!!
