Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Cochrane

Ive always liked Popeyes, but the service has been disappointing lately. In the past, the food was ready quickly, but over the last few days, the wait times have been far too long. With only a short break, I end running out of time before the food is ready. This never used to be an issue, but its become frustrating enough that Im considering other options.

We just came to Popeyes and the service crews are very friendly. Highly recommended for those who love to eat delicious fried chicken, they have variety of flavors that you can enjoy with your family

We used to love Popeyes, but I was very disappointed with their service and food today. They were incredibly slow and have hardly any fries with my combo. They used to fill the whole bottom of the combo box. The apple pies I ordered had no sugar on them and they were also out of both specialty iced teas and lemonade. They also would not let me use cash at the drive thru. I was very disappointed in the service and food today. Are they under new management? because it has really gone downhill.

Terrible service & refused to give hot sandwiches. Very slothful type of employees. Small chickens & wasnt freshly made. Sould be served hot.

I recently visited the Popeyes during lunchtime, using the drive-thru. The service was exceptional, with a friendly lady taking my order. Despite the busy hour, she was efficient and accurate, ensuring my order was fresh and delivered quickly. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, exact . . Overall, it was a perfect experience, this time as I was not satisfied before and I highly recommend this location for a quick and satisfying meal.

Went there Saturday morning they were busy Setting up since it was early but they still provided fresh chicken in the promised time The staff was very polite and clean

My friend and I were starving after getting back to town from a hockey tourney, we got there at 11:01 PM, they close at 11 but allowed us to order and even gave us an additional order of fries and 4 pies! The pies were actually amazing and great right out of the air fryer at home, thanks for everything!!

Not one piece of chicken in my buffalo chicken poutine and my spicy chicken sandwich was just 2 chicken tenders crammed on a bun with barely any sauce on it. Worse popeyes Ive been too.

Cocrhane s Popeyes it is an outstanding food and excellent custom service, we waited less than 10 min because plenty of people were waiting. Chicken and the strawberry pie was really good and well cooked. Excellent prices and combos. Thank you guys!

We ordered the ghost pepper wings for pickup this morning. We had to wait a long time before but now the wait times are about none and the chicken is even more fresh than before The crew was very friendly and will surely recommend the wings. Best fried chicken in cochrane period!!!

10 dollars for a over cooked sandwich. I also asked lay at til .. whats your biggest sandwich ... she couldnt understand me. You can twist this as you see fit. But hire people who speak English and train them to standards.. ridiculous, will never eat at Popeyes again Also got sick from sandwich half hour later

We just ordered a kids meal . The food was super delicious and they have best nougets and fries in town. Staff is super friendly and polite. The lady who took the order was very helping and was friendly with my son. Lucky to have Popeyes in our town. 5 stars for their food and politeness.

something about hte energy in here elicits a visceral reaction in me. when we overturn capitalism popeyes can stay. i want to get married here. i want to make a baby in here. i want my future wife(?) to give birth here. i WILL die here. how many people have died in popeyes? sources say many. the menu is very confusing, people get these cheap chicken meal things, but i cant see the cheap ones on the menu says my friend sydnie, who has no clue what shes talking about and shoudnt be trusted.

We absolutely love coming to this Popeyes for supper to go ! Eijaz was absolutely wonderful! He is a great manager! Helped us get the best meal for our to go order! And was even kind enough to offer us some drinks while we waited!! This is my favourite Popeyes location! Always a go to for an easy supper!!

We ordered through skip tonight. The order was made very quickly and arrived very fresh and still very hot, like it has just come out of the fryer hot but still very crispy. The portions were generous and so fresh and yummy!! Between the restaurant and the skip driver they nailed it! What a wonderful thing on a almost -40 night!!

I luv to visit this location in particular as every time the food is so fresh & taste better than any location I have tried in Calgary. The staff is so cordial and always with smiling face. Thanks to the GM Evelyn, Divya & Harsh. Also to mention the store is always clean & tidy which I luv. Best

It was our first visit to cochrane and as well as Popeyes. We waited for our meal but it was worth waiting as the food was fresh and hot. We liked the popeyes especially for their service and friendly behavior ( especially the way they welcomed us) . The ladies Evelyn and divya were so patient with our kids . A special thanks to both of them from my daughters side . We gonna shift in cochrane and hope to see you guys again.

Last year was the first time we visited this location and since then we never go to any other location if we are eating popeyes. The cleanliness, the food quality and the staff, everything is just so close to perfection. The manager of this location, Aijaz, exactly knows how to perfectly manage everything. And the best part is, you will never find the washroom dirty.

What a joke. I literally got 6 onion rings as one of my sides. All the 5 star reviews must be from bots, there is no way...

They close at 10 its 9:14 and you cant eat in anymore so just fix your hours or provide the service you supposed to.

We go through the drive through at least once every two weeks. We seem to always get the same lady at the drive through window. She is always so friendly and professional and has the biggest smile. I wish I had paid more attention to her name badge but her name starts with Rai . Food is great too!! It s why we keep coming back

We ordered a 16pc chicken combo as we were distributing to everyone in my family and we noticed we only got 12pc. We told the manager that we needed 4 pieces more and they start arguing with us saying that they have already given us 16pc. Then she got mad, gave us only 3 more pieces and when we asked about the last one she start saying that she already given us more than 16pc, we count them more than twice and asked her to count them but she didn t wanted to. She started to talking like we were lying saying she would look at the footage. Me and my family just came from church, just wanted to have dinner, we were talking so calmly and she was all mad. She s the manager, but that doesn t mean that she can t have mistakes.

Parking: Very clean, staff super friendly especially the girl working the till Rija! The last time we were here over a month ago she went out of her way to try to get a hockey game on the tv for us! Food was hot, fresh and fast. Didn t feel rushed to leave and ate slowly while watching the news on the tv.

The BEST fast-food franchise we have EVER visited. The staffs were amazingly kind, Ejaz (hopefully I got the name right) kindly informed us the wait time (which was not long at all) and made sure our food was freshly served. The staffs were incredibly nice and made us smile with happy atmosphere. Not only that, the food was the best fast-food we ever had. Not only just the taste was great, but also we could literally taste how fresh the oil they used to fry our chickens and fries!! AMAZING! With open concept kitchen, we could see how clean the kitchen was, no doubt why their food was incredibly good. This Popeyes will be our only fast-food go to place from now on. Thank you so much!!

Drove 10 minutes to get chicken wings.....spicy or not.......sorry we dont have any......again drove the next day.....only had 2.....didnt really want to make some because they had to do a full batch.......chicken place right???......really......never again......

Arrived to a quiet restaurant at 10:30 am. Used washroom before ordering. Washroom looked like it had not been cleaned in days...wonder how clean the kitchen was. Food was warm at best....not hot. Owner was busy talking but not doing any physical work to improve his restaurant. It will be my last visit to this location. The lady that served me was excellent

Ordered 4pc chicken combo, got to the window and was told it would take 15 minutes if they drop it in the deep fryer at that time. I asked why it wasnt dropped after 5 minutes ago when I ordered and waited the drive through so now have to wait even longer my food. I guess I can kill the time writing this review.

I didn t know i walked in too early today, the lady maybe the manager politely asked me to give them couple mins. Then i realized they were just opening and preparing the store and it was 10:20ish am. She rushed and assisted me right away after she got everything ready. She went above and beyond getting me my 1st meal of the day, she gave my request which is rice, no beans, even though she said the rice will be only a small portion because they didn t have enough today, never the less she made it work for me and i was so happy because rice is life:) The food was awesome! Very fresh, the store is clean and everyone seems very happy and nice! Great service!

I ordered a 12 pieces box mixed (43.50) but only got 2 pieces of white. The price wasnt cheap. When I called the manager said that they cant do anything as it was ordered through Skip the Dishes and I have to complain through them. Ridiculous. Will never order there again. Kinjo sells their delicious crispy chicken for $1.50 a piece.

The chicken sandwich is amazing and very filling. Much better than almost anywhere in town for fast food Parking: Not usually busy, few parking spots but always found one. Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking is right beside a perfect ramp to the entrance. Cant get much better than that.

Decided to go through drive thru to get 6 biscuits and mashed potatoes. We paid for 6 biscuit and only got 4. This is not the first time this has happened. To say the least we will not be back to this location. We would rather take the drive to the city.

I watched the place being built and was looking forward to the opening. I hadnt had Popeyes chicken since Ontario 6 1/2 years ago. Finally it opened and was looking forward to the juicy chicken I remembered... what a lunch bag let down.... chicken was dry, onions rings were old and falling apart and even the biscuit was dry. Cant say I am impressed at all. Two thumbs down !

Popeyes has been one of my favourites for a while now. The chicken is always juicy and full of flavour. The Rice and Beans are the main reason I visit. I have visited many locations in Southern Alberta and have had very similar experiences at each location. This location is new and despite working out kinks and training new staff, they are doing a great job. People can be very critical when hiding behind a screen and keyboard. Simply put, if you re not happy with what you received, ask for a replacement. They are there to serve you and want you to be happy. There are some negative reviews here and I think most of them are one-offs. The majority love or really like Popeyes Louisiana Chicken. Try it for yourself. I don t think you ll be disappointed. KFC and Mary Browns are good, but IMO, Popeyes has an edge that s tough to beat. Good portions for a decent price.

I love all the other employees, they always have a smile on their faces, they put in the best effort and Ive had nothing but good food and good service!! Keep up the good work!

Ordered the Rip n chicken and it took half and hour for them to make it. No jokes! I saw at least 15 people get their order before me. There was at least 10 people working in the kitchen & front and they all look lost and confused! Received no apology, discount or anything! Customers started to ask me if im still waiting..

I have been to many Popeyes in Calgary but this location in Cochrane beats them all. We dined in, the ambiance the food so fresh and delicious. Exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to help us. My kids loved it here. It s only 25 mins from Calgary I would highly recommend this place and will drive my way here always for the scrumptious food . Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment. Kids loved the food

Mixed results. The 3 piece Chicken was excellent - juicy and tender. The onion rings were awful, greasy, undercooked and soggy. It seems that these special order items are rushed out too soon from the fryer or the oil is not hot enough.

Honest review. I felt some of the employees are customer focused and fast-paced. Food was just as expected Greasy and buttery. Biggest concern was seeing an employee wipe snot from their nose and continue cooking/packaging food items without washing or sanitizing their hands. Parking: Parking is minimal, but there s also parking right outside winners which is a couple steps away.

Went 3 times. The first two times, food was great, but it took a very long time to get our order. Last time was probably a forever dealbreaker. I asked for a modification to a sandwich, they missed it despite the mod being put on the receipt. When asked to fix it they just pulled the item off and I had to ask for it to be remade again. They took it back again but still didn t actually remake the sandwich. I asked for a refund and gave up. The other food ordered was truly disgusting. The wings tasted like they had been made early this morning and I ve never smelled anything as putrid as their strawberry cream cheese pies that they offered on special . They should have paid me to even smell that garbage. I m literally so disappointed and grossed out.

Our first visit to Popeyes wasn t so good. We walked into blasting music, could barely stand it. The chicken was greasy and very salty. Couldn t enjoy eating there with the loud music and flys . Will never go back again.

Popeyes is the best

Easily the best damn chicken burger Ive ever tasted in my entire fkn life. Friendly staff, service faster than anywhere else in town, and unreasonably good food. Absolutely bloody killin it. 12/5 stars. If I lived in a van Id park it next to this popeyes
