Best Chinese Food ever

Amazing Chinese food at reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly.

I needed a quick lunch and within 10 minutes I was eating excellent food at a reasonable price served by some of the friendliest people I have met.

Awsome food here today. Everything tasted great. I would definitely recommend this place.

I don t come to Cochrane often but every time I m here I crave Chinese food and I m super happy to have found this place!

Got the Chicken Chop suey, Shanghai noodles and Chicken balls. Phenomenal! Perfectly cooked thick noodles, Nice firm bean sprouts, super crunchy chicken balls with moist chicken inside. 10/10 Food : 5/5

Heard some good reviews, but it was very disappointing. I actually spit it out. Never again.

Fair price

The customer service was amazing, and they were so accommodating when we were looking for vegetarian options. Delivery was fast, and the food was excellent! Thank you for going above and beyond for us :) Vegetarian options: Im vegetarian, but my partner is not. The staff were incredibly accommodating and flexible, and we were able to substitute within the Dinner for 2 option so we could both enjoy it :) Im so, so grateful!

I always have given Yoshigrill 4.5 stars before, but not this time. The take out we got last night was not good. Before the won ton soup was excellent but this last batch was just bad. Not the homemade soup of before. Even the rest of the meal was below their usual standard. In short, prices went up and quality down. I ll give it one more try but if the quality is still down no more Yoshigrill.

We have been customers for years. Last 2 orders in the last 3 weeks have sucked. Wonton soup nothing, and I mean nothing, like it was before! Other food items quality and flavour gone way down. New owners? We don t know but we will not be purchasing again. Sad. What has happened!?

Did they change owners? Ordered the same stuff we always do, it all tasted different.

We ordered for pick up at 430 and were there at 428. The food was cold and hard. We usually have good experiences here but very disappointed with the meal this time.

My wor wonton soup was so delicious and filled to the brim with vegetables., Staff are always smiling and friendly.

The Chicken in black pepper sauce was phenomenal and clean (not a deep fried or battered dish) and the Palace chicken is comparable to Ontario s General Tao s chicken. Friendly service and great hit-the-spot kind of food!

Not only is the food good so is the service. I would highly recommend

Lacking flavor. Too much breading. Don t order the spring rolls, there s nothing inside - they should be called deep fried bread roll.

Unwelcoming phone service, and in person service. The meat I received with my meal was mainly connective tissue. Veggies were mainly cabbage, I have not eaten here in a while but will not be back. Low value for the price.

Due to social distancing takeout only!! how absolutely terrible. If you don t want to run a restaurant don t!!! Close it up take it off of Google.

Good Chinese food takeout!

We ordered pork fried rice and pepper squid. And boy was that good. The server was very, very friendly and accommodating for my two small kids. They also gave us a bag full of fortune cookies for my kids. This place is what makes a small town charm. Kids want to visit this place again when we swing by this part of Alberta.

Couple years ago I ordered a meal and when I was eating it at home I saw there were spit sunflower seeds in my meal and they didn t acknowledge it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place is beyond filthy. So disgusting I cannot bring myself to feed this food to my family. I am so grossed out.

The food here is very good. Its a small restaurant that has 7 or 8 tables. The service is good. Had great take out. The are many his dishes on the menu and to be honest I have not had one that I didnt like. The wor wonton soup is a go to when its cold out. Eating in is comfortable and the tea is good. The prices are fair and you wont be disappointed

Wow!! I just had the best Singapore noodles ever. I have tried them everywhere... including Singapore! The ingredients were fresh and perfectly cooked. They also included their homemade chili oil... which they sell by the jar for only $6. I will be back to try out the rest of their menu. Fantastic asian food in Cochrane Alberta. Yay!!

Best shrimp udon soup

They forgot my spring roll and wonton soup or lied about having a combo for 1, not sure, but It s a real inconvenience and I m sad about that, also lacking sauce on the ginger beef for sure.

Great food, amazing service. Came in 45 mins before close and was able to get my food within 15 mins after ordering. The food was delicious!

not sure how this place has such great reviews. all out food came in such an oily sauce.. noodle dishes, veggie dishes, even the rice. was so gross

This little nook type restaurant is reasonably priced, the food is good, and you know youre supporting a family restaurant. The menu is good, and they portions are generous. We go here fairly regular and havent been disappointed. Their wor won ton soup was wonderful on that -30c weather! As you can see there is plenty of extras besides the wontons!

Good food made fresh

Dinner for 4... $67 very good. Well packaged for trip home at -6C. The leftovers are most welcome at our house. Lots of em. pleasant service.

Always ordered chinese from Peking House, but today was a tuesday - and theyre closed for some reason.. So went with Yoshi, and I will again next time I have large group that wants chinese food. Freshly made and delicious, just better quality.

I was happy that upon request they didnt use MSG. Solid Chinese food. We had the Dinner for Four, and that was more than we could eat.

Ordered food told me 40 min waited 1hr 45 mins was very disappointed doubt will order again.

We order from Yoshigrill pretty regularly. My only regret is that I always fail to order enough salt and pepper chicken! Its easily my fave dish here and while Im not sure itd be good for my heart, I would eat it every day if I could. Is it the best food ever? No, that would be exaggerating, but its a good little restaurant and theyve never let us down. The food is consistently tasty and portions sizes are good. Well continue to order here and would certainly recommend it to others.

This is our very favorite place to eat and/or take out. The very best BBQ duck soup! My favorite! The man and wife team are a hard working friendly couple who will accommodate gluten free options! We have taken others here and the remarks are always the same, prompt service, excellent delicious food, fresh and always piping hot! We highly recommend this place! Give it a try!

Fresh, tasty and great service

Pleasantly surprised. Thought this was a franchise but I think its a one-off. We had ginger beef and Singapore noodles - both delicious. Friendly service too. Well bring the kids next time for the acid test.

I almost feel like three stars is too much.... Ugh! Not really pleased with this one guys, however, Ill share my experience in hopes that youll check this place out for yourselves. So I ordered the Singapore Style Rice Noodle With Pork and Shrimp at first I was like.... HEY! I love Singapore food, having been there three times in the past two years. So I gave it a try, just to be set back in my seat, as I couldnt help but notice the staff and chef were from China. Ya ok, no problem, there are lots of Chinese from Singapore maybe he took cooking lessons from someone over there. So I carried on and finished my very large plate of Singapore Style rice noodles, and I wasnt overly impressed. The menu claimed it was spicy, and based on my own personal Canadian Vs Singapore Spice Comparison a real plate of Singapore Rice Noodles would be, a Canadian level 8 or so, and Sinapore level 2 or 3.... This dish was no higher then a Canadian level 2! However, after seeing that 90% of their customers that came in, were white Canadians over the age of 50, I dont blame them for appealing to the masses. Just dont call something one thing, and lable it another. Final verdict: I enjoyed my Chinese Style rice noodles, service was ok, nothing over the top, and I love supporting small local businesses. Maybe next time Ill try a Japanese Style dish. Thanks For Reading!

I was looking for Japanese food, it is listed as a Japanese restaurant on Google maps, however they did not have one Japanese dish on the menu, it is definitely a Chinese food restaurant.

Awesome food

Ate here with a larger group of family and while the food is definitely Westernized Chinese it was hot, fresh, and the service was very friendly. Good value with their food - the table favorite was the lemon chicken breast dish as the lemon sauce had a nice tang to it and there was a nice chicken to crust ratio. Would definitely come back again if looking for this style of food. They also do take out and seem to have a definite dinner rush so if youre coming with a larger group best to come a bit early to ensure you get a larger table.

Live the food here. My favorite is the Beef Chow Fun (that I smother in chili paste) and the ginger beef (which I also smother in chili paste). The owners are really nice and friendly and the food gets to your table really fast!

Nothing special, very generic dishes... Except the duck soup is unique... It comes with more bones than meat... And for that matter shouldnt the duck be de boned..
