The customer service here is absolutely exceptional! Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient, making the entire experience so enjoyable. Even though we placed an order for four people, they generously gave us extra portions, which was such a pleasant surprise and truly shows their dedication to making customers happy. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious every dish was flavorful and exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and can t wait to return. Beef donair wrap was delicious! Jumbo size is loaded up, nice and hot on the inside and grilled on the outside. Complimentary hot chai tea and a baklava sample! The manager who served us was friendly and expertly assembled our food. We ve been back 5 times and will be back again this week. A great food option for Cochrane!

I never leave reviews for anything, but I had to after having such a good experience! Khoshnav was very welcoming and has a genuine passion for his job. He offered us a sample of tea and it was amazing! Not only that, but the food was fantastic. I had a lamb kabab wrap and I would highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back soon! Vegetarian options: They had plenty, including falafel and the potatoes were so good. Parking: There was plenty of parking in the area. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! Khoshnav was very entertaining while making my wrap. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible by wheelchair, no stairs on inclines.

I was helped by Khoshnav, who did a fantastic job preparing our food! He gave us a free sample of some delicious tea for our meal, and he seemed genuinely happy to help us. I ordered a beef shawarma wrap with all the options which I would highly recommend. The garlic potatoes were a great appetizer. You get plenty of food compared to other restaurants with similar prices. Getting to the restaurant is easy and there is plenty of parking too! There is a very pleasant and lively atmosphere within the restaurant, and I will absolutely be coming again!

Hi there. Ate there for the first time today. The food was great and I very much appreciated the chai and the sample baklava. However, the loud music and the open door were a total turnoff. Let me know if this was a one off. I would be happy to return otherwise.

This is your sign! You NEED to try this Shawarma!! I would highly recommend going in person for the best experience. The staff are so lively and kind and really want you to enjoy your food. As for the food, 10/10. The wraps they use are flaky and crispy without falling apart if theyre stuffed full. The ingredients all taste very fresh! GET THE GARLIC SAUCE! The vine leaves are my new favorite thing! Salty, sour and soft. Absolute perfection.

Fresh food! We tried three platters, and two wraps for a family of 4 and it was excellent! Ambience was really nice too. They served complimentary tea and baklava while we waited for our food! We ve tried all the shawarma places in town and key take away is that this place doesn t overdo it on salt and sauces which brings out the flavour of the meats! Highly recommend!

Came here after a hike over the weekend. Place was clean and lots of seating space. We usually go to the Jerusalem Shawarma in Royal Oak and we are glad that they opened one here in Cochrane. First time to see a bathroom here in Town with a bidet! The service was quick and they are currently offering free taste of baklava. We were also given a 25% off coupon for our next visit. Definitely will be coming back.

Bought two donair wraps, both of us found many little hard burnt pieces of meat, which we have never experienced in the hundreds of donairs weve eaten. My wife found the donair meat very salty in hers. The Royal Oak location is our favorite and weve never had any issues. We were excited to have JE open in Cochrane, but so far it has been underwhelming. Hoping the kinks are just part of the store being newly opened.
