We live in the rural area of Cochrane and this is our go to pizza place. Great amount of toppings and really great staff!

First time at this location. Very friendly staff great experience. Dietary restrictions: I couldn t find vegan options but maybe I overlooked the menu. Parking: Easy to park near the door

This girl gave me the wrong pizza but because she wrote it down wrong we got a different pizza then she was super mean on the phone and didn t even try to be nice about it (btw it was a different girl who took the order) she also refused to put us on the phone with the girl who we did called us

My first experience in dominos cochrane,it was fantastic and excellent service,their staff was friendly,miko and byron was so great,i will not hesitate to comeback again,keep up the good work,job well done!

Ordered at 830pm .Quoted 38 minutes . Finally delivered at 1015pm. The delivery driver didn t have a working debit machine. Luckily we had cash on hand. Poor service! We often order from here and the timing is usually good. Complained to a feedback text and received a sketchy response with a coupon code. Will not be clicking on that. No thanks.

90 min for pizza and delivery at for an order at 7pm tonight and no communication given about it. Dont trust their tracking info it is way off. Cold pizza is what we got. First and last time ordering delivery there. Dont recommend at all

Perfect pizza!! The young lady who made my order got it 100%. I can tell when care is put in to food preparation and she gets it spot on. Give this girl a raise, if you have her making every pizza I would wager the increase in repeat orders would boost biz at least 20%. Very hard to find in today s world.

Time and time again Cochrane Dominos never fails to amaze me. Living in Cochrane with an address of 4 years and getting multiple pizzas delivered to this address over that span; today is the top mishap Ordered a pizza, took over an hour and went the wrong address. After contacting the person, she stated that the address did not populate on Apple Maps and goes to a different one. After, informing the person that it show up on mine, she decides to try a different app and found it. A decision was made to cancel the order and when asking for a refund, she stated that she is not trained in refunds, but will get the manager to call at 4 pm. This Dominos has turned into a poorly run/ managed entity with clear lack of training for employees. If you want good Dominos try the one on Main St N in Airdrie. It outclasses the one in Cochrane by a long shot.

Pizzas alright. My one problem is with the website. Super inconsistent on whether or not it actually works. Tried signing for 15 minutes, then tried to just order without signing in for the points. And it keeps saying there is a problem. Have had it before, as well as other problems where my order wont go through or cant even get through checkout.

Order online and picked up in store. Mgr/Dude has a friendly welcome consistently! Appreciate the customer service here. Pan style pepperoni was topped evenly and cooked perfectly crisp on the edges. Yummy. Nicely done. Riverside Drive, Cochrane AB.

Horrible customer service and worst part of it she was the manager. Very rude and didn t even like she cared. On top of that there was a student trying to learn how to use the debit machine and the manager took over and didn t have the patience or care to teach the poor student and I was the only one there so they weren t really that busy. Will NOT be back or recommend to anyone. Too bad because I have really had a great experience before but after tonight I won t be back. 0 out of 5

Great service and dining in Cochrane area.

Pizza was fast, hot and good... but unfortunately ours only had 2 of the 5 toppings ordered. On the bright side google rating scale has exactly 5 stars so it was an easy rating.

The delivery driver spent the entire time at the door complaining and giving me attitude that we gave him the wrong address. However we live in a block of townhouses and if he had followed them round the corner he would have found it easily, like literally every single delivery driver. Really don t appreciate attitude from a guy that can t figure out how to deliver pizza, when we have no control of our address or how it s presented.

On August 18 late at night we ordered pizza and it was perfect. We got two pan pizzas and they were well prepared and promptly ready. Will be back.

Ordered pasta, not amazing for taste or quantity. Pasta barely covered the bottom of the container. Not worth the $. Suggest ordering elsewhere. Return customer. Probably not.

My son and I picked up our three medium pizzas from Dominos Pizza when we got home and opened them the one that was supose to have chicken on it we ordered it specially did not . My wife phoned them and they sent a new one out with chicken on it and told us to keep the other one as well. Awesome pizza awesome follow up guys thanks . They ve been our local favourite until I see that their workers don t wear latex gloves when making/preparing pizza. I was a bit turned off that they were using the cash machine at the same time they were preparing the food. I almost walked out but my teen was waiting and hungry so I had to grab the pizza and continue to sport practice.

I don t know what happened but the pizza was great at this location when Rahul and some other people worked there. But now it s very bad, different people working there now. It looks like they don t know what they are doing. The pizza is dry the crust is so thin that it just falls apart, when you order extra cheese you don t get it and so on Will never order here again. I was a regular customer there sometimes ordered there every second day.

I dont know whos been making the pizzas lately but the crusts are insanely thin in the centre part 2-3mm (for regular crust). Previously I would give them a 3.5 stars though.

First time , pizza was not fresh. I called, spoke to the store manager, gave them feedback and she offered me a free pizza for next time. 3 weeks after, called, get the free pizza at only $5 less from what I would have paid online (so not really free at all) and it was worse from last time(mine. My husbandswas fresh. Reason why I gave them two stars). They do cheese pizzas and put whatever ingredients you order on top of it. Not really fresh at all. I gave enough chances so not coming back.. way too many competition when it comes to pizza here in Cochrane to tolerate this.

I have ordered pan pizza indeed i received regular hand made thin pizza. I asked the guy was working night time on today Saturday. Rejected to refund the money . On top he aslo Rejected to make the actual order of pan pizza. I have ordered pan pizza many times from different locations it is thick and havey but this restaurant made thin pizza. I paid $14.69 for pan pizza. Really mad.

Fantastic service! Like seriously I m not just saying this. When I got in I was welcomed in by two dudes both of which were so fun and friendly. I got the lunch special for $6 and it is such a good deal especially for the high school close by. Really great service and now has me hooked as my fav pizza place. This location is very good. Food is made fresh to order, and staff has always been kind and accommodating!

So disappointed with this location. This is the second time Ive ordered from them where they forget to put on a topping. First time it was just onions so not a big deal, but when you order a chicken Alfredo pizza you expect them to actually put CHICKEN on it. I called and instead of sending a new pizza they said theyd credit me only $5. Horrible management at this location.

Hoping that because this is a new location that they can iron out some things.... Like making sure there is enough cheese on a cheese pizza. If they can improve on that I can improve on my 2 star rating... **Update** Happy to give 5 Stars now that they have improved and we have gone back many times.

Placed and order at this location online when I meant to at another and called 5 minutes later to cancel. I was told no problem and would be refunded. This was a lie, and have tried to make contact multiple times and have been with patronized or ignored. Straight up theft. Should be 0 out 5 stars.

Bad service at the Cochrane Dominos location.. we ordered a pizza and cheesy bread, we even got a confirmation phone call saying our order would be ready in 10 minutes, we ordered carry out and when we got to the store it was closed.. we thought maybe they decided to deliver, but no one ended up coming. We never received our order. We tried phoning the number they phoned us from multiple times but no answer. We are in the process of moving homes and needed something quick, super disappointed

I work in Cochrane and I visit this location twice in a week. I would like to say that 90% times I get great pizza. The team is very nice, fast and smiling. Great place to have Dominoz Pizza. Thank you so very much for your food and great customer service.

Basically no cheese on the pizza and minimum sauce. Very apparent they are skimping on ingredients, trying to cheap out on costs. Wont be ordering here ever again.

Dominos makes a very decent Pizza. Love it. Recently we received what I call a James Bond Pizza - it was both Shaken and Stirred. Yikes! The manager promptly sent a replacement. The online app is excellent, delivery is (usually) excellent. Cant go too far wrong with these guys.

Ordered 1 quantity of 2× 500ml Pop coupon added to my online order and end up getting 1 500ml pop for $4.00. Anyone who would like to learn how to order online go to this location and learn from these guys. No more going there. Good luck guys

First time ordering from here. Overall very underwhelming. Pizza was barely hot and I ordered light sauce NOT light cheese. What the heck! Read the reviews & it must have been an off night. Probably not ordering from here in the future.
