Really enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The service is great and KristenW has been our server a few times and she is great. BP s is always a favourite of ours.

Delivery times are horrible. Website estimated delivery time is inaccurate. Don t order online for delivery anytime after 4pm or you will wait over an hour and a half, everytime. Currently at 1 hour and 50 minutes waiting and the driver apparently left 50 minutes ago. I assume it to be delivered cold or the wrong house.

I visited with my 7 yo, were seated right away and apparently were given some sort of invisibility cloak as we sat there for 20 mins, no order, no water. The five staff filling skip orders all disappeared. Embarrassing service. Useless teenage staff.

If I could give this organization a 0 I would as I received a salad with the lettuce which had clearly gone off . You could see it with eyes for Gods sake.a world renowned chef once said if an establishment can not get a simple salad right you need to worry about their practices.

On Tuesday, following a lengthy journey, we decided to dine at Boston Pizza. Despite our prior experience in the area, we were pleased with the quality of the food and its freshness. However, we found ourselves dissatisfied with the pasta as it was initially served cold, along with cold sauce. Upon requesting for a replacement and an additional serving of hot pasta, she responded that she did not serve any more hot pasta. We do not wish to spoil our dinner, so we decided to allow ourselves to finish our meal and move on. Unfortunately, this time the pasta was hot but tasteless. It seemed watery then saucy... no flavor in sauce... no sauce and spicy flavor in the pasta. She provided information about todays available deals, but once we voiced our concerns about the food, it seemed as though she was less interested in interacting with us now. She had come after a few minutes of serving pasta again, and said... I believe you guys need take out bags now... since the pasta was not finished due to tasteless food... rather than worrying about why we havent finished the pasta. She was more concerned about us needing to leave the restaurant as soon as possible. We requested the bill, so we could pay and move. However, she kept the bill on the table without providing any card machine. Eventually, we went to a bar and asked another server for a card machine. Thus, we were able to pay our bill. We stayed near to boston pizza... we were decided to have dinners for next few days here as we came here for vacation. But now you loose your business just because of poor food taste and poor service from server.

Ordered take out, was going to grab a beer at the bar while waiting for my order to be ready. Sat at the bar for about 5 minutes and wasn t greeted or served at all, so got my takeout order and left. Staff was friendly enough once they spoke to me

Ordered 2 lasagna to go. Open them up,pretty much just some noodles with maybe a sprinkle of cheese. Oh ya! Meat sauce! I think I got two tin pans with not a morsel of anything. $45/FREAKING DOLLARS! Never ever again. SHAME ON YOU BOSTON PIZZA

I wanted to try their Lasagna which is not that complicated to make ! but coming home from work late I ordered food from BP I ended up spending $92 for one Jambalaya and one lasagna (Not baked with cheese) and one grilled pecan chicken salad. for that price i expected good food!.. but sadly the Lasagna was unbelievably plain and had barely NO sauce and no Meat which i was of course expecting from a $21 dollar Lasagna It would be better if they layered it like NORMAL lasagna so we can get some meat and sauce in there! please can you change the way you make your messy mixture of just sheet noodles with a ever so light coating of sauce and tiny bits of meat.... Cmon! The salad was good though and their Jambalaya is Delish!

They need to get their act together with it come to the website it works doesn t work. It works. It doesn t work over and over and over and over and I m always told I m clicking the wrong button. I m done with this place. I am tired of fighting their inept technology. I am no longer ordering from Boston Pizza. I am tired of wasting my time and getting blamed for their mistakes. Cohesively as a business, they all suck,truly annoying. They simply do not get it. What kind of nonsense is this and how much business do they lose because of this idiocy?

The service here was great. The waitress was the right amount of attentiveness. The food was hot and good. Sports were on the TVs up high so everyone can see, and there were enough of them that you could figure out where to sit to watch the game.

They need to put more on the pizza if the customer ask for more !

Prices are out of control. I ve not seen price gouging at a restaurant to this extent. 25-30% more than 6 months or a year ago. What u use to feed five now three. Boycott this corrupt franchise.

I have always loved their spinach artichoke dip I had it today after a long time, and it was extremely salty. Two other people with me had the same thing, and they thought the same. Its a shame, really. It used to be so tasty. Hopefully, it was a one off. Food

I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and bacon and cheese bread. The chicken was flavourless and extremely tough. The bacon wasn t real bacon and simply un edible. The fettuccine had no Alfredo sauce on it. The only thing that was good was the cheese bread and luckily I ordered a side of marinara. Will definitely never order that again

Disappointed in overcooked $20 spaghetti and meatballs (meatballs were ok) prices and quality dont align. $12 for a 6oz glass of wine, they were out of soup crackers and we had to ask for cutlery so kids could eat there salads. Was told by waitress that they were low on cutlery and that salad is finger food. Kids liked the Cotton Candy Milk

Ive been to multiple locations within BC & Alberta and this BP in Cochrane is probably the worst food and service. Never return to this location.

The pizza was good as always but I ordered the French Onion Soup and I swear the bowls have gotten a lot smaller Im sure there food cost is 2 to 8 not happy

The food is about as you d expect from this sort of restaurant chain, but what makes it worth it coming here is the staff. They are always so friendly and a joy to interact with. On our most recent visit we were waited on by Maegan, and she was so sweet, I had a blast talking with her about the new Hogwarts game. That interaction made my night.

Food was OK but compared to the other BP restaurants in the region the Cochrane location is by far the worst. The cactus cut potatoes were soggy and not fried properly. The garden salad that came as a side with the burger was very very small in size. Service: got only one glass of water and the ketchup we asked for never made it to the table. Conclusion: not impressed with this BP and I wont go there anymore. Not recommend!

Experience was good, but some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Jim should pay attention to the franchise owner. People go to the restaurant to relax .Why do customers have to sit on the ripped /torn restaurant, both chairs? Vegetarian options: Good

Typical Boston Pizza; affordable, family friendly and clean. Pasta was absolutely bland as whoever cooked decided to not add the salt to it. Pizza was pretty okay but service was absolutely great. Max went above and beyond (and I am sorry, I couldnt give you higher tip, love) Kid-friendliness: Coloring & activity books for kids, childrens menu.

Thank you to the chef and waitress that i had Friday evening. i requested my dinner have no onions the chef dent my waitress to tell me there was onions in the sauce . which is the very first time anyone has done that for me . so i huge THANK YOU This is greatly appreciate.

A really nice Boston Pizza lounge! Its a lot bigger than it looks and has 3 levels for seating which is really cool! Its a chill vibe and the staff are very friendly!

It was my first time at this location and I was impressed all around. The service was quick and helpful. The food was delicious. Ill definitely go back. (I went on a Tuesday night, ordered the fried BBQ wings with Caesar salad. Would do it again!) I went to a different restaurant on a Tuesday night the previous week and was pretty disappointed in several ways - so this place really stood out with the prompt and helpful service!

Make sure to bring your own cheese. I asked for extra cheese on nachos and received less than should be on a toe nail. Server was excellent but decided the nachoes were worth the full price. I advise skipping this location. Much better cochrane family dinning. Half Hitch or Mr Mikes.

One of my favourite go to places, more than pizza, good salads, deserts and drinks. Kids menu is good. The portions are large so you can pick one dish, ask for another plate and split it. A few screens usually playing sports. Parking: Lots of parking right at the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu was good, sometime the same meal as the adults but smaller. The spaghetti with meatballs for adults was large and for kids still half a large plate. On our second visit one dish fed a 16 yr old and an 11 year old with left overs still.

Huge menu. West coasty kind of pizza. Kinda prefer New York, Detroit, or Cincinnati style pizza. Food

Typical BPs. Nothing exceptional and nothing bad. Was a quiet visit with minimal interactions from staff, quick order and decent food. Overall exactly what you would expect from a Boston Pizza.

We went to BP as family to celebrate my sons 18th birthday and it was just a miserable dining experience all round. I had a veggie burger that would have been better suited for use a hockey puck at Spray Lakes. And the bun! I kid you not it was so hard you could have used it as as one of those things they have on climbing walls to hang on to. The server did the bare minimum and was more interested in chatting to her friends, Im presuming she didnt ask how everything tasted out of pure embarrassment.... My visits to BP are usually only because its someones birthday or some other celebration, and each time I come away thinking how terrible it is. Today that changed: now I think it EPICALLY terrible!

Disappointed! Dont go to this place. Took my mother-in-law and son out for his birthday meal. I had a free appy on my BP account so we started off by redeeming that, ordered some more food and were enjoying ourselves. Come time for dessert, my mother-in-law had a free dessert coupon on her BP app as her b-day was just a couple weeks ago. They would not let her redeem her free dessert because we were all at one table. We even spoke to the manager about it and she claims its our store policy, yet nothing on the BP app pr website mentions any nonsense. Imagine if we had a big party there, I guarantee more than one person would have app coupons, but this location wont allow it. Truly disappointed. They were also going to give my son a bite size brownie for b-day (which is today), and after this commotion they didnt even give him that. So based on this crock of bull I only gave a 5% tip, only because the food was half decent. Dont waste your time here, go to a real restaurant chain like The brewhouse, Montanas, or original Joes where they will appreciate your business and work to make their customers happy!

First time trying the BP in Cochrane for take out. The staff at the front were super friendly and had the food ready to go. Great customer service. The food, however, was quite bad. I am celiac and often order the same thing at Boston pizzas that I go to. It s never great, but it s generally consistently good. Today, the medium oven roasted wings were quite flavourless. The gluten free pasta I got was over cooked and mushy. My partners chicken fingers were good, but the fries were mushy and cold. Disappointing!

I had a great server and for that I was pleased. But the price of the food compared to the smaller amounts I got really surprised me. Other places may be better for quantity of food in relation to the price of it being lower.

The service was slow this time. The Hungry Carnivore was fantastic. I had half of it for leftovers. The leftovers the next day were equally fantastic. The food is always yummy. It would be wonderful if theyd bring back the apple blossom dessert.

they are so kind. i ordered off skip the dishes and couldn t find the button for apple juice so i ordered mashed potatoes and put in the instructions that i just got my wisdom teeth taken out and really wanted some apple juice and couldn t drive. i said it s okay if they charge me extra for it over the app because i couldn t find the button. they send me 5 apple juices, free of charge and wrote on the bag for me to get better soon. almost brought me to tears! what kind people :). thank you

Got a ravioli dish that was $21 through skip the dishes. Tiny portion- about 10 noodles, and a nice black hair in the middle. Called and spoke to the manager who did not care whatsoever and said the wait was 1.5 hours due to traffic and they couldn t bring a new meal because it would take too long. He was not apologetic for ruining my tiny/ expensive/ hairy dinner whatsoever. He told me I had to take it up with skip the dishes even though they were the ones who put a hair in my meal. Won t be eating there again.

Came from Calgary on the bike slow service and server couldnt take the order right and under cooked food. when asked how my service was the server did not take the truth to nicely. Fastest BP service we have ever had. Less than 10 minutes to get our nachos, which looked exactly like you would hope or the menu displays. Excellent experience.

We ordered a lazona which was soso, really need way more sauce, in the restaurant it is way better. The large pizza has meat sauce, so it tasted just like my lazona. It was expensive and not very good. Very disappointed

Service is dismal .. sit at the bar with an empty glass for 10 min then have to wave a server over to take my order ... Its really not just Boston pizza ... Its a Cochran thing... Need to put people behind the bar that are not kids .

Had absolutely the worst experience dining in tonight with my family. First off we sat in the booth for 12 minutes before I waved a server down to ask if someone was comming. We ordered water juices and a pop which came after our appetizers and only because we had to ask, brought us soaking wet straws which we had to ask for ones that the paper wasnt disintegrating on. Kids food and our pizza finally came out minus the kids Ceasars salad which I had to ask for. we had no plates and no way to serve our selves our pizza we waited for another 7 minutes for waitress to come by she asked how our food was clearly seeing we hadnt been able to touch it I then told her we havnt been able to eat it. She then brought us some plates and serving tools. By the time we were able to eat our pizza was now cold. I asked for a manager, he came to the table not giving a care in the world and seemed annoyed that we had a complaint, very unprofessional I had to ask for a new pizza which had to be boxed up as we didnt have time after waiting for a new pizza to sit and eat. AFTER paying our bill the waitress decided it was time to talk about us to another employee forgetting that the little barrier between our booth and the kitchen area is not sound proof. Over all so so not impressed with our experiece tonight.

Food was great and at a pretty good price, but my servers that night where just not with it. My table got appetizers and then we had to wait an hour before someone even walked by our table. When they did they asked if we wanted dessert or the check not realizing that we hadn t actually ordered any proper food or even our drinks yet. And then she apologized quite a bit which was really really nice but then after us ordering food it took another hour before we got our food. Meanwhile other tables were getting their food and enjoying themselves and then coming and going multiple different times while we waited there and this whole time before we got our proper meal between us waiting for appetizers or for anything else was a total of 2 1/2 hours. So the customer service wasn t great in terms of the wait but they were really polite and nice even if a lot of the waitresses were just talking to each other at the front instead of actually coming to our table even when we tried to flag them down just to ask politely about where the food was or if we could order. But the food was still really good and they were polite when they realize that they made a mistake. The atmosphere was pretty good and cozy. 6/10

Forgot to process our order, after us waiting 45 minutes in the lobby they finally told us and wanted us to wait another 45 minutes for the order! Terrible service and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them because they were busy!

We have always had great experiences at Boston Pizza in Cochrane! Tonight we were hosted by Laura and she was absolutely fantastic and amazingly accommodating!

Was disappointed in the no children on the patio to make room for alcohol policy at start of reopening. Little girl was sad that she was not allowed to BPS. Otherwise loved it.

Food was very tasty and family really enjoyed the visit. Taryn was a great server very pleasant and efficient. Only recommendation would be to use a more flavorful sausage in the jambalaya such as a nice chorizo the grey color of the current choice was a bit off putting and make the chicken pieces more than just 1/4 dice.

Do NOT buy Kids Club Card!!! Boston Pizza does not stand behind this product!! For two years in a row I have purchased Kids Club Card and for the second year in a row I have not been able to use it because of Covid. The restaurant claimed they couldnt do anything about it for the second time in a row. Terrible! A poor excuse that borders on being fraud!! Avoid this deal

This restaurant needs to re-train their staff on anit-led racism, especially on Indigenous people who come there to have a nice, good meal instead they get ignored and are removed from the restaurant when they make a complaint about being ignored. Awesome staff for handling a situation terribly, it couldve been handled better. Do not spend your money here!

The new Boston Burger is great, came here on wing Wednesday and the wings were perfect, beyond perfect considering they were half price, the server was excellent as well. I cannot believe that they took away the beer specials on Wednesday, said wine was on special but Im eating a Burger and wings watching sports, I dont want wine. LMFAO That is why only 4 stars.

Really really poor service. Our waitress forgot pretty much everything. We had to be constantly reminding her. No cutlery, forgot the waters, asked for more drinks twice, forgot the take out boxes. It was not busy at the time, there were only 5 other tables and 3 other waitresses were working. Extremely unimpressed.
