Mr Mozzarella Pizza in Cochrane

I agree with N from a few posts ago who said, They are constantly behind, busy or not. This is not the first time we have waited 2hrs for a pizza to be delivered from Mr. Mozzarella in Cochrane. We were listed as order 006 on our take-out order. This is not an acceptable amount of time for a pizza to be delivered, and is not on par with other pizzerias in town. We generally like the food from here, but its not worth waiting all night for... this will be our last order from here. Lets hope by the time our pizza shows up tonight that it is actually hot. Ordered at 4:22pm... still waiting as of 6:25pm... RESULT Pizza, arrived at 6:44pm, 2hrs and 22min after we ordered. I asked that the delivery person knock, and leave the pizzas on the doorstep, but they stood there until I answered the door. I was on the phone with Mr. Mozzarella when the food arrived, asking about where our order was, explaining that this was an unacceptable amount of time to wait for our food, and that this would be our last order with them. The person on the phone only replied that food will be there in 1-2 minutes. No explanations as to what happened. Then they apologized and hung up on me! They made no attempt to reconcile the situation with me. The pizzas were at least hot and tasted good. Glad we could at least enjoy the food from there one last time because we cannot stand for their lack of service.

Great pizza! Crunchy on the bottom, soft crust, quality ingredients and lots of them. Must try the creamy garlic sauce, its made in house and is delicious! Have placed a few orders now and they never disappoint! Staff are friendly and service is great.

Its hit or miss, had great, had mediocre, havent been back in some time as too many times it was less than good, unfortunately consistency has not been in their favour. I would suggest trying the Italian kitchen in Fireside or The Boot in Cochrane because they always get it right.

Just stopped by for a pizza by the slice,sadly it was too early so decided to try the Italian poutine. Im from Québec so I know my poutine, the sauce was perfect, fries cooked with a crunch so it was good, cheese was definetly not the fresh squick one but still good. Overall it was a really good poutine next time I get extra curds tho would have gave 5 stars if cheese curds was fresh but its a solid 4 stars

Ordered from here a couple of times getting pizza, pasta and the breaded mushrooms. All have been really nice. Pasta is big, could feed 2 adults or up to 3 kids at least! Delivery service and in store has been good too and whilst one item was missing one time on an order and I actually didn t call to complain, because I didn t want them to have to come out for one can of drink, about 10mins later the delivery driver was back with it so really appreciate that.

Being from the east coast, I have always found Albertas pizza game weak..after 12 years of trying ever little pizza shop I see across the province..this is it!! Best pizza in Alberta hands down!!

We recently had the opportunity to visit Mr. Mozzarella Pizza and had the Shawarma Pizza and the Tex Mex. I must say it was superb! Especially the Shawarma pizza. The Pizza was expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The presentation was also impeccable, adding to the overall dining experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Abhimanue. He was really attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. Abhimanue s knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, adding to the overall satisfaction of our meal. I would highly recommend Mr. Mozzarella Pizza for anyone who s looking for a standout restaurant.

Last 4 times received a pizza from there and the pizza is raw. Toppings dont stick and fall off; synonymous with undercooked pizza. How can you screw up a pizza? Simple solution- Oven is too hot or there is too many toppings. Used to be the best pizza in Cochrane, but not anymore!

The service is always great. I have eaten here several times, and it can be hit or miss. Pizza is good. I had a poutine this evening, and the gravy is too salty (for my personal taste), and the fries were overcooked. It was just ok. I would go back and try other things.

Had Mr. Mozzarella in Kelowna and now in Cochrane. Pizza was incredibly meh and not worth the price both times. The idea that the price is reflected on the quality of the ingredients as per other reviews is just funny. Get your pizza from another place.

Walked in and ordered a Philly Cheese steak pizza, also had 2 slices of the ready made pizza while we waited. The ready made was more flavorful compared to the fresh made. Flat flavors and the only thing we could taste was green pepper....over hyped IMO

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. Staff was super kind and friendly and the interior+kitchen was squeaky clean. If you go, the creamy garlic sauce is the best pizza sauce I have ever tried. If you are passing through and need a good filling lunch this place is perfect.

We were camping at Bow Rivers Edge Campground in our RV and had friends driving out to visit us at our site. I called ahead to see if they would deliver to us there and it was no problem. The driver was super friendly, & the pizza was delicious! Worked out perfect for us and we will definitely order from them again next time we are in town!

New years eve, I walked in after they had started closing early to allow staff a chance to be with family. The owner took my order and then delivered it himself! Ive never seen such dedication to customer service. And the pizza was amazing!

The pizza was pretty good! the prices werent bad either. I also had to taste their fries and poutine, delish! My kids approved, and I will be back.

Always loved their Veggie pizza on the top of it the customer service is exceptional. Very friendly and always smiling staff. Must vist and experience yourself.

This is the first time I ordered from Mr Mozzarella and it won t be the last. The whole process from the service, the pizza and delivery are top notch. We ordered the 1/2 pizza Club Za and Hawaiian - and it was absolutely delicious, real bacon and fresh ingredients. Thank you, we will return, Mr. Mozzarella.

Great pizza great service

Wow the owner was so rude i kad to leave my money there. I never leave a review. I came from the taco place next door and was suggesting the owner to be a little nice. I dont know why but he got triggered. I did apologize a lot of times but wow the guy told me you guys always complain.

Ive been to Mr Mozzarella twice now and have been impressed both times. Friendly staff and amazing pizza! They are very generous with toppings. Service is fast and staff are always kind. From the amazing customer service, the cleanliness of the store, and the incredible food, this place is a treasure in the Heartland community. I have eaten here numerous times since the restaurant has opened and I am always blown away by the quality AND quantity of the food. The owners do an excellent job at going above and beyond for each guest that walks through their doors too!

Delicious! Got a medium pizza with 2 different kinds and a platter. Not greasy at all and the pizza had heaps of toppings on it! Deep fried pickles and garlic parm dip were delightful too. Will deff order from here again!

Must eat place in Cochrane. We ordered the Mr.Mozzarella pizza and chorizo pasta. Both we freshly prepared, tasty and worth the money.

We first ate here on New Years Eve 2020. All I have to report is an outstanding experience. We ordered 2 x large thin crust pizzas (the Katrina and the Hawaiian Delight) and 2 poutines (the classic and mushroom one). The pizzas were really good, not your typical cheese bomb fast food style pizza, fresh tasting ingredients.. I am not a Poutine person but my wife and kids said the poutine was great to. The food was hot, ready exactly on time and the obviously busy staff (when we picked up) were super friendly, positive and welcoming. My only slightly critical observation was when we called no one picked up the phone and there was no voice message to let us know how to order or of that it was indeed a business. We wound up ordering online and that in house system (so happy to see a small restaurant NOT using Skip the Dishes) worked great. We have found our local pizza go to joint. Keep up the great work (and Pizza)

Unfortunately I had a very bad first impression. I ordered deep fried pickles and some lasagna and was told it would be an hour and to come back. They obviously made the pickles first and let them sit there the whole time. Lasagna was salty and the deep fried pickles were cold and floppy. We probably wont go back.

I have been going there since they opened. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of great and the staff is absolutely fantastic and eager to please the customer. The pizza is delicious and their wings are pretty good as well!

I ve been to mr. mozzarella twice now and and the service is outstanding. As good as the service has been, the pizza has been even better. There is no shortage of toppings and the pizza is not greasy at all. The crust is a perfect blend between crispy and having the right chew . Our family loved Ducks pizza but this is much much better. I highly recommend this pizza place. Their menu is vast and has tremendous variety.

Have ordered several pizzas and sides since it opened and have been extremely satisfied on all items. Pizzas are well topped and tasty and the staff is very friendly. Nice to have a great place in the neighborhood to pick up a delicious meal.

Have ordered from here 3 times, 7 different specialty pizzas. All have been a good value, sometimes the are even almost too many toppings. A little too much dough sometimes, but overall good quality. Looking forward to trying some of the other foods here, poutine, wings and such.

My wife and I have visited Mr. Mozzarella twice and were drawn back not only by the delicious, cheesy and flavourful pizza but also for the flawless business ethics of the Owner-Manager. He works very hard to ensure the satisfaction and return of his customers. Something hard to find in the world we currently live in. We have been long awaiting a good Pizza Parlour in the Cochrane area and at long last, one has showed up in Mr Mozzarella. Five Star from us.

My wife and I have eaten here about 5 times since it opened. We always went to Boston pizza in the past but that usually ended up to be the equivalent of a mortgage payment. You simply can not beat this place for good food at a great price. Also the staff are so nice. Its like back in the 80,s when customer satisfaction meant something. So refreshing !!!!

Ordered a lasagna and a spaghetti meatball pasta , tasted amazing , great value , big portions. I then went back a second time and order a tropical chicken pizza and a Hawaiian pizza with wings. Again tasted amazing , great value and filling. I will definitely be going back and recommending people !!

I came here for the first time the other day and ordered the fried zucchini and the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The fried zucchini was good but the recipe for the alfredo could do with some tweaking, The noodles were good and the garlic bread was good but the sauce didnt have any flavor at all. Im not sure how it is made but it could do with some Grated Parmesan Cheese, either fresh garlic or garlic powder, and some Italian Seasoning. Im giving 5 stars right now because all of the raves right now are going to the pizza and that will be the next thing I order so Im just assuming it will be 5 star haha.

OMG soooo good!!! Such good comfort food. Had a few items for my first visit, the lasagna, platter with cheese sticks shrimp and boneless wings. The dipping sauce options were fantastic and tasted great. Will definitely come back!

Pizza is so good. It is a premium product, lots of toppings. The owners is really nice and a great addition to our neighborhood. It is also really clean. Go a few minutes early and have a great chat with a great new neighbor.

We moved west 7 years ago and havent been able to find a pizza place just like we had back home. Today we tried Mr Mozzarellas pizza, poutine and deep fried pickles, and finally we were home! Thanks you guys! And the service was super kind and professional. Made this guy very happy.

Ive posted for this company before, but it bears repeating. The best pizza Ive ever had! I brought it in to work for a coworkers birthday and they were amazed. Better quality than the pizza places around here by far!

We had heard that Mr. Mozzarella was awesome and eagerly looked forwarded to trying out there food. After all how often do you see 4.9 out of 5 for 50 + reviews? We opted for a basic pepperoni pizza and a 5-piece platter. The platter was ok but the pizza was just so-so. Maybe we got them on an off night or perhaps Google reviews are just not as reliable as they use to be.

Food was delicious and the service was even better! They forgot to give us our little tiny tub of ranch dipping sauce with our chicken wings for our takeout order so they sent a driver all the way across town (literally from Heartland to Fireside) to deliver our little ranch to our home for free!

This was my first time and i can tell you it will not be my last. From the moment we opened the door I could tell it was something special. Just open the box and take a bit and you will not urn back.

The only true good thing in there is the poutine but the fries are a little dry Service is half the time bad Dont have half the stuff on the menu mozzarella stick are cold and looks like they are precook and keep hot And no forks thats the best one when they give you the bag and you open it 15 min later

The pizza crust is either perfectly crunchy or tantalizingly soft right where it needs to be. What a delicious dough recipe! The toppings are all fresh and made with top quality ingredients. The tropical barbecue chicken is a creative and juicy treat. Good work Mr. Mozarella, the chief of the cheese, the captain of the crust, the Picasso of Pizza, the Maestro of the Menu.

Food really great and the cheese is uniquely different from other pizza places ive been to! It s so delicious! Their jordana pizza is amazingly perfect for my taste! Highly recommended!
