It's sad to say but I will definitely adding this pizza place to the list that I will not be visiting again.
If you’re vegan like we are….their pizzas are great! Nice to see there are choices for us out there. The vegan cheezy bread and impossible nuggets are fantastic as well. Thank you Panago!!
Panago Pizza Cochrane is amazing!!! I order online and pick up and it's always ready when I arrive. The pizza is really good and the place is clean. The staff here is amazing! They are so friendly and happy to see you. Keep up the good work!
Panago in Cochrane is hands down my favorite local pizza place. Their food is always hot and on time. Tonight I forgot to order the wings and the driver TJ called in the order and had it back at my house in 20 mins. Fantastic staff and service. TJ thanks for being an absolute Rockstar tonight!!
Wow I am super impressed with Panago Pizza! Today was my first time trying their pizza and I’m thoroughly impressed. We ordered the Plant-based Beyond Spicy Calabrese. I’ve had a lot of vegan pizza and I have to say this is one of the top 5 hands down! I’m super impressed by their plant based menu and super excited to try them all!
I order pizza from this location yesterday and believe me it was so delicious. Quality was outstanding, service was great and store was so well organized and clean. It became my fav. Place to get dinner😄
We had such an incredible experience ordering for our sons birthday party. We had numerous allergies to consider. Nuts, dairy and gluten. DJ handled our order with such care and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. AND the pizza was AWESOME! Hands down the best customer service we have had in a great long time. Incredible. Way to go Panago Cochrane! You guys are awesome.
The past few months the pizza dough is always raw in the middle. It was our favourite pizza in town but now it grosses me out. Tried giving them a couple of chances and telling the 1-800 number but the same raw dough the last few times.
Would rather get Kirkland frozen pizza than this Cardboard

Best location for eat pizaa
Been ordering their pizza for years. Great pizza when they get the order right. However, they only get it right, at best, 50% of the time. Got 3 out of my last 4 orders wrong. Even after I stress to the order taker to get it right. On two occasions, I got completely wrong pizza. I am afraid they have lost my business now.
Food is always delicious, but takes forever now if you order directly from the restaurant.
It seems like their quality has gone down and now they don t have enough drivers to deliver pizza
These guys are terrible, it took them 2 hours to deliver my gluten-free pizza and this is the only place that I can get gluten free.
Ordered. Told them I was outside in my car. Waiting. Waiting. Went inside. They told me they do not deliver to cars. Did not tell me when I ordered. So as I was waiting, I noticed that one of their staff was sitting on the counter where they prep the dough. Oh boy. Mentioned that to staff when I picked up. They did not care.

This place has a AWESOME!!! Not only did they give my son a free pizza for his birthday, I ordered tonight and the chipotle chicken pizza was THE best pizza I ve ever had! AND I had it on A multigrain crust!! Soooo good! I want more! Lol the kid delivering was also so nice and very cognizant of the COVID precautions. I m super impressed thanks Panago Cochrane!!

They never have delivery available. Three times in a row. Worst Panago I ve ever dealt with.

Excellent service was shown today when I ordered fresh tomatoes on my pizza. The young lady that made my pizza put them in a separate container for me. (Yay for not warm tomatoes!) I forgot them and she called me to tell me she had them set aside for me. I thanked her and said it was ok, I didnt need them. (Was too tired to turn around and go back.) I really appreciated her excellent service!

Not my fav. Gave it 2 stars because it didnt have any grease... No thanks to this company! Also, the crust was doughy in parts and the favour was barely there... Missing something.... Sorry Pan you gotta Go!
Tried ordering online for over 30 minutes but the site refused to acknowledge my postal code. Finally make a phone call, just to find out that the cochrane location CLOSED at 11pm (now its about 11:05pm) however google says that they are open until midnight. Incredibly frustrating, as I have been trying to order for quite awhile. I highly doubt we will be giving panago another chance and I recommend ordering your pizza from elsewhere.

Always hot and ready when we pick up. Speedy service as well.
Delivery took 2 hours on a Monday night. And they still wanted to get paid for it.
