I ordered a medium pizza and when we received it. It was smells really bad that you can’t even tolerate and how can you eat it. Called the restaurant and someone over the phone said maybe it was driver’s fault how that could be he is not working in the kitchen just delivering food. So unprofessional staff. Ruin the evening and waste of money.
Place is always clean, good staff and management, order is always on time and correct, and always hot and fresh. No jokes when say it’s my favourite Pizza in town next to when my parents make it from scratch, and has been for a while.
This is a difficult review for me to write. I like Pizza Hut food. The food is always good and consistent. The delivery staff is another matter. Last night the delivery driver just dropped our order on the front porch and left. Of course the pizza and wings were cold when we found them. My wife called the store to tell them what happened and got an argument from the manager. Poor, poor customer service. The manager asked the driver if he delivered the order and the driver said yes. I beg to differ, delivering hot food is NOT delivered until the customer personally receives the item. We were 4 meters from the door sitting in our living room WAITING for the delivery if he rang the bell or even knocked we would have heard it. NOTE: If someone from corporate or region is reading this review, please have a delivery methodology and customer service conversation with the store manager.

I went in yesterday to pick up a pizza. Asked how much it was to stuff the crust. I then proceeded to go to my friends house and i grab a slice no stuffed crust even though i paid for it. As someone who has worked in food service you have to make sure what yu made is right before you send it out. Absolutely unacceptable i paid extra for nothing. Probably wont come back again
Ordered online and said was done in 30 mins. Picked up after 20 mins and was done, which great, but the pizza was way under and not very good. The chicken bites are nice, but the breadstick I would skip. With all the competition around town I expected better.
Meh... So underwhelmed. Ordered 2 medium pizzas. One looked like it was cooked recently, the other looked older and was cold 😕 just tried to treat myself and hadn't ordered food in a really long time. The pizzas arrived about 15 minutes later than they had expected. No big deal. But just cold and sad pizzas came... Very unfriendly delivery driver. Sad experience. Won't be ordering here again. I'd highly recommend Panago over this. Panago comes hot and the drivers are really kind and they have nice sauces to choose from. Live and learn. Maybe learn from my mistake?
Hands down the most delicious, fresh, well made pizzas in town. Consistent, hot , full of ingredients. I've struggled with other pizza franchises in Cochrane in the past but since we started ordering pizza hut they don't disappoint. The gentleman that delivers at 8-9 pm is also very friendly, polite, always with a smile and appreciative.
Delicious food with amazing service. We re visiting Banff from Ontario and tried pizza at this location. Definitely come back and recommended.

The food was really delicious, would recommend all to try the pizzas of the pizza hut. The employee was also friendly and was patient with everyone. And he wasnt even mad about me eating in the restaurant and also gave me a free drink for my first order. Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options in pizza hut like breadsticks, veggies lovers pizza, they also have the gluten free pizza, melts, etc. Kid-friendliness: I took my kid to the restraunt and he gave him a free drink.

Food is always typically amazing and our family loves the Triple Treat box however I ordered this evening and got an error upon payment processing. The funds ($50.38) were withdrawn from my account so I called the location to confirm they got my order and they said they had no record and couldn t issue a refund and it was my banks issue. No, the transaction completed it is not my banks issue. I will be reconsidering when I look at ordering pizza again from an establishment.
Tried to order 30 minutes before closing... they couldnt even answer the phone. At least answer and tell me you cant complete any more orders, why let it ring? Or I might be wrong and you were closed but you are too stupid to have the right business hours? Either way, no wonder pizza hut is a forgotten franchise, pathetic

2 HUGE thumbs down. We placed an online order for pick up and had someone that was coming over pick it up for us. We picked up at 5:45. When it arrived, we realized they had given him the wrong order. Annoying, but no big deal. I call the restaurant at 615 and was on the phone with them for 20 min. They continually put me on hold for 5+ mins and were difficult to talk to. They said it was busy tonight so the orders probably got mixed up. Again, annoying but no big deal! This is where it starts to turn into a big deal. They say they can put a credit on my account for the entire order for next time. I let them know that we are hungry and would like the order tonight. They till me I can come back and pick it up or I can pay a $6 delivery charge and they will bring it. I ask why they cant pay the delivery charge since it was their mistake, not mine. They say they cant. We go back and forth and eventually they say they will pay the charge but the delivery will take half an hour to an hour. I said fine. I had them confirm what would be sent. He said what we had ordered in the box (2 pizzas, breadsticks, wings, cookie, dips, & 2L pop). Driver arrives with order at 730 (almost 2 hrs. after picking up original order). I thank him and ask for the pop. He says the restaurant didnt give him one. He said he would let the store know and I again thanked him. I called back at 735 and spent another 20 mins on the phone with them. At first they were telling me that the person at the counter confirmed he gave us the pop when we came in. I confirmed we did and offered dash cam footage if need be to prove. I mentioned that the person I spoke with earlier said the orders were mixed up so yes, the pop was probably given out but to the wrong person. They again said I could come in to pick it up or they would deliver it with a $6 delivery charge. I told them that was ridiculous as none of this was out fault and we should have to pay for their mistake. I asked him to refund the order and he said he did and it would take 4-5 business days to show up. I asked for an email confirmation of the refund and he put me back on hold. When he came back he said, we have already filled your order and given you extra pizzas (the wrong ones that I never ordered). He said they called the owner and they said there was nothing more they could do for me. I told him, you havent given me what I have paid for. I paid for the pop and still dont have it. He said I am sorry, there is nothing we can do! Now dont get me wrong, I totally get it. First world problems. The problem here is the way I was treated when all I was asking for was what I paid for. Buyer beware. They clearly are not customer focused and are not concerned with making things right or not. It has been a long week and this Mama just wanted to have some pizza and pop with the minis. Instead it turned into a 3 hour debacle where I got ripped off cause they messed up my order.

Hit and miss
You always know what youre going to get. Also, they have never messed up our order. Is the pizza the best around? No. But youre paying gorgeous convenience, and that goes far for me.
My husband said it was the best wings he s had in ages. Food was hot and fresh. Pleasantly surprised! Would order again.

It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The thin crust was paper thin, overcooked edges and and undercooked in the centre. The boneless chicken wings were overcooked and dry. Paid $40 and couldnt eat it. Total disappointment.

There s an issue with the website right now, with the combo I got I was meant to get wings but it keeps autogenerating onion rings, and adding an extra dollar for them. Didn t want them, ended up with a very cheap portion of them, and no wings, and I got to spend an extra dollar for them not great

My review is based on value vs other pizza establishments. We ordered two large pizzas thinking it would be a good size and some decent toppings on loaded pizzas. 3 stars because for a large it was nothing to write home about. It satisfied the void for some pizza cravings for a few of us but left us hungry looking for additional take out after the fact. The pizza was good. The size was mediocre and the amount of toppings could have been more generous. Maybe the cook was having an off day but I thought there would be some consistency with a brand name pizza joint. I would probably goto about 3 other pizza establishments before I make this my goto.
Pizza arrived by delivery luke warm. Crust was burnt. Entire sections of the pizza had zero toppings. I get it restaurants are trying to keep costs in check right now but charge more if needed so people actually get some value for their money. The couple dollars saved means people wont come back. Not a sustainable business model.

I didnt realize the small pizza was only available as a gluten free option when I ordered online. When I picked up the pizza and noticed the staff educated me that the smalls are only avaliable as a gluten free option and offered to remake it. It was very much appreciated.

Have ordered from here three time. First time was half an hour late. Second time was incorrect order. Third, it was a raw stretchy undercooked doughey mess. Order at your own risk, I dont have any more patience for this place. Would not recommend.

Horrible service. Placed my order online Friday at 4:45pm, received a confirmation it would be ready for pickup at 5pm. Went to pick it up, there were five people in front of me, none had paid or been acknowledged after ten minutes of me being there. I waited until 5:22 and then walked out - there were at least 10 people behind me, and the people in front of me were still waiting. The workers were filling all the delivery orders and had zero regard for the walk in customers. We had been ordering from there every Friday for the last few months. Not anymore!
Unreliable service and poor online ordering. Will not be going back. Placed an online order in the morning to have food delivered at 5pm for a birthday party. 5pm comes around and no food. 5:15pm no food. Try calling the store several times...but no answer. 5:25pm I get heading out the door to drive to the store and guess what shows up...an email saying our food is going into the oven now. Pizza finally arrives at 5:45pm. I understand things can happen...people screw-up...balls get dropped. If this happens then admit it, contact the customer and offer to make it right. A simple gesture of contacting us and offering a modest discount or throwing in some bread goes a long way. Instead putting the food in the oven 25 minutes after it is suppossed to be at our house and not acknowledging it is unacceptable and disrespectful of the customer.
All pizza hut cochrane does is steals your money!!! They didnt deliver half of our order and said that next time we order we would get a free pizza for the inconvenience all we had to do is provide the phone number on the account. We order our free pizza and was told that they have no records of complaint and that a lot of people call to ask for free pizza. Had I known that this is an issue I would have never paid full price for an order I did not receive!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! Awful customer service and unbelieve how management deals with these situations. Pizza Hut Cochrane train your drivers not to call your establishment and make promises I cant keep! Very disappointed and will NEVER order or recommend you to anyone I know!!!

Ordered a large pizza with extra tomato sauce. And 14 boneless bites. Pizza had less than the normal amount of sauce and boneless bites were not cooked through. So disappointed as Pizza Hut is usually my go to. Get it together Cochrane PH.
Order was ready in under 20 minutes. The woman serving me was incredibly friendly, I wish I got her name. Pizza was okay, ordered extra sauce but the pizza seemed to have the regular amount on it, not complaining though, the cookie and cinnaparts were delicious!

These people are very friendly, and customer service at its best. Pizza Hut has always great deals and pizzas are delicious. Manager offered me a free cookie on my birthday and never fails to impress me with their menu. Best in town.
