They changed everything! Its absolute garbage now. I will never eat at red swan again! They changed meats menu everything. I know this location would load the pizza up now they are so cheap its disgusting! So sad to take a good thing and ruin it!!

Tonight i ordered a Spicy Paneer Pizza, hoping for a flavorful and spicy treat. However, the pizza I received was surprisingly sweet, lacking the promised spiciness. Despite requesting extra cilantro and sesame seeds, the amount provided was minimal. While I appreciate it was ready on time but the taste did not meet our expectations. I hope the restaurant can take this feedback constructively to improve the consistency and quality of their dishes.

I try and I try and somehow these guys manage to fail every time. Im quoted 55 minutes.... 2 hours later nothing. They cant find their driver. They blame everything except themselves and cannot correct their behavior or even try to make it right. Terrible service everytime Ive ordered directly through them. Oh and heres the latest excuse: we ran out of dough. My retinas are going to detach if my eyes continue to roll. Get your pizza somewhere else.

I wish it would let me review more than once, it is that good! I just recently discovered this place as I started working near by. Im assuming its the owner thats there seemingly every day, he is super nice, works super hard and is very professional. And the food is absolutely delicious! The service is always super friendly and the lunch deals are great! Definitely would recommend 12/10

I wanted to leave a positive review. We ordered from here tonight and everything was wonderful. Delivery guy was also very friendly. Everything was fresh, warm and tasty. I also love that this place has reasonable prices and a variety of different items on top of just pizza. Good job to everyone who works here.

I see these guys as a smaller, Canadian owned, take out pizza business. In the same space as Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns and Little Caesars, but at a considerably higher quality level than any of the others mentioned! I think sit down restaurants that make great pizza are still a cut above, but for the quality, price and ease of ordering/taking out/delivering, Red Swan cant be beat! Highly recommend!

Red swan is my favourite pizza, but this time i went cochrane location and pizza taste was totally different, it was worse taste ever, im having pain in my stomach. Next time i will never eat from cochrane location. Never recommend anyone. Zero stars

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a pizza. Waited 45 minutes.. picked up pizza. There were literally no toppings on it. Was told thats how I ordered it!? Was called a liar. Had to send an email with pictures of the pizza. Wait another 30 mins for them to receive it as I was told not to come back into the store with the pizza as they wouldnt do anything in person and had to be through their manager. 2.5 hours later finally got a refund after having to drive back to the store when the manager arrived. They didnt even offer to make me the pizza I ordered.

Ordered the 3-pizza special for takeout: perogy, butter chicken, and spicy & sweet. Good amount of toppings but taste was really underwhelming. Butter chicken didn t taste as it sounds and the most I got out of it was I could taste the texture of the chicken and potato from the pizzas but that s it. Overall, I d rate it average and not worth it.

We ordered one large one-topping pizza half bacon & half pepperoni. I believe it was just under $11 for the pizza. They gave us a couple of juice boxes which my kids absolutely loved. The sauce was flavourful and the crust was tasty! I ve tried the butter chicken and the paneer pizza and I am salivating just thinking about them. Lots of fun pizza flavours to try! Keep up the great work!

Have ordered pizza here every once in a while since this location opened. Went in today to order and was told I didnt pickup an order in December of 2020 and I owed them $25. Refused to serve me. Loss of a customer I guess.

Great Pizza and even better customer service! Ordered a couple of pizzas and they called immediately to inform me that due to an emergency they had lost their delivery driver for the evening and asked if we could pick up. We couldn t as we had already enjoyed a few glasses of wine so I said no problem, we ll try again next time. They said let me make a quick phone call and see if we can figure something out l. Not even a minute later called back and said your pizza will be on the way. It showed up shortly after and was gone within minutes. Great Pizza, Great People 12/10 would order again and will

Takes over an hour for delivery on a Monday night. Ordered at 7:15 and called the store at 8:10 asking where our food was, I was told it s on the way. I asked why so long for delivery and he said it takes that long. Other pizza places do not take an hour for delivery so I will not be ordering from this store again and was hung up on!

Red Swan is the definition of consistent quality! The Cochrane location always gets my individual order right, and it s the same every time. I have never been disappointed. Not to mention they ve got excellent customer service and their drivers are amazing! I only ever get Red Swan pizza.

We ordered when they first opened and werent too impressed but the last 3 times have been great. Pizzas were delicious, all notes were followed perfectly, and everything comes right around the time we request it. Highly recommend the Tuscan!

We really like the pizza here, the sesame seeds make the crust next level! But tonight we ordered, and paid for, extra cheese and based on how much cheese we received there would have been NO cheese if we hadnt asked for extra. Seriously, opened the box and there are places where there are no toppings at all, just dough covered in sauce. Disappointing.

Great tasting pizza... never had it with sesame on the crust... personally nice added touch. Crust is not overly chewy either.. a must try if you never have.

This is one of the best values for pizza in Cochrane. It was delivered hot and fresh, and everybody agreed it was pretty good. The sesame seed crust was delicious, but you do have the option to hold the seeds if you wish. It is worth trying if youre wanting to try something a bit different. Nothing fancy, but a good deal for what you get.

I ordered online, when the driver finally arrived I asked if it was a busy night he said no. I asked why my order took so long and he had no inclination as to why. Pizza was cold and expensive, ordered hot wings and got plain wings with some hot sauce. Ill try one of the other 500 pizza places.

4.5 stars, and the half is only because I got confused on the online ordering. But they had extremely good customer service! Best nachos for under $20 Ive ever had! Also the best pizza Ive had in a long time! I was skeptical of tandoori chicken on pizza but they did an amazing job! It was so good! This will be my new go to pizza place in Cochrane (with CPU being in second, but you just cant compete with nachos and Red swans crust is way better)

We spent Friday night the 26th of March 2021 in Cochrane. Ordered pizza and wings as we had read the reviews and felt confident that it would be ok. It wasn t. The wings were greasy and tasted like fish, and the pizza was soggy and lacked flavour. Very minimal cheese on it as well. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

I ordered paneer Tikka pizza from red Swan Pizza , and its really yummy and the seasme seed crust I really like the most. The pizza was crunchy and I was feeling every toping in the single bite. customer service is great and the staff was really polite.

Visited the pizza restaurant on our way back from Banff, 20min detour, worth driving, delicious and tasty pizza Will definitely visit every time we travel to the Banff national park, staff was super friendly and accommodating to our last minute changes 5 customer service 5 quality food

Looking online for a pizza while passing through the area and came upon this place. Our lucky day. Had the #27 and the Hawaiian. Both thin crust. Were able to eat inside. In a word - delicious. In more than a word - excellent, great sesame crust, hot and savoury, friendly, very reasonably priced if you go for the take it specials. Meant to ask the manager about the unique name of the place but must have been distracted by the yummy pizza and forgot. (Stopped by MacKays ice cream afterward for an obligatory cone. Wonderful pizza, wonderful ice cream. Who could ask for anything more.) If were here again well know exactly where to find great pizza.

The loaded does not have half the toppings in there.

Best pizza I have found in cochrane with a really diverse pizza menu which makes ordering alot of fun. They screwed up my order and instead of making excuses they have me an XL for free..great customer service.

This is hands down one of the best pizza places Ive ever been to. The sesame seed crust is such an interesting spin. Their marinara sauce and dipping sauce are really tasty. Not only that but the service is always great! Super nice staff. Ive tried calling before where they dont pick up only to receive a phone call a couple minutes later to make sure I get helped. Only tried this place a month and a half ago and Ive already been 4 or 5 times.

I eat here more than I care to admit. This is the best pizza place in cochrane and Im very picky with pizza. Excellent sesame seed crust and the perfect amount of sauce. The service is really good too, they are fast and friendly. They have a great deal, Large 2 topping pizza for 10 bucks.

We ordered on the on line service. We tried to call and got voice mail. My husband waited over an hour when he arrived to pick up our pizzas. This to me is poor business. He was told they got 50 orders in 15 minutes. However he was given no apology. In addition as a customer, I shouldn t suffer because they were unprepared. I will give them credit, the pizza was good

Had food delivered because of covid19. Servings were larger than expected, but quite tasty. Nachos were very good, lots of goodies on top. Caesar salad with dressing was very good but portion was a bit large. Would order from them again.

Ordered delivery. Nachos had a mountain of broken nacho crumbs under a thin layer of intact nachos. Pizza tasted alright.

Raj answered the phone at 10:30 pm even tho they had closed at 10 pm tonight. I mentioned that we had 3 different pizzas last night & the dessert pizza. I had listened to him on the phone with other clients. Even when he was super busy, he was kind, patient and enthusiastic. Raj remembered us and insisted that they would make up our order. We wanted to try a different pizza tonight. He offered to not only make up a pizza after they had closed but to deliver it. I was prepared to pick it up. He and the pizza cook, Pruthui delivered the pizza and pop. These gentlemen are proud of the product that they produce and enjoy meeting clients. The pizza was beautiful! Hot, thin crust that we love and ingredients well blended! The sesame seeds on the crust are novel and tasty. The menu is extensive so enjoy the service & quality as you try the various items. This is a great local business in Cochrane.

Great deals, and very good pizza

Not good at all, spoiled ingredients and expired dipping sauce not worth 26 bucks for a pizza, not even worth $5. Didnt eat. Staff fighting in the back, kitchen was filthy with boxes all over the floor likely filled with the poorly handled toppings that led to the rotten taste, cashier took 5 minutes to figure out how to use debit machine still asked for tip it was a disgrace. Most importantly, pizza was rancid and no it wasnt the sesame seeds it was full on rancid. Fake reviews underneath

The staff was busy so we had patience for the long wait. They were very distracted so I wasnt surprised when I got home and they had made the wrong pizza for me. Disappointed though. Im strict keto and that was an option I was looking forward to trying. So unfortunately I would not recommend Red Swan.

First time ordering tonight, we ordered online the 3 large pizza combo for $40 and nachos for $11, free delivery. It was fantastic, and arrived on time. Delivery guy was courteous and kept his distance at the door. The pizza tasted better than panago, and the crust was nice and not dry or crunchy. The nachos were classic pub style, fully loaded and layered, totally hit the spot for nacho craving. This is now our favorite pizza place in town!

BEST pizza in town. Hands down. Soooo many options! Very original flavors and ingredients, really appreciate the fact that they have like 8 different vegetarian pizzas as well. Super impressed!!!

Unfortunately everything we ate today was awful. The pizza was over cooked/ burnt and very flat. The chicken wings were edible but the sauce was not very good. The Cesar salad was covered in little chunks of bacon fat. The sesame crust has potential but was really destroyed with the rest of the pizza. We spent a lot here, I feel too bad to call and complain because of covid, it s hard enough in restaraunts who are struggling. I suggest minimizing what they have on the menu. They have about 40 ingredients it seems. That s very hard to maintain through a pandemic. We would never eat here again sadly
