Overpriced for what you get. Lumpy and cold canned gravy was $3.29. Thin burger patties and small steak sizes for premium prices. Much better choices in town than this one.

Mr Mikes is a great place to unwind and enjoy a casual meal. Plenty of great food to choose from on the menu and the service is fantastic!

I always have a wonderful experience at Cochrane MrMikes ! The manager always goes above and beyond, the staff are amazing, the kitchen staff do a wonderful job and everything is always delicious! This time I ordered food to go and it was ready on time. Hot and fresh, and they made sure everything was in the order! 11/10 service and experience! Will definitely be back in the near future! Got take-out on my way through, and this is the basil that they included with my bruschetta it s okay i only wanted enough to put on 1 piece anyways. Why even pack it at that point : )

Went there on a Sunday place was empty. Food was okay, had a burger it was okay not worth the $ paid. Wheelchair accessibility: Had handicap parking plus several others close by. Bathroom stall was perfect for a wheelchair. Could reach soap dispenser.

Have been a long time Customer of Mikes., a favorite place for us in Cochrane. Rib Eye Steak, Ribs, Salads, so many other Menu items really good - huge variety to choose from. What tops the experience is the service we get.- notably, from Stella. We appreciate her experience, positive demeanor. Weve found all team members are accommodating, and friendly. A nice place to go after a long days work :)

What a great spot to grab some eats! Were from Calgary and were hitting up some plant stores in town when we decided to stop in and grab a bite. We had never been to a Mr. Mikes before so we didnt really know what to expect. Well, our wonderful server Gaby was super enthusiastic talking about the menu with us! Gaby is such an incredible server- her attention to detail and demeanor ensured we felt extremely well taken care of. The food is super good, too! Highly recommend if youre in Cochrane and feelin peckish.

I was beyond impressed with Gaby today how she took care of us. Never have I ever had a server be so considerate of how I dont like ice in my drinks. Not only did she remember that I asked for no ice in the first one but she kept bringing drinks with no ice and when I asked for water she also asked if Id like no ice in that one as well. All without me having to badger or prompt. It might seem like a small thing, but to me it really shows how much she cares about the guests and patrons there so I figured Id go a little above and beyond today too and write a review. P.s. the food was pretty great too. Well definitely be back next time were passing through.

The price isnt worth the quality. My wife had steak and it was very fatty, The veggies that came with it were inconsistent some very soft and some crunchy. I had a burger and my bacon was burnt to a crisp. The service was ok, nothing terrible but she forgot my drink. Over all Id recommend anywhere else :)

Hands down the the Sirloin and shrimp and the Baked salmon were the best. The food was so tasty. The service and vibe if the of the place was so relaxing and chill. Were not from here, from the States... so we try and come to a Mr. MIKES everytime were in Canada. Oh and yes our bartender made great drinks and the manager was a chill guy to talk to. In all Mr. MIKES DOES NOT dissappoint. Highly recommend.

Should be called Mediocre Mikes. Dont waste your time if you want a quality steak. Not what was expected, poor serving size and rock hard vegetables. Might as well not have bothered offering a discount of a whopping 5 dollars off.

We went expecting a good cooked steak. The steak was over cooked, the fat was not rendered properly, and had a char taste that ruined the whole meal. For $170, for 2 people, could have a better steak picked up from the local, butcher shop and cooked on our own barbecue.

Food was ok.. Nashville hot sandwich was made up of the Nashville bites they serve so had trouble keeping them in sandwich but quite tasty and very tender. Cheeseburger is big patty but clearly frozen processesed stuff so nothing to write home about. Fries were very good as was their house lager

We were the only people there for most of the visit, and I get why. Most of the food was okay, with some items like the Nashville chicken being incredibly greasy(I.e. more than a centimeter deep in the plate). Portions were inconsistent (i.e. one person got a few fries, the other got 5 times more). Some items, like the steakbites, seemed poorly prepared. Took a very long time. The waitress knocked a bunch of food on the tray (which was crusted with gunk) and just grabbed it and tossed it back on the plates, which just seemed weird. The kitchen staff was having a great time, but the swearing and juvenile humour got old quick.

Just ordered take out and received half the order and ingredients were missing. Talk to the Manager and was told nothing he could do. Was extremely rude and hung up on me.

I know it was New Years night and there was 7 of us for dinner. Service was below average and the food was mediocre. I ordered a rib eye steak @ $49.99 and although it was cooked to medium rare as I had requested, it was very tough. You would think paying that price for a premium cut of steak it would be tender. Dont think we will be going back there anytime soon.

Came in from Calgary for dinner for the first time and had Dustin as my server! He was so polite and friendly and made sure everything was to my liking! I ordered the stuffed mushroom caps and they were delicious! Very creamy and cheesy! Also ordered the shrimp tacos and they were so yummy also! I love the sauces that comes on them! The garlic fries are also super good too! Dustin checked in to make sure everything was great, he has such an energetic personality! I ll definitely be back!

Came in on a busy Saturday night. Even though the place was packed the host got us a table right away and the food was awesome and came out fast. Our server Stella was great and cheerful- which is why we keep coming back! My favourite place to eat with my family! My two nephews 6 and 2 loved the food and games! I love the seafeast fettuccini pasta!

Server was good but didn t once ask us how our food was and had to ask for refills on our drinks. It s not like it was even super busy. But even if it was I have still had way better service at busier restaurants than what we had at Mr. Mikes. Food wasn t the greatest (to salty) I can make it better at home. For a family of 4 it was very pricey. Wouldn t care or consider going back.

Drove all the way in from Calgary wouldn t even seat us. Didn t have any staff. Very rude manager no care at all.

The wife and I had lunch on Sunday Feb 26, 2023 at Mr Mikes in Cochrane. The restaurant was clean the service was good. The wife had a 7oz steak sandwich, the steak was well cooked but the size of a golf ball. and with 1 piece of toast and fries with a diet Coke. I had a beef dip and a Cesar salad with next to no dressing and 1/2 a sandwich, Total $62.00 before tip. Value for dollar?

Excellent - our favorite steakhouse

Ive been here several times now with both business and personal outings. I have yet to be disappointed. The food has been excellent (try their ribs) and service/staff awesome. Parking: Lots of easy places for parking.

Ordered it delivered for 4, was missing two different sides, the ribs were so dry and crunchy they were painful to eat. The portions on the salad and gravy were absolutely tiny. And our steak sandwich was way over cooked, dry as well and about 4oz very small. Was super disappointed wont be ordering from here again.

The food is bad. We had tacos, mushrooms, pasta, chicken, burgers, kids meals. Its just not tasty. Period. Not even a bit of something special about it. And its all about the food after all. Cant say the atmosphere was good either. Disappointed, hopefully the steaks are better!

Honestly, it was disappointing. Ordered the steak dip sandwich with onion rings. It tasted good, but all they give you is half a sandwich. Very small amount of food for $25. Im not a big guy or anything, but its the first time Ive left a restaurant and was still hungry. Maybe Im out of touch and all restaurants are skimping on food and increasing prices? Next date night, we will just cook at home.

We came here for a graduation celebration dinner for my sister in law. We had a pretty good time but it took about an hour to get the servers attention to be able to order our mains. About half of us were happy with our food and the other half quite unhappy. Primarily simply food that did not taste very good. The drinks and the appetizers were good though. I would say the restaurant is not quite as high end as they try to look but still a decent restaurant. The burgers were frozen patties so they were not very good, would not recommend. We have eaten at Mr. Mikes several times. The food has gradually got to the point where it s tasteless. Drinks were ok. Same old menu, never seems to change.. I suppose that we will stay away for a while from Mr. Mikes. Dinner was not worth the cost.

The food was sooo good. Four of us went out for dinner. Two of us had the tacos. Oh my gosh. It was so delicious. So many flavours popping in my mouth. Everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. Service was good. We were there on the early side but it didnt take long for the place to fill up and enjoy themselves.

Been here a couple times recently. Chase was our server both times and was wonderful. Super sweet and attentive. Even though my girlfriend and I had only been in one time previously the week before he immediately recognized us. Food has been very good and flavourful both times. Comes out nice and hot. Drinks are very good too

The parm fries didnt come with parm. Instead, they came drenched in oil and covered with raw garlic. Not one bit palatable. Ribs were dry. On the bright side, I really enjoyed the bruscheta. Absolutely delicious!

Wonderfyl food. Steak can be tricky to cook, they got it perfect. Great experience . Our waitress Kelly was so awsome. Personable, knowledgeable and very willing to share her personal experiences and knowledge about living in cochrane when we asked her opinion. Her love for this town was evident. My only critique is that the booths seats need more padding.

The bruschetta with the herb aioli is just delicious. We ate so much of it that we couldn t finish our meals. We had the classic Mike burger with fries and gravy and the maple bourbon burger with the lodge chips- which were very good with the dip they give. We wanted dessert because we saw a bunch come out to other tables, but just couldn t so we will go back another time for sure. Friendly service and lovely atmosphere.

The ambiance of Mr. Mikes Bar was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed night out. The decor and dim lighting added to the charm, and the fun games on the tables was an extra bonus!! We loved the connect four and janga!! The extensive drink menu catered to all tastes. In summary, I highly recommend a visit to this gem of a bar for an evening of enjoyment and fun! Food isnt as shown. Flat iron steak isnt flat iron, comes in three tiny chunks dumped on top of a salad for $20+. Way overpriced and absolutely not worth it. Wont be ordering from here again.

I dont think Ill eat here again. Ordered for pickup and get home to find my burger had no toppings (except for cheese in a pool of grease in its own separate box?) It was just a patty with a tiny bit of burger sauce in between bread. I had to dip it in ketchup to make it taste okay :(

Place is nice, friendly service, and some fun games at the tables if you wish to play , food was alright ( pasta was a bit hard, and stiff ), drinks were tasty, and coffee was strong lol. Id definitely go again, and would recommend to others as the overall experience was very positive.

Service and atmosphere were really good. The steak we ordered was a little more done then I would have liked it, and not quite as flavorful as I would life. But I would come back again for a do over!
